Reviews
The Fremont Hotel receives generally positive reviews for its clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Its location is praised for being convenient and close to downtown attractions. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the size of the rooms, noise levels, and certain amenities like the pool and fitness center. There are also complaints about misleading information regarding the pool and housekeeping services.
- Clean, comfortable rooms
- Friendly, helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay at the Freemont. Love that it is centrally located on the strip. Will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Always a fun stay.
- 3/5
But, as with all the hotels in Vegas, I think it is a rip off having to pay the resort fee, when I don’t use them and never have!!!! That resort fee is the biggest ripoff in Vegas!
- 5/5
Perfect location. Nice room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the valet parking.
- 5/5
Really impressed! The king room was not very roomy but it was just fine for the price. Everything was new and fresh. The elevators were whisper quiet. Free valet parking - what a plus! Air conditioning was nice! Being able to go right out to the Fremont Experience from the casino was great. The Fremont Experience is a great place for live entertainment, fun, and just plain silliness! Police presence made us feel safe. Okay, it is not the strip but the overhead light/picture shows and zip lining were great.
- 3/5
Rooms had no microwaves or coffee maker or anywhere inside the hotel
- 3/5
Great location for a wild time. We are older and the noise on the street was too loud in the room. Room and bathroom were very small but clean. In my opinion it’s a so/so stay.
- 5/5
Like the valet parking. Room was clean. Staff was very accommodate and friendly. Beer (Modelo) is free.
- 5/5
everytiing
- 5/5
Great location for our overnight stay in downtown Las Vegas. Good price and well maintained and so easy to walk outside for the downtown experience!
- 5/5
Affordable and conveniently located
- 4/5
Great 1 night stay. Wanted to experience the freidmont area and this hotel/casino was perfect for that. Small but clean room. Fast service and staff was very nice at front desk. Best part was I got this 1 night stay for 7 dollars plus resort fees on expiedia.
- 5/5
Love this casino. Staff let us check in early and didn’t charge. Will be staying here again!
- 5/5
I liked that the room was well maintained and more recently renovated than I expected. It right on the Fremont St experience, so maybe not for those who seek piece and quiet.
- 5/5
Great stay at the Fremont it is always a great stay
- 5/5
Never thought the Fremont would be that great! Good machine choice. Clean. Organized. Loved it. Used to stay at Golden nugget. This was better
- 4/5
When I booked my trip , I was told that all fees were included , including resort fees . At checkout I was billed for seven days of resort fees . Also my deal included 2 free days , wouldnt that include resort fees? . In closing if I’m told that all fees are included in package price why am I billed separately for resort fees ? If I knew I was getting resort fees added at the end of the stay , I would not have stayed at your hotel
- 5/5
Easy access to everything
- 5/5
“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”
- 5/5
Love staying at Fremont. Will stay there again (and again... and again...)
- 5/5
Much Mahalo!!! ..to the Hotel staff especially John ( helped with a early check-in ) and Crystal ( helped explain the "welfare check" )... Also want to say "Mahalo!!!" to every Valet staff member that helped with my rental car... Lanai Express - #1 when it comes to "Oxtail Soup"!!! ..so glad I decided to try it out my last night at the Hotel...
- 5/5
As per usual, friendly staff kind, and courteous valet is amazing and everybody else on the property did their job very very well no complaints here. Lots of great amenities as well. Lots of things to choose from. Highly recommend recommended.
- 4/5
Overall for the age of the hotel it was very clean and in great shape. Plenty to do nearby. The only real complaint was the lack of electrical outlets as there was only one in restroom and one in sleeping area, the outlets built into the lamp and lighting were all dead. 2 outlets probably would be fine for a couple but was not for this family of 4
- 5/5
Went for a 3 day conference, love it! In the center of old Las Vegas. They didn’t have a shuttle to downtown or to airport so you will have to uber or rent a car. I rented a car which was a lot more economical than paying $40-$50 one way each time we wanted to go downtown or to airport. Parking at hotel is free so it’s better to just rent a car to get around.
- 5/5
No coffee or water in rooms
- 5/5
Liked the updates rooms and location
- 5/5
highly recommend
- 5/5
Great price, clean rooms, and great food options.
- 5/5
The place is very nice. The stuff very helpful. It’s not for me. It’s extremely loud all day and all night no matter what floor you’re on which they did try to accommodate me but it’s meant for the younger crowd.
- 5/5
Todo muchas gracias
- 3/5
Booked for 2 queen beds and they were more like a full bed?? The room seemed pretty small . The check in and out was easy. The casino was warm so went elsewhere to gamble.
- 5/5
Will definitely go back
- 4/5
Easy valet parking.
- 5/5
The location was excellent!! Close proximity to everything Fremont Street. I also enjoyed the free valet parking. No scrambling around trying to locate a parking space. All staff were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely return in future!
- 2/5
No coffee in the room is ridiculous! Staff were lazy. No gym or pool even though it is listed. They are at another hotel down the street and the pool was out of service. The gym was crowded bc it was smaller than a room!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Room was on the Freemont side of hotel. Extremely, Extremely noisy from the music outside until atheist 2a.m.
- 5/5
Great location and the staff were so friendly.
- 5/5
Great value on Fremont street, room was clean, and AC was cool. They have put in a nice new sportsbook and foodcourt. I prefer Fremont St. over the strip and the hotel was just right.
- 1/5
They don’t offer coffee machine machines in the room. They do have refrigerators in the room, but that’s about it.. I am a type one diabetic who has to carry Insulin and I was told when I checked in that they would be able to hold my luggage and put my insulin in their refrigerator. That’s in the back office when I check out so that I’ll have time to enjoy the Fremont without having to carry Insulin that could possibly get hot and go bad. When I went to go check out and talk to the Bill about my luggage and putting my insulin in the refrigerator, Jorge, the bellhop, first stated that he would be able to put my insulin in their refrigerator in the back, when he grabbed my bag with my Insulin, before out of nowhere stating that he could not do that any longer and then he had Monica, the reservation manager, confirm what he said, but they did not give me a reason why they wouldn’t be able to put my insulin in the refrigerator, so I had to walk around in 95° weather with my Insulin, catering to it which completely destroyed my whole experience in Las Vegas Vegas Fremont Street.
- 5/5
Highly recommended. Friendly staff and always clean. Housekeeping always change towels, bed sheets and clean our room. I definitely come back on this hotel again. Thank you for fantastic service.
- 4/5
I loved my stay, it was very convenient being placed ontop of the fremont experience. Much funner than the strip in my opinion. My only issue is that i have yet to receive my deposit back and it had been over 2 weeks since i checked out
- 4/5
Was a nice syay for the price
- 2/5
Room too small and noisy
- 5/5
We loved it because it was clean and on the middle of everything
- 5/5
As per usual, the room was very clean. The staff was kind and courteous. Lots of amenities air-conditioning worked perfectly. Everything I needed as per usual was accommodated. Thanks again Fremont for being amazing love this place.
- 1/5
Check the bedding. Mine had blood in the sheets
- 1/5
I was charged a resort fee every day that I stayed for $39/day without using any of their amenities (pool, etc.) this was not an optional expense. No drinking water provided in the rooms. Hallway smells like an ashtray. And besides the one lady who checked us in n the morning guy taking care of the luggages safekeeping everyone else were not pleasant to deal with. Good thing this was Vegas, the fun outside the hotel helps you forget about the bad things n experience inside.
- 5/5
Great place in a great location!
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
The rooms are way too small and the hotel ends up charging you more when you check in than the prices on Expedia.
- 4/5
Room is small. No microwave or coffee pot. Bathroom is renovated. So pretty. But wicked small. Don't know what we pay the 38$ per night resort fee for. On top of Room fee of 40$ per night .... Doesn't have pool, spa or gym. Not sure what they consider a resort these days...
- 3/5
Are stay was from Friday thru Monday and it would of been nice if we had house keeping to come clean the room and give new towels without having to ask.. and more Amenities like pool and gym at Fremont station would be nice.
- 5/5
Great stay for the price!
- 5/5
John the receptionist was awesome. My husband and I wii stay there again. Lisa
- 4/5
Free valet parking and hotel lobby was right through the valet doors and didn't need to walk all over the casino to get to the elevators. Lots of machines and tables and exits right to Fremont Street. Good location and so far this has been our go-to Downtown casino
- 4/5
Great location on Fremont Street. There is no pool or buffet breakfast, really no amenities at the location, but can utilize at a sister property, which is inconvenient. The hotel and casino is actually really small, in comparison to their neighbors, Four Queens and the Golden Nugget. While this hotel suited our needs for this trip, I would prefer to stay at another hotel that is larger and has nicer amenities.
- 5/5
would return. Pool is a block away. Good food options.
- 5/5
Staff working at the Registration Desk and Tara who helped us get a player's card were incredibly helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Very nice stay with very helpful staff to include valet staff. Only thing I disliked was that they don’t allow you to go to your car to get personal items or put personal items inside your car once a valet attendant parks your car. They have to bring your car to the front to get personal items out of your car or put items inside your car every time.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Overall very clean and modernized hotel. Staff was wonderful and helpful made checking in very easy.
- 4/5
I was pleasantly surprised to hear The Fremont is one of the OG Vegas Hotels. The only MINOR things to consider obviously being on Fremont St, the activities of the night might keep you up late. Also, the elevator didn't want to pick me up from the 5th floor. I would still recommend, and will consider The Fremont again my next time through.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable and the restroom was small, but nice.
- 5/5
Amazing place perfect in Dona town clean and nice friendly stuff
- 4/5
Staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. Good location. Carpets needed cleaning a bit. Bed was super comfy. Pool was a block away. Plenty of affordable dining options. Great price. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
It was all good.
- 4/5
The only thing I didn't like that they was under staffed in the casino. Was there mon thur Friday and the 3 card poker table was only open 1 night. Other than that had a great stay will be back.
- 5/5
This was a fabulous place to stay! Newly renovated rooms, super comfy bed. Would stay here again!!!
- 5/5
Only negative about the casino, is you had to use the pool at the California Hotel, which I've seen backyards with bigger pools. Plus, only 1 umbrella on a really hot day. Still, was a good time.
- 4/5
We had a wonderful stay and overall a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well maintained. The only issue we experienced was some noise from outside street activity, which made the room a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing a pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Very EFFICIENT rooms. No space is left unutilized. If turning sideways to walk through the room and enjoying thumping outdoor music into the wee hours of the morning is your thing, then this hotel is for you.
- 4/5
Refrigerator in room was a plus! The slots were fairly tight and gift shop is closed at night.
- 5/5
Staff is very accommodating
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff responsive. It's obviously been updated in the last 10 years which is nice. The bathroom is super small and I had to duck to get into the shower. There was a connecting door to the adjoining room that did not lock; I did not like that at all.
- 5/5
Great location newly remodeled rooms.
- 5/5
Meguto todo selos recomiendo
- 2/5
But beds dirty Bath room extremely small Very noisy. No one can sleep before 4.00 Am due to noise
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and updated. They were small but for the price and location they were perfect!
- 4/5
Quick, overnight stay that was comfortable. Staff was all very helpful and nice.
- 3/5
One of the biggest downsides during this stay was the strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel floor we stayed on. While this may be common in Las Vegas, the odor was very noticeable in the hallways and took away from the overall comfort of the stay. The room itself was decent, but the atmosphere on the floor made the experience less enjoyable than previous visits.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
N/A
- 4/5
Overall great stay. room was clean and comfortable. We were facing Fremont and the noise wasn’t bad. We were disappointed the breakfast buffet wasn’t available. We will be back
- 5/5
Was very fun right on Fremont street so didn’t have to drive much love it for bar hopping
- 5/5
Everything was perfect right on the strip has valet parking
- 4/5
Clean room, free valet great value for the price
- 5/5
Easy checkin
- 5/5
Love that they have a refrigerator, the ac worked amazing was a fairly cheap stay no problems with me checking in a couple hours early I will be coming back
- 5/5
We spent our edc week here & they were on top of the house keeping & giving new towels. They also for wellness check which I think was very awesome.
- 5/5
Me encanta este hotel es mi favorito está en muy buen lugar muy limpio, muy amables y lo que más me encanta que tiene ballet parking ilimitado
- 5/5
Great location and newly remodeled rooms!
- 4/5
Everything was great no complaints absolutely none what so ever
- 5/5
Clean place
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Clean, view was bad, staff was very helpful and friendly. No self parking all valet
- 5/5
Clean and staff very helpful
- 2/5
If booking from 3rd party, make sure to call and confirm about your original reservation because I booked a 2-queen bed room back in Sep 2025 but got a 1-king bedroom and front desk's answer to me was that it was not guaranteed. Wow, I wish I was given a heads up prior to checking and having to scramble to book another room at a different hotel.
- 5/5
Room was super clean, bathroom a little to small but it work, staff was amazing and bell hops too.
- 3/5
Small room. Had to rig my large suitcase across table & chair.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the only thing is that I would like a coffee maker at the room for the next time, I love coffee in the morning
- 3/5
The room was tiny, but clean. The problem with staying here is if you want a nice, quiet room, you most likely aren't going to get it. The rooms are right on Fremont Street, and the amplified music goes on late into the night/morning. We were on the top floor and it was still quite noticeable. The room was warm as well. We cranked the air conditioning down to 62 with the fan on high. We left for a few hours and when we came back the room was still very warm.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, much better than staying on the strip. Much quieter and better environment for those who don't like a lot of noise or flashing lights at night
- 5/5
perfect location! in the heart of the strip,
- 5/5
They’ve updated these rooms! I was shocked at the quality for the price I paid! I’ll definitely be back
- 2/5
Verify the rooms before assigning them.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice, very clean! The staff were so pleasant and helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here! It is right in the center of fremont street which was great!
- 3/5
Not a ton of outlets in the room, and the outlet-equipped bedside lamps are janky at best. The bathroom didn't have a fan/exhaust and has one of those sliding doors with huge gaps so the whole room gets pretty humid after someone showers. A/C worked pretty good and it was pretty quiet overall even though we had a room directly facing the elevators.
- 5/5
This is a really nice property for the price excellent location, free valet parking if you are staying in the hotel. Much better than more expensive hotels on the main strip. I had a great stay.
- 5/5
Hotel room was clean and cool. Staff was great. Only complaint is they do not have a pool. I thought the pictures of hotel included a pool, but maybe I was wrong.
- 4/5
They did not have fans in the bathrooms.
- 4/5
Hotel itself was great, love that there was a mini fridge and upgraded rooms. Our initial impression wasnt great, however, when we saw that there was ONLY complimentary valet parking and the closest regular parking garage was down the street. Would have loved to have parking included in the hotel stay.
- 5/5
Great overall experience. Front desk staff is awesome!, kind courteous and supportive! Definitely will stay here again!!!
- 5/5
Clean room!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
For being the first time in Vegas, my stay here at the Fremont was amazing. Valet parking was courteous and fast. My check-in was quick and easy. The staff to clean our room. We’re also great. I will definitely be booking here again.
- 4/5
Good property
- 1/5
Still walk in on you for no real reasom
- 5/5
Awesome stay. So glad we picked this hotel. Staff was awesome and nice. Easy check in check out. The room was clean air condition was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but I’m sure it would have been great as everyone in the hotel has awesome customer service
- 5/5
Clean cool room
- 5/5
Location is great!! Close to everything - restaurants, entertainment etc!! Gym and pool are in a nearby sister hotel. Overall, i'd stay again!
- 5/5
All in all, it is perfectly located to enjoy freemont street and surrounding downtown area. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, bathrooms were clean, and well stocked. blackout curtain let us sleep, lol. Especially with all the lights on freemont. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
Monika was amazing and very helpful with a cancelation issue. I'm sure it will be resolved.
- 5/5
I have stayed here numerous of times, this was by far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had ! I had a first timer with me and he had such an incredible time ! clean rooms, air conditioning was simply magnificent in the room being that were already in summer!service was beyond amazing and definitely loved and appreciated the valet parking for free definitely had tip money for those hard working guys! Definitely will be going back soon ! Thank you 😊
- 5/5
Room very clean. Modernized. Check in staff were wonderful and welcoming. Great experience
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room was clean and convenient place to stay :)
- 5/5
We came from Texas and absolutely enjoyed the stay!!! Not one complaint!! We will definitely be returning and staying again!! Thanks for the hospitality!!
- 3/5
Very clean, but incurred alot of extra resort fees which were not expected or appreciated. Pool is about 2 blocks away and very tiny..overall, not impressed.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. Only downside is that it can be loud outside.
- 5/5
Staff members were very helpful and kind
- 5/5
Air conditioning was nice, fell asleep super easy. Valet staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean, room spacious and functional. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. There was a machine by front desk to do self check in. It was easy. Parking is free valet. No bteakfast but has lots of restaurants walking distance. We were disappointed that no coffee maker in the room.
- 5/5
The stay was great
- 5/5
Awesome as per usual!, my go-to when I’m downtown!, everything you need is here at the Resort!!! Love this place!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great environment
- 3/5
Room was clean but pretty small. I think just too much furniture trying to be crammed into a small space. Not enough accessible outlets for chargers.
- 5/5
Clean, helpful and over great’ would stayed again
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast Ac was great
- 5/5
What a great time room was clean and the casino opens right to the Fremont street
- 1/5
Staff was amazing, tight room space. Info
- 4/5
Quieter than to be expected..
- 5/5
Will stay again!
- 5/5
Room was decent but location is great!! Staff was good.
- 5/5
This was our first time at this hotel and I will absolutely be back!! Room was perfect, staff was friendly and the best part is the convenience, you are right in the middle of Fremont St!! Pool use at the California was also amazing, We had the best time!
- 5/5
Great place to stay and so much to do right outside the casino! Fun!
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Historic
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
As always, the staff and the amenities around her are always awesome. Thank you for a nice day as per usual looking forward to returning in a few weeks.
- 5/5
I like that it had a removable shower head
- 4/5
The staff were very attentive to our needs. Rooms were clean
- 5/5
Awesome stay... felt like I got my money's worth. Night shows on the street were great you can't get that on the strip.
- 5/5
Great atmosphere
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Nice staff. Elevators are fast. Love it
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was good, didn't eat breakfast there, but did eat at Tony Romas not great, casino smelled of smoke but we expected that it would. Overall it was decent.
- 5/5
Super convenient, well worth the value and the valet was great.
- 4/5
Great location, but you have to be a party animal, as the loud music only finishes at 2am
- 5/5
The room was super clean and the Casino was fun
- 5/5
The hotel has been updated including the room but the bathroom had no counter big enough to put health & beauty products on. There was a very small frig, no coffee maker and no microwave. I asked if the hotel offered a shuttle to the strip and I was told "no" that's it. No other suggestions, just "no". Despite knowing what I know now about the small inconveniences, I would stay there in the future. It's clean, updated and in a great location.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Hallways look very dated. Staff was the best especially front desk. Casino looks dated and smells of too much cigarettes
- 5/5
Right on Fremont Street
- 5/5
Room is always clean and fresh
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the Fremont Hotel & Casino. It was my boyfriend’s first time in Vegas, so it only felt right to stay in Fremont for at least a night. If you are planning on ubering to the strip, just know that you will spend at least $40 total getting there and back. The room was very nice and was pretty clean for the most part. I would say that some deep cleaning is needed, but I’m a clean freak so take that with a grain of salt. It was nice having a detachable shower head with full size shower products provided for you. And the staff were so nice! Love their bellman, Dave. He gets 10 stars :)
- 3/5
Room was ok for the price
- 5/5
All were good!
- 5/5
Staff was nice and property was clean
- 5/5
Room was fine but one of the valets for bringing car out of parking in the morning was rude.
- 5/5
Always a great time !!!
- 5/5
Casino
- 4/5
Great location! Room was small and could have been cleaner.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. A lot of options available. Room was clean. Casino is a casino. It’s as good as any. The price is really affordable. What you get for the price is very good.
- 5/5
The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled horrible
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and the room was very clean
- 2/5
I know they don’t have control over what happens outside but they were cleaning the sidewalk outside of our room very noisy and unable to sleep from 2am to about 5am
- 5/5
The food court has great options and Very clean as is the hotel. GREAT price for stay in the Center of Fremont Experience.
- 2/5
Property old and did not feel safe. No security to get in elevator and dark room. Bad lighting!
- 5/5
Fremont Hotel is always my go to when I visit Vegas. Everything I need is conveniently close and I can never get bored. Lots of food options.
- 5/5
. The staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Gtg
- 3/5
It was ok.Refrigerator was not working properly, temperature regulator knob was missing so next day everything inside was frozen.Need attention for the next costumes to be satisfied.
- 5/5
Showers were amazing! Great water pressure. Rooms were clean along with the entire facility. Casino was good. Will stay again next time.
- 4/5
I really enjoyed the hotel. It's clean, the bed is comfortable overall just a really nice hotel. The only thing that bothered me is housekeeping. Not once did they come to clean our room. The only time we had the "do not disturb" sign was the morning after we checked in because we got in late so we wanted to sleep in but aside from that day, the sign wasn't up. There were times when we'd call for clean towels and they were nice. Other times, they sounded annoyed that we were calling. We called housekeeping one morning to ask if they could come clean our room because like I had mentioned, it had yet to be cleaned even though it was our 2nd or 3rd day there, and their response was, "Didn't you guys just call for clean towels?" I wasn't sure how that was relevant but it didn't end up being cleaned. Really nice and comfortable hotel but dealing with housekeeping was a mixed bag.
- 5/5
Had an amazing time. Every worker we met were professional and friendly. Casino was clean as well.
- 4/5
The place is ok for staying a few nights. I had a clogged shower and they sent someone to fix it right away.
- 5/5
1st time staying on Fremont street and had a realy good time
- 5/5
I love this hotel. Easy self checkin. Easy check out. No hidden fees. Great location right of the heart of the Freemont experience. Parking 🅿️ a only valet which I'm not a fan because we leave food and stuff in the car and may need to go to and from. We park across the street at Binions for $20/24 hrs and it's easily accessible. Strongly recommend this hotel. Also have great 5cwnt video poker which you can actually enjoy for a few instead of blowing $20 in 30 sec. Love it here!
- 3/5
Room was small but knew that going in. Whoever took the room pictures deserves an award. Rooms look very nice and clean. In reality was far from it. The room had a dingy, dirty look, feel, and smell. Will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Very clean and free valet parking. Easy to grab food in the hotel at any time of day. Do not get the extra large room if you’re trying to go to bed early.
- 5/5
Nice rooms. Great food selection. And free valet parking.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Our room was clean. The hotel is an old facility-not as fancy as the strip but definitely not as costly.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Little dated Casino . Nice casino Food Court.
- 5/5
Everything was as expected
- 5/5
It was very nice place to stay

Website said breakfast buffet but the serve no breakfast at all
- 5/5
Good service . Was able to check in early
- 5/5
Was a nice room
- 5/5
John at the front desk was great and the room was clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
All staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure. Stay on as high a floor as possible if you desire less noise from the Fremont Experience and surrounding area.
- 5/5
Checking in was super easy & the young woman that checked me in was so sweet. Definitely made me want to come back from that encounter alone. Valet guys were nice & very quick at retrieving the car. My room was nice & clean. Bathroom very small, but for a quick weekend it did the job. My room window was right on Fremont Street so I was able to see all the zip lines & partying below, I really enjoyed that. Hotel is literally the doorstep of the Fremont Party scene. I will book again.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Cramped room, VERY noisy from Fremont Street activities until about 2am. Don't stay here unless you're OK with that noise.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates for a stay just one day in advance and immediately tried to fix it. That’s when the real problem started—there was effectively no way to reach a human being in time to correct a simple mistake. Whether due to overseas support or an intentionally difficult system, getting help was impossible when it actually mattered. The result? I lost the full cost of the night over a basic, fixable error. Yes, they hide behind “non-refundable” policies—but a company that takes your money that easily should at least provide real, accessible customer service. In this case, they didn’t. If you use this platform, understand exactly what you’re risking: one small mistake can cost you, and you may be on your own trying to fix it. Proceed with extreme caution. E.A. Petersen

The best part of our stay was the front desk personnel. They were all very professional, along with the valet. The bellman was rude. We ended up carrying our own luggage. You pay a resort fee for basic amenities - wifi, super small fridge, pool access (that you have to go elsewhere to use), etc. All that comes normally with the price of the room at all other hotels. I booked a double room with 2 queen beds, but it would only allow 3 devices to access wifi. Once 2 phones were connected we could only connect 1 additional item. We wouldn't have connected our phones if we knew this was the case. Tried to disconnect our phones but they wouldn't disconnect. Struggled to find an outlet for my laptop. There was only 1 outlet in the room and it was not in a convenient spot! And to top it all off, the Steak 'n Shake inside the hotel was horrible. Complained to the manager about health code issues with the employee preparing our food. (Wiping her nose with her hand, no gloves, and then began preparing our food items. Hell no!!!)
- 5/5
Loved our room location and was very spacious and clean. Also the location of the hotel isvery convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was wonderful.Tantiana at the front desk was so sweet and helpful.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Bartenders were awesome, and provided great service.
- 4/5
For the money excellent, valet parking excellent. Convenient to the center of party excellent, however the neighborhood was quite slummy and there were nearly zero restaurants that offered anything other than carnival style food. Ah well, that’s downtown Vegas.
- 2/5
It was clean and good for single travler or just to ne down town but there are no plug ins in the room but one by hind night stand or next to the toilet. The bathroom is verey small. The hall i was in had four stairs which who would think but there were and my rlderly aunt came to stay with me i requested a move everynight and they nevet moved me she had a very hard time. It was upsetting.

Clean room
- 5/5
The room was small but clean. Air conditioning worked great! Shower was big enough. There was not a lot to choose from as far as cable channels but you can sign in to Netflix & YouTube. The bed was pretty comfortable. Yes you can hear the noise from Fremont street but it was not anything that kept us up at night. We were on the 14th floor. They have a 24 hour steak & shake restaurant. It has steak burgers instead of hamburger and at $11.99 for a double steak burger, fries, and drink it is the best especially for the price. Dunkin donuts has the best coffee! Only downfall was the Tony Roma's $17.99 steak n lobster special from 9-11pm, seems like a scam to get people in the door as they were always "sold out" of the steak n lobster special and you would have to order off the regular menu pricing. Fyi all restaurants at all the hotels on Fremont Street are closed by 10 or 11pm. We won enough to satisfy us and had a good time during wrestlemania weekend. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
thank you
- 5/5
Clean, simple, nice. Couldn't have asked for more for the single night stay we did
- 5/5
Room was clean and modern. The amenities were great. Right on Fremont Street.
- 2/5
The power went out multiple times during our stay. Front desk staff was rube and in a rush. With this out first time in Vegas we needed an additional help and we did not receive it.
- 5/5
Great location for lots of fun and great food.
- 5/5
NOTHING
- 3/5
The hotel is very smoky, even on the 11th floor it stinks.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Nice rooms, small but very clean. Very good service. We enjoyed our downtown stay!!

- 1/5
Yes, the room was very dusty and small. My husband had severe allergies being there with all the dust and to top it off, no one cleaned our room once with the 3 nights of us being there. Will definitely not stay here ever again.
- 4/5
Nice room and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Was a good location but the beds are really uncomfortable. House keeping took all my change from desk. Not to upset but disappointed that something can happen. Casino was nice. Easy access to Fremont experience. Valet personnel were great. Overall for the price not bad. First time in Las Vegas so now I know.
- 3/5
The refrigerator in the room froze everything you put in it. there was no coffee maker or microwave. The casino was very smokey ventilation was poor. Slots did not pay out very good. We played in other casinos for these reasons.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff throughout.
- 4/5
Good food and casino!
- 4/5
Great location and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
We found all staff we met on this short trip were very nice, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room is really small for a long stay. Staff were very good and location was awesome.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Great Location!
- 5/5
Just All Around Great Service Enough Said
- 5/5
Very friendly, room was clean, close to everything
- 5/5
Room was clean, decor was all brand new, and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was clean, staff were awesome, casino was clean and we were taken care of by staff. Security was fantastic! Cant wait to come back!
- 3/5
The room had tape on the pictures in the room as if there were decorations hung whomever stayed in the room before as well as a gold circle decoration found in one of the beds in the room.
- 5/5
Valet people were friendly. The room had a musky smell to it, like an older man, snowbird smell.
- 4/5
Good location, clean rooms, and free valet parking
- 4/5
Had a wonderful time. Nice room, nice hotel. Very bothered by only 1 elevator working to our room. Last year with room in in a different section only 1 elevator working then also.
- 4/5
Location and cost are all great. Room cleanliness was ok. Staff did a good job.
- 4/5
Room was reasonably appointed for the price.
- 5/5
Good clean room
- 5/5
Everything was right outside your door. Clean hotel for the price.
- 5/5
Awesome rooms for its price and good customer service
- 5/5
Clean rooms but I don’t remember rooms being so small. Next time for sure need a bigger room
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the bell man was The absolute best from the time we got there and when we left he is a great asset to this hotel ! We will always stay at this hotel when we return to Las Vegas!
- 5/5
Love it.
- 4/5
Spotless room and updated hotel. Very loud from Fremont Street but knew that upon reserving. Convenient location and free parking. No coffee in room or lobby. Had to walk to StarBucks or Dunkin
- 5/5
Front desk staff, valet were friendly provided direction and always greeted us with a smile.
- 5/5
yes
- 3/5
The room was okay. It was small and for two persons to move around was cumbersome. Bathroom was functional but small with not enough space for the personable items. We asked for a quiet room but ended up with one facing the street. Was noisy. Had to ask for the. room to be cleaned and refreshed. WiFi did not work in the room. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable when asked questions about directions or things about the area. We wanted to experience this area and the location was convenient.
- 2/5
When we realized our room was stationed over the Fremont street walkway (with the music and bass), we called the front desk to ask if we could be relocated to a different wing of the hotel where the music wasn't so loud. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and immediately agreed. Understanding what our concern was, she placed us in a room on the 3rd floor. This room was just as loud, if not more loud/resonating. At this point, my husband did not want to have to be put in a 3rd room. We would never stay at the Fremont again with how loud the music was until past 3am. And to top that off, there was a large dirty stain on the floor near the bathroom. (Room 359). Gross. Un-sleepable/ noisy! Will find a more serene, clean hotel next time we return.
- 3/5
Staff was great , rooms way too small, windows thin can hear all yelling and major loud music from Fremont and they also charge a resort fee , no pool , gym nothing
- 5/5
Amenities good room
- 3/5
The overall stay was great and very convenient as to where it’s located. The only minor issue was the parking. I feel like it needs to be more detailed as to where we can park where you stay at the hotel. Other than that. It was a good experience.
- 5/5
Great location, staff and amenities
- 5/5
Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of food options
- 1/5
Just the worst. No wifi, no phone service, hard pillows, no self parking and the place is ran down.
- 5/5
Staff courteous
- 5/5
I was very impressed, rooms were updated and excellent condition, the location was really good, would stay here again
- 5/5
Will be back again! Loved my stay
- 3/5
Location is nice for Fremont St stuff. But....hotel is crazy loud with the activities on Fremont St. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Good food court. But Dunkin did screw me over on hash browns. Also our AC kept automatically shutting off.
- 3/5
Hotel was nice but you can absolutely see the age. For the price however, it was a good place to stay and the location is hard to beat.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
Very nice room up on the 14th floor overlooking Fremont, Binions and Circa. The room was clean and nice place to stay!
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Close to everything on freemont street.
- 5/5
The was spotless and everyone was very courteous. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.
- 4/5
Rooms need a good deep cleaning, the bed and door frames are grimy. The shower head had calcium build up - however the shower had great pressure and nice hot water. Our room was loud but that is to be expected when staying so close to Fremont.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and nicely done
- 5/5
Clean but small. Staff was very friendly. You can’t beat the price!
- 4/5
We had a very nice stay here. It’s great to be right on Fremont St. where all the action is. We didn’t find it too loud at night, but if you are a sound sleeper, you might want to bring some sleep aids. The free valet parking was excellent and all the staff we dealt with were helpful and polite. There’s a Dunkin Donuts on the property as well as Tony Roma’s and several other restaurants. There is also a chocolate shoppe. The room was in good shape and the bed was comfortable. The room however, could have been cleaned better. There was some dudes underwear under the chair in the corner and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The mirror was very dirty and the glass shower doors were very stained.
- 5/5
Fremont Hotel and Casino is conveniently located and it is easy to get to the hotel room.
- 5/5
Room was nice but small. Casino and hotel were fine great location. Food on site 24/7 which is nice. Hotel said there was a breakfast buffet but there was not. Excellent spot right on the strip
- 4/5
Breakfast varieties were cool 😎
- 4/5
Helpful staff. No frills. Budget friendly.
- 5/5
Room is clean and quite.😊
- 4/5
I booked the premium room, which faces Fremont Experience . If you need a quiet time or are sensitive to noice, this is not the room for you. The reservation attendant did notify us of this and gave us a choice to change room, but we chose the room. So we appreciated the heads up. The was cleaned and beds were comfortable. Hotel closed to concerts! Tony Roma’s prime rib special was superb.
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Check in was easy. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were lousy. Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. The rooms are not soundproof, and you get the "Freemont Street Experience" can be heard through the night, right in your room. The casino has good slots. You seem to be able to play for a while before losing all your money. Staff are friendly. Bathrooms are very tight. Number one complaint is really bad toilet paper. You would think, as much money as they are bringing in, they could afford better toilet paper. It is a pet peeve of mine. The four people in our party all agreed.
- 5/5
Courteous staff friendly
- 5/5
Everything was clean, nice and new, but especially liked the valet in our morning arrival and our baggage clerk. They took time to joke and make us feel very welcome Our check in hostess was also very sweet and we were able to get our early check in. It was such a pleasant check in experience. The only thing we weren't fans of was the changes in the machines. We didn't play there at all.
- 4/5
Rooms were nice and clean
- 5/5
Clean room and great stuff.
- 5/5
Everything was great, just wish the bathroom was a little bigger.
- 1/5
The hotel didn’t send me the deposit yet
- 4/5
Everything was very good, thought they had a pool..or at least an area to sit on the sun, then would have given a 5 star
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
We had a noon checkout on 1/30/26. About a half hour before checkout we rec'd a msg from the airlines. Our flight was delayed 2 hours & we would miss our connecting flight, so we were on the phone with the airlines & on a computer trying to figure out if we needed to spend another night. All the while the front desk was calling the room & sending staff up to our room to harass us. Hard to get anything done when there were so many interruptions. As it tuned out we did spend anoher night . But would have been nice if they would have given us a chance to get it all squared away. We are senior citizens and did not appreciate the way things were handled. Not sure I would stay here again. Didn't leave a good impression.
- 2/5
If you stay at the Freemont hotel and casino in Las Vegas be prepared to get a knock on your door if you have the do not disturb sign on your door for 2 days or more. If you ask for a late check out and you are granted that be prepared for housekeeping to knock on your asking you "are you checking out."
- 4/5
Downtown location
- 4/5
The room looked great. More modern than other hotels. The bed felt worn out, but still ok. This hotel has a nice variety of food place and the restrooms next to the food court looked recently renovated. Overall it was a great stay, right in the middle of Fremont experience. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
The room was nice but the hotel room bathroom was very small.
- 5/5
Clean and freshly remodeled rooms
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 5/5
Room was great big enough for two. Shower is a little bit tricky to get the right angle but nice and open. Conveniently located in the heart of Fremont Street nice staff.
- 3/5
Staff were not courteous when I got stuck in the elevator.
- 5/5
The room was good and the staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Rooms are super tiny but still contain everything you need. Room was quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Clean room great area
- 5/5
Very clean rooms , nice selection at food court, friendly staff
- 4/5
It wasn’t a bad stay! The room is clean but the only problem it was a little small. Other than that it was great!
- 5/5
Room was very clean! I arrived early in the morning. They were able to give me an early check in. I was almost 7 hours early before regular check in time.
- 3/5
Room too small and very noisy !
- 4/5
Clean room and great staff
- 5/5
excellent checked in experience. All around nice, courteous and helpful staff. Easy access and clean room. Room service was very attentive and helpful.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, Staff was great!
- 4/5
very clean a little small no in room coffee or microwave
- 4/5
This was a great hotel at a great deal. Room was clean and it's right in front of fremont. Free valet parking was nice. Very friendly staff. No complaints
- 4/5
The room and bathroom are totally renovated and the tv is very big.
- 5/5
Great Location! Great breakfast food
- 4/5
Clean rooms and amenities
- 3/5
very noisy on the street below!!!
- 1/5
Did not accommodate us in anything we needed. We stayed 5 days and only checked our room one time. Service was extremely slow and people were rude.
- 4/5
Location and affordable room
- 4/5
Good location and room service cleaning was great.
- 3/5
They shouldn't be minding about money making but should put customer into consideration. They can't pfovide coffee makers nor microwave in their rooms because they want us to by every thing
- 1/5
This place is a dump and it’s super noisy until 3am bc it’s next to the Fremont St. Experience with live music played at concert noise level. The elevator smelled bad and the hallways were run down. Rooms are small and cramped. This is purely a budget play so only stay here if it’s the cheapest place you can find.
- 3/5
There wasnt enough plug ins. Garbage behind the bedstand.
- 5/5
My first time here and the room was great
- 4/5
The hotel was great and had just been remodeled so it was completely fine and clean, but I didn’t gamble there because the table games have bad odds and had to go to the plaza to gamble
- 5/5
Enjoyed the clean room and quiet atmosphere. Love the Casino!
- 4/5
It was fine. Room was clean. Great location
- 5/5
We have a great time.
- 3/5
Bathroom is very small, and beds and pillows were worn out and not made properly
- 3/5
Just ok, it’s borders me for valet parking
- 1/5
Had to walk around in the rain because of the event to get to the Hotel. Once there I asked what floor we were on and was told by staff that you get what you get because they are full. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned, there was garbage everywhere and the bed sheets were on the floor. I came back down to get another room which they stated already they were full house. After figuring it out there was no real accommodation for the incident I asked for a later checkout and they said as a courtesy they would extend it by an hour. Once we got to the second room it was appeared to have been cleaned but barely, the shower was gross, there was still residue from the last person who showered the table was dirty it seemed that the bed was made and that was it. The whole room felt gross but it was only one night so we stayed. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone and all the things going on plus idk if its allowed but the whole floor I was on seemed to be smokey from marijuana which idc for the Marijuana use but as an asthmatic the hotel needs better air filtration.
- 5/5
Quick check in. Desk person very pleasant. Room very nice, very clean.
- 5/5
Yes everything was good refrigerator could have been colder
- 5/5
I didn’t know there was a breakfast
- 2/5
Bathroom was very small and it was very loud outside all night long. Between the music and constant ambulances, it was a long night of minima sleep. Room was nice and clean though and staff was very nice.
- 2/5
Food and beverage prices were much higher than expected with no discounts for hotel guests. There was no coffee machine in the room. And security stopped and ID’ed me and never explained why. This was our 3rd time staying here, getting worse
- 1/5
Poor bellman service. Very small rooms. Restaurant food tasteless and salty. Asked for a quiet room but the Room assigned overlooked the street with noise throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. No coffee/tea maker. No bottled water. I’d never go back.
- 5/5
Check-in was super efficient and the room was cozy and clean. Bathroom was modern and shower pressure/heat was perfect!
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and customer service always able to help.
- 5/5
Excellent location right on Fremont Street where the band is! If you want more quiet, ask for a room away from the crowds, but we were facing Fremont and it wasn’t bad.. we heard some bass but that didn’t keep us up. About 20 cable tv channels, including ESPN. Room is tight but has all needs, including mini fridge and good shower pressure. Complimentary valet parking was super easy in and out. Nice to not have to pay for parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a wild Fremont experience!
- 5/5
Great staff hotel had everything 100 percent recommended
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the private room that wasnt really a private room cause there was no door for a privacy for me and my wife when the kids with us.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
The location is great
- 1/5
I couldn't make it because I had an emergency and I couldn't cancel or get credit for another day. I would like to be given credit for another occasion
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. They were professional and serves with aloha. The ammenities were very limited. It is nothing to boast about. Suggest each room have a microwave to warm left over good purchased at your hotel.
- 5/5
Everything is all good
- 4/5
Clean room, great location!
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, but the bed & pillows were a real downfall !! Hard and very uncomfortable, after 3 nights I was more than ready to leave.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, attentive staff,
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful and efficient
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Loved our shower! Need to check bed! Has a big dip!
- 1/5
My airline canceled the flight so we nevver got to the property . But when we tried to canceled the room we couldnt get to we had to pay for one night stay even though we were unable to leave home
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Overall very convivenant and quiet in the room just saying room was not as clean as it should be alot of visiable dust unfortunately but still worked out for the sheer convience
- 4/5
Close proximity to other hotels
- 1/5
At this point I’m annoyed. Once again I needed to go downstairs to front desk . I talked to another person a shared my concerns and all I got was an apology and told that someone will be dropping by to drop more toilet paper n more towels .
- 4/5
amenities and locations was perfect
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Another great stay at the Fremont. Super easy (and free!) Valet parking, nice staff, clean rooms, and you can gamble right downstairs! I love staying here.
- 3/5
The hotel is ok.
- 2/5
The room was decent for the price. It was entirely too much energy for my taste and it was impossible to get away from the smoke smell, even on the non-smoking floors and areas. The gym is not in the building although the photos show a gym. You have to walk over to a sister hotel a couple of blocks away to use the gym. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean and efficient
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, updated and clean
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff was great, but it was so noisy at all hours. We had to check out a day early do to illness and couldn’t get a refund.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly employees
- 1/5
No microwave in the room. Shower is very small and restaurant service was horrible.
- 5/5
Was all great
- 5/5
Customer friendly; clean room and facility.
- 5/5
“I had such a great stay! The location is amazing, the room was very clean, and the staff was so nice and helpful. I would love to come back again!”
- 5/5
Next to Fremont Street. Yummy food!
- 5/5
The vibes were vibing
- 5/5
I like the service you guys have
- 5/5
We had a great time.
- 5/5
Renovations
- 4/5
Not a bad place, rooms were small but clean.
- 5/5
None
- 5/5
Will be going back again.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Nice restroom. Close to activities. Only thing was the noise from DJ's from the street but wasnt anything major. Still slept good.
- 4/5
Street noise until 1am was a bit bothersome as was smoking in the casino. Otherwise accommodation were good for the price.
- 3/5
Letting people know that they have incidental fees and being transparent before one books! $100 is a high fee the noise is insane I guess I should of expected that since you are on the strip. Otherwise it was fine thank you
- 5/5
Be back!
- 4/5
Bellhops don’t work before 8:00 am so if early flight be aware. They ran out of the special steak and eggs our last day there too. Staff seem to be a bit dissatisfied with corporate also.
- 4/5
Clean and refurbished but small room. It was fine for one night stay over.
- 1/5
This STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FIRST OFF WHEN I GOT THERE I HAD TO PAY 200$ EXTRA FOR THE ROOM THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR NO MICROWAVE THEY DIDNT GIVE US EXTRA BATHROOM TOWELS IF I COULD GET A REFUND I WOULD ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
- 4/5
I was crashing in Vegas for the night and decided to try staying in Downtown. The Fremont was nice, service was great, room was clean. Very loud but good options to minimize noise.
- 5/5
No breakfast offered, check in staff was fantastic (Kevin)
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Place was clean but rooms are small and the bathroom has no space nice TV, rest was good.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Room was small but still comfortable and clean. Food court was convenient and food was great.
- 2/5
The hotel check in staff are not very friendly or accommodating. Service is not there first priority. The hotel gift shop/connivence store was always closed with a sign saying they’d be back, but never came back. We only had 3 pillows for a king bed and they were so flat. Requested more but never got. The room was so small! It was also very dirty with hair and candy all over the floor. We had to request extra towels and they just tossed them on the bed and left the dirty ones laying on the floor of the bathroom. Late at night it gets rowdy. Granted it’s Vegas, but it was a crap show.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Monika and Pat. Room was spotless. Hotel is super convenient to everything around Fremont Street.
- 5/5
Quick and fast check in. When I stayed on the strip, it felt like I waiting well over 20-30 minutes to check in. 1 minute flat checking in here. Housekeeping were on it and cleaned the room each day. Beers were cheap and food was readily available after a day full of drinking. Second time I’ve stayed here and will be staying next time I come to Vegas. I didn’t meet a rich man to sweep me off my feet though, maybe next time!!
- 5/5
Very clean room. Staff members were friendly and professional. Room has a mini fridge, but no microwave. Huge TV!
- 5/5
The room was small, but being remodeled and priced just right, I recommended to anyone.
- 5/5
We had an amazing time here the beds are super comfortable, everything is clean, and everyone is so helpful and friendly even in stressful busy situations. Would absolutely come back.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
I love the agreement
- 5/5
The free valet was nice. I was out of cash so I was able to tip the valet with Venmo.
- 5/5
Super clean, great food options, close to everything AND noisy! Just bring headphones and you'll have a blast, who sleeps in Vegas?!
- 5/5
WAS NICE
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Clean room, nice area, friendly staff
- 4/5
Staff, dining, and room were nice. Our room was on the 9th floor and overlooked Fremont street- if you don’t like the noise of the bands you may want to request an interior room or the other side of the hotel. We didn’t mind, just an fyi weekdays bands stop playing at 1am.
- 5/5
clean rooms; staff was helpful; close to activities
- 5/5
Housekeepping (Mary) was awesome. We were on twelve floor and ice is only on 10th, but Mary offered to go get us ice. We really appreciated her. Valet staff was also very nice and efficient.
- 5/5
clean room.
- 5/5
I cannot leave any comments about breakfast coz I didn’t eat breakfast the when i stay at Fremont
- 4/5
The stay was comfortable but the music from the Fremont St was pretty loud. Clean and friendly staff made it worthwhile
- 4/5
Location was great and the hotel was nice overall. I would only recommend requesting to stay further away from the main strip if possible. The noise was ongoing until 2am if you are trying to get some sleep early.
- 4/5
Room was nice! Free parking.
- 5/5
Clean room, non smoking and close to Fremont experience. It was not a quiet room because of the action but expected it. Would stay again
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Our room was cleaned, given fresh towels and bed made daily. The staff was really great and personable. The shakes at the Steak & Shake were excellent!
- 4/5
Very small room
- 4/5
What stood out was the last minute, undisclosed $180 in taxes and fees. Also, they should automatically give ear plugs to anyone that stays there. Every night was so loud; loud cars revving their engines, blowing their horns and drunk people behaving as fools.
- 4/5
Room was great.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Perfect all the way around.
- 3/5
Room was okay. Bathroom was small no counter space.
- 1/5
Dirty toilet and bathroom! Called for housekeeping and since around midnight, there was nobody available. Then I started looking at everything since didn’t trust the cleanliness— I found poop in the shower !!! Called front desk, packed up everything again, and got a new room. I know this is Vegas, but this is so unacceptable! Disgusting— never again will we stay here.
- 5/5
Clean rooms with daily service unlike the bigger hotels on the strip. I really enjoyed my stay at the Fremont.
- 5/5
Room is clean and comfortable. Free valet is awesome! Check in was super easy
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very helpful with accommodations.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Nice clean room and cold ac!
- 4/5
Only complaint was, the bathroom doorway was to small. The door handle stuck out way to far for the size of the doorway. We both ran into it to many times or my clothes would hook on the door knob.
- 5/5
Always enjoy our stay at Freemont Hotel
- 5/5
When we arrived early morning on Oct 14th. The guy at the reservation desk was not polite.
- 5/5
Clean

Rooms were small but adequate. First room had a damaged door latch. Called the front desk and they got me into another room immediately.
- 5/5
Convenient, friendly represented Vegas nicely
- 5/5
Love old school Vegas and the Fremont is the best. Highly recommended in every way BUT BE SURE YOU CHECK IN WITH YOUR CLEANING SERVICE EVERY DAY AND DON’T KEEP THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON YOUR DOOR OR THEY WILL COME BUSTING IN YOUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING OR CALLING OR GIVING YOU ANY WARNING BECAUSE THEY’RE WORRIED YOU’RE BUILDING A SNIPERS NEST AND ARE GOING TO COMMIT ANOTHER INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED IN LAS VEGAS. They are lucky I was not armed when the broke in at 4pm.

- 5/5
Very nice stay thanks
- 5/5
We came for the festival and stayed at the Fremont hotel. We loved it there. Definitely will stay again.
- 5/5
Small simple room that was fairly quiet. Decent price for the weekend.
- 4/5
Deluxe King Room had a tiny sink in bathroom, there were NO outlets for use in the room!
- 5/5
Always feels like home. Love the diversity and the amount of islanders that stay often.
- 4/5
Great location… Everything is walkable in the downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there is a resort fee on top of the listed price.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Fremont Street is loud, but the room was great.
- 1/5
The man at check in was very rude, setting the tone for the whole experience
- 5/5
Every thing was great, except the mattress, it’s way past time for new ones
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Staff was great and so was the service for breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks
- 5/5
I enjoyed the loxation of this property.
- 2/5
You had to walk a block and a half to a different hotel to use a workout room. There were constant smoking in the gambling area.

Nice clean, comfy rooms!
- 5/5
The room was updated and clean. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and friendly and the casino was great.
- 3/5
The only issue I had when we got into the room was the carpet, it was not clean. I have to ask the room attendant to vacuum our carpet.
- 4/5
Overall nice place to stay and have fun..The only issue I have is the $100 dollar resort fee you get charged at check-out. For that reason I may look elsewhere to stay next time.
- 1/5
I had a bed bag bite.. The room was dusty air was bad
- 5/5
Food court with good options! Not as packed as other places! Great location!
- 4/5
Right on Fremont street so very convenient but very noisy
- 4/5
Great location in an older, clean casino. Only complaint was we had to seek out housekeeping to get towels-they did not come into our room at all during our 3 night stay.
- 4/5
- 2/5
Casino is ok but the room is so small ...not comfy
- 3/5
You get what you pay for in Vegas these days. If something is cheaper there's probably a reason.
- 4/5
Free valet parking was nice, but that area was really noisy even after 1AM
- 5/5
I just love this hotel. I've stayed here with may parents several times
- 5/5
Great Time
- 4/5
My only complaint is unfortunately not something the Hotel can fix. Being right on Fremont street means you are going to bleed from all of the sound going on. Even though I was placed far from Fremont Street proper it was still quite loud and there was no remedy for it. Be aware of this when booking your stay as you could be kept up at night.
- 5/5
We would stay again!
- 2/5
Estuve 4 días y nunca pasaron a arreglar la habitación
- 5/5
Awesome stay! Fun but yet convenient in all aspects.
- 4/5
We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The Fremont Street Experience was freat, and the Fremont is in the center. Staff was extremely nice. Only two minor things, beer was flat and bottled beer was not cold enough. Also the room cleaning, once ever other day, was not great. The table in our room and the sink in the bathroom were not wiped down.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Kiosk was mostly intuitive and it was quite quick.
- 3/5
If saving money then worth it. Lower floors can hear music until 2am so the higher the better! If planning to be on the strip often then taxis will become expensive.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable room. Well located with easy parking. Would stay again
- 4/5
Freemont really needs to make updates to comply with ADA amenities.
- 4/5
Nice rooms and staff
- 3/5
Cleanliness could definitely improve. Staff was wonderful! Love the price!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Location, location, location!!! Great stay in downtown Vegas!
- 4/5
There was a world class level of variance in shopping opportunities.
- 5/5
Everything was good overall staff & Housekeeping
- 5/5
What I love about this place is the staff. They are the greatest staff, nice, helpful, friendly. I love staying here, bang for your book and you’re on Fremont Street.
- 3/5
Staff great, particularly the parking staff. OUTSTANDING. My problem is that there was NO COFFEE!!! What??? Not even in the lobby. The place just around the corner from check-in served GARBAGE coffee at tourist prices. Having to trek down to find coffee was did NOT leave a good impression. My suggestion: Set up a k-cup coffee station near the elevators (staff use too) and charge $1 per cup. One Idea: You can have a HUGE assortment of k-cups, including tea, hot chocolate and decaf. Brand names. Another idea: Have a promotion with Dunkin' Donuts (which I only found out later was just steps further away) that gives a free donut with a coffee or a $2 coffee, or ???. I'd say that you would have earned an overall 4.5 stars, rather than 3. Otherwise, I'd still come back, even knowing about the coffee situation.
- 4/5
Its and okay hotel for an okay price, resort fees will always get you
- 5/5
It was super fun a d so many options
- 1/5
I don't remember experiencing this before in my previous visits.
- 5/5
The room was clean. We had a little problem with the AC, but it was resolved. The device needed new batteries in order to be able to change the temperature. Everything else was fine. We have stayed here three times and will continue to return to the Fremont.
- 4/5
The hotel and rooms were updated it was clean and comfortable.
