The saline pool and smoke-free/casino-free property make this a perfect stay for families with kids. The room was clean but overall I think Hilton should reevaluate their choice to use sliding doors for the bathrooms. They leave huge gaps!

The hallway on the 1st floor and also in our bathroom smelt like sewage. This was my 1st time staying in a hilton property in years because in my opinion it is one of the worst hotel chains. Poorly maintained and over priced is the hilton promise

Will come back when attend Allegiant stadium concerts. It was around 25 minutes walking distance.

The rooms were very clean and I had no concerns. The staff were welcoming and helpful. This hotel is very quiet which I appreciated. Aside from a handful of families the majority of guests were pilots and flight crew. I enjoyed some time at the pool in the hot tub. Both were clean and welcoming.

Great place to stay, very clean quiet and was a Lyft away from everything. Would stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with a front desk staff member named C’zarina. During check-in, I politely asked if she could help speed things up because our Uber had arrived. Instead of assisting, she just stared at me without typing and repeatedly blamed the “slow computer.” Then, out of nowhere, she accused me of “yelling,” even though I wasn’t raising my voice at all. When my partner came downstairs, she actually started shouting “calm down” at me, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Such a shock. She even wrote her name on a card and told me to go ahead and report her — as if tourists have no way to stand up for our rights. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and I’ve never encountered staff this rude or hostile. Her behaviour was so irrational and confrontational that it made me genuinely question whether she is fit to work in hospitality. As an Asian guest, the way she treated me felt targeted and deeply uncomfortable, and I am concerned there may have been an element of bias. This experience really overshadowed my stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves front desk service.

They refused to issue an invoice, even though they are required to do so according to their agreement with Booking.com. I tried to contact them several times without success. Even the Booking.com customer service team was unable to obtain an invoice on my behalf. Very poor service!

Nice hotel, clean and felt safe. A bit confusing to get to and not much in immediate area so if no car, need to uber. Has view of some of the strip hotels so feels like Vegas strip which is just a quick car ride. I'm sure walking is an option, but I would not as a female as it's a bit desolate. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice except my only complaint was treating the basic continental breakfast like it was a dining out meal. It was your BASIC breakfast with bread, eggs, sausages, cereals, etc., I believe the breakfast was about $15. It was part of my booking, so I didn't pay after eating, just used a voucher I was given. But my older daughter decided once we got back to the room, she was still hungry and went back for seconds. As my kid was serving herself a plate the "server" approached her & told my daughter once you leave you can't come back unless you pay which was so ridiculous for a basic continental breakfast. We were there probably less than 20 minutes prior. My daughter explained that she was just there but still hungry and came back for a second plate of potatoes. The lady took the plate of potatoes when my kid was not going to pay. Just seemed petty, like my kid didn't just walk off the street. Honestly if that hadn't happened it would have been 5 stars for the staff as the rest of staff was so nice but that just left a bad taste in my mouth for the scenario. Also wish pool opened earlier. Overall, though nice place off strip but close.

Spacious lobby and corridors, convenient paid parking, large clean rooms. Place is very neat, light and clean. Housekeeping staff do their best! Very rude staff, unexpected withhold of the deposit of $200 which was never mentioned here on booking,com. Lady at the counter very arrogant shouted that we MUST pay the deposit because all hotels in Vegas withhold it! I was surprised of course how one arrogant lady at the counter ot 3* hotel can be so sure about literally ALL hotels in Vegas! Its very upsetting when hotel "policy" contradicts with booking.com information. Wouldn't recommend this place - who knows what other "policies" they forgot to mention on aggregator website.

What was there was very good, especially the Saturday evening specials. Bathroom fan remained on regardless of any light or other switches we turned on or off. Should have had more buffet options, given you charged $15 per person.

We did not like the ground in the pool area it is very uncomfortable to walk on and gravel type stuff sticks to your feet and gets into the pool

Convenient location, close to allegiant stadium AC sucked. Considering it was over 100 when we stayed, it was pretty miserable.

I stayed here to go to a concert nearby. It said breakfast was included which I thought was nice to help with that expense. I got to the breakfast bar and told I would be charged $15. I didn’t take the food. And said that it was in the description that breakfast is included and was told that it wasn’t.

This property was amazing for what we needed. It was clean and the room was spacious. They have a water bottle refill station by the lobby.There was a bar and restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. It wasn't opened all night which was ok with us. The only negative thing we encountered was the wait to check in. It was not an issue for us but I did want to point it out. Maybe it was a coincidence that 4 parties were in line waiting to check in around the same time and there was only one worker.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is simple and no frills but pleasant and with everything you need. The bed is great and the bathroom has all the essentials like towel, liquid bath soap, hairdryer etc.

Off the strip, but just a short drive away. Need to provide better space in the front to stop the car and drop off luggage before going into the parking lot. The added issue that you can't even enter the parking lot until you're checked in makes it doubly tricky.

The reception staff (ladies )have a general attitude, toiletries must be taken by the reception staff and the hotel does not have disposable slippers. The room is clean.

We had stayed 2 nights. I had asked to replace the toiletries and give coffee cups and sugar packets they said yes sure. But they didn’t so I followed up again. They said we do the service every other day. Was disappointed ☹️ They gave me in my hand all the stuff and brought to the room.

This is a good choice for families. It is clean, updated & felt safe. There is good outdoor lighting which was nice since we were out late. It’s an easy 30 minute walk to Aligent stadium & many of the big casinos. The bed was really comfortable. Their breakfast is good, but for a fee. They also serve dinner for a fee

I loved the easy check in and friendly/attentive staff. This location was great for driving distance to the strip but not suitable for walking to the strip in the intense heat. This is a must stay location if you have a car or don’t mind Uber.

Its the end of summer here in July but its still hot ah. The room was clean. The whole facility was clean. Good convenient dining options for both breakfast and dinner. It was a great location. Close enough to the strip without being as busy as if you were staying on the strip. Parking was easy and convenient. The only thing and this is just me I like a firm bed but not THAT firm

Friendly, competent staff. Clean room, and I am glad that it did not smell of air freshener. Although the laundry soap residue smell was subtle on towels and sheets, I wish that hotels would use a truly fragrance-free laundry soap like I and so many others use at home.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only area that fell a little short of a perfect stay was the TV channel options and guide were lacking. Still, VERY satisfied and wonderful stay.

We got there about 2 pm and one of the room wast ready, we wait for long time. Finally at 4:00 pm they give us the room witch that room should be ready by 3:00pm and I ask I we can stay late to check out and they say no , I don think is fare

The front desk helped us combine our 2 booked nights and with our late checkout request. We took advantage of the on-site breakfast, dinner, laundry, business suite, fitness center, the pool and the coffee station. Everything was great. Debit card was charged with a pending charge to cover parking and a deposit, then actual charges went through while it still had the pending charges for a week so like being billed twice for a week until pending charges finally dropped off.

If you don’t fancy the casino mega hotels, then this is a great option. 5min drive from Bellagio but away from the noise. Room was great and staff friendly. You *could* walk to the strip (20min?) via a bridge over the highway but driving and park in a hotel garage might just be worth the $15

Right in the heart of it, had a blast.

The checkin was good and fast,but didn't like the idea of paying for parking,plus we didn't even get to park in garage. Last night arrived at hotel with 2 children and street was blocked because of accident in front. I had to park down the street in a closed store parking lot afraid all night my car was going to be towed. I think my stay would have been more enjoyable if this wouldn't of happened. I think there should be more entrances to hotel besides front. If there was an emergency and we all had to evacuate. How would we all get out one way.

lastly, we drive a tesla. upon arrival we discovered the hotel had 3 tesla destination chargers. which is awesome, however they were occupied at the time of arrival. one of them was being blocked by a large Ram TRX pickup truck. The space was labled "EV Only" and that its the law. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would look to have it towed. They never did remove the vehicle from the space. This caused me to have to wake up early before my family to go spend an hour charging up the car. It would have been great if the hotel actually followed the law and had the vehicle towed. I could of slept in and had breakfast with my family.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The USB ports in the room were not working however they fixed them within 15 minutes of being notified. The pool is nice and the water icy!

I really enjoyed the room- very clean compared to others in the city. The continental breakfast was $15 but they have it out like it’s free, so watch out for that.

Upon arriving the room I had originally book was not available. Since I had booked through a third party I was stuck with two queen instead. Talked to the manager and they were able to accommodate me with comp breakfast the following day. Overall a great stay 😉
