Spacious room with many storage areas; love the curtain blocked out the light, very good sleep for the stay. Only downside was the pool was under maintenance, so the kids didn’t get to dip in the pool in this hot weather.

I always have a great experience staying here. It’s my go to spot when coming to Las Vegas for a quick weekend trip. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always super positive and friendly. Thomas was extremely helpful during the check in process and made sure to update me on all the amenities and even go the extra mile to explain the pet policy and look up the details. As someone who manages a team of associates in customer service I definitely notice the small details

Rooms were ok, spacious and reasonably clean. Few hairs in the shower which is pretty disgusting. Pool was also closed for maintenance and no mention of this during booking or on website. Should have been emailed to enable us to make alternative plans. Free parking is good but about 25-30 dollars to the strip in an uber, would I stay here again…. Probably not.

LOVE that it had an entire kitchen in the room. Beds were comfy- sofa bed was great. Breakfast was good. Close to the strip yet far enough. Would 100% stay at another home2 especially this one if I ever came back to Vegas Hot water was probably TOO hot for my kiddos. Thats if!

Amazing property plenty of room for the whole family. Bathrooms are a tad bit snug but the showers are large. They have everything you need glass plates silverware larger then your use to fridges about 5 feet tall. There was a soap tablet so we could throw the dishes we used and start them before we checked out a clean new in plastic sponge along with new soap to wash the dishes there was so much space and curtains to close off the stuff like suitcases you wanted to hide away while staying. A large table on wheels that was staffed below the counters we rolled out to eat on. Honestly the best hotel for a family of 6 that you can stay at in Vegas and close enough to the strip where a Uber if you wanted to take one would not cost much more then being on the strip. Also they locked the main doors to the outside at 10 so you use a key card to get in which added to the safety of the place. The breakfast bar was amazing build your own omelets sandwiches for the adults with every little thing a kid asks for in breakfast from oatmeal to cereal to waffle makers drinks in all different varieties. You have normal sized cups that you don’t see in most hotel breakfast with those small shot glass sized ones.

We have been visiting Las Vegas every year for the past 18 years, but this was our first time staying at this hotel. We can honestly say it is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. The breakfast was excellent, parking was very easy and convenient, and the room was spotless. The bed was comfortable, and everything from the room to the floors—was extremely clean. Everything was perfect! 👌 There are also many restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find great options for lunch and dinner. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

I didn’t like that they were doing renovations while we were there which resulted in the pool being closed so we didn’t have access to it which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel however overall the staff was great and the room was clean

Beds a little soft and rollaway cot could have had a memory foam mattress.

The room was huge and the people were great (very clean). I gave it 4 stars was just the issue with the water which was very hot. I was told later on that the first people that use the water will get only very warm to hot water (no cold). Also check out bootleggers for a real good meal right across the hotel.

Everything is great except the complementary breakfast now are scaled back from before.

Pillows did not smell fresh, had to cover with towels to sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was same as most hotels, tables for breakfast were not continuously cleaned for next guests.

This hotel was in a good location . Close by Las Vegas strip. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was good. Jacuzzi was not working:/ Overall very good stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The only con and it’s not so much on the hotel, it’s more the location. I tried to walk to the gas station right infront of the hotel I was approached by a man who said something that made me very uncomfortable, so much so I didn’t even go into the store, I turned around and came right back to the hotel. Just a heads up for any women traveling alone!!

Fantastic property would stay here again and again everything was perfect. They even cleaned my room every single day which hasn’t happened in a long time since Covid. I love to see that.

Impressed on the cleanliness of the room, even the carpet looks well taken cared of. We’ve stayed in many hotels and Home2 Suites have been consistent with keeping up there hotels.

The only slight issue we had was for breakfast we didn't have much time and my husband was going to have the yogurt but only a tablespoon came out and this was first thing when it opened.

The breakfast was good, decent variety. Hotel was adequate, a few pieces of furniture were a little dirty but everything else was good.

Staff was nice and efficient. Enjoyed the free breakfast and multiple options. Only issue, the room wasn’t as clean as we are use to when we have visited other locations. Stuff left behind from previous guest like nails and debri.

the room was spacious for my husband to get around in in his wheel chair. The hot tube was out of commission which was a bummer. I loved having the tesla charging their, that was an extra bonus. the breakfast was good, and the staff exceptional. Only I was charged for our service dog which I called about and they are trying to resolve that.

Overall the property was clean. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, providing items for us however, late at night the air conditioner all of a sudden didn’t cool as it once did throughout the day temperature was kicked down all the way to 68 to attempt to initiate for the coolant to activate the air conditioner however that did not work. Seven or eight in the morning the actual air conditioner started working again not sure if it’s on some kind of a timer, but that was very uncomfortable throughout the night. The next item of concern was the pillows they had cheap filling in them. I’m a Hilton Honors Guest gold member and I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn numerous times with their beds and pillows being magnificent. Please look further into my concerns to provide your guest with top-notch stays. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was under repair at Home2Suites but we were able to use the Hampton inn pool across the parking lot - much nicer / bigger pool area. The hotel is way off the strip which meant very quiet. You definitely need a rental car to truly get around. Ubers add up quickly & freemont street was at least 30 minutes away. Parking is free at Hilton & no resort fees!

Hotel rooms usually give me the ick but Home 2 Suites did not! It was clean and perfect for my family.

We stayed 5 days in a very expensive hotel for a business conference, then went to Home2 for the last couple days. Home2 was a 1/3 the $ but had everything, a kitchen, much more storage space and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only problem we encountered was with the shower. We came back around midnight and when I used the shower, it would not cool down, it was set to hot water. I tried adjusting the temperature, but the water only got hotter. The shower knob was not properly set to regulate the temperature. Receptionist Thomas was very helpful and accommodated us right away by moving us to another room. He was very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast items varied. The gym was always clean. I also liked that the hotel was dog friendly. It made traveling with our pets easy. The pillows were a bit on the flat side but the staff quickly got us bigger pillows which made our sleep better.

In any way. Also, the cleanliness was great, breakfast was great… we just had a great time. It felt like home.

My bed sheets weren't clean, seemed like they recycle the bedding if it looks ok. We had 2 rooms (with 1 as a 1 bedroom suite) to accommodate everyone for the Thanksgiving holiday but some family was staying with other family nearby so they only joined us on thanksgiving day itself. We ordered a meal from honey baked and were concerned with how we were going to heat everything. The staff was offering induction burners and pans for exactly that. Between that and the microwave, it all worked out great. And there was more than enough space for all of us to enjoy dinner together. Thank you for a great stay!

The whole stay was great. Very quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, did have an odd smell but it wasn’t a bad one, just weird. Quick walk to outlet mall and many nearby eateries. Breakfast was the only con. Was not tasty at all. Oatmeal was all water. Yogurt out of the machine was sour. Toaster was slow as molasses. Nothing we tried food wise was good. But coffee was great.

The hotel staff went above and beyond from the desk clerk to the shuttle drivers. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice setup. The hotel was clean and in a great location for our needs. The breakfast buffet was average, although clean and hot foods were replenished as needed. The dispensers for the hot foods were difficult to hold open and retrieve food items at the same time. As observed, most guests appeared to struggle with this feature. We were happy with our stay and will look for Homes 2Suite options for our future travels.

Nice room, comfy bed. Just a block from the outlet mall, which was nice. Also very close to a very good family owned Indian restaurant, Chaska. Breakfast started at 6, which worked well for us. If traveling out during rush hour (who knew Las Vegas had a rush hour), be sure to leave extra time. Although very close, still lots of traffic. A definite stay again.

After driving 10 hours my family was so happy to finally get to our room. We all loved how clean and comfortable everything was. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is clean from the lobby to the room. The free breakfast buffet is clean. The staff is friendly. Not sure that I want a pet friendly hotel. I prefer no pets. They can do something about the AC. The power save thing is annoying as it sometimes can get too warm in a Las Vegas temp.

It’s a new facility and has plenty of parking space. We didn’t have any inconvenient during our staying. The location is close to south premium mall and restaurants.

This place had border patrol officers staying there we didn’t end up staying there because we do not support this.

The rooms are nice and very clean. My only two complaints are the towels are like sandpaper and the pocket door on the restroom doesn’t have a lock and was not level so there was always a gap at the top of one side and the bottom of the other side. All and all, a very nice place if you don’t gamble and are looking for a good night’s rest.

We love this hotel is close to the strip street and no resort fee, parking fee.

Stayed here because of the airport shuttle. I even made reservations in advance. to make sure the shuttle was on time. It showed up 15 late, after I arranged for an Uber.

My family and I loved this hotel. Our stay was amazing, it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and even though the air went out overnight, they came and fixed it immediately. It wasn't far from the strip or other activities you may want to do. I would stay here again.

My next positive feature is the dog relief area. My bulldog does not go just anywhere. She'll hold it for hours. This little area was enough for her to relieve herself and I was so happy to see it! Our room was huge! We didn’t need to bring up the wheelchair but the room was definitely spacious. The kitchen area was perfect! Fridge to keep water, groceries cool or frozen. Tub was low enough for my mom to get in and out for her bath. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay

Smells good at the lobby upon getting in, staff are friendly.

Although we arrived later than expected, we were able to get checked in very quickly. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean.

If you are visiting for an event like EDC or don't keep daytime hours, don't expect to get refills of anything or have maid service during your stay - they will not try again in the afternoon.

The kitchenette facility in is very beneficial if you would rather not worry about where to eat or have specific dietary desires.

Great place to stay in Vegas when coming or going from airport. Breakfast was good and room was nice and functional. We'll be back again.

The room was comfortable and quiet. We felt safe. We had a wonderful breakfast both mornings and the coffee was good and hot.

The hotel is newer and close to premium outlets and restaurants. Breakfast has many options and offers free fruits and coffee all day. The only concern is that the room is not very soundproof, and the noise can wake you up in the morning.

Close to airport and strip, but far enough away that it’s not too loud

It was our second stay and it was just as nice as the first. Everything was clean and the staff is so helpful. We would definitely stay again. The shuttle service was really great not having to worry about going and parking at the airport. I highly recommend staying here. Love it!

Service at check in and check out was excellent. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable but pillow was a little soft for me. Breakfast was okay, staff did a good job stocking it, but I have had better breakfast food. Location is away from the strip and all that traffic.

Affordable, close to airport and Strip, allowed us to check in early. The Breakfast qualify of food was not the best, but standard for mid-level hotels. I'd stay here again.

They were very friendly. The room and property was clean.

I usually stay here with family and it's a solid average hotel. The rooms are clean and the full kitchen comes in handy but on a recent visit, things have definitely gone downhill. The breakfast has gotten skimpy, they got rid of yogurt, cranberry juice and the bread rolls were rock hard. I wouldn't count on the free breakfast. Also, the beds and pillows are super flat/lumpy. It's time to get some new pillows and mattresses. As for the hot water in the lobby - it is orange and tastes like coffee. Hot water should actually be hot water. And yes....this hotel is cheaper than the strip, but these are just the basics. The staff was friendly and the location is great because it is a short drive to the outlets/restaurants. However....improve the items above.

The hotel was immaculate! We were greeted promptly and politely by two employees that seemed happy to serve us. It was located conveniently to a “Black Bear” diner and walking distance to an Italian restaurant with great food.

Overall, it’s a nice updated hotel. The rooms were clean, had kitchenettes, and were quiet. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was great and the driver was very friendly! The driver of the shuttle we had scheduled to take us back to the hotel was 15 minutes late and since we had no idea if he was going to show up in time or not, we called a Lyft driver who got there the same time he did. $24 I wouldn’t have been out if the other guy had been on time. Not the hotel’s fault.

The property is near the airport. It is a clean and quite area. City center is 20 min away during evening.

Clean, close to restaurants

This hotel is a bit far from the strip and they do not offer a shuttle to the strip so you will have to take a taxi or Uber. It is however next to the outlet, only a minute walk and it offers free parking. The breakfast was a massive let down. The same food served everyday for the 4 days of our stay and the food wasn't that great either there is free coffee in the lobby. The laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry but you will need to do everything twice especially dryer because everything is still wet after the 1st load. The hotel room is spacious and customer service was great

Booked property for my family. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Had a lot of food options. Parking was good. The only thing was on the second day of our stay our room was not cleaned. Had to switch dirty towels with the cleaning lady on our floor. Otherwise would definitely recommend this property.
