Needed more towels and was told need to come down and get it since only one person working. When we got into our room, there was a dirty towel hanging in the closet and we were told they were almost full so not sure if they would be able to provide linens for the sofa bed. We got a sheet to cover and one to use as a blanket, the next day we asked if a warmer blanket and got it after it came out of the dryer

There is a serious disconnect between what occurs on Booking.com and what property knows. It’s a poor reflection on hotel whether or not it is their fault or 3rd party’s. Ultimately, the guest is inconvenienced or such as in my case, financially impacted.

The hotel is located one block away from Allegiant Stadium, which made walking there so convenient. We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay and the price was amazing! (We booked before the event increase). The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Also, the hotel staff were handing out BTS freebies and even had member cutouts in the lobby and a BTS merch raffle! I have never heard of another hotel that does that. We will continue to book the Holiday Inn whenever we come to Vegas! No complaints.

All staff was amazingly helpful and nice! Everyone was amazing but the one that stood out to us the most was Trey! He was so nice, sweet and very cheerful at all times!

This is the hotel to stay at if you are attending an event at Allegiant Stadium. 10 min walk, great amnesties, nice clean rooms. Easy parking, food, dispensary, gas stations and a nice bar all within walking distance!!

Hotel was short staffed on housekeeping end and because of this we didn’t even get to check in until 5pm and had to make it to a concert at stadium by 5:30pm. For how much is costs to stay a night , we should be able to check in to our room by 4pm. Front desk was as accommodating as they could be for having to deal with being short staffed. We also had a bigger room w 6 people and only received 2 bath towels. Called 2 times to get more towels and never received. Had to walk down to front desk to ask for more. We stay at a lot of hotels and have never had this experience. Woukd like a refund of some sort for what we had to deal with .

Check in was quick, staff were very friendly. The room was ok, Not dirty but some stains here and there. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom I had to request one at the front desk they claimed there should be one in the room so I double checked but nothing so they brought one but I didn’t work very well. Other than that we had no issues. Very convenient location since we went to the stadium for a concert.

The breakfast was not worthy of the price of the room. The eggs were watery both days and no fruit available one day. Its the same breakfast as a 100 dollar hotel. The couch and desk chair in the room was hard and not comfy. The couch was missing pillows which made it even more so. We loved the staff, but the room was clean not comfy.

I had my reservations for Friday April 10 upon arrival the person at the lobby informed me that they had over booking issues. They proceeded to tell me that they moved me to another hotel plus upgrade my room. When i arrived at the hotel they moved me too the room was a one bed full size with a pull out couch. I originally wanted reserved a two queen bed room. Definitely not the same of what I had reserved.

We had someone elses hair all over the floor in the shower and bathroom. Housekeeping no longer take pride in doing a food job. It shows. I can only imagine what was on the carpet. I didn't want to look to closely. The telephone was so sticky and gross. We needed to call maintenance so i used the phone. Gross. We also had a dead cockroach on the floor by the bed. That was disturbing. I would never stay here again. The two black men though, very nice!!!! Great helpers.

Hotel is good. Breakfast is okay. The one thing that isnt good for us was the water. The water was salty and slimy so it gave rashes and redness after showering.

It was a good location for the price. Breakfast was out of many items most days and we had trouble getting extra bedding from housekeeping inspite of multiple requests. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was great and fresh each morning. The bathroom was not cleaned thoughly upon our arrival as there was hair in the shower and a dead bug on the floor as well as missing half the towels. Also the safe was not reset and we could not utilize it. But overall it was a great stay and beds were comfortable, pool was nice and staff friendly.

We had to ask for extra towels, which was no problem. Overall a great stay! Clean, quiet and well located for our needs. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed that you offered coffee all day. Good value

The property was ok. I expected more because I thought this hotel was fairly new (not sure if it is!). But the rooms are clean enough. The shower curtain was dirty and the bathroom had leftover hair and dust. The staff was great. They were willing and happy to help me with every request I had. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast or gym. Pool was great.

We checked into our room. Then someone tried to access and said it was theirs was not. We had do not disturb sign and housekeeping knocking loudly EARLY. Next our refrigerator, coffee machine or phone was not working. We complained but nothing happened. Did not receive any reduction in our room rate. Worst experience will never rent here again!! No manager ever came up and apologized!!!

I stayed for 4 days with family. Overall nice experience. One improvement I would suggest is to have veg options in breakfast.

The hotel charges extra for parking, but buries that fact in tiny print on their website. The charges is stated as $20 a night, but when you go to pay, you’ll be charged $25 per night.

Supplies for sofa bed was never given 2x when requested, towels, bathing supplies request was ignored, laundromat was closed.

Rooms are not very clean. I noticed stains on shhets on my side of the bed after my husband was asleep. I cleaned with clorox & sprayed with lysol. I didn't want to awake him. Room needs to be dusted. Really outdated hotel. Our 1 night stay was durable.

The staffs are amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is easy to navigate to and off the strip so its quiet. Great location for a family trip.

The hotel was good. Thry are in the middle of some type remodel. No big desl. The I NLY problem i had was the cost$$ of oarking on THEIR property. We were not on the strip ir even downtown. Also that is an unexpected additional cost od 23.00.

The room was clean for the most part. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in bathtub when we arrived. Other than that the hotel is literally right by allegiant stadium! It’s about a 10 minute walk. In & Out is right out the front door. Gas stations nearby to grab water and snacks. Would definitely stay here if you’re attending an event at allegiant.

My overall stay was pretty good! We had an issue with our tub and we were immediately moved to another room. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. There was some construction or remodeling going on but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

But it is a 10 minute walk to the Allegiant Stadium and there is an In & Out & Starbucks nearby. The only downfall is the noise from the city streets and the airplanes flying over the area.

I came in for the Canelo Crawford fight and Raiders game. Hotel is close to stadium. The room was furnished nicely and clean. The had free breakfast which was adequate. Would definitely return here again.

We stayed at this property for a concert at Allegiant Stadium. It was walkable, quiet, and offered everything we needed for our little getaway.

I think the pet deposit fee was very reasonable and we love that it goes up to 75 pounds. Thats way more then any place around. I wish there wasn't any but this worked out for us. We love being able to travel with our pets and glad that the hotel trusts us to have them. You can walk to the stadium also in less then 10 minutes.

The staff were polite, they called and checked on you. The breakfast was good. The property was walkable to allegiant stadium.

Check in was easy, the parking cost being $50/night was a lot to me but there was plenty of parking. We were there for the concert. It was a short,easy and safe walk to the stadium from the hotel. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean although the bath tub was old and the toilet didn't flush well. My husband didn't enjoy the breakfast, saying the sausage wasn't good & pancakes not cooked evenly. There's an In n Out Burger right next to hotel and Wsky Stadium, a bar/restaurant, is within a few minutes walk of hotel and Allegiant Stadium. All employees were nice and helpful, I needed to get a couple razors and shave cream from front desk. They accepted debit card but be prepared for a possible deposit plus nightly parking, in addition to the total room cost, to be charged when you arrive. Overall it was a good stay and we'd stay again.

The young man that checked us in was friendly and thorough. The breakfast was well stocked but lacked anything exciting. Rooms were pretty clean but could be better. The beds were a little hard for me. I do wish they provided more towels. Only had 2 full size towels for a room with 2 queen beds.

I liked that it was a 7 minute walk to the stadium. Even though the hotel was down the street from the strip, it was quite a walk.

Property and room were all great including the breakfast in the morning. My only issue was that when we were trying to check in we are told that our room was cancelled because they were at full capacity and were trying to charge the card on file. Unfortunately the card on file was an old card that I no longer used but since I was never made aware they were trying to charge the card (since I had selected the option to pay at property). The receptionist then tells me there’s no more two queen bed rooms only a king available and we were 2 people which was insane. I showed the receptionist that I was receiving emails about my confirmed stay even that same morning and they were able to find a room with a king bed and sofa bed. Overall the stay was fine but it was just completely ridiculous that they were “at capacity” and cancelling people’s reservations without notifying them.

On hotels.com checkout was listed at 1200 noon. But the hotel staff kept saying checkout was at 1100.

Very convenient if you’re attending an event — the stadium is within walking distance, which is a big plus. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Some of the towels had hair on them, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor chairs were noticeably dirty. The building itself is older, and that shows in some areas. If location is your top priority, it works — but don’t expect much in terms of cleanliness or upkeep.

The hotel facility is older, and some things definitely need an update. However, there were certain things harder to get over. For example, the sheets on one of the beds had yellow stains. At that point, they should be thrown out.

I like that the property is away from the busyness of the strip but still feel close enough to just about everything. For $20 per night parking, I would've liked to see at least a car port to keep the cars relatively cooler in the Las Vegas heat. Overall, satisfied with the property and plan to be back.

This was right off the freeway and easy to find. My only complaint was the breakfast area. All the serving trays were almost empty both days of our stay. The counters were covered in spilled food/cereal, there was nothing but milk in the mini fridge; I could go on but I won't. We went out for breakfast instead.

Cleanliness was poor. The sink and the bath clogged twice. Staff knew about the problem, looks something recurrent. The electronic locks of the room was tricky. And the breakfast was the same for 5 days in a row. Property front desk staff was a little aggressive.

If you are visiting Allegiant stadium, this is the best location. It is a ten minute walk and very safe. You will find yourself taking the short walk back to your hotel while thousands of people are either taking the hot summer walk back to the strip or waiting hours for an Uber. If you are looking for a clean and updated hotel, this is not it. The rooms have high mileage ( guessing the Raider fans are packing 20 to a room), the staff is not very friendly, and room service never cleaned the room. Leaving a stack of towels and emptying the trash is not cleaning. The couch had crumbs and the room was crusty.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I booked my room over a month in advance and chose to pay at the hotel. Showed up and they told me I do not have a reservation and then when I showed them my reservation they told me it was cancelled because they tried to charge my card and it was declined but I never authorized them to nor was I notified and they claimed they tried calling me but I showed my call log and nothing. They said they could still get me a room but charged me more than double what I was supposed to pay for originally. We got up to the room after all that hastle and noticed the shower curtain had a blood stain on it and there was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod. Laid down to take a quick nap and some random lady that worked there just walked into my room and woke me up. She said she was just checking rooms. Do not stay here. It was dirty, they are crooks and service was TERRIBLE! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I accidentally left my bag in the room.When i got home after a 5 hour drive .i realized what had occurred i called the front desk and asked if they had rented out the room i had occupied .Travon replied No.. so i asked about my bag and he said no one from housekeeping has turned anything in .. he suggested that i may have missed placed it .. this seems like a very dishonest unprofessional establishment and i would think twice about staying here.

Bathroom comment? Yeah, it needs to be completely renovated. The bottom of the tub has paint to cover up the rust spots, the toilet is too close to the wall so the tank lid won't close, toilet was missing a chain so you couldn't flush it (they did come replace the chain), the wallpaper needs to go since it has several patches, and lastly, the bottom of the door is water damaged.

Told by the hotel I had to call Expedia to get a refund, even though they were the ones cancelling me, plus as I’d prepaid they wouldn’t just automatically refund me. Finding the Expedia number to call was impossible. Had to do it via online robot until I got someone online. The only bright spot, they did the refund quickly, but they also had to call the hotel to confirm I wasn’t lying, about what I’m not sure. Ya cause that’s fun after a long day in the car, not getting your room. And as the refund can take up to 10 days, I’m just hoping all is well.

We were excited that they had a room to accommodate a family of 6, but extremely disappointed at the condition of the room. The room was very dirty. I understand this isn’t a 5 star hotel but I do expect the room to be clean. Each comforter was filthy (black/dirt, blood spots, yellow discoloring appearing to look like urine, lots of hair). The couch cushions were covered in what appeared to be melted chocolate. We asked for new comforters and they were provided.

It was just very noisy. We were on the third floor the floor above us sounded like romper room up there. Everything about the Hotel was noisy. It just felt like cheap and/or old construction.

The staff checking us in were great. 5 minute walk to Allegiant stadium. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The room is showing a little wear and definitely could have been cleaner. Dirty bathroom wall. And there was something disgusting on the ac unit that needed to be avoided.

I was a little disappointed to find Zoox utilizing the back parking lot. At one point I tried to park back there to use the back entrance to the elevator and there was roughly 10 Zoox vehicles parked back there. Otherwise the hotel and staff were good.

Upon arriving, we were informed the elevator was out and we would need to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. We also needed extra bedding and was handed it at reception and expected to carry it up as well. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told I wouldn't have to pay for parking and could take a couple treats for the kids and that there was nothing else she could do. I was told I could talk to management in the morning. The next morning I brought my complaints to the front desk again and was informed either maintenance or the person at reception could have manually utilized the elevator the previous night. This information, after the fact, only made me more angry. I was also informed that since I used a third party to book my room, there was nothing else they could do for me. The lack of customer service was beyond the pale.

Check in was quick and easy, Gabrielle was helpful and pleasant during our entire stay. The lifts werent always working which was a tad annoying, I had to speak to staff 3 times before someone came to clean our room. It seemed some of the HSK staff had limited English. Other staff were easy going. Breakfast was fine, given the price. Overall there weren't any major negatives. I wouldnt have an issue staying again. Walking distance to the stadium and 10min taxi to the strip so it was perfectly located.

Elevators were partially working, having to navigate 4 floors was a total pain.

The refrigerator was unplugged. After plugging it in on a low setting, it still froze my liquids. The elevator was not working. Maintenance had to operate it manually and it was only during his shift. Once he left we were left to the stairs it go up and down floors, very inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was as good as most Holiday Inns. The location is great.

Hotel location was convenient to our planned destinations. Front desk personnel were helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and met our expectations for Holday Inn Express properties we've stayed at in the past.

Hotel com boa localização, café da manhã padrão, mas a limpeza estava muito ruim, tinha sujeira e meias de outros hóspedes debaixo da mesa, o cofre estava quebrado. Não realizaram a limpeza do quarto nenhum dia, não houve troca de toalhas, não tiraram o lixo.

This hotel was run down and in a sketchy part of the city. For approx $200/night, I expected a little more. Even the Mandalay Bay was cheaper at $120/night.

Solicitors are able to walk on guest floors and slide their flyers under the door. When I got out of the shower, I saw there was a pizza flyer in my room that was slide under the door. A maintenance man came to fix the toilet and the next day it stopped working again. I asked for housekeeping to replace the towels and change the trash since I would be out all day. When I came back to my room, nothing was done. I had to go downstairs and request it again. Friday January 24, 2025 around 10:38pm the Wi-Fi randomly stopped working. I called the front desk and whoever answered was really agitated and annoyed, and kept trying to rush me off the phone. If I had to give pros it would be there’s a decent size fridge and microwave inside the room. I was able to fit 3 medium pizza boxes comfortably. The room is spacious, beds and pillows comfortable.

We paid 20 dollars per vehicle for parking and the next morning, my son in laws pickup had a half tank of gas siphoned out of it. Supposed to be secured/security parking. Not happy or impressed.

Staff was rude during breakfast rushing everyone to hurry up because other people need to eat. But at the sametime maybe they should move the toasting appliances to separate table so no one is waiting on them toasting there bread while everyone behind waits for that. Why give a breakfast time if you're just gonna be rushed?

Room didn't had Body wash, I was told that hotel is in shortage of Body wash and offered for bar soap. Requested and confirmed to do the daily clean the room and change the towels, but the Room wasn't cleaned and didn't chnaged towels, everything was the same state as I left. Have reported to main desk and have to request and collected some spare towels.

Staff were super helpful and informative about our stay.

Rooms were comfortable, food was tasty and full stocked all mornings. Only issues we ran into was rude neighbors getting in late and blasting TV at 2:30am.

I would have liked one more small trash can in the room for the duration. One in the bathroom just isn't enough when staying more than a day.

I love the location to what my party was here to see. I love the hotel normally, but this stay I was given a Handicap Room. What I didn't like was the cleaning staff allowing the doors to smack the door locks while cleaning rooms around my room. It was extremely noisy!

The hotel was clean and conveniently next to Allegiant Stadium and just across the freeway from the Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the hotel needing some maintenance and upgrades (elevator not working, some parts of room wall peeling, etc.).

Everything good. Breakfast good. Breakfast lady was very nice and very productive. Lobby staff very helpful. Rooms no troubles and no insects. We stayed here for 5 days. Thank you guys.

Overall the hotel it self is very decent. Close to fast food restaurants, gas station, etc. Receptionist Tray was very nice and accommodating to us as we arrived late. He is very nice and friendly!

Breakfast was good. Not many options BUT it was enough because it was only for a short stay so this hotel is very convenient if you have a short stay. The hotel had a good location because downtown was ca. 20 min away by walking. And in-n-out burgers were right across the hotel.
