Amazing stay!! It’s older but it’s a hidden Gem!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place to stay and look forward to visiting again.

The staff was amazing. The room was a bit dated. The shower floor had a ton of chipped paint and did not look like the photo. But overall the hotel was fine and the staff was excellent.

The staff is very sweet. However there is barely and amenities. The pool was closed for several hours when we got here after being told it was open. There is no food or bar in the hotel other than snacks. It’s a little pricey to not have any food to chose from in the actual building because walking to places to eat is so hot.

The carpet was not clean like molded and I advised them to clean the carpet one in a while at least for such a high class brand hotel,phone wasn’t connected to call front desk to ask for something and they didn’t fixed it up to the today we left which it was in convenience to go down for something,other than that it was ok overall.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. We used the Vale service was great. You ask for you vehicle and it was retrieved in moments. The vehicle was not hot when it arrived. You are able to get your vehicle as many times as you want without paying a new fee. I had a child with us on the trip so it was nice not to have to walk through a busy casino. I would stay there again if I travel to Las Vegas again. Easy accessible to the bus.

The hotel has a rooftop pool/hot tub with great views of the Las Vegas Strip. This property doesn't have any restaurants so plan on eating elsewhere or stop at a grocery store to stock up your room's refrigerator. The front desk and bell desk staff are super friendly and helpful The 2 bedroom suite with living room, dining and kitchen was huge. There was a lot of room for the 4 of us. This facility could use some room updates. The bathrooms are a little dated but very clean. It was still nice having 2 separate bathrooms Stay clear of the concierge desk unless you are in the market to buy vacation ownership (timeshare).They were really pushing us to tour the Elara properly next door that was recently remodeled. Offered us gift cards to sit through a presentation and tour. Very aggressive about it. Had to say "No" multiple times during my stay. They even called the room one morning and woke us up asking why we hadn't stopped by the desk for our "gift". Concierge aside, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great- could walk to most places. The layout (kitchen, living area and separate bedroom was perfect. Plenty of places to walk to pick up food items. Also very large market in the hotel (large for a hotel - like a small 7 11). They also sent texts every day asking if anything was needed Liked everything

I have scheduled a time to get my room cleaned, (which was a complimentary service) but it was never done. We stayed for 4 nights and I only asked for 1 day to freshen up the room but still was not done.

Very nice choice for a hotel very close to the strip. Only downside was the 10am checkout that we thankfully were able to extend to 11am. Also expect a high pressure sales pitch at the beginning with a reward. Just say no firmly (multiple times) and you'll be fine.

I definitely would stay again. The only down side to this property is. No free parking for all the money you spend no free nothing. They charge a resort fee of 130 something dollars but no free parking for guests. Talking about its for cable n etc. Stop it. No incentives for the ppl. Gotta give back something. Our stay was wonderful. Staff were nice and helpful, location was really nice, just about a block from the strip and was a relatively quiet respite from the activity. The pool and the gym were nice and well maintained.

PERO, el hotel debe de tener mucho cuidado con la experiencia que sus huéspedes tengan en el área de ventas del Club Vacacional, porque tuvimos una terrible atención, se nos citó a la 1 pm, fuimos puntuales, y nos atendieron hasta las 2:pm, discriminatoriamente despues de preguntarnos sobre nuestro tope salarial en nuestro país de origen, nos dejaron en espera 30 minutos más; y luego de volver a preguntar sobre nuestro tope salarial con taxex incluidos, Se nos dijo que debíamos de esperar una hora más para poder atendernos. Finalmente las sensaciones de clasismo discriminatorio que tuvimos en el Hilton Grand Vacation Club Elara, lugar donde se nos llevó a recibir la charla, fue una lamentable pérdida de tiempo y una experiencia discriminatoria y hasta racista, de parte del área de ventas del Hilton Grand Elara. Experiencia que definitivamente no teníamos planeado experimentar en Las Vegas. Por respeto al esfuerzo del staff del Hoten Hilton Vacation Polo Tower, Si recomiendo ir y hospedarse en este hotel, pero No recomiendo aceptar la charla para el Club Vacation Hilton Grand Elara. We specifically chose this hotel because it did NOT have a casino. The rooftop amenities offered a refreshing break from the chaos of The Strip. Only Saturday afternoon was less pleasant on the rooftop with all the kids and partiers making a LOT of noise in and around the pool, along with the unending stream of tours being given to prospective buyers. Otherwise our week stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers was terrific.

Although it is an older property, the rooms were comfortable and large. It was relaxing to stay a bit off the Vegas "strip" and be able to enter/exit easily without navigating a casino. Each member of the staff we interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful! Would stay there again.

The very first thing that was frustrating was being told that they had a “welcome” gift for us and was immediately routed to the concierge desk for a sales pitch to be scheduled for another sales pitch. They seemed annoyed when I refused the offer. Went back a couple days later to try and purchase show tickets and got the same sales pitch. Hotel was great the concierge was a hassle

The room was incredible, equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, a large bathroom, a decent size living room and a magnificent and comfortable bed. The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe that was spacious and functional. The hotel is perfectly located on the Strip at walking distance from all the other big hotels, casinos, supermarkets and restaurants. The rooftop pool was really nice, offering some cool from the city heat and the gym is very well equipped. The hotel was a little too pricy for my taste, with one night costing almost $350. When I made the reservation it was one of the cheapest options for a location on the Strip, and I'll admit that I am not very familiar with Las Vegas, so it could be that this was a very reasonable price.

The room was very large, very tidy, very well equipped, 17th floor, without any problems at all. Unfortunately, they don't have a swimming pool or any source of food, but other than that, you can get by.

I really enjoyed their rooftop pool. It’s well maintained and the staff makes sure there’s plenty of towels for everyone. At one point the attendant came around with a cold face towel. I definitely enjoyed my time at the pool!! You get texts regularly checking in on your stay to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s a great location, right off the strip and easy access to all your favorite places

Our favorite place to stay when we are in Vegas. Rooms are clean and we like that there is a kitchen. It's in a great area, and you can walk to all the "strip" activities. Restaurants and shopping are all walking distance.

We stayed for three days and two nights. It was very good. It was very clean, and the front desk was also very warm. It happened to be my birthday. They also arranged rooms and birthday gifts for me. I will stay there again next time. I highly recommend it.

Everything went smoothly when checking in and out place was clean and very easy to go in and out of the strip

The room was quiet, the bed comfy and the shower was decent. The pool was basic and well maintained with a jacuzzi that was relaxing. The overall property was a little “tired” and could use some freshening. Also no restaurant on the property. If you can deal with these trade offs and want to literally save 1/2 off of the avg hotel bill, the Polo Towers is a great choice! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked my hotel at the very last minute, thankfully they have an available room. I got the 1 bedroom suite. Too bad I only stayed for a night. I would love to have stayed there for longer. The room was very clean and I would really like to commend the staff for being so helpful. All of them were so nice. Highly recommend to stay here. It's also so close to the strip. You will never go wrong staying in this hotel.

Amazing experience clean rooms

The bedroom itself was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom lights were completely non-functional. We reported this to the front desk immediately, but despite assurances, nobody ever came to fix it.

Clean and quiet. Having a full kitchen provided a lot of space for storing food and water as well as the opportunity to prep meals and reheat leftovers. Lots of food options and shopping nearby as well as several convenience stores. The location was within walking distance to the strip casinos and the Miracle Mile Shops. I wish the pressure from the shower head was stronger but everything else was great.

I had trouble getting into my room had to go back-and-forth with the front desk staff three times before getting a key that worked. That was frustrating. The front of the hotel was all torn up due to construction, so it was difficult to find parking. Other than that rooms were nice and clean.

Everything was fine just don’t do the timeshare. We check in on Thursday and schedule it for Sunday at 10:40am because we had other things planned. Went Sunday and we weren’t even registered on the list. Guy that guided us upstairs said our time starts when we check in and obviously it did not. We waited for an hour, seeing people get called before us and I went to ask and they were just finally done registering us! A hour!! And they said that’s when our time starts! Mind you we have plans after because we were told it’ll take 90mins. Waste of my time, was already there for a hour might as well have just given me my gifts. But of course hotel couldn’t do nothing because I wasted 1 hour there and didn’t do the timeshare so my time was nothing. The lady that call me from the hotel didn’t even mention who she was and just said “I heard you wanted to talk to me?” Like I don’t even know who you are and didn’t ask to talk to you but of course I’ll tell you what happened and of course I knew what they were going to say. They can’t do anything and she even said there wasn’t a 10:40 time on Sunday but we sure went with another person who of course was registered. Another person that text offer a late checkout of 12 and a 25 certificate, like nay no thank you, my flight flys out at 2 and I don’t need that 25 certificate to your wack hotel who shows no compassion for wasting peoples time. Could have gone to the Grand Canyon early that morning instead.

I have stayed here 3 times now, however this last time I was put in a room where I was awakened by the garbage man every morning at 4:30 am getting the trash which took about 20 minutes. They did however offer to switch my room, but I only had 1 night left so I declined and they offered me late checkout which I thought was a nice gesture. Everyone at the resort is extremely accommodating checking in with you at least 2 times a day to see if anything is needed. The property is very dated at least in the rooms I have stayed in and needs some updating for a fresh look. I will probably look elsewhere next time but overall it's decent for the price.

Older property could do some updating! however, we were there for my son‘s 21st birthday and we had four of his friends so there was six of us and it worked out perfect they had their own area and we had our own area! Everything was very clean, but it definitely needs updating. Staff was very nice and attentive.

I was initially staying at Club Wyndham but the room environment was causing me severe astnma attacks. (I haven't had astma/allergies since I was a child. I decided to leave to booked a stat at Hilton towers for remainder of my trip. Was beautiful, clean and airy. Perfect location but still quiet enough to sleep well. My breathing and allergies disappeared my first hour there. This will be my go to from now on.

They had a gym & shower changing room so on last day on check out I had time to spare and was able to facilitate of that which was great! Loved the little shop in the hotel with snacks & starbucks coffee. The kitchenette in the room was a great plus to have too.

Negatives: Couple of the electrical outlets in the room were not working. Immediately was nagged to go to a timeshare presentation. While others were not bothered. 1/3 elevators were out on one of the towers. Staff’s overall energy was polite but not welcoming. CASHLESS HOTEL (besides valet) Positives: Rooms were clean and stocked up (toilet paper, tissues, towels, dishes, utensils, soap for dishes, soap, body & hair soaps) Pool & jacuzzi were great along with the general area of pool. Convenience store had decent selection of items. Free laundry facility on every odd floor. Overall hotel was always clean. Fair prices. Comfy beds.

The hotel itself was obviously very nice, as one would expect from a Hilton property. The room was spacious, quiet and clean with a nice balcony and nice view. It's in good location, close to the action but at some distance from the traffic and the crowds. Overall a nice 1-night stay. The check-in process can definitely be improved or even automated. It took ages for some unexpected reason to get the keys to the room. You go at one desk then they send you to another desk to complete the check in and I struggle to understand for what reason. There's no breakfast included in the price we paid (could be there in an ideal scenario).

Pool would open late , not great when your crunch for time. Pillows and linens were not great, we had a selected a room with a bathtub the integrated water plug system did not function. So made the bath tub useless.

There is no restaurant or bar, but the hotel store has everything you want, and you room has cooking this to use. We brought a dollar store cooler that folds in our suit cas and took it to the roof top pool with everything we needed from the store. We loved no casino...we get called too easily. The staff at Polo Towers are the Best, Gave us a fantastic deal and a second room. The Hotel is well maintained and spotless clean. Rooftop pool is Amazing. Location is perfect for traveling the Strip. Highly recommend the polo towers for a Vegas stay.

Hilton Polo Towers is a great central location on the strip. In 3 weeks the biggest In-N-Out is right in front of it. 3 story shopping center with the best view on the roof top.

The worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. The studio is a basic hotel room. Nothing special about it. I would have been better off staying at Hampton Inn. Showers are for toddlers. My fiancé, who is 6’6” bumped his elbow in the shower several times while showering

One of the worst hotel stays, I’ve had. We remove rooms twice because the AC unit in both rooms did not work and the temperature would not go below 83°. They did credit the resort fee, but said they could not credit any nights because it was done through Expedia and not directly through the hotel. Much of our afternoons were left waiting for the AC guy to try to figure out if the AC could be fixed so we could not get out and explore this surrounding area as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. We were stuck in limbo figure out whether or not we’re gonna have to move all our stuff again for the third time. I did finally get a settled into a third room.

Liked the price and small space but flexible for 2 petite women. Staff always texted for assistance if needed. It was nice to have on hand. Clean room. Couple drawers were a bit too loose and wouldn't stay closed but wasn't a big deal to complain about. The bed was nice and asked for extra feathered pillows which helped with sleep. Overall, a good visit for sleep while enjoying Vegas!

We went for massages, reasonably priced and was great. The roof top oil, great, the store sold us everything we needed for our roof top pool adventure...there is no casino, for us this is good. It was shocking to know a hotel in vegas didn't have a restaurant or casino, but it worked out fabulous for us.

Valet staff were really helpful. Checkout is at 10am which is earlier than most hotels, I requested a late check out and willing to pay a fee as my flight had been delayed but I was refused. Got a balcony room. The balcony is literally standing room only. The elevator wait time was sometimes 10+ minutes. The room itself was nice for the price. There's definitely a reason why they don't show you a picture of the balcony.

Latrice made us feel so comfortable during check in. The free laundry room help us stay on top of the clothes during our travel plans. My son felt so comfortable in the room, the leadership i connected with in passing kept us engaged and looking forward to booking with this company again.

Rooms aren't quiet. You hear traffic all night, construction, dumpster removal at 6am and dismissive staff. Room moves are worse each time. Room 6301 has the broken bathtub and burned outlets special. Super shout out to front desk clerk Amaya who must be hard of hearing since she's never "heard of" anything like this. Yuk yuk yuk

First room we asked for honeymoon as we were there just 2 months prior for our wedding. No upgrade. View and space was poor, hair on the carpets and the 2nd room wasn’t vacuumed I stepped on a hemming pin. Over an inch in my foot. We moved due to very loud neighbours for 3 days straight. 2nd room shower was a small box I could barely fit. Rooms very dusty on top of microwaves and high point areas. Took 3 attempts to get a move. Was told it was full but no one was in a bigger suite next to us… just disappointed being there a few times and no consideration when asked for an upgrade. It wasn’t full we saw several units empty over 3 days.

Spacious convenience cleanliness Location

The hot tub did not work properly for the duration of our stay. The sink on our mini kitchenette leaked and sprayed water from the faucet directly on us. The shower door did not stop water from soaking the floor. We felt forced to visit the concierge before going to our room after check in which actually turned out to be a time-share pitch. One elevator was not working, leading to long wait times. Other than all that, it was a fine place to rest our heads.

The elevators hardly worked while there, and that was difficult while coming and going on the 20th floor. Also the pool shack is not open during the week, which makes for it difficult on hot days to get drinks. Usually, I’d just go downstairs….but of course, elevators weren’t working. Staff became more difficult to deal with when wanting to extend our stay since we had a later flight and acted like they didn’t want my business.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was nice to have the extra room to stretch out. Staff was easy to communicate with and always checking in to see if there was anything we needed. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevator situation. It doesn't feel like there are enough elevators to accommodate the number of rooms they have.

Great place to stay in Vegas with a group or family....we stayed at one of the big hotels on the strip our lst visit and found it took 20min just to walk to the strip from your room! This was room and easy to get in and out just a 4min walk from room to the strip! Loved the roof top pool , having the full kitchen and laundry on site.

This was our second time staying here, and highly recommend it. Staff are friendly, available and quick to respond to any requests. The rooms are nice and a good size. Great location, just a little walk away from the strip and I found it better than being on the strip. Could sleep with window open and not as noisy!

Location was great if you want to be on the quite side. The strip is a block away. The room is very nice. Comfy bed. Loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom. Rooftop pool was average size but what a view! I am glad I did the timeshare at the Elara. I didn't buy but it was worth it to see, and the incentive is pretty good just for attending. No restaurant. I didn't know when I booked. The kiddie pool wasn't working if you have kids but maybe they have it running in the summer.

Great location! The staff was wonderful and they spend a lot of energy cleaning the lobby. The pool was beautiful, perfect weather! The full fridge was a life saver. We needed bedding for the pull out and housekeeping was fast and delievered them right away! Also the valet was never a long wait, they did a wonderful job and they made going out to explore a great experience 5 Stars to them! Our bathtub was peeling off, I was not comfortable taking a bath because the first time my husband took a shower a piece peeled off. I would hope housekeeping would report that because the hotel has very high cleaning standards. Never have we had an issue in our multiple stays.

Convenient location, attentive staff, spacious 1 bedroom, clean, non-smoking facility. Bathroom was out of soap when we checked in and it took too long and many follow ups to get refilled. I'm sure this was a mess up on housekeeping prepping the room, but an unfortunate one that affected our initial experience, but they did take responsibility for it and tried to make things right.

In the bathroom sink drain system needs to clean up because water drain very slow. Also in bathtub fosset need to be replaced, it is loose and might break at any time.

Pool was closed. There was always traffic for the elevators and long waits.

Horrifically ruined vacation. RAW sewage backed up into the kitchen sinks in our room, three of the four days of our stay. This includes running all over the floor the last day, overflowing both sinks! We didn’t realize until day three as we were out most of the second day but returned to our room exhausted not knowing what the smell was and we didn’t use the kitchen area at 1st. Sure they offered to switch rooms however our guest group included an elderly handicap individual and a toddler. Moving is a chore and they said they FIXED the sink! All they offered was comp for two days & resort fees, oh and a little bag of gift snacks from their market. A person did tell us that we were NOT the 1st guests they heard this issue from. Do not recommend this property.

Way too expensive with all the tax and fees plus parking $25 a day. The pool was not operable, but they still insisted on charging me activity fee along with some crappy reader access fee. I can go on and on the stay itself was nice, but I couldn’t get past the fact of how much they charge on extra fees.

Great customer service from checking in to the valet service, the rooms was clean, the hotel overall was just amazing. I definitely didn't expect it to be so warming. Access to the strip was easy and accessible. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Club Polo.

Only downside is that they don’t have complimentary breakfast and they don’t offer late checkout (regular time to check out is 10am instead of the usual 11am, according to front desk).

We scheduled a cleaning for our room and confirmed with them twice that they would have it cleaned that day. I called at 10 and again at 2 the day it was supposed to be cleaned. They assured me it would be done before 4. When we came home at 5 the room still wasn’t cleaned.

They will try to sell you on the 'come see another location presentation and we will give you something free' they might try hard if you say no but once they understand you won't get bothered. They have a little market in case you need something like tylenol or a quick snack. Price is decent too, overall it was good and I would stay here again for sure.

My family of 6 stayed in a 2 br with a king and a queen bed, and a signed, 2 bathrooms,andwith a full kitchen. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect and had a good night sleep. Location was tucked behind the stores on the strip and was just a few steps out to the strip. No view but likes the opening balconies.

Suites were amazing. Very clean room. My favorite part was the ability to text message for things I need, ie more towels, phone wake up call, checking out. Everyone was very nice and kind.

Unfortunately construction was very loud in the middle of the night. Not sure why they decided to do construction in the middle of the night. Some people are trying to sleep. Walls are very thin. Housekeeping was very loud while cleaning the room next door.

The whole stay was amazing from beginning to end. The customer service and hospitality from the entire staff during our stay was unbelievable! Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

Great place to stay on the strip. We were family of 6 and got 2 adjoining room suit. Beds were comfortable, great view from 17th floor balcony and it was very convenient to go to the strip. Will stay again if we visit vegas again.

Staff upgraded room to a one bedroom condo for free. Very clean and fully equipped. TV had more channels than what's expected in Las Vegas hotels.

Clean room and since no casino is did not smell like smoke. Good location. All the staff was super friendly!! Would totally stay there again!!

The staff and the room feeling like home was the best part of this experience . The room really made us feel like we were at home. The staff did an amazing job keep tabs on us making sure we had anything everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This hotel was amazing because it didn’t have slot machines and all the chaos that the other hotels have. This made accessing and finding out rooms so much easier . We will be returning this amazing hotel !

Good location and having two bedrooms and bathrooms plus a sitting area/kitchen.

The room itself is nice. The beds on the other hand are HORRIBLE!!! You can feel the springs in them and the bed lays at a decline at the head. Did not appreciate an early phone call by a staffer to try and sell me on viewing another Hilton property after I had already told them we were not interested. Then to top it off the Caller wanted to speak to my husband as he “was sure he could convince him to go view the property”. We do not choose Hilton properties to be harassed and pressured into viewing other properties or possible time shares. NO is NO! Then they continually text you during your stay. I get it, technology is a huge part of today’s business and our lives but I’m here for vacation, not to be bothered with texts about things that are not of importance.

When we encountered an issue with the kitchen dishwasher at 12:30 AM, we called the front desk, and a maintenance team member was at our door within minutes to help. We are so thankful for their prompt, late-night assistance! Overall, it was a fantastic experience

the front desk service was great i had a few strands of hair in the shower that i saw. Overall the value is worth it and we enjoyed the living room and kitchen usage. Also the jacuzzi and heated pool

Great rooms. Very large. Loved the kitchen. Centrally located and easy access to everything. Parking was easy too. Valet not available but lot right across the street was reasonable.

Wonderful hotel centrally located to the strip! Lots of room for my family of 4 to spread out. We were told by numerous tour guides and Uber drivers what a gem this hotel is and we agree!

They had party’s at that pool constantly alcohols and I couldn’t bring my kid because they would smoke and be yelling and cussing and screaming I bring it up to front desk and nothing happened to them they where able to party all day and night for 3days

First of all, let me say that they went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday. The suite was clean and well prepared for a great weekend.

Staff are constantly checking if you need anything for your room. And the hotel is in a great location, close proximity to places we want to visit.

The room was spotless and beautiful. The view was over the top and the staff top notch. There was a little snafu halfway through the trip. They had some construction and had to block our windows and they moved us fast and easy would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was great. We liked the location and the room. Service was great. Did not realize there was no parking until after booking was not that much inconvenience. The lower score for cleanliness was for the very large half alive roach we found in the bathroom. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. J

The only negative was, our daughter was supposed to get a room close to us. They ended up nine floors up

Walked into room with all drawers open. No soap. Asked for soap to be brought up while we were out for the evening. None was delivered. Figured out late at night we had no hand towels. Lived without.

Staff was courteuos. There was no furniture in the balcony. After checking out a spurious charge of $31 was taken from my credit card with no explaniation. Queried charge via e mail, still awaiting a response.

Checkin webt smoothly other than the pressure to buy a timeshare and the brubery with tickets to shows. We just wanted to get to our room. There was also a strong cologne smell in the hotel lobby which was awful. Otherwise rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the rooftop pool and hottub were nice.

Our check in was late in the early morning. I notified the hotel in advance of our late check in and they responded that would be just fine and staff would be there to check us in. We did not receive the room we selected and paid for. The overnight desk told us it was first come first serve and our room was given to someone else. We had paid for a two room two bath suite. Our first night we were given a king suite. When then moved the next day to two adjoining rooms. The night we arrived the manager would not come speak with us when we requested. We were not happy with staff. The next day RG in housekeeping was great. She heard we were waiting for our room. We were there for our wedding weekend. The desk said our room would be available after 10am. We had some errands to do and when we came back at 2pm the room was still not ready. RG was instrumental in getting us moved. Alyssa during the day was also very helpful. I feel that when you select a room option you should receive what you have paid for. We probably will not stay or recommend the Polo Towers. This is unfortunate because we do like to stay at Hiltons. The beds were good and the room was spacious.

The room was in great condition. I was not pleased that i was put in a room with a murphy bed. It was not as comfortable as other hilton beds i have used. The staff seemed put out when they asked if i needed the ADA room I was scheduled to have and i said no. They asked why i picked it and I explained that i don't know how i had don't that and was very sorry.

They did not clean my room every day after it was requested. I had to call for towels two the five days stay. They did not inform us that there would be a hotel amenities fee. We spent time learning about the Hilton point and return for tickets for the Hoover Dam, but they did not give me a pass to see inside the dam as I requested. This will not be a choice of hotels in the future.

Valet double charged and had to waste time on my vacation to call and get it corrected. You at the hotel know how the valet service works! So when I ask pay you or them and you say oh you can pay here. Then they charge me in order for me to get my vehicle retrieved. Do better. Room was fine.
