Easy to drive to, nice pool area, large room suitable for 5 Rooms have seen their best days

This was such a great option for my family. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms so my kiddo had their own space. The kitchen was adequately provisioned with utensils and pots and pans. The staff was so amazing and quick to respond to any request. The concierge was super friendly and helpful. It was nice to stay off the strip but not too far away. Many food options and store options just down the street. I would 10/10 recommend this location and will definitely stay there the next time we go for vacation.

Would love to have cooking oil and salt and pepper available in the rooms. And I don't understand how the floors between the top and bottom floors creeks so much, it's wasn't like the people above were being loud at all, they were just walking. And so much cracking and popping. Seems like they could insulate the floors better.

Great place to stay off The Strip. Quiet, clean and only 36 minute walk from Allegiant Stadium! Air-con was great, apartment great size and clean, stocked with amenities. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great stay - great location. This is a converted apt complex with a redone pool. My room was basically a one-bedroom with a patio.

The place was very clean and well maintained. We were able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay there. The bed was also very comfortable.

Very spacious condo hotel in a quiet, safe location off the main Strip. There is a gate that I didn't expect to get into the property which adds additional safety measure. The only minor inconvenience of it is that you have to align your car properly to tap your access card to a scanner. Would recommend for people who want a quiet place off the main Strip with free parking.

Our suite was HUGE. That was definitely the most appealing part of our stay. There was so much room to spread out and unpack for our weeklong trip. Tons of towels too, and if we needed anything, we just called the front desk and housekeeping brought us our requests. Having a washer/dryer and a full kitchen, modestly equipped, was also a major game changer and budget saver for us too. The property is older and it shows inside and out but we felt safe within the grounds. Upon checkin, the property staff were so kind and prompt. Unfortunately, the HGV timeshare sellers will hound you down and trap you for about 20 minutes to try and get you to sign up for a tour while using gifts as a lure. After travelling all day, that’s not the experience you want to have when you just want to get to your room. We barely saw any families so can’t speak for that aspect. AC worked great but its lower limit is only 68. Parking was ample. Not in the best overall area, but again the property was fine and we felt secure. You need a car for sure to get anywhere but parking was free and I felt like we got a great deal on our stay!

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The only negative complaint that I have was, we were on the bottom floor, and we could here the people above us, constantly walking back and forth. Especially true in the morning. Next time we'll make sure to get a second story.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Other than the coffee maker, we didn't use the kitchen. Did use the refrigerator and it kept everything nice and cold. Also used the table and chairs and were very pleased. If it had an elevator to the 2nd. floor. I have problems walking and climbing stairs. I guess this was my fault for not being observant enough to notice. I made the assumption that it would have an elevator.

This is a nice resort but the sales person was unbelievably rude when we told them we’re were not interested in a timeshare. Just would not take no for an answer, borderline abusive! We like Hilton assets but will be reconsidering if we will continue to stay at Hilton facilities in the future. I brought this issue up with the site management team and got a generic empty apology. I booked thru Expedia to avoid the timeshare sham. We were there for 3 nights and the last thing we had time for is some hard sell timeshare presentation. So disappointed with Hilton.

The beds were comfortable, the extra linen for the pull out was all together in a sealed bag, plenty of toiletries, outside seating patio, nice sized kitchen. Even though we were near a main road, it was quiet inside. The room was very shabby with burnt side table, ripped rugs, chipped furniture, and over worn state. The main bath tub had obviously not been cleaned as there were long hairs on the tub. The bathroom over all did not feel clean. The complex seemed very empty yet te room we were assigned was way in the back near a dumpster. It is obvious that they were renovating rooms and we were assigned one that had not been touched yet.

Booked here after our original hotel was filthy. We loved the location off the Strip, separate room for the kids and a full kitchen. The pool was perfect. We plan on staying again.

It has been a while since the rooms have been renovated but they have been impeccably maintained and are very clean.

Room was excellent and property seemed to have lots to offer though I did not use it much. Conveniently located for me though a bit off the Strip. That made it feel quieter and safer though. You really need a car to get around as it was a bit far from shops and restaurants for walking. Otherwise great value for the money spent.

Great place for a great price. Pool was awesome, rooms were basically apartments. Kitchen had a fridge, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Also an in unit washer/dryer and two bedrooms and two bathrooms with one being in the King room. Lobby had a Keurig with free coffee, comfy seating areas and a game lounge. Pool area also had grills if you wanted to have a cookout and plenty of seating areas. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay off strip, but close enough that it’s only a short 10-15 minute drive.

The location was perfect. I was close to everything. I like that there were two pools so the kids had their own section. And the place looked beautiful. It felt like we were staying at an apartment with the two rooms and kitchen. It was perfect for the amount of people that we had. We truly loved our stay. The pillows were too soft. The ice from the ice machine made everything taste really gross. We let it run for a while and tried again and it didn’t get any better.

Overall it’s good stay. I tried to use a dishwasher but I could not figure out & it took vey long to fill the toilet water tank. I guess strict water usage would be the reason why & it’s NOT a big deal at all.

This was an excellent resort for our stay of 5 nights. The pools, hot tub & public areas were very clean. Our suite was clean & comfortable. We had plenty of room. Our suite had a private balcony with a view of the pool below, which we enjoyed very much.

We just stayed one night, but it was a great fully functional apartment and very comfortable for 4 adults. You could actually live here for a long time - it has everything.

Perfect place to stay with the family in Vegas. Was pleasantly surprised to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. Had a blast at the pool, fun game room, and fitness center had plenty of equipment. Front desk staff was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again.

The carpets were not clean, our socks were black after walking around the room for a few minutes. There was food stuck to the carpet in the bedroom.

Great place for families!! We arrived before the check-in time with 4 kids. Front desk staff was very friendly and they allowed us to use the pool area while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was ready quickly and was spotless, spacious and perfect for a large family. We only needed to stay one night for an early flight out so did not need to use the kitchen or laundry but I would definitely stay here for a longer trip after seeing the room! Quick access to the airport in the morning.

Overall we always like this property. I like the easy parking and it's convenient for getting to the side of town you want without the strip traffic. For some reason our room had a weird smell this time. The beds, bath were all clean which is the important part, but the blinds and deep cleaning was lacking. We had to go through an extra desk at check in to try to send us to other activities/sales which I didn't like and never had to do before. We couldn't use our game system in the family room because there is a seal/lock so you can't take the caster so we could only use it in the restroom, we requested an extension cord but none were available. Overall for the price it's a good value.

Peaceful and safe place to stay off strip. I only deduct a star as their "welcome" by the concierge was a timeshare pitch. I get that it's their business, but it was not the kind of welcome I expected. Also, no encasements on their mattresses. These are minor issues overall, and I was happy with my stay. Would return.

We stayed here a year ago and it was much better. There were many things broken and needing to be repaired. It also had not been deep cleaned in a very long time and several areas were quite dirty. We were disappointed in our stay.

I always love staying here. Hate they don’t have their shuttle anymore. Only issue was the extra loud a/c unit, and a few things I made sure I wasn’t ding for. Staff was excellent and the two A/C guys came to look but they were the doctors and it wasn’t as loud. Rooms were clean

Great bang for the buck !!

I have been a frequent visitor in years past.This property has always been a great "Secret" for travelers who don't care about all the convoluted "Hype" & Frivolous (Over!) charges that comes with staying on the Strip, knowing a good night's sleep is far more *Valuable!!! Well, ever since Hilton bought out the former 'Desert Paradise', prices quickly DOUBLED(!!) & TRIPLED(!!!)....Just Because!!!! Needless to say, this past visit was due to a "LUCKY" drop in rates below $200/NT. This property is well maintained, although HILTON never bothered to update the furniture or appliances to justify their DRASTIC(!) price HIKES. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchens are well-appointed with the necessary equipment for proper meal preparation. In summary, the (Gawdy!) HILTON price hikes accomplished ONE thing, & that's KEEPING OUT UNSAVORY CHARACTERS...!!!

Excellent stay for a group of 3, comfortable beds, spacious accommodation, nice kitchen and place to eat, with cutlery provided. Its off the strip, so transportation is uber or car, but quiet surrounding. I do think the hotel needs to upgrade their plug sockets to USB/ USB-C but very minor thing. Recommend grocery shopping if you are here for a few days to make your own breakfast

We went to Las Vegas for family weekend. This place is just great for families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite (1 king, 1 queen) and sofabed. Has a separate dining rm & living rm and a full kitchen w full fridge. Saves much on food and great for family to hang & catch up. Furnitures and beddings are clean and fresh.

We showed up after being delayed at the airport and couldn’t check in. Tried calling. No one answers. I have never heard of a place that you couldn’t get checked in. This should be told to everyone immediately! If you are past midnight by no fault of your own you can’t access the property. Very deceitful.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The suite gave us plenty of space for our 3 kids, and having all the amenities we needed made the trip so much easier and more relaxing. The resort was quiet, family-friendly, and a great escape from the busier parts of Las Vegas—yet still close enough to get to the fun when we wanted to. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere truly made us feel at home. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Did not use the pool but it was really nice and the grounds around it are too. Condo was very spacious with a large , walk in closet, sunken tub, w/d, dining room and full kitchen with a dishwasher. Gated property so felt very safe and secure!! Would definitely stay there again!!

I recently stayed here for five nights and spent my thanksgiving holiday here. It was a wonderful experience! Although it’s not located on the famous Strip, it’s just a five to six-minute drive away. What really stood out was the spaciousness of the room—much larger than the typical hotel rooms on the Strip. It featured a full kitchen, a living area, a separate bedroom, and even laundry facilities. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a fantastic perk. The environment is peaceful, and the service is excellent. The staff frequently checked in to ensure we were comfortable, and there was even a room cleaning during our stay. Overall, the value for the price is unbeatable, and the staff’s warm hospitality made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize comfort and value over location. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends who visit Vegas in the future.

Love that there is a family friendly pool area and an adults only area. I also loved the safety of the hotel as it is gated. The parking was convenient and the rooms were so spacious and clean. I will say there were some cosmetic things with the rooms. Things slightly broken but overall was very clean. The staff was overall friendly but they are really pushy with their offers. We were coming for an event and they were quickly changed their attitude when we said we were interested in learning more about their timeshares and stuff. That was the only thing I have that bothered me. Other than that everyone was very friendly and responsive.

Great small apartment style hotel, amazing privacy, fitted with all the small cookware you'd need, big bed. Water temperature control is weird, its either hot or scalding, but was great for the most part!

The floors were very dirty. The bathrooms and bedroom were decent. The bed was not comfy but overall for the price it’s a decent stay.

One thing that was off, floor had many marks from moving furniture and the floor was a little dirty. Unit was full size 1 bed/1bath apartment. Parking was limited for that specific building. I'd stay again!

Clean room, location

Clean suite, upgraded from a single bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite. Only stayed overnight to catch an early flight, but everything went smoothly. It's basically a good size apartment, with full kitchen, washer/dryer, 15 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from the Strip. Noisy on the highway side but most of the buildings are not on the road.

The staff were great. Very attentive. Plus, I was astounded by the cleanliness of the room. None of the surfaces felt sticky. The bedding was fresh and clean. I didn't get the 'ick' whenever my bare foot touched the floor. Thanks so much for such a wonderful trip!

My only complaint is we got a room next to main road which was very noisy.

We stayed one night. This place is nice for family and two couples. We love the two bathrooms.

Staff made you feel welcomed. Place was clean. Location was very safe.

Bed was comfortable. The couch and chair were designed more to be cleaned than comfortable. The pool area was nice, clean, and enjoyable. We enjoyed the Crabtree and Evelyn bath products.

The rooms are either 1 or 2 beds and bathrooms, each room has a balcony, walk in closets, in room safe. Also provided are shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc..easy check in, check out..our favorite place to stay while in Vegas

A bit disappointed with their ECO friendly policy as there was no separate containers in the bin storage to place cardboard/paper, plastics, and cans.

Nice place but uber becomes very expensive if you’re going to the strip. It wasnt walking distance and saw a lot of homeless sleeping in street outside of resort

We loved the full kitchen, washer and dryer. The room was wonderful with the walk-in closet. The upstairs neighbor was a little loud while thumping as they walked. Other than that the two pools and the workout room was great. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

Beautiful property. I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas. Comfortable and they thought of everything down to a pizza cutter in the kitchen.

My only suggestions are, if you know someone us coming in, put the arm down to have ice ready. In my opinion, the pillows not comfortable at all, to hard.

The unit was very clean. The staff was incredible! Parking was plentiful. The only thing is that due to the age of the complex, we could hear every sound that occurred. That got old after not too much time there.

Nice room size. We had a 2 bedroom which had a full kitchen, living space. We received daily communication with staff to see if we had any needs. I liked the area with several convenience stores just a block away. Only complaint is I found the coach uncomfortable.

This property was an absolute surprise. It was so beautiful and well-maintained outside. Then we get into the apartment and it’s in fantastic shape. air-conditioning, full-size appliances, king-size bed, kitchen stocked with dishes, a private patio with table and chairs. The pool area was fantastic with two big pools, two hot tubs, lots of chairs with umbrellas, and BBQ grills. The fitness center had a nice amount of different equipment and weights.

Service was terrific! Clean and spacious! Walk in closets were helpful. Amazing staff!

I enjoyed my stay from start to finish. We stayed for 6 days. The suite was very neat and clean when we arrived. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were not over bearing. They texted us every morning to see if we needed anything and if we did, they brung it right away. If i had to complain about anything, it would be the dryer. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. Other than that everything went well.

Staff definitely needs more, if not way more training in the area of cutesy, communication skills, greater knowledge of customer history and appreciation. My history of stay with family at this property dates back to approximately 9yrs, and to haven’t been treated the way I was by Mr BOB (security) on the morning of my check out, is totally unwanted. His reason being that, according to his boss, there’s no extension of stay. As it turned out, I had no reason to extend my stay whatsoever.

The check in staff was very helpful. I liked the text everyday to check if we needed anything.

The pool and the hot tub were lovely. The facilities in the room were really nice. The couch was a little bit uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The only complaint is that it was a timeshare property, so we were a little bit pressured into attending a presentation the following morning. We were not expecting that when we reserved our room through hilton.com.

Loved that the place was spacious and had a full kitchen. The best was awful. Also I had called before I booked the room to confirm the gym hours, the woman on the phone said the gym was open 24 hours but when we got there we were told gym hours are 5am - 10pm. We were pretty bummed about this

Great value for money. Big apartment with lots of space. Not the greatest view from balcony but complex felt safe and luxurious. Lovely quiet pool. Nice hot tubs. Friendly staff. Would recommend for families.

If you have been to Vegas, and done the strip thing, which everyone should do at least once, then this place is for your subsequent trips. Private, unassuming, fully loaded condo with everything a home away from home should have. Close to everything, yet without the hustle and bustle of the strip, or even an off-strip property. I found it by chance, having passed in front of countless times, and never noticing it as a place to potentially stay. Well, now I know. When we come to Vegas, this place is it from now on.

Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on the tour, but overall this should be an option not more of a sales pressure tactic. I do have to say aside from that the entire experience was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay.

Very good staff, clean apartment, good swimming pool

We have been staying at this property since 2005 because of it being away from the strip. The conveniences of a full kitchen and laundry facilities keep us coming back. Th only knock is the rooms are in need of upgraded furniture/seating options in the living room.

The bed was not very comfortable mattress felt worn. The pull out couch was in rough shape very uncomfortable. The outlets at the bed lights were very loose.

his place was really nice. Check in was easy. The front desk staff was nice. About 15 mins to the Strip, 10 mins to Chinatown, 20 mins to Fremont Street. There are 2 outdoor pools, one is adults only and the other has a waterfall. This place is like an apartment complex. We stayed in 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a livingroom and kitchen. They even has washer and dryer. It's like staying in an apartment. They communicate with you via text message and they always check with us if we need anything during our stay. My only issue was the concierge trying to make us listen to timeshare presentation for free tickets. When I told him, I don't have time. He said "but you're staying 5 days" like he knows my schedule. He was so friendly in the beginning, but when I told him I'm not interested, he immediately changed his facial expression and tone and said "ok then you're good" and stopped talking to me. LOL. Other than that, we like this place. We only paid $160 a night to stay in an apartment.

We found this hotel fantastic. Easy and safe parking. Great pool which the kids loved plus an adults pool! Convenient to access all Las Vegas has to offer and just a short drive to the Strip. We would stay here again!

Had an excellent stay however DO NOT DO THE CONCIERGE TIME SHARE! They offered us four free show tickets if we attended a 90 min time share presentation and a $40 hold on my card to be released after presentation. For the show we wanted it was nearly $40 per ticket so seemed like good deal. However was not 90 minutes but 2 and a half hours with the sales rep repeatedly trying to overcome our objections but the math wasnt mathing. We left and they gave us reciept showing hold was reversed but two days later it went from pending to an actual charge. I could not get ahold of concierge but at check out front desk said he would email them but now a week later the charge has not been refunded. So i guess my "free" tickets cost me $40 + 2 and a half hours of my life. Enjoy your stay at the apartments but tell the concierge that will jump on you at check in to go to hell for me please

It was a very enjoyable place to spend my Las Vegas time at. Nice, quiet, and close but still off the strip.

The only thing was that the tub you couldn't take a bath some of the shower gels were empty but over all it was good.

Staff and service is very good.

Our visit to Vegas was for work so we really liked the "AirBnB run by Hilton" format for an extended stay off-strip. Using text to interact with the front desk was convenient and the staff was quick to fix an issue while we were out. The only negative was "loud car noise" from Decatur Blvd late at night. Even so, we would definitely stay again when we come back!

This is a very well ran resort! only complaint is the AC doesn't work well in the two bedroom. the smaller bedroom to be exact, they brought us a fan, but overall, it was very very nice!

Everything was fantastic: spotlessly clean rooms and grounds, excellent facilities, and extremely helpful staff. We particularly loved the pool area; even when the resort was full, it never felt crowded.

Front Desk very polite and responsive. Pool area clean. Room not so much due to lack of common sense and normal level expectations of what “deep cleaning “ means. Counters not cleaned, bathtub or sink in the bathroom not cleaned. Bad smell in the room. Sheets not changed although we were there for 10 days. TV service “Castnow” not functional due to being damaged and not enough extras available. Although maintenance staff requested prior to stay. Also housekeeping removed personal items that were stowed away in cabinet. Like garbage bags that we brought from home. So my advice would be is to state the obvious, double check everything, communicate common sense and if your driving bring “the needs” like towels, laundry detergent ( cause the stuff they offer isn’t even sold at the dollar tree) Roku or you won’t have any streaming apps. Also bring anything that you would need for the kitchen cause what they offer is not worthy to cut or slice anything. And coffee pot is a per cup scenario so if you love coffee your better off bringing a tea kettle or a keurig machine.

We stayed during the 4th of July week and our family had a wonderful time. The hotel/apartment was huge, we stayed in a 2 Bedroom. The pool was always clean and refreshing. Staff was always friendly and communication was amazing. We were asked every day if there was any supplies needed. This was our 2nd year staying here and we will definitley be back.

Super convenient, clean, and quiet. I was in Las Vegas for my daughter's sports camp, and it was so helpful to have a full kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. The first desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This place was literally a home away from home. The unit came with appliances and utensils to cook with, along with cups, plates and other things. Every morning they would text and asked if you needed anything and if so, they would rip it off to your front door. I would definitely stay here again.

It was chill and private ! Everybody was amazing and respectful.. love it and hopefully going back soon

This place looked more like a condo than a hotel. Very spacious. Extremely clean. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook an entire meal. This should be included in the main description on the site. Would have been helpful when booking. But overall you will love the location. Very easy to get to the strip and other shopping. Super Walmart and Sam's Club, Target all close by. Front desk sends you daily text messages for supplies and to check in on your stay. They are very helpful.

This was one of the best experiences ever. Close enough to the strip if you want and far enough away it you just need to relax. The resort had everything you need, full apartment with kitchen and washer/dryer, balcony, comfortable king size bed. The pool was fabulous. Everything was clean and so well taken care of. Staff was kind and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything.

Amazing and safe stay with great value for money. Would 100% recommend staying here! It has a well equipped kitchen with utensils and large rooms. I absolutely loved this place. It’s closer to the strip but not on it which makes it much more quieter and traffic free.
