Cons: #1 there is NO JACUZZI. #2 It is not a pretty setting, it's surrounded by vacant lots which is great if you have your dog. #3 it's a $50 Uber ride to the strip, $100 RT. #4 The bed in our room was not exactly super comfortable and I came home with a backache. #5 The breakfast buffet was not nearly as good as others of the same chain and #6 there is NO COFFEE MAKER in the room (thanks TikTok chic showing everyone how to clean underwear in a coffee maker!). In general, the hotel is still perfect for sports teams, families and business trips. Probably not for the strip and such. PS, if you don't know, all rental cars are off airport and require TWO SHUTTLE RIDES which take 30-45 minutes. I will NEVER rent a car in Vegas again.

I wanted to say - the staff at this hotel was exceptionally kind and friendly, even with our crew who was up and congregating in the lobby at 5:30 every morning (for Red Rocks climbing)! Thank you for that!

Also, we had problem with the front door sticking and not locking. We had to have maintenance come up and fix out door so that we could lock it. When we arrived the first day, there were black hairs from the previous person that stayed in our room all over the bathtub and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Overall, this hotel needs a good cleaning and some major TLC.

Had to change rooms two times because the air conditioning and thermostat systems did not work properly. Nothing worse than trying to get sleep when air in a room becomes stuffy. After changing rooms the drain in bathtub did not drain right. This has already been communicated to Expedia and Hilton but you’re still sending me an email to rate.

When the internet failed on our third day, the morning manager said they were working on it as late as 11:00 a.m., when we left for a hike at Red Rock. There was no internet service upon our return in the evening. When I complained and asked when it would be repaired, the front desk gal, who had just started for the day, told me the manager said it was working and had been working all day. I was very disappointed to be lied to about basic services. Finally, after six o’clock, a maintenance man came to our room and told us a hard reset was executed, after which the internet was restored. Also on our third day, we returned in the late afternoon to find that the room had not been serviced. We called for housekeeping, and our room was serviced. This motel had many good attributes, but I was disappointed at management’s denial of the failure of a basic service, and with the very low sink and shower pressure. I wouldn’t recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites to others.

It’s a different stay compare to the big resorts near the strip. No smoking for me to worry about because there is no casinos. Our room is big, roomy. And breakfast has vary kind of stuff.

I didn't like having to have $50 on my credit card for "incidentals". Laura at the front desk was nice. The bed was comfortable and a good TV was provided. But in the future, if I have a choice, I won't book Hampton Inn again.

We checked in early before housekeeping was done with other rooms. There was a smell in the room and fragrance was sprayed in the halls after we checked in but it did not help our room

Stay was good, but house keeping lied about smoking in room

Wonderful caring staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My Dad felt light headed and passed out in the lobby. He fell backwards and hit his head on the tile. They were quick to act and made sure he was able to get immediate medical attention. He came back from the ER 5 hours later and they were very eager to offer any help necessary. He ended up booking one more night.

If I could offer one tip to an already VERY good hotel it would be to increase the water pressure in the shower. Those of us with long hair have a hard time with lower water pressure.

They must be short of staff. I hope it does not persist. The air conditioning unit turns on quickly to the thermostat, but the temperature of the room did not seem to change. the air seem to be direct from outside, and thermostat show same temperature after 1 hour of turning on the AC. It must be centrally controlled. Looking closely at the AC unit, the vent is dusty. There are debris inside where the air is blowing into the room. I just have the AC unit off the whole time. Don't want more dust circling in the room. How would it feel in the summer when outside is 115 degrees? The breakfast is continental with fewer items offered. Not as many type of pastries or fruits, and the waffle mix was thick that even dispensing into the cup was not easy. I hope improvements are coming.

We are regularly in Las Vegas and what we liked about this particular hotel is: Location, clean, quiet. What we think was less than we expected (based on our comparison with other Hampton Inn locations in Vegas and elsewhere): breakfast is bare bones, service is terse, fitness center is worn. So, not a bad hotel, but also not as nice as comparable Hampton Inns in the area.

The lobby area was being renovated but they delt with it very well. Facility was so clean, smelled fresh and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with good variety. Rooms needed more art/photos.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was excellent. We stayed a week. The worst part was the one ply toilet paper, just get your own. Lol shopping is in walking distance. Target was a twelve minute walk. If you ran put of anything, the syaff would bring it to you immediately. The place was being renovated, yet the placevwas still clean. I didn't notice any random dust. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived around midnight and when we got into the room the remote control for the TV didn't work. The staff changed our room for us and we didn't have any problems after. The hotel was doing renovations and the laundry was not available, but overall I was very happy with my experience. The continental breakfast was good.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, they even had a couple of waffle makers to make your own waffles. Room was very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Problem was the motor from the Air Condition was very loud like a jet or a diesel engine roaring next to the table and bed, preventing us from falling asleep or working late at night.

The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't a nice grassy area to take our dogs to the bathroom. There was only areas with rocks. Las Vegas gets very hot and so do the rocks. It was very uncomfortable for them and hard for them to go there.

Our air condition went out. Summer time in Las Vegas at over 100 degrees Fahrenheit is not a good sleeping condition so we stayed in this hotel to get a goodnight sleep, and we did. The place is very clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Convenient to where we needed to go. I would’ve gave 5 stars but plumbing made a horrible noise you could hear in your room & hallway on 3rd floor if you were filling the bathtub. Loud vibrating sound. I could hear it in other rooms as I walked down the hall.
