Loved the breakfast, staff, and overall set up. The rooms definitely could be more well groomed. We just left Carlsbad Home2Suites and they were very well kept.

My family had a great stay! We booked 2 rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is perfect for just relaxing and cooling down. We all loved our stay.

This is my first time staying in a hotel in Las Vegas, and I absolutely loved it. The hotel is very quiet, almost no noise. The room is amazing, just what I was looking for. The service is friendly, and the hotel is very clean and smells great. Although I hardly used it because I only rented it for a listening conference I had, which ended up being canceled, I still stayed and the place was fantastic. I would definitely return.

It was so nice to have a nice clean place to sleep when we rolled into town super late! Waffles for breakfast is always a big plus for a hotel with my family!

Home2 is our number 1 place to stay wherever we go, if available. This location next to the Las Vegas Convention Center was a great location, pretty much in the center of all of our travels within Las Vegas. The room and property are very clean, and the breakfast is excellent; it was very busy while we were there. The staff was very helpful during our 1-week stay. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Loved the room. The divider is great when one of you is a night owl and the other isn’t. Also, the kitchenette is excellent, especially for a longer stay. The breakfast is wonderful - one of the best I’ve seen in any hotel. Having to always use a room key to enter and get in and out of the parking garage.

Near the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. Great pool. Really liked the workers, they were very professional.

Great Location. Have a full kitchen, laundry on site! And breakfast! The room was clean, and the staff were super professional and friendly.

The bed was terrible, way too hard

The location was convenient, the beds were very comfortable just our pillow cases seemed old. The pool was perfect for my girls to safely swim in, with lots of shade, perfect for the hot Vegas weather. The hotel was very busy so the breakfast options on day one were very limited there were no napkins or any utensils and had to go out and eat somewhere else. Overall, it was a great stay and would still highly recommend it.

The hotel was well maintained, the beds comfortable, the kitchen area adequate and stocked with plates and utensils. Overall the location was good for us since it was as relatively close to family. I appreciated the free parking in a secure covered garage. The pool is nice and clean but not overly large. More family friendly. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast bar had a decent variety where you could get a full breakfast. My only con is the room did not have a dedicated dining table. There is a table you can roll out but only one chair and a couch.

While photos of the property matched and breakfast was good, the room condition was not so good. There was foul stale smell the entire stay especially strong when air conditioning was turned off. Additionally curtains were broken and telephone in room (whole 5th floor) was not working so had to go downstairs to reception to request any support. Do not recommend staying here.

The staff was really great! From the cleaning staff to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was fantastic.

There was also a period during the day (about 11 AM–4 PM) when there was no water at all, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, our room had a slight sewer smell, so we had to keep the AC running constantly. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due—the housekeeping team was amazing. They kept our room very clean, and most importantly, they found a ring I left behind and front desk for their great customer service in helping getting my ring returned to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and effort. Overall, this stay didn’t meet the standards I’ve experienced at other Home2 Suites locations. Hoping management addresses these issues.

The hotel was family friendly and had multiple large groups of children arriving throughout our stay. Even with the crowds the hotel remained calm and staff handled everything great.

Overall, the hotel room is not clean. There was blood stains on the towels. Towels were very old. The cups were not clean and has coffee stain inside the cup.

In general, we had an adequate stay. The cleaning staff were great, and the bedroom and bathroom amenities were fine. The key point for me was that it was advertised as having a 'kitchen', but there was no stove. I had counted on being able to cook (for a child with major dietary constraints). In the end we were reduced to microwaveable food, which was not what I was planning for. There were plates, dishes and utensils, and a medium sized fridge, all of which were appreciated.

The staff and the housekeepers are Awesome ?? The breakfast was Amazing!! The breakfast is the Best I have ever had!! On the last day our toilet was acting up. I made sure the bathroom was clean but no one came to fix it before we left. We were able to shower and brush our teeth but we could not use the bathroom.

5 Stars! Immaculate Room! Friendly Staff (Idaly) checked us in was so very nice and answered all our questions and made sure we were informed of all the amenities available. Super Clean grounds. Loved that we were away from the crowd of the Strip. The pool and Jacuzzi was extremely clean and the kids had an amazing. time. Plenty of clean fresh towels available. The view was awesome. We could see the Ball and the Observation Wheel from our room. I could go on but the best part is my grandson left his phone in the room after we checked out and they called us to inform us. I highly recommend Home 2 by Hilton on Sierra and will be returning.

The only person that was nice and resourceful was Ciera, she did her best to help me out with my concerns. I did ask for a wheelchair, and they said it was not available all along

This doesn't feel like a Hilton property. The room had a connecting door , and there was terrible noises and disturbance from people in other room. The breakfast is at best sub par , with no variety, taste and no cutlery to eat most of the time. The staff does not respond properly and we had to leave without breakfast since the dishes were dirty.

It was so comfortable and clean. They give you anything that you need. Coffee is available all the time at lobby. Its breakfast was very repetitive every day and we were there during the holidays and rush days and the service was so weak.

The rooms were old and a little tired. The taps in the bathroom were not secured properly to the wall and the bathroom needed updating. The breakfast foods were lower grade food products and packed with sugar.

The room and staff were excellent! However, our room was under very noisy occupants on the floor above our room. It sounded like children running back and forth and loud banging noises. The front desk was notified twice, but the disturbances continued. We were told by front desk staff that they may ask the upstairs occupants to change rooms, but unfortunately for us, that did not happen.

Staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean. One of the mattress cover had holes all over it. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Hotel charges a parking fee and your car is not safe in their parking lot. 3 cars were broken into during our stay.

Nice Front Desk staff, fast check-in/check out, nice breakfast variety. The pet relief area is just rocks in the back of the hotel. The area is not great,even though it is across the street from a police station. You do not need a key to use the elevators, so anyone can get to guest rooms.

Our stay was enjoyable. The only downside was that the restrooms didn’t have locks—just a sliding door that didn’t fully close. Aside from that, the rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

We chose this one over strip because they are one of the few that offered free hot breakfast. We thought this would be a good way to save money. There is a fee for parking which we did not expect, so not so much of a savings since many hotels in the strip do offer free parking. We did feel the parking garage was safe and we didn’t worry about our vehicle. Everything was nice and clean, the pool has a nice area. The monorail is 1/4 walk and takes you to the strip for a small fee. Breakfast was always fresh, well stocked and the area was kept clean.

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to help guests. Pool, bar and breakfast were great. The gym was very nice as well. The only complaint is that our room has a strong pet smell, the staff tried to help with cleaning and getting rid of the smell but it still smelled, needs a deep carpet cleaning. Maybe having pets contained to certain floors or more carpet cleaning.

Started out great clean room easy check in. This am though as I was getting ready mind you getting ready bra and panties and the door goes wide open and some man with a pizza walks in to my room. He had a card to get into my room. We informed the front desk and they didn’t even care. I would love to know if this person was an employee because how can you get a card to my room? And why didn’t the desk take this more seriously? I will more then likely be contacting higher up .

We loved this stay. The area was a little iffy but the actual hotel was really nice. From the pool to the gym to the breakfast it was all great. We loved the long counter in the room.

Really good experience at this location. Location was clean and comfortable. The front desk associate that checked me out was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, possible on the 6th floor next time.

I loved this property. The free breakfast was delicious especially the waffles. The only reason I am rating it a four out of five is because I wish the parking was free and when I got there at 3 for check in, only one of my rooms was available. Besides that everything was good. Rooms were clean, staff were nice and I felt safe.

I am repeat customer for a couple of reasons. The location feels very safe given the police dept is across the street. The hotel feels new and is very clean. We own a pet and their pet fee is very reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels. The staff is very friendly and prompt in their response. Finding parking is never an issue and the parking structure is secured. Overall, our family had a great experience!

Pretty good hotel which comes with free breakfast. However bed is a bit bouncy for my liking.

The room’s spacious. Like the mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dishes available. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

I would not recommend walking from Convention center to Hotel after dark. Neighborhood concerns. The breakfast had lots of tasty protein and was well provisioned with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Parking garage was less per day then the parking lots at the Convention. Not many choices for eating nearby but there was a Thai restaurant that was a block away. They had good food and the operators were seriously great at caring for their customer. I ordered extra and heated the leftovers in the kitchenet in the room. I did not try ordering from the Hotel's bar. They had a small menu of choices. A bit confusing on the building sign. It says Hampton Inn versus Hilton. (5-2025)

Graet room, clean, good breakfast, great customer service!!

This hotel was great. The room, breakfast, pool area and staff were all very good. My only thing to mention is that you have to take a car to anytime of interest. This is too far from the main blvd to walk and there arw some sketchy local areas not far away. The hotel itself is in a nice area by the convention center and police station but you really can't walk anywhere.

It honestly was not the best stay. You could hear the people upstairs walking around and jumping all over the place. The door to bathroom came off its rolling hinge and me and my friend had to fix it so the bathroom door could shut properly. The beds were not that comfortable and I felt the springs every night when I went to bed. The customer service was okay. There was also no menu in our room and I found a hair in my food when it arrived. The tv was too far from the beds to watch comfortably. It was also a little far from the strip so it was a little inconvenient because the Lyfts kind of expensive. I probably would not stay here again when I come back to Vegas.

This was an excellent place to stay. Stayed over 1 night with a family of 5. Staff was efficient and friendly.Hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were clean, there’s a microwave and fridge in he room. We all loved the pool and hot tub area that opened till 10 pm. The ambience at night was nice around the pool and we were the only ones there. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was plenty! Cereal, pastries, eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, fruit and granola.

The staff was great from check in to check out. Front desk was welcoming. Housekeeping so nice! The kitchen staff at breakfast was great and kept the food and coffee coming! :) Family friendly place to stay while in Vegas. Will stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great hotel, and a quick walk to the convention center, but stay away from room 458. The beds are TERRIBLE.

Friendly staff who are efficient and professional. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the strip (walking) so make sure you have transportation if you frequent the strip. Also, be mindful of parking (and having to pay for it) when you visit the strip (especially if you plan on making multiple trips back and forth throughout the day/weekend).

The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But once you leave the room there is a very strong perfume scent that is being sprayed throughout the hotel that seems very unhealthy to breathe. It instantly gave me a headache!

Loved how clean and homey it felt

This was a great hotel to stay at on our way through Las Vegas. We ended up going to the strip which was an Uber ride away. I would not walk around this area, it felt very unsafe. The hotel itself and the rooms were great though

Most things were great. My family has comfortable stay. Out door pool and hot tub were particularly great for kids. Gym facility was also spacious and great. We stayed consecutive three days. I wanted more option of break fast. And the taste of coffee was not good. The extra cost of parking lot was not good even though the location is not in the center of the city

Happy with the service provided and the staff was amazing. The hotel is very clean and rooms super clean. We will definitely come here for future stays.

Great property

First thing — the hallway smells amazing. Not sure what air freshener they use but I would stay every time just for that. It was very clean and the environment was nice. The bed was ver comfortable- better than average. The breakfast was great. Four waffle irons so no lines- fresh red potatoes seasoned deliciously, sausage, vanilla Greek yogurt. Service was quick when we needed a few things. Definitely felt luxury for the price. We were very relieved to find a nice, quiet, safe place in a city that sometimes boasts a false facade.

Check in was smooth, room was very nice and spacious! Security creeped up too much when we would go outside to walk the dog or grab something from the car……. which was a little weird. But understandable as it is Vegas. Easily location to the airport, strip and Fremont st. Definitely worth it! Beds were also very comfy and the breakfast was amazing!!!!

made a reservation at the Embassy Hotel in Las Vegas, and at the last minute they changed my hotel. If I wanted to change to the Embassy Hotel, I had to pay an extra $225. They didn't call to notify me of the change, and the person who answered was very rude. Extremely bad.

We went for a volleyball tournament weekend and it was close to the convention center (south hall) which was great. We didn’t have to uber. Surrounding area is not too bad. It was the perfect stay for our family of 5. Staff was great too!

I have stayed in this property on Jan & Mar 2025. Parking is so covenient and the property is clean. The staff are so kind and enthusiasm, and the second time stay like back home. Both of stay are for volleyball tournament in Las Vegas Convention Center. It costs 3mins walk to south hall and 10mins walk to center hall. It's so convience for us to get there. At last, the breakfast is so delicious. I plan to stay again on April. But there is no two queen beds room. If possible, I'd like to reserve a room like this. Thank you!
