When we arrived, Genesis was so friendly and helpful. She mse us feek welcomed. THe room was perfect and very comfortable. The driver for the Airport shuttle was very friendly. He got us to the airport safely and on time.

We only stayed one night because we were just passing through on our way home, but it was very clean and comfortable and the every single person on the staff was professional and very friendly and very accommodating. The staff were friendly, the room was always clean, the internet worked great, and the kitchen went above and beyond with the excellent food.

,however the front desk female was very good, if you can understand her, she speaks fast with no periods! lol

Room was very spacious! However the shower was not functioning correctly and I could only use the hand held attachment which only worked as a hand held due to the mounting. I asked the front desk to have maintenance come and either fix it or explain how to get the shower head to function and they never showed up. Late in the day ( after the maintenance guy had apparently gone home) I was offered a different room but by that time I didn’t want to move all my stuff before a super early flight the next morning.

She was very helpful too about telling me how to get my points with Hilton. I asked her about getting a cup of tea since there's no way to boil water in the room (no microwave), and she pointed me to the tea/coffee area set up in the lobby. The room and the beds were comfortable, and the room a pretty good size. The breakfast was better than I expected, and a great way to start the day before heading out to the airport.

The location was good for easy airport access and the breakfast had a large variety of good quality choices. The lady who managed the breakfast was also very attentive and thorough with ensuring items were replenished or replaced and the area was clean.

I always stay at this location when I’m in Vegas. Location is just perfect if you don’t want to stay at The Vegas Strip but also want to be close to it. Affordable prices for the best quality especially when traveling with family. All staff members are amazing!

Was a good hotel with deals & time I was able to book it. One thing is I did appreciate their customer service. Our shower got clogged & they quickly sent up a maintenance. Room was good for what we paid for but just cleanliness could be unkept a bit better in my opinion. Great stay for Vegas!!

Great customer service! I have stayed at this hotel about 8 times and we never have any issues. Quiet hotel off the Strip but not too far from the Strip- which is what we want. It's very close to the LV sign. Thank you to Irma! She is extremely professional and helped us out. The shuttle service was also very good and Larry was friendly. Overall this hotel is very good and the rooms are very clean.

Room not cleaned 2x in spite of requests. I was sick so a challenge but even before I got sick they skipped a day. Carpet & floor not cleaned.

It was noisy at night because of pigeons outside. Also, the shutters couldn’t be fully closed, so the street lights were a bit annoying.

We arrived very late. Staff was very friendly, gave us waters when we arrived. The room was clean and shower was big and roomy. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had for a free breakfast.

The location of this hotel is very close to Harry Reid Airport. There is airport transportation. Please check for hours of operations. Even with the close proximity to the airport, I didn't hear the airport noise. I slept pretty good and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay.

I would give this place ten stars if I could. We stayed here the first night of our trip and liked it so much that we booked it again for the last two nights of our two week road trip adventure. The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were exceptional. Even the guys tending the parking lot (blowing leaves and painting the curbs) were friendly and kind! We stayed her intentionally to be close to sunset park, which has lots of interesting birds for people who like them, like us. The park itself is rampant with homeless/drifters, but they don’t cross the street and the hotel parking lot is closely monitored and feels very safe.

We stay 3 nites for Navy graduation and enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

All around, the entire stay was excepcional. The service from staff, room condition, easy parking, and the service from the breakfast was a plus. We will definitely rebook a stay at this Hotel.

Bed is way too soft. AC is wall unit that blows directly at the bed and has has two setting off and tornado. Room was clean. Shower is also so small you can barely turn around in it because of the grab bar they put in it. It’s fine for a night or two but other than that I probably would go elsewhere. Never got a chance to try the breakfast but it was available. Coffee tea and water available in the lobby all day nice touch but coffee is not that good.

Rooms & property were clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Some even gave us activity recommendations. Airport shuttle was a very convenient inclusion. It was nice to not have to worry about ubering to & from the airport. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing we didn’t like was that they had no non-pork protein options. Also, be aware there’s a $25 deposit charged to your debit card upon arrival. We weren’t informed of that until we got there, so just an fyi. Other than that, the property is nice & in a convenient location to both the airport & the strip. The strip isn’t within walking distance, but is only about a 7 min drive away. There are also a lot of food places & a Walmart in walking distance which was very convenient.

Breakfast was digusting. Wet cold “scrambled eggs” and Kielbasa sausage as their breakfast sausage lol.. cheap. Also took away oatmeal and made grits… who eats grits? Give me a break. Won’t stay again based solely off this.

Nice hotel, clean, and breakfast was good. It is literally right next to the airport, basically on the runway, and is very loud. Big space under the door let lots of light in at night and you can hear every noise in the hallway. Walls are also very thin.

The only issue we encountered was with another front desk staff member, Irma. We needed a parking pass for one day after picking up our rental car. When we approached her, she didn’t seem very welcoming and appeared irritated from the beginning. After we explained our request, she assumed we needed a shuttle to pick up the rental car. We clarified that we already had the car and had checked in the night before, but she seemed to become more frustrated during the interaction. Unfortunately, she did not apologize for the confusion or her behavior. Aside from this interaction, the rest of our stay was pleasant.

Staff went the extra mile! I returned my rental car the night before rather than the next morning to make things easier for my very early morning flight departure. The staff had the hotel shuttle pick me up from the rental agency and return me to the hotel.....kudos!

I booked 2 rooms, and when I arrived, only one room had been booked. Thanks to Bri, the desk host, I was able to procure another room at the same rate. She explained the mix-up was due to Booking.com. Arriving at the Hotel and finding out Booking.com screwed up my reservation. People had to stand in line waiting until the problem was solved. Thanks to Bri and Hampton Inns. And no thanks to Booking.com.

We booked this hotel based on four key things: a shuttle from the airport, a good breakfast, a clean and family-friendly environment, and a swimming pool — and it met all of our expectations. We especially loved the breakfast, which had a great variety of options: sausages, potatoes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, porridge, and pastries. The waffle maker was a big hit with our kids! There were also juices and coffee available. The room was very clean and comfortable, and even the pillows were soft and cozy — which is honestly hard to find. The swimming pool is outdoors, but the temperature was great for us, even in the morning. I imagine it’s even better in the afternoon and around sunset. One thing we didn’t like was that we were almost forgotten at the airport. Thankfully, I had a U.S. phone plan and was able to call reception to let them know we had already been waiting for over 40 minutes. In total, we waited about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Since it was around 11 pm, we were very tired standing outside waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Everything was wonderful except for the non-existent WiFi. It was not working at all. I was going to work last night and then watch a movie. I could not do either. The Hampton Inn needs to permanently repair or replace their Internet service. It is unacceptable for me to pay a higher amount to stay in this hotel if I cannot even use the WiFi.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Minutes from the airport and car rental return. Returned car the night before flight and took shuttle to airport. Saved a lot of time. Would definitely recommend this place to others passing through.

Sketchy neighbor

This hotel was nice and conveniently right near the airport. Bed was comfy, the fitness center was really nice and had a good variety of equipment. I’d give this 10 stars but the airport shuttle was a bit frustrating. They advertised it and that was a selling point for me but it was pretty tough to coordinate. Leaving the airport it took about 15mins of calling and being on a hold to get the shuttle. When I caught the shuttle from the hotel the front desk woman forgot to call it at the agreed upon time and it came 15 mins late (glad I built in a buffer just in case)

Accommodations exceeded expectations. I was very pleased.

The lady who runs the breakfast is just outstanding . As is most of the other staff. A negative for this property is noise from traffic. Maybe some sound deadening drapes ???? Which would also help with the airliners taking off.

Very friendly check-in, nice room (403), comfy bed. We were on the top floor and very near the east end of the airport runway. LOUD jets taking off early am. Not as noisy on a lower floor!

I’m very disappointed with how my booking was handled. I was not able to complete my trip due to a family emergency, and the hotel refused to change the date or offer a credit for later use. Horrible service. they only care about taking the money. Zero customer service. Horrible experience.

Easy access. Perfect location for getting to all the attractions like Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam.

Everything went well, even after our cooling unit starting burning. The receptionist (Genesis) downstairs made it even better since she switched us from rooms so that we would not be smelling the burned unit. Very attentive and quick thinker. Thank you Genesis. Also, a big thanks to Maria Martinez since she would keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Thank you Maria.

I appreciate Hampton Inn and Suites Airport because the room was nice, cleaned personally by Adriana, and it was right by the airport with transportation to and from! I was in town for the Beyonce concert and the hotel wasn’t far from the Venue, strip, or the airport. The staff were excellent and very sweet.

Convenient location so close to airport and a few miles from the strip. We didn’t use the airport shuttle, but some members of our group did. Room was clean, with daily housekeeping. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel fare.

The hotel offered affordable prices and included breakfast as well as a shuttle service to the airport and rental car facility. The room was spacious with good air conditioning. However, the bathroom door didn't close properly, and the sink drained poorly.

I already put that down our truck was stolen there!!!

It was fine this time but when we came back and our vehicle was stolen there at Hampton Inn. The hotel was not great about providing information to help us.

The hotel was easily accessible and convenient. The downside is they have very limited parking. I had a rental car and wasn’t able to park on the premises due to their lack of parking spaces. I later learned that they share parking with. Neighboring property. When I asked where I could park from the front seat, the associate told me she had no idea! I had to park half a mile away (2 of my 3 nights), and walk to and from the property.

First, the ice water available 24/7. After flying in, I felt dehydrated. Great breakfast! Nutritious choices as well as favorites.

I got a room with dual queen beds and the room was nice ac worked great the beds were a bit stiff and the sheets weren’t as soft as I would like them to be but I was only there for a night so it was well worth the money I paid.

My family and I enjoyed a spring break trip to Las Vegas, and this hotel was exceptional. Its convenient airport proximity, coupled with the pleasant staff and delicious complimentary breakfast, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's complimentary shuttle service provided seamless round-trip airport transportation, including drop-off at the rental car terminal. We will certainly choose this hotel again for our next Las Vegas visit.

We chose the Hampton Inn because it was close to the airport. Their convenient shuttle service allowed us to drop off our rental car the night before our flight home. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and breakfast was very good.
