Located in North Las Vegas is so much quieter than the strip and no noisy traffic. If you want to visit the strip, it’s only 13 minutes away.

Room was clean and breakfast was good..

The washer and dryer runs on quarters but there is no quarter dispensing machine on the property. So if the front desk is out of quarters then you will have to go to a gas station.

Staff was wonderful but the room was the pits. Smelled heavily of disinfectant and the tub was gross, with a broken shelf, cracked tub, mold on wall. Shower just lukewarm. No fan to turn on in bathroom.

I enjoyed the selection of hot breakfast from warm eggs to waffles. The front desk associates were friendly and hotel was clean.

We didn’t want to stay at a casino because we didn’t want to deal with the noise. It was a good location. The only issue we had was that the fan in the bathroom was not working. That’s it. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Easy check-in and check-out process. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I also loved that it was in close distance of several restaurants, which made dining very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Clean, quiet environment. Felt safe as well, front doors lock after ? 11:00 pm…not sure as we’re got back after midnight. Shower pressure could be a bit stronger. Breakfast was great!

Staff were polite and helpful and we had a good choice of items at breakfast. Bed was super comfy and I think the shower may have the most water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at. It was like getting a massage. Loads of free parking and good free wifi

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of ADA parking spaces available. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning manager was very nice and gave us late check out as we were attending a funeral and then driving back to Utah. Check in was a nightmare. The Manager on Duty, Breanna, (Bree per her name tag) was rude and insisted that our rooms had not been paid for thru Booking.com, resulting in us paying double for the rooms. The ADA room had a bathtub rather than a shower, resulting in difficulty for our amputee daughter. I had requested rooms close together so we could be close to our daughter. At first Bree told us that we were on separate floors.....I refused that and she said she could get us on the 4th floor, but not close together. Our daughter (traveling alone) was in Room 425 and we were at the opposite end of the building in room 402. Interestingly, the person who was the second person to check in after us was put in the room next to our daughter.

Stayed here 4. Nights. The breakfast should be lot better. Little variety would help. No one wants to eat the same rubbery sausage patties everyday. Room was very comfortable.

It’s home away from home. The rooms are always neat and comfortable. We enjoy the continental breakfast and coffee/tea station. The area is quiet and the city is growing offering different dining options nearby.

The proximity the the drag race venue, the breakfast and spacious room On Sunday morning around 10:00 am, the power went out for the whole area. At first all the staff was standing around talking and joking. Making calls to see what they should do. Not once did any of the staff walk over to us, as we were just finishing up our breakfast in the common area, to update us on anything, to instruct us where the stairs were to get to our room or inquire if we needed anything, there were two other individuals in the same area, it wasn’t like the place was crowded and had many guest to update. Finally after an hour we wanted to leave for our event. We walked around until we found the stairs. When we entered we didn’t know if the door to the 3rd floor would allow us onto the floor. Fortunately the very nice cleaning person just coming out the door held it for us to get it. We got our stuff for the day’s activity and went downstairs to the lobby. Not a sole was at the desk or anywhere to be found it was vacant of any help or just plain information. I’m thankful there was no emergency in the hotel or any problems on our part because there was no staff to assist. Very, very poor customer service.

We really just needed a quick stop on our travels & this location was convenient. The rooms were clean & comfortable, staff was friendly and cookies were available when we arrived. In the morning we had cold showers as we found put there was no hot water. :( Notified the front desk as we checked out.

The stay was great, the only criticism I would give would be the shower is a little outdated and caulking could be done better, and the bed makes too much noise with any movement. Thank you for the stay!

Hotel right off the 15 . A couple miles from Fremont street . Like the location . Hotel is hidden abit but it was okay . Quiet, clean and the staff was polite . Breakfast was good . If you looking for a stay w/o the Casino vibe and want some peace. I would stay again.. Lots of options of restaurants around thee area .

Breakfast was perfectly in keeping with the standard for this level of property. Although a new twist was the offering of chocolate waffles. Quick access from freeway makes for a smooth stay when just passing through Vegas. Dog relief area could be tidied up.

The check-in was smooth. The parking was ample, but the Tesla Chargers for your vehicles do not work. We downloaded the app and asked staff for help to no avail. The room was very clean and the shower had decent pressure. The breakfast was good with many selections. The bed was very comfortable

We were right above the pool, so there was noise until 10 PM. Our room smelled a little funny. The shower drain didn't drain. The sink faucet was too close to the side of the sink. But other than these minor things, everything was great.

I would especially like to give the older lady that works in the morning during breakfast. She is Amazing! I have never seen someone who was right there to make sure you had everything you needed. I wish I would have gotten her name 😕. While most of the other ladies stayed in the kitchen area, she was right out there making sure everything was full and clean. She deserves a raise or bonus for going above and beyond. The room was beautiful, but the noise of cars racing down the street was a little disturbing while trying to sleep.

For our needs the hotel was clean, great location and the room and bed were nice and comfortable. I like the zero/0% lotion, shampoo etc... however they had an air freshener that bothered my allergies. I would recommend no Febreze or chemical based air fresheners or cleaners.

Way too expensive for the area you got a pawnshop next-door so you got all the crackheads over there hanging out one of the worst ones I’ve ever stayed. Food was so simple small pool outside.

We use Hampton Inn when we travel with our dog. They are great for us. Our dog knows what to expect, because she is familiar with the hotels.

Good for a basic night on thr road. I arrived after midnight after driving from LA and the check in was slow. I called down for help with the AC and the front desk wasn’t helpful. It’s fine for a night

It's a little bit older property, but staff is incredible and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a great selection. Definitely would stay again.

We are on a long road trip and Las Vegas was a stopover. We have a dog and didn’t want to stay on the strip. This property was perfect for us. Front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating. Room is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great experience. Check in was efficient and the person behind the counter couldn't have been more pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding. I love that coffee is available 24 hours. Parking was free and easy. Room was large, up-to-date, and very clean. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Twenty minute drive to the strip if that's your thing.

Very clean and tidy in the room. The pool was ok, it could have used a good cleaning but since a storm had just moved through the area, I’ll cut them some slack. Very friendly staff. Super easy access off of 1-15

The staff is excellent; from checkin/checkout, housekeeping and the breakfast/kitchen staff. Everyone is friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. I did have an issue with lack of hot water in my room. Maintenance did come but the issue re-occured a few days later. (I was staying a week) The front desk was apologetic and we worked out a mutually agreeable solution. I would definitely return to this property when I am back in the area.

This hotel was very nice. Everything was good no complaints from me.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not in a great area. My car was broken into in the early morning hours (based on surveillance video) on the way back from college for the summer. Multiple thousands of dollars in gear and clothes were stolen after the thief broke out my windows.

In their defense there was appropriate renovations taking place. It was quiet and comfortable. I was not a fan of the smell of their cleaning supplies and there were consistent patrons that smoked outside the front door so having a designated outdoor smoking area that does not affect the rest of the population would be helpful. I prefer to keep my own room tidy during my stay and place the “do not disturb” sign on the door but it was ignored while I was out and the room was entered….that was probably the thing that bummed me out most but overall a pleasant stay.

Check in was quick and easy, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Room was cozy, clean and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and I really enjoyed the apple cinnamon batter to make a waffle. Overall no complaints and I would stay here again. Oh and it is pretty far from the strip but plenty of food options nearby.
