I stayed in one of the newly-updated rooms and it was fantastic. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The location just off the strip was perfect. Excellent experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice and clean, lovely big room. Pool nice. Staff very pleasant! Gym didn’t have any treadmills working, appears close to the strip but Atleast 40 min walk.

Staff was amazing and friendly! Be careful about parking, gives you an option to pay for the 21 for full day, versus having to pay 15-21 bucks every time you come in and out, but in the garage service is horrible so the payment won’t go through. So be very careful with that.

Room was very modern, spacious and clean. The mini kitchen area was very nice. The lighting was dim. When I looked at the bulbs, they were older generation flourescent bulbs, not LED. Lighting is important to me. LED would have been easy to do...and it's more energy efficient.

Good property away from madness from strip. Walkable to strip if you don’t mind walking by busy roads. There is a shuttle to a strip hotel which I found out at checkout. Huge rooms with a kitchen even with a dishwasher.

The room was great…location was great for getting to the strip and to our soccer game for the weekend. We had a guest above us that had a dog barking during the day and then all thru out the night. I reported it to the front desk after waiting awhile (10pm) and unfortunately the dog continued barking for hours.

Location,location,location. Convenient to strip and Allegiant Stadium. Onlt one issue:Hotel is right next to Highway 15. Lots of noise from the traffic. Only a few rooms on each floor do not face the highway.

Breakfast was good. They just need to add some bacon or sausage to the menu but all choices were good and well cooked, fruit was fresh. The room was very comfortable for us, and kitchen was clean.

Parking is through third party, which makes it confusing. They messed up our check in and assigned incorrect room to one of the family members. The room heater did not work.

Oh I should probably add that we got a delivery using GrubHub from a nearby Chinese place and the delivery guy called continually asked for my wife's room number and her gate number and this kind of thing. She wasn't having any of that but he was real pushy. When she told him to leave the food at the front desk he pushed back pretty hard and the people at the front desk got right in the middle of it for us and told him to leave. We got the food and it was safely packaged by the restaurant and it turned out to be a really safe experience and we were happily helped out of what could have been our tough situation by the staff of the hotel. Look out for predators everywhere, but it is helpful to have folks like the ones in this hotel who are very protective of their peeps. (same review as I added to Google Maps just after the trip)

My second time staying here and it was a big disappointment. The room I was given was very disappointing. The AC screen was broken so I couldn’t see what temperature I was adjusting it to. Thank goodness it’s still worked. The bathtub drained very slowly and the bathroom vent was filthy. I didn’t bother complaining because I’m disabled and was traveling with an elderly family member and a dog. I didn’t wanna repack and transferred to another room. The employees were all great. Maybe I’ll check check the room thoroughly before I get settled in if I should decide to stay again.

I was happy to have a full sized refrigerator and microwave. The staff were also very friendly I don’t like that people can have pets and leave those pets unattended. The location is not the best and the hotel doesn’t have shuttles to the airport

Breakfast was simple yet filling and a good way to start our day before heading out to explore the area. nothing i called and asked if i could be 18 and get a room because thats what it said on their site. They said “yes you can” so i showed up and they told me i had to be 21. They didn’t apologize all they said was “well we can’t check you in, it was misinformation” so i left.

The room condition was terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude and incompetent. I had to stay at this hotel for eight nights and seven days, and having to interact with them multiple times a day made my family very uncomfortable. I felt so sorry and embarrassed towards my family because I was the one who booked this place. This experience has left me with a negative trauma regarding travel.

We stayed for 4 nights Dec 29-Jan 2 and did not have housekeeping services during our stay. I verified with the front desk if we’re scheduled on the December 31st since housekeeping is every other day, and was told we’re on schedule for cleaning that day. However our we NOT CLEANED at all. I was told that our room was pushed to on the next day, January 1st- but our room still was not cleaned. Very disappointed with housekeeping services at this place.

Initial staff (at night) was pleasant however when asked about a different room due to uncleanliness, no rooms were available due to the holiday. One of the beds was not useable (spring board was broken) and room was not fully vacuumed and cleaned.

The location was only a 15-20 min walk to the bellagio on the strip - the walk felt safe despite it being super late at night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed and pillows.

The fist manager was really friendly The morning manager was not friendly. Lack of staff had to wait a long time. They didn’t have the room I booked and wanted to give me two room and separate my family 3 small children.

Horrible stay, check in was 3pm, arrived at 5pm and the room was not ready. Worst is TV was not working at all, and when I called the front desk, they said there was no technician available and I had to just figure it out. Room was hot and AC would not stay on. Horrible Stay.

Staffs were great. Nice breakfast. A mile walk to the allegiant stadium. Secure parking. Not a walking (unless you prefer) distance to the strip.

The pool was under maintenance and to go to the other property would have cost $12 for parking. I would like a refund of some kind for that inconvenience because I intentionally chose a place with a pool

The carpeting had not been vacuumed. There was no remote for the television in the common area. The bedding was strange-- no blanket but a thin quilted cover that was to act as a blanket. The shower fan did not operate. The surface area around the pool had deteriorated into gravel which everyone dragged into the pool when getting in. There was no clock in the bedroom and a nightstand on only one side of one of the beds. The room was sparsely furnished (e.g., no upholstered chair in the bedroom space; we wiped the stains off of the small office chair). The breakfasts were mediocre and not up to normal Homewood Suites standards. Staff, however, were generally friendly and helpful. The bed platform was like a thin metal box that made soo much noise with ever motion on the mattress. Worst experience ever and I’ve stayed in lots of different hotels. Toilet had previous poop stains, hair on hanger, dirty towels. Just a terrible experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk ladies were very friendly.

You could not control the room A/C fan speed which was too strong and noisy. The breakfast choice was less, and the food was cold.

I’m so glad we stayed here a very family friendly oriented place and non smoke it smelled very clean and breakfast was wonderful we will definitely be staying here again when we come :)

If you plan to go to The Strip, there is no way way to walk there. On a map, it seems like there should be a good way but the sidewalk system in Las Vegas is ridiculous.

Only downside is distance from the strip - physically very close as the crow flies, but not really walkable. We found that out. Take an Uber or some other service though, and it is effortless. Location off the strip means total quiet in the hotel. Overall, I concur with all the great reviews this place got. Would strongly recommend, especially given some of the high prices at whatever Strip hotel.

Everything was great. Only the hassle was the Television keeps on showing no internet signal. Every 15 or 20min interval pls fix so that it will not be so annoying when we we’re watching something & it the screen would always show low internet connection. The location is misrepresented in the description. It is inaccessible, blocked by the freeway to the strip, and there is no restaurant within a mile. I paid $20 extra for a view of the 'strip' but it was only a view of the parking garage.

The only thing we had an issue with was our first room’s AC did not work and had a couple of other minor maintenance issues. We phoned the desk and LaTanya immediately found us another room and asked maintenance to check it over first to ensure all was well. We had terrific stay and LaTanya is a rockstar!

Really clean and well kept property. The breakfast was better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve been to. Hot tub is nice. Pool also. Offers hourly shuttle to and from Aria which was super convenient. I really liked this property and would recommend if you’re ok staying just off the strip.

They have a great location and the breakfast is the best! The beds are comfortable enough. We have stayed here twice and will each year we need to stay in Vegas.

Couldn’t make the trip because of illness but they were willing to refund the cost. Great customer service and great enough to make me want to stay with them on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Place was overall clean. Rooms were pretty big love that they had everything from a fridge to a stove to a microwave. Was really pleased with how they greeted us would definitely go back.

It sounded like they were on steel or metal.

Stay was a solid good rating. Lots of choices for breakfast, was mostly well-stocked, friendly staff, was quiet and clean overall, felt safe. Few things for improvement: squeaky bathroom door (never came to fix despite asking), corners of room floor in kitchen, bathroom and entryway had debris, upon checkin the staff never mentioned breakfast, nor room cleaning. Only one functioning elevator, which has been likely down for some time, as this was something someone complained about in a previous review when we were booking a few months back. We didn’t mind taking the stairs from the 4th floor, but for others who want/need it I’m sure it was a pain. This place was one of the few places we found that had a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen area so the teens could sleep in.

Our room was as clean as it gets, the desk clerk was as friendly as they come and service was top tier.

Katerine from the front desk was super helpful and very quick in response to our requests. The experience overall in this place was indeed awesome! Must recommend!

I liked the quietness of this place and the convenience of the parking. BUT, it really needs an upgrade already. Carpet dirty and what I really, really dislike is the sheets smell. Not good.

I loved the staff and location. 1 of the elevators were out service so it was difficult, especially during the breakfast or dinner hour to wait for the only working elevator. I had heard from one of the guests that it had been out for a few weeks so would recommend the mgmt take care of this because it was very difficult with the amount of guests on the weekend.

Quale giudizio rispetto ad una prenotazione che risultava assente quando arrivati alla reception? Ilnluogo è accettabile, ma le disavventure, non ancora risolte, non consentono giudizi positivi ne tanto meno stati d'animo positivi. Siamo molto delusi dell'hotel e da expedia. Inoltre l'hotel ci ha assegnato l'ultima stanza dell'ultimo piano senza ascensore purché rotto. Assurdo. 6 piani a piedi

It was great!

Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing, and housekeeping as well.

The room was more spacious than a typical hotel room and the layout was very nice. The foldout bed was perfect for the munchkins and the kind size bed was great for my spouse and I. Our only complaint is how hard the bed was. The pillows were great and when we needed extra blankets for the munchkins, are request was promptly fulfilled.

We always choose this hotel because it’s great for families. The rooms are really spacious, the place is always clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We also love the free hot breakfast—it’s the perfect way to start the day.

Great stay! Close to the Strip and downtown without having to deal with the craziness of being right on the strip. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great!

They don't clean every day, in eight days they cleaned two days, staff are not very helpful, only two friendly staff.

Pour aller au STRIP, il faut passer une passerelle piétonne au dessus de la voie rapide, mais ça se fait bien.

It was a good stay… beds were a bit hard but other than that everything was good. Breakfast was great!

Only complaint is there was only one remote to control 2 tvs in the 1 bdrm suite. Called front desk twice but never received a second one. Room was clean roomy and comfy, huge shower, nice stocked kitchen.
