Impeccable service and stay. Breakfast was good. In room dining was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet and great for families. You have the option to party at other hotels with access to Mandalay Bay’s casino and pool/beach area. You also avoid the riffraff.

Hallways are freezing cold, paid for a deep tissue and got a Swedish. Last year I stayed there and got a massage and was on a LED mat on the bed, this time the room wasn’t that nice. For a $400 massage (100 minutes) the experience should be more luxurious

If you are looking for a more quiet stay. FS Las Vegas is wonderful! Staff is friendly and helpful and the property is easy to navigate.

Wasn’t prepared for how nice this hotel was. Of course, it is a Four Seasons Hotel and in typical form, they don’t play around. The attention to detail is exceptional. Great staff, lovely and extremely comfortable room and first rate room service. I’m not even a fan of Vegas, but we’ll return just to stay here.

Our room (Stadium View King) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent, and we especially appreciated the large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The view was fantastic, and the TV setup was modern and easy to use, overall, the room itself exceeded expectations. The pool area was another highlight. The heated pool was perfect, and the staff there were just as attentive and welcoming as the rest of the hotel team. The only downside was the hot tub, which seemed to be in need of some repairs. There were a couple of additional drawbacks. The mini fridge was completely stocked with hotel items, leaving no space for personal drinks or leftovers, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was a large Google conference taking place during our stay, and many of the restaurants were reserved for the event. We weren’t informed ahead of time, which made dining options more limited than expected and would have been helpful to know in advance. Despite those issues, the hotel itself delivered a high-quality experience. We would definitely consider staying again.

Tranquil experience in Las Vegas. Enjoyed a few days with our kids at the end of our trip. Having the private FS pool separate from the craziness of Mandalay Bay was a game changer. My teen kids could enjoy the wave pool while we enjoyed some relaxation. Great location and access to the strip and airport but with the amenities you’d expect at a Four Seasons.

A peaceful family friendly hotel located away from the hustle bustle of Vegas. Only one restaurant (Veranda) for breakfast , lunch and pool side. A Hotel of this stature should have more choice, going to Mandalay Bay next door shouldn’t be that choice.

The room was clean and very well appointed. The housekeeping staff checked in several times to make sure everything was to my liking. The staff at the pool was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. It was a great location to end our Las Vegas stay. Solange, in the bar, was wonderful as our server for dinner on Wednesday night.

As expected the staff and property was incredible! The absolute only negative was the hot tub was out of order and the pools close early (5pm). Otherwise it was a lovely escape from the smoke on the strip. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly!

Many thoughtful details in spacious room, from sound machine to bluetooth Bose speaker. Comfortable HVAC, and luxe bathroom amenities. Prices were high for everything, from the massages at $300+ to breakfast for 2 at more than $100. But you get what you pay for.

Great service and great food! The staff was warm and welcoming!

Everything felt overpriced. We ordered a small fruit plate to the room and were charged $50, which is simply unreasonable. On top of that, the final bill ended up being much higher than expected due to additional charges like daily property/resort fees (around $55 per day) and valet parking at $45 per day. Even at the pool, if you want a shaded area (like a cabana or daybed), you have to pay extra. Room service also includes an automatic $10 service fee. At every turn, there are added charges, and it really adds up quickly. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. I would not stay here again. Save your money and stay at Mandalay Bay instead.

The property was very clean. However, far away from the main strip. You will have to take a taxi or a 2 mile walk. It is the only hotel with no casino, but it’s attached to Mandalay. Mandalay facilities like the beach and swimming pool at all included. Food options and timing are very limited.

Our rooms were upgraded, we were sent two champagnes, treated to a full multi- course lunch for a family of 8 along with asking and apologizing for the error multiple times. Customer service at its best ever seen in the US. I have traveled the world and seen amazing customer service but my very best experience in Northern America for the 1st time! Thnx for living up to what hospitality should be for guests and their families Four seasons!

Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night due to a service door located near the room, which was extremely annoying as it was constantly being opened and closed throughout the day. To make matters worse, the guests next door had two dogs that barked during the night. Terrible experience. This is absolutely not what I expected from a Four Seasons. It is not worth spending money on this hotel.

Concierge is excellent and helped us to get perfect seats to see The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. They have a car service for local rides. I cannot say enough good things. The hotel is really nice and tranquil to stay for a couple of days with the family and kids. This hotel doesn’t have a casino which makes the stay convenient and pleasant. The price however is pretty high to stay here and there are different charges for the room and tax, which is new!

I love the ability to separate from the crowd. Mandalay Bay is reasonably quiet, but Four Seasons takes it to another level. We had a slight late night disturbance on our floor one night, which is highly unusual, but the management team took care of it and followed up the next day to apologize and make sure we were satisfied. Top notch experience all around. At this point the only place I will stay when in Las Vegas.

Excellent pool staff Snezhana, Zlata, and of course Dre. Warm welcoming front desk staff. Every one from parking attendants to room service are always great! We’ve been coming to the property for over 20 years and are looking forward to staying there again!

Wonderful as always. Access to the pools at Mandalay make this a very family friendly place and it’s a whole lot less volume of people than any of the larger hotels.

The receptionist was very rude when I arrived at 2:00 am in the morning tired after a very long flight.

What’s nice about this hotel is that it’s part of Mandalay Bay so you have access to all of their dining options and shops. Although it’s connected, to get into Four Seasons you must have a key so it’s very secure and people that aren’t staying there can’t go in easily. You also have access to all the Mandalay Bay pools in addition to the Four Seasons pool, so there are a lot of options. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything from the service to the cleanliness and fine details were impeccable. This is a truly great option if you're looking for a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Vegas while also having immediate access to Mandalay Bay and all of its offerings. 10/10 would stay again.

No one was really helpful other than the girl when we checked in my cabana was never told me that the food in the refrigerator was for us and drinks. I didn’t realize that they were not charged, but nobody bothered to tell me or come see me at the cabana I really wouldn’t call this a four seasons property definitely a three seasons feel to it, which is unfortunate. My expectations were really high for this place.

Great hotel !

The main issue is that the property feels dated and not as well maintained as I would expect. Public areas such as hallways and carpets had noticeable dirt that wasn’t cleaned promptly, and even by the pool the chairs were not cleaned immediately after use, which gave the impression of lapses in upkeep. The room itself was clean and largely aligned with Four Seasons’ standards—comfortable bed, good housekeeping, and a relaxing atmosphere. That said, a few essentials that are typically standard at other Four Seasons hotels were missing, such as a comb, slippers, and a razor. These were available on request, but it felt like an unnecessary inconvenience for a brand known for anticipating guest needs. On a positive note, the staff were genuinely welcoming and professional. Overall, while the service team was excellent and the room comfortable, the aging condition of the property and lapses in attention to detail kept this stay from being on par with the consistently high standards I’ve experienced at other Four Seasons locations.

The best hotel to stay at in Las Vegas!

Had a great experience in Vegas at the Four Seasons. It’s a little away from the main strip, which suited us just fine as we wanted to be in a quieter area. We even got upgraded to a suite when we arrived, which was amazing. Also big shout out to Paul on the Concierge desk who went above and beyond to help us get tickets to a show that we were struggling to purchase on Ticketmaster due to our non-US phones. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back to Vegas.

Staff in every dept went out of their way to assist me and my particular needs. Moreover, the front desk assisted with other amenities when available (e.g., treated me like a queen). I felt exceptionally safe, well cared for, and regal! Really enjoyed the fact that most of the hotel areas were quiet. What a nice respite in this city of constant noise. Need more benches or just a few more chairs in that long hallway.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas, this is by far my favourite! If you want a peaceful hotel, no big casino, private pool, this is the place for you! The Mandalay pools are right next door, and the Mandalay casino and restaurants are a short walk as well. The restaurants in Four Seasons are incredible! We went many the times. The staff in all of the hotel are so friendly and helpful as well. Loved the rooms! The views! And the whole atmosphere. Will absolutely be returning here.

Places is great had no complaints very easy. The only issue would be the room could be a little nicer.

Veranda is a great restaurant within the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. We sat down for a late lunch/early dinner prior to Jelly Roll concert. It was exactly what we needed, and it was on point, i.e. very delicious.

Perfect quiet stay away from the craziness of the strip

As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time. The bed was comfortable. The only issues where the shower faucet needed to be adjusted and slow service at the restaurant.

Very pleasant way to stay in Las Vegas and perfect if you want to stay away from the hubbub of the main hotels on the strip. However, if you do stay here, you need to understand that you need to take cars (Ubers or Taxis) everywhere. The other methods are long and complicated.

Absolutely loved our Four Seasons experience! We celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary in a very hot Las Vegas July. We loved how cool, tranquil and beautiful the hotel was nestled among the frenzy of Mandalay Bay and the Vegas Strip. It offered ease of accessibility to casinos, shows, dining and shopping with a great way to get away from it all. Loved it!

A family of four, our first night in Vegas we stayed at the MGM grand (not a fan). At the recommendation of our youngest family member we stayed at the Four Seasons. We arrived early, we wanted to drop off our luggage and valet our vehicle. Our room ended up being ready. From drop off to check out, the staff were exceptional! The rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable, relaxing, classy and quiet. The ease to get from our rooms to the front entrance was quick, no Smokey long walks through a casino floor. It was easy to secure a ride to any place on the strip with the assistance of staff. Micheal Jackson One was a bonus!

Upscale environment, all shiny intricate design marble floor in the hallway, very courteous and helpful staff, rooms filled with extras like umbrella, slippers, ironing board even with starch spray, bathroom with soft towels, robes, rugs, everything excellent except the shower did not drain fast and the water builds up to the ankle, felt had to clean up again the feet in the tub and apply disinfectant to my feet. Excellent breakfast buffet. My room though was the last in the long hallway walk, bell boy came fast and trustable to bring them to our rooms.

Loved every minute. Spent father’s day with my son at the pool. Great food. Great service. Great time. Will return.

Liked the Four Seasons style but a bit disappointed at distance from main strip.

There use to be a small message from the manager with a treat acknowledging return guest. That use to be a nice touch. This time nothing.
