Jet Luxury at the Vdara Condo Hotel

The room was ok it was hair everywhere. And very dusty so I had to wipe the room down .but overall the room was very nice

It was an amazing location. It’s great to go back to your room and not smell cigarettes and find your way through a casino. It’s so close to the bellagio. You can walk to the major hotels in ac. The suites are big and spacious. Overall a great place for a quick Vegas trip that’s more affordable but still gives you more of a luxury experience.

We stayed in a Studio Parlor suite and really enjoyed the layout. The room included a pullout bed in the sitting area, a kitchenette, and a very nice bathroom setup with a separate tub and shower. The bed area and sitting area were separated by a wall with TVs mounted on both sides (pretty chic). The motorized shades and blackout curtains operated with the push of a button, which was a nice touch, although the shades themselves showed a little wear, as well as the couch. Cleanliness overall was about an 8.5/10. The biggest highlight for us was the location and connectivity. Being able to get to Bellagio and Cosmopolitan indoors without stepping outside was a huge plus, especially in 108° Las Vegas heat. Aria, Caesars Palace, and Planet Hollywood were also just short, manageable walks away. As an added bonus, the roulette table treated me VERY well — turned $60 into $400 in under 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. A nice little getaway for my family. Would definitely recommend and be coming back.

It was a great place to stay that was quieter, more spacious, and overall a fantastic experience for tired parents looking for a restful vacation! We used the pool and the daybed was a great purchase. Also, a quick walk to casinos and nightlife when we wanted it. I would definitely recommend!

The staff kept reiterating that it’s not part of the Vdara, It’s a private rental unit so that’s a little bit difficult every time with any interaction they notice you’re not part of the hotel they seem to mention it. The valet included was really good. Wouldn’t say I wouldn’t stay again as long as the price is right. They left a half consumed Starbucks in the fridge, which tells me they’re not really thorough with the cleaning, checkout is at 11am, once again they mention zero accommodations are able to be made because it’s not part of the hotel, which is fine but then they come ring the doorbell at 9:30am?

The bar was stocked. The kitchen did not have anything to cook with, not utensil, no plates, no cofee mugs, no paper towels.

That the hotel room did not have 2 full bathrooms in the room.

Nice and big, comfortable room for us - 4 adults, close to everything. Love that it has washer and dryer in the room. Love that the valet is included too! Worth it!

The rooms were great for a family stay, although the pullout sofa was not very comfortable. The location is excellent, but valet parking took way too long — we waited about 45 minutes for our car. The convenience market was overpriced; a bottle of water cost $11. However, the ladies at the front desk were very kind and gave us complimentary bottles of water. The food by the pool was great! Overall, I would stay there again if I found a good deal on the daily rates.

Our first impression at the front desk was actually great. But once we entered the room, I immediately noticed the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and overall the room felt pretty outdated. One of the pillows had a stain on it as well. I understand they don’t provide regular housekeeping, which was fine since we were only staying for 3 days. The bigger issue was the shower — it leaked a massive amount of water every time we used it, so we ended up using towels to constantly clean the floor. We kept having to ask the housekeeper in the hallway for extra towels because calling for them was basically useless; nobody ever brought them up. Those issues were still manageable, but what really crossed the line for me was waking up with a bite after sleeping there. I can’t say for sure if it was a bed bug bite, but it definitely appeared after staying in the room. After bringing it to their attention, all I was told was, “I’ll let Vdara management know.” So unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again. Vdara is beautiful on the outside, but the room itself did not match the experience I expected. Even Paris and Planet Hollywood gave me a better room experience.

VDARA is one of the best properties in all of Las Vegas due to its modern designs and overall location which is very convenient. It’s also a pet friendly resort which also has a great dog park steps away from the VDARA front doors. We stayed in a private residence in Vdara, a 1 bedroom king bed room with a full kitchen and a living room with a pullout couch. The residence is owned and managed by Jet Luxury which have many units on the strip and always take care of their guests and their units are always immaculate. Highly recommend booking with JET Luxury wherever they own a unit on the strip.

Comfort and location It was not easy to find it. It was complicated to walk around the hotel and to the strip. The blinds were not very efficient and a lot of light was passing through the windows at night

Being our first time trying this hotel with no smoking or a casino it was very peaceful and clean I love that you have to use your card to get to your room and the staff by the elevator. Perfect walking distance to the bellagio and aria.

I felt like I was staying in some fancy high end hotel for such a small price I paid for the short amount I staid. I needed to push a button to open and close the curtains…how bougie feeling it that! I really couldn’t say much I didn’t like about it. Other than it was a bummer that our kitchen had NO utensils, cups, plates, natta. I guess you could rent them or something but not sure why we couldn’t just have had the basics….not even a coffee mug or complimentary coffee.

Perfect for a family! Comfortable bed and spacious room. Very convenient since it’s connected to Cosmo hotel! Kids enjoyed the pool, but it closes at 6 pm. I will definitely stay here again!

I stay at this property a lot. They are mini condo’s, kitchen living room 2 bathrooms and great location in Vegas. I recommend this property.

Great room for the value! Full mini apartment. Just be mindful when I put the name on maps it sent me to a different location.

The location, the front desk people were kind, the amenities, also we have an emergency and needed sugar, so the bar in the kitchen had it all about snacks and beverages. Vidara is a great place but make sure the type of room you will have, the first time I stayed it was a great big room with a division for the sofa bed. I paid less for this stayed. This room was smaller, the sofa bed was almost sinking and too close to the bed. It was advertised as an apartment with two rooms, but it’s not, then it says two beds and it’s actually one bed and one sofa bed one close to the other.

The only issue I had was I asked and was booked a 2 QUEEN BED room..they would not change it

Also the connection of being next to other hotels and amenities was amazing Not that it’s the properties fault but when however many other guest stayed in the room I was in broke bottom shower door and the sink was loose in the kitchen jist a few things that may need some work very soon because of safety issues

Clean room. No coffee maker in the room. Low lighting throughout the room & bathroom. Parking garage from the Ballagio was directly across from our room on the 8th floor. Car alarms going several times during the night. From 5am throughout the day and evening, there was a thump-thump from cars going in the garage . Hotel is quite a distance/walk from Las Vegas Blvd. Front Desk staff was excellent.

two big things that made this property far less value than the presented package; the bed and the shower. MAJOR WEAKNESSES to the extent I thought about switching to a new hotel. the issues were that the bed felt "meets minimal expectations" rather "exemplary." i used the spare sheets in the closet to give the bed a suggestion of softness, which doesn't say much when you consider how stiff well folded sheets can become. plus the bedding was unforgiving for temperature variances. there plenty of "cheap" sheets that people can get on the open market that are more temperature flexible than the ones use in our room. The water pressure in our shower was extremely weak to the point that would hop into the during each step of the process to rinse away the soap. not what I would expect from the presentation. it did meet minimal expectations for an acceptable hotel. DONT GET ME WRONG, even with its shortcomings it's still a nice hotel. placed against a standard of luxury versus regular, it fits more of the roadside motel stamp than luxury.

We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready(4:30Pm) we finally got to our room. The room was still not cleaned properly, garbages still full from previous guests. No coffee. I told the bell hop and he just said too bad.

Everything was wonderful. The property was clean and convienent to get to other locations. Beds were comfortable and the stay is very quiet. Having a full kitchen is nice, only thing would be it would be nice to have some coffee cups/plates/etc. available in the room.

However, I believe this hotel is one of the worst in Las Vegas. 1. I saw the hotel online; the pictures looked great. I booked two rooms, requesting connecting rooms. The hotel didn't refuse, but upon check-in, one room was on the 9th floor and the other on the 16th floor. This was extremely inconvenient for a family trip. 2. Check-in took over an hour, and the front desk service was very poor. They even suggested I rebook rooms and pay the full price again, even though I couldn't get a refund. 3. The two rooms of the same type I booked were different in size and layout; one was smaller and its window faced the parking lot. 4. I booked a 4-night stay, but no one cleaned the room. When I contacted the front desk, they said cleaning would cost $40 each time. We had to take our own trash to the public bins outside every day. 5. The kitchen had no utensils whatsoever, not even the most basic coffee or tea. Bottled water had to be obtained from the front desk in the lobby. 6. The refrigerator wasn't working, so food couldn't be stored. There was dust on the table and windowsill when I checked in, making the room feel hastily prepared. The room is spotless, the staff is incredible. The location is perfect. The only concern I have is that when I checked-in, I registered my car for the complimentary valet parking. After checking out, I went to Valet to redeem my car and they said they can no longer verify my car connecting to the room bcos I already checked out. So they made me pay $40 the valet.

location was good, non smoking is also great the room was so rundown and beat up. Look NOTHING like the pictures on the booking site

Also the tv in the rooms are so outdated, you can't even watch Netflix, the best thing about the room was the bathroom and how big it was. I would not stay there again because you want to relax in bed and watch tv you cant because the tv and the channels on it are terrible

I stayed here for f1 Vegas weekend. The hotel lobby staff was very helpful and fast checking me in. The room was clean and had a great view of the pool but the biggest issue was the shower. When I first got into the room, I ran the shower and noticed the water temperature was low. I figured because it was just before dinner that maybe it was low because everyone was using the water at the same time. Coming back later in the night, I tried running the water again to have found the same issue. Ignored it and tried running a bath, in which the water pressure was fine BUT the water was scorching hot. It was unbearable and couldn’t event sit in the tub for 10 seconds. So I decided to wait and take a proper bath in the morning. Again the shower pressure was weak but now to the point where it was dripping out water and not even a low pressure. Would rather stay in a hotel off strip then not be able to shower.

Then I had asked for a late checkout, which they couldnt accommodate. I understand that, it happens. However the cleaning service showed up 33 mins before the standard checkout time (11 am) to start cleaning the room and to "make sure we checked out on time". Seriously?! Talk about uncomfortable all around. Do better.

Great spot that feels like you are miles away from the strip but you can be in 3 casinos with a 5 minute walk. It’s far less hectic.

The Jet Luxury rooms are privately owned, so we were aware there would be no daily housekeeping. Room was clean (inside cabinets was questionable) and comfortable, with a great supply of towels and toiletries. Kitchen is NOT stocked with utensils, plates, etc - but that didn't matter to us.

In other respects, the hotel was good, but I consider this ice issue to be both a failure of the facility and also the service quality. A hotel that is supposed to be 4.5. Stars should have working ice machines. Even a motel 6 has working ice machines.

I booked this room through Expedia, but it was never disclosed that the room was privately owned. If I had known, I would not have chosen it. Very clean room, and very helpful staff. One of the best value stays on the LV Strip. There aren’t any restaurants in the Vdara specifically, but both the Aria and the Cosmo are a short walk away.

Service from hotel staff was very welcoming, helpful and accomodating. Market cafe availability was super useful and the ability to use sister hotel pools was very convenient. Room cleanliness could use a bit more attention. Some lamps in room did not work, and neither did the tv in the living room. One of the shades was misaligned at the bottom, therefore it didn’t fully extend down. Nonetheless, the fountain views, size of the studio suite and having a separate soaker tub were amazing features.

Vdara itself is great location, non-gambling and easy access to Bellagio and the strip. We did this reservation through Jet Luxury and found the room to be haggard, still with open drinks from prior folks in the mini-fridge and very few amenities. Vdara staff themselves were quick to help and the 24/7 AI concierge was nice

The hardest part of our stay was on Saturday night early Sunday morning someone started screaming help on the top of their lungs and traumatized my children. We didn't look to see what was happening, but called the front desk twice. Once from my cell phone because the phone inside the bedroom would not work, and once from the living room telephone.

Furniture is worn out. Sofa bed mattress is terrible; if my kid wasn’t 13 years old he would seriously complain and sleep on the floor.

Our family travel to Vegas for my dad's 84th birthday and for Mother's Day. The rooms were cozy, clean and spacious. I would book again for future stays.

Amazing property, easy valet parking, then straight into lobby and elevator. Beautiful elegant rooms. Easy walk or tram to several hotels, restaurants, and loads of upscale shopping. My favorite property in vegas.

HVAC in room was very loud. Stains on the carpet and couch had a tear. Also what was promised was a view of the strip, but I was told could not change the reservation because it was made via Expedia.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the event i was attending at T-mobile arena and the view from the room was gorgeous. However that's about where the pros stop ....the free self parking was false advertised upon arrival you need to constrained to a bell man and there time and dime. The room's kitchenette had nothing ready to go and you needed to wait about 1-2 hours for dishes and utensils to be brought up that are usually ready to go at other hotels. If you are not hard pressed about staying on the strip I think you can get better deals someplace else and just park on the strip and still enjoy it. Overall its great for a younger crowd that are not planning on doing much cooking and will just be utilizing the fridge for treating themselves.

Very nice place to stay. The room had some wear and tear, spots on the carpet and places where things were worn, the shades were broken in a couple places. But the service was unmatched. Everyone was so amazing and it was a very comfortable and wonderful stay.

The condo we were in was the right size and amenities except that there was zero body lotion. It was also disappointing to see that the pool wasn't open. The convenience for the Vdara to other properties and skybridges are some of the best. We also appreciated that the Starbucks took mobile orders and kept up.

The Vdara hotel is beautiful hotel let me say! The problem is booking through Expedia and the jet luxury( which is a private owned) they lied about EVERYTHING! They don’t respond to calls or emails even when the hotel calls, the room lights didn’t work it was very dirty and doesn’t come with housekeeping! The refrigerator didn’t work the bathroom sink clogged up the bathroom shower had mild in the corners there was previous trash from the guest before! I would not recommend booking the jet luxury and simply just go directly through the hotel itself.

We liked the fact that we had a kitchen , but the stove didn’t work properly and the fridge didn’t work at all. They had a small fridge sitting on the counter which limited the space. The water took a long time to get hot and we couldn’t do a late checkout.

I love the Vdara and have stayed in the Jet Luxury units a few times. This particular unit is a little run down, though. Window shades need repair, wood finishes chipping, caulk around shower showing mold, etc. Also I was expecting a stocked kitchen, but there’s not even a fork to be found. Otherwise great view and quiet.

Room was dated. No housekeeping the entire stay. Horrible view. The blackout shades wasn’t blackout at all. Staff was really nice however I will never book through 3rd party again. Horrible experience overall

I always love my stays at the Vdara. The rooms are very clean and modern and I just really like the vibe.

A little issue with the free parking/valet service upon check in.

The room was impeccable and clean and in really good condition. We really appreciated the convenience to the other hotels. We are not gamblers and enjoy the LV dining experience, so this was perfect. Not to mention the very convenient backside entry.

Some appliance not working. Curtain was broken. Night lamp, tablet both broken. On the cooking range, only 1 burner is working. Otherwise everuthing else was good. And the late checkout was awesome.

Good property and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet and less crowded. Daily deposit was too expensive. The bathroom faucet kept making noises most nights

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was not clean upon arrival. Shower did not drain. The bed was comfortable. The maintenance staff was prompt in fixing shower and replacing bulb in bathroom. You have to pay extra to have room cleaned during stay which I was not aware of.

Also, they were resurfacing the pool deck the entire stay (staring at 6am daily), right below my room so I was woken up each day to drilling and other construction noises.

Super easy to check in and all the amenities of the Vdara. Perfect.

The stove top only heat 1 working burner, garbage disposal did not work. Advised front desk and maintenance man came up checked it out and confirmed it didn’t work. Advised they would need to get approval to repair and never came back. These were reported on day 2 and we stayed for 5 days. Will not stay here again.

The cleanliness was horrible, the shower was not cleaned correctly, there was underwater and a shirt from a previous guest so had to keep clothes in suitcases as I felt that if we put our stuff in an empty drawer it was not sanatized correctly. Sad can’t use the fridge in a room we pay that much money for. Can’t get points for the amount we spent because we used jet luxury unacceptable will more than likely not return.

Great location with modern rooms and amenities. There is a passage system with easy access to the Cosmo and Bellagio - saving tons of time getting to the strip. No gambling so a bit more subdued - but great lobby bar.

We stayed at Vdara Hotel & Spa for four nights over Thanksgiving and had an incredible experience. The luxury suite with 270-degree views was absolutely stunning—perfect for taking in the Las Vegas skyline. Traveling with kids was a breeze, thanks to the spacious suite and the hotel’s quieter, non-gaming atmosphere. The free valet parking was such a convenient bonus during a busy holiday weekend. Vdara offers a perfect mix of modern luxury and family-friendly comfort. Highly recommend!

The room needs a new sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting. The room furniture needs to be updated. Loved everything else about the property.

Freezer is not working and requested for service several times but still no one comes to check. The faucet is loose, dog next door bark loudly.

Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan steps away. Great cafe downstairs.

If you stay here, get the Bellagio Fountains view. You not only see the fountains, but also the Sphere, which is amazing, and the Eiffel Tower. I don't usually stay at hotels that are this nice, but I've been in some nice ones and this was top tier. The staff were lovely, the rooms beautiful and comfortable, and the view terrific. Easy access to the Bellagio, where we went to see "O" by Cirque du Soleil.

Excellent property. Clean safe and close to Aria restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Only drawback, no coffeemaker in the room. I asked for one and they wanted $20 per day for a coffeemaker in the room. Ridiculous.

It was a good stay but the fitness center doesn’t open until late. For convention folks who want to work out before a busy day of meetings it’s a whole part of our routine that isn’t supported. Other than that it’s a fantastic stay.

High floor amazing view of the fountain. Kitchen was very useful especially with kids. The room we stayed was very clean just needed some cosmetic fix such things as A door on the washroom was broken, one of the nightstands vinyl strip, range hood filter missing, missing some grout on tiles. Mini fridge wasn’t closing properly. We inform the front desk clerk. but I got a different answer …to give condo owner a call myself…???

Nice quiet, refined hotel without the typical sensory overload from a casino being at the property. If you want that, just walk to Aria or Cosmopolitan in 2 min. Nice place for down time.

I had booked an apartment room and although it looked very similar in the pictures, I’m sure I got the smallest room available. It looked nothing like the pictures in terms of size and view. The furniture needed to be polished/dusted but overall it was nice and quiet. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a fridge and sink.

It was great except for the late check in, they kept us waitting for an hour and half because they did not have the room ready and they did not had any ADA rooms.

Good sized rooms for a family. Kids didn’t love the pullout couch but mom and dad enjoyed having their own room!

Wonderful hotel & friendly staff. Loved that it’s a smoke free hotel w/walking distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio. Rooms were very spacious & quiet.

Its close to bellagio ,aria, cosmo and everything. It has free vallet parking complimentary for booking. Room is clean. Its just the shower room spilling water when showering we have to put towels on the floor. Dog friendly and they have dog park.

No casino is just amazing.
