Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its luxurious amenities, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining options. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the housekeeping service and certain aspects of the management.
- Luxurious amenities and beautiful rooms
- Excellent dining options
- Issues with housekeeping service
- Management could be improved

Honestly, kind of an island on the end of the strip away from everything else.
- 5/5
Clean, gorgeous property and room. The restaurant by the pool had the best service during breakfast and the food was great.
- 5/5
Excellent all-purpose venue.
- 3/5
The room air conditioner is too noisy, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. So bad
- 5/5
Beautiful place would definitely be staying here again!!
- 4/5
A few things to be aware of: there were many authorization holds placed on our credit card for various services throughout our stay, which became confusing to keep track of. The pool area was nice, but we noticed bottles, napkins, and food floating in the water at times, which took away from the experience. The food hall was a great convenience, but snacks, drinks, and grab-and-go items were extremely expensive, so expect costs to add up quickly. We also visited the spa. Before arriving, we were told access was limited to four hours, but once there we were informed we could stay as long as we liked. While the spa was relaxing, there wasn’t a lot to do unless you purchased additional services, so plan accordingly if you’re expecting to spend an entire day there. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property, but the extra costs and unexpected fees are something future guests should keep in mind.

Fantastic property with an amazing atmosphere.

Excellent experience ! I will definitely be staying here again .
- 5/5
Mitch at guest service was great, Joey at la cote restaurant and nathan at papi steakhouse was great
- 5/5
The best hotel gym ever! Beautiful rooms and love all the restaurants on property.
- 5/5
5/5 stars. It’s always a pleasure staying at FB. Restaurants including promenade are all so yummy and service is excellent. Loved the view from our suite. LIV nightclub is one for the books!! Fresh rose display in lobby are tended to each morning by hotel staff. So luxurious and so classy. A must when in Vegas
- 5/5
Enjoyed a one night stay at the Fontaineblue with my family. The room was wonderful: roomy, the bathroom was large and had a separate toilet room, a deep tub, and the vanity was large and perfectly lit. There was not much of a view as it is further down the strip, but everything else was perfect and super clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

- 5/5
My stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property is stunning, immaculate, and beautifully maintained. Every area of the hotel was spotless, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The food was outstanding! Every meal exceeded expectations, with excellent quality, presentation, and flavor. There were so many great dining options to choose from. The rooms were luxurious, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The entire atmosphere felt elegant and upscale while still being warm and inviting. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Vegas experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Fontainebleau to anyone looking for luxury, exceptional service, and a first-class stay. 10/10 across the board!
- 5/5
Perfect, but for the early closure of the gym and pool, many people like myself prefer to work out later, and your pool closes at 7:00 pm, same issue. The room and staff were excellent. I was shown kindness and patience from all connected restaurants but one, La Fontaine
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with spacious and comfortable room, excellent service, great shops, restaurants, bars and pools. Will be back!
- 4/5
Restaurant choices were fabulous to include Mother Wolf, which I highly recommend. Gus our wait staff went over the top to ensure a delightful experience for our party of 4 ppl celebrating a anniversary. The food was nothing short of phenomenal as well. Do not miss dessert 😋 The staff of hotel is mindful of your concerns and offers to assist at most every turn. The resort is very large and requires a lot of walking. Like most Vegas hotel rooms, we lacked a coffee maker which is a large inconvenience and the restaurant, Vida for breakfast was clean and well staffed but the quality of the food was poor at best. I would definitely stay again. Well worth what we spent. We had a package deal that was sweet.

This has been the absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I'm not a negative person and I am constantly trying to come from a place of understanding. My husband and I stayed here from June 11-14. Our first day we go to the pool with my husband's backpack. Inside the pool there is a casino you can also gamble at. So, we brought $800 in cash, my husband's wallet, and his work phone. We put our backpack and clothes on the pool chairs and took a dip. Mind you, security is at the entrance of the pool checking key cards. We go to our chairs and everything is gone. We talk to staff and they send us to the cabana lounge. They check with security no backpack. My husband goes to the room to get his personal cell and sees the card is actively being used at a nearby mall. We go to get my husband another rewards card and they wouldn't allow it bc he didn't have his physical ID. THAT WAS STOLEN AT THEIR PROPERTY'S POOL! No remorse. No accomodations. No compassion whatsoever. The next day we dress up and decide we will make the best and I'll gamble. He will just sit with me. They refused to even allow my husband to be there when they made copies IF OUR IDS UPON CHECKING IN! We came to gamble and paid plenty to stay in the slums. Ts is ghetto. Also be prepared to be price gouged by menu prices as well. Mitch at concierge is a ray of light in that garbage place. Security didn't do anything to help with the stolen items. The hotel didn't either. Not the place to stay. Don't
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Hotel is very clean and smells amazing.
- 5/5
My wife and I were celebrating her bday and our 20th anniversary. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food and drink top notch. We will come back when it’s a bit cooler ;-)
- 4/5
Pool closes at 7pm. Drink lady in our casino section was slow to getting to use. Loved the meal credits and casino credits
- 5/5
Like a beautiful little bubble! It’s a world within a world in Las Vegas. After staying here there is no going back.
- 5/5
Will come back. Very nice, very clean, enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was amazing, the restaurants were great and the ambiance.
- 5/5
New hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Excellent rooms, great staff. Gym and pools were great and good bar and food options.
- 5/5
A hotel in Las Vegas with a great atmosphere; it is very new and offers free parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges, making it extremely convenient.
- 5/5
The room was clean and beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Pretty good
- 5/5
Couldn’t have asked for a more better stay. Security was strictly enforced so I felt safe, stay was just simply pleasant, room was upgraded at no charge 10/10 i recommend
- 5/5
Fontainbleau is a magnificently beautiful hotel, with a style that is all class without the ostentatious feel of the other mega hotels in Vegas. Every interaction with staff was pleasantly memorable and helpful.
- 5/5
A little out of the way, but great rates. Beautiful property great food choices.
- 5/5
This is a terrific property, with a Spa that for couples is the best in Vegas
- 5/5
Truly beautiful property with amazing staff, delicious food and fabulous drinks. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Amazing let's go back.
- 5/5
This is the first time we stayed at this hotel and it did not disappoint us. This is a five star resort with all the bells and whistles. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Nice hotel room
- 5/5
Room was super clean, quiet and new, hotel itself is beautiful!!
- 5/5
Perfect! Best one in Vegas!
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel/casino in Las Vegas and Fountainbleau was hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The pool, gym, casino and the clubs were all top notch. This is my new go to when Las Vegas. I miss it already
- 5/5
Amazing, beautiful property, amazing staff
- 3/5
They position as 5 🌟 but definitely below 4 🌟. Distance, restaurants, amenities, pool food and drinks variety all below level. Promises made on move-in never fulfilled and if you book through 3rd party sites they won't honor deals/points
- 4/5
Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at Washing Potato. Shortly after our meal, both my husband and I became extremely ill, experiencing severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting for several hours. While we cannot say for certain what caused our symptoms, the timing was concerning. Thankfully, we felt much better by the next morning. Aside from this experience, Fontainebleau exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay there again.
- 4/5
Very nice ambient. Surprised to not have a coffee machine in the room. Disappointed that we were not offered an upgrade being Expedia VIP.
- 5/5
We really loved our stay and we will definitely go back!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Every thing was good
- 5/5
Loved the aesthetics of the hotel. A lot of quality materials in the room, very upscale feel. Smelled very clean throughout the hotel, even in the casino areas
- 4/5
Didn't get the Sphere view side of the room
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. The only thing I found was when asking for directions to locations in the hotel I was often sent in wrong directions. Overall a beautiful place!
- 5/5
Overall experience was fabulous! The staff was kind and the resort was nearly 5 star. Just a few suggestions - the pool bar needs some basic items added, the pool serving staff needs to inquire about options instead of just saying"no", the shower soap smells manly and then need more late night food options. These are minor issues. I would consider returning. There is a lot of competition in Vegas.
- 5/5
Excellent new hotel and casino in a great location.
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel
- 5/5
Hands down the BEST hotel in Las Vegas 😍
- 4/5
Stayed 3 days2 nights but our room was never cleaned and payed extra for a room upgrade with early check in. Other than that the stay was nice.
- 5/5
Clean room and the staff was friendly!
- 5/5
New and modern. Gorgeous property!
- 5/5
10/10!
- 5/5
It was amazing for my first time in Vegas!!!
- 5/5
just super clean and everything was so nice
- 2/5
This hotel misses the fun factor. The pool music is terrible. To get coffee in the morning the only option was to walk over 1500 steps. My room didn’t have a remote control and the safe didn’t work. They fixed it quickly. There was food left in my put out refrigerator.
- 5/5
Everything! Pool staff food casino all of it best time in Vegas!

- 5/5
Beautiful hotel , nice staff , it was a top tier experience for me will be booking next time I go to Vegas

- 5/5
Really nice resort! Staff give excellent customer service. Emily made my check in so smooth and easy. Our suite was amazing! Real player!!!
- 5/5
The rooms were wonderful, spacious, elegant and contemporary. Loved all that's available connected to hotel: food, casino and pool were wonderful
- 5/5
Great luxury hotel, big rooms and great view .spa & pool are great and exceptional restaurants!
- 5/5
Beautiful resort. Room was exceptional and the pools were amazing. Staff were attentive and friendly. I see why it won an award in 2025. I highly recommend the Fontainebleau.
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel but I hate that luxury hotels will not place coffee makers in guest rooms. Really a pita to have to Ho downstairs and wait in line 20 minutes to pay $19 for two cups of plain coffee. Do better.
- 5/5
We loved the hotel . It was very clean and very nice. N/a
- 4.5/5
Great property, rooms nice size and stylish. Pool was very good with plenty of space and places to eat. Bar side by the pool, Cote sit down restaurant, also plenty of small eateries in their mall area. Gym was good big space with complementary classes. It was great all around the only draw back was that it was at the end of the strip so not walkable to other venues but to be honest with the heat walking wasn’t my preference so being able to uber was convenient for me. The property had enough to offer that having to go to other locations was not necessary either.
- 5/5
Outstanding! Excellent!
- 5/5
Cleanest hotel!
- 4/5
My favorite thing about staying here was that I had a view of the mountains and Sphere. The room was great as well.

Overall, clean room, great hotel amenities, friendly staff. Would recommend to any friend.
- 5/5
loved how close it was to fremont and old vegas. would stay again!

Front desk amazing. Except dealers need to fix their faces. No friendly no motivation to enjoy
- 5/5
Amazing hotel❤️
- 4/5
The hotel was great. It was very clean and the amenities were top notch! The staff was extremely helpful; however, the wait service at both the casino and the pool was a little slow when lots of people were at either location.

The design, the use of tile, the furniture, the features…. All gorgeous and can’t want to come back. The pool is top 5 Vegas pools…. Comfortable bed and awesome shower!!!
- 5/5
Truly luxurious. Food options are exceptional, even by Las Vegas standards.
- 5/5
Great weekend fun time

Its location at the end of the strip gives it a less chaotic feel in my opinion compared to other more central hotels. Would stay again.

The staff were excellent and the resort is beautiful. However, they do t offer a hotel shuttle to/from the airport and there is no coffee maker in the rooms. For us, coffee in the rooms is a big plus. Instead if you want coffee you have to walk to the bakery on the main floor and it’s very expensive.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Pool is a zoo with limited spaces and screaming kids in adult pools. Property is somewhat away from the rest of the strip. Booked the hotel with a $50 credit each day which the hotel did not honor…nice property other than the pool but unlikely to stay again.

I loved the bedroom I was given, fabulous view of the pool. The floral arrangements at the main Lobby and around the hotel are spectacular. No kettle/tea making facilities in the room. Charged €35 just to bring a kettle up to the room plus €8 per tea bag, crazy, they should just put kettles in each room. Room service menu not great if you just want a simple pasta. They need a supervisor out side at that pool area. If you leave your sunbed to get something and your not back in 30 mins they give your bed away.
- 5/5
Everything!!!
- 5/5
I like it
- 3/5
No coffee machine in the room and prices are up there at food court and restaurants.
- 4/5
Everything. was excellent but no water or coffee in the room. Lines for coffee were exceptionally long.
- 5/5
Best hotel on the strip, the pool is great , could use cushion on loungers and it would be perfect, food and drinks are great. We will be back
- 5/5
The Fontainebleau lived up to the hype! It was very clean, and the pool was amazing! The only complaint I have is that our kids were constantly asked to show IDs on the casino floor. They are young, 21 and 23, so I get it, but they were probably asked 5-8 times a day within a couple of hours each day. It was pretty excessive. Seems like they could get together and realize they have already checked them for the day, as they pretty much stayed on the same game tables and machines the entire time. We mostly went out to other hotels to gamble during the day because of it, along with the high buy-ins on the blackjack tables. Also, the food court lines were long and took forever, and it seemed to be a slow time at the resort, so I would hate to see it on a busy week/weekend. We figured out the trick of ordering ahead online and just waiting at the table for it. It was still a fun trip, and we had a great stay at Fontainebleau.
- 5/5
Outstanding property!

The entire facility and the customer service was top notch! Very pleased with my entire experience which was also my birthday!

My hotel room was actually not cleaned thoroughly. I was too lazy to take pictures and complain about it but there were dried up soap scum and suds round the bathroom sink and bathtub. There were glitters all over the place in the bathroom and in the bathtub and they weren't cleaned up. Hours for the pool and gym should be extended.
- 5/5
Amazing place!!!! It’s our favorite in Vegas. We will definitely be back.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel, but it is a little way from everything else. Also found the food choices & shops a bit limited
- 5/5

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful
- 5/5
Hotel was nice and clean. Food was expensive. They charge $4 for a side of ketchup at the pool. There are plenty of options on places to eat. Our overall stay was comfortable and amazing! I would stay here again.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels on the strip!
- 5/5
Beautiful property. It was wonderful that we were able to get an early check in and later checkout as well.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was ok. Not the most genuine friendly people, probably because it was Vegas but they were ok. The pool situation was cool. Good music playing. A lot of reserved chairs $$$. The one breakfast place I tried Vida, was good. The Hennessy coffee was delicious. The people in Don Prime were very nice. The food was great. 👍
- 5/5
Food was good with several options. Quieter than most Casinos on the Strip. Great resort! Come to stay your entire visit.
- 5/5
I lost my glasses at the pool. Security and lifeguards helped me find my lost item. The room was spacious and clean. Every staff member that we interacted with was professional, sincere and warm hearted. My favorite stay cation resort.

Staff was not helpful and acted bothered you were seeking help staying at the hotel. I would say they were barely enthralled to even say anything, this wasn’t one person this was the majority.

Then one time we came back to our room and it was locked from the inside, Good thing we saw a housekeeper and she helped us open it . She said she would report it to the manager but nobody came and nobody came to follow up either. We were just busy with our own activities , that I didn’t have time to go to the front desk. Every time I use the phone, it keeps getting disconnected. The lady in the concierge told us she would send somebody to check, nobody came . As I said we were busy with own affairs. Looking back, I would have asked for another room, but I didn’t have the time to complain.
- 5/5
Clean and organized.

The check-in was fast and easy, things were explained well. Our room was as ordered, pool view with a king bed. The room was clean and well stocked. Having a safe and cooler drawer was good. Smart lighting panels for lights and curtains was a nice touch

It was an amazing experience my girlfriend and I loved it. We’re actually playing another trip to Vegas just because of how amazing the hotel was.

The hotel was stunning!! I mean I have had the pleasure and privilege to travel all over the world and this was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous. The water pressure was crazy good! The bathtub was a small pool (haaa haa). Room service was pricey but delicious. The hotel was quiet, no loud hallways or raucous guests. The beds were very comfy and the towels and linens were top of the line. Every employee we had contact with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10
- 5/5
Best hotel, best staff, prettiest place and best room I’ve ever stayed at. I will never ever stay anywhere else in Vegas ever again.
- 4/5
A previous guests shoe was in our room. The property was on the edge of the strip, which meant cab-uber rides to everywhere.
- 5/5
I didn’t like not having an iron and board nor having a coffee pot
- 5/5
Staff were wonderful and contributed to a pleasant stay. Only issue was the amount of time it took to check-in.
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectation. Room , amenities, food option all great.
- 4/5
The property is beautiful- the standard room is small - I upgraded to the Gold King and was very happy with the size of the room. Room service and restaurants are pricy but the food is delicious. I had an issue with the wait time for my check-in but the staff was apologetic and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The Fountainbleau, which should read Fountainblue or Fountainbleue is a fabulous and top notch hotel. The staff is unbelievable and the property is safe and secure. They have of excellent restaurants within the facility. I’ll go back in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
The spa was the highlight of my trip, my wife and myself both enjoyed it totally. We celebrated or 4th wedding anniversary
- 5/5
Super nice
- 4/5
Gym was crowded. I think it’s a fitness club that non hotel guests can stay. Not enough coffee options, 20 minute line to get coffee every morning. Hotel still feels fairly new. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at

Newest and most luxurious hotel and casino in Vegas. Great experience and fantastic amenities, restaurants, and entertainment.
- 4/5
Thank you
- 2/5
everything here is ridiculously expensive - 54.00 for two egg and cheese bagel sandwiches is ridiculous. there are no affordable options here to eat for families.
- 5/5
(No irons or ironing boards in rooms, only a steamer which you can make work on the table.)
- 5/5
Our room was wonderful and the facility in general was amazing. We really enjoyed the pools, and the water was a perfect temperature. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone.
- 5/5
The rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly and enjoyed the continental breakfast along with every amenity that came with the room.
- 5/5
This must be the most beautiful hotel in vegas, we stayed last time bellagio, venetian and mandalay bay, so far this is the best!!!! i brought my 3 year old, im worried about his milk but they gave me extra microwave and fridge for that. The pool is so beautiful, its not crowded and every staff i met here is so kind. We decided to ear breakfast in the room and it was very good, their room service is so good. The whol hotel even though there is casino downstairs is not overwhelming, looks very calm, smells so good. We will definetly come here again!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel!
- 5/5
Spacious and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Spa was amazing. One of the best in Vegas.
- 5/5
This property is stellar. Everything you would want or desire u see one roof!
- 5/5
This was a lovely stay. We arrived 2 hours past check-in and were discouraged that a room was not ready for our particular type of booking. They immediately upgraded us. Our nicer room was on a higher floor with a great view of the strip. It had a soaking tub and his and her vanity. Water pressure was A+. Fair warning, be prepared for a long walk from registration to the room elevators. Casino floor was nice and well-kept. Nice breakfast at Vida with Miguel being an attentive and cheerful server. It was chilly so I didn’t get into the pool, but the outside space is nice. Only ding would be that the daybed and lounger cushions were pretty dirty looking. White stripes now grey stripes.
- 3.5/5
Nice pool and casino Elevators too far from front desk. Limo drop off a half mile from front desk with no bellmen. They Power washed the pool deck all night every night making a ton of noise. Check in line was way overcrowded.
- 4.5/5
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. All of the food we ate was amazing. Particularly the Mexican. All of the staff were extremely friendly The pool loungers are very uncomfortable and for the quality of the hotel I was really surprised by their lack of quality in this area. The hotel is a little out of the ‘main strip’ so you’re a bit excluded but you don’t really need to leave as you have everything in one place, there’s also a really cheap bus that runs up and down the strip all day so it’s fine.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful room with Mountain View, delicious food, comfortable bed, and huge tub.
- 5/5
The rooms were large and we had a great view of the airport and Sphere. The pool was large with plenty of seating for those who arrived by 11AM. The food at the pool wasn’t cheap, but it was very good.
- 5/5
Checking in was easy, the staff were professional and friendly. The room was amazing, was very clean, staff came at around certain hours to check if anything was needed for your room. Finally the view from my room was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Stayed here for EDC and I got a higher floor at check in which turned out great. The room was clean and well appointed with a nice bathtub for post-festival recovery. The temperature control worked well and was responsive to changes. No issues with housekeeping during the festival although, as usual, my room only got serviced once because I was sleeping during their normal working hours. One downside is the noise from the beach club which can be intrusive during the daytime when you are sleeping during the festival. This was remedied by turning the fan on for some white noise. The breakfast and most of the restaurants are nice (as would be expected for the prices they are charging) although I think they should consider having more of the restaurants open for longer hours during EDC/EDC week so people waking up late can get breakfast/brunch or whatever meal it is at around 3-4 PM. It would have been nice to get a steak dinner at Don's or the outstanding brunch prix fixe at La Fontaine in the mid afternoon before getting on the 6 pm shuttle to the festival.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and had incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated all of the modern touches throughout the room. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. I also enjoyed the restaurants and amenities throughout the property. There were plenty of dining options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt luxurious without being overwhelming. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. One thing I really appreciated was that although the hotel is on the Strip, it felt a little more calm and less crowded compared to some of the other resorts. It gave me the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Las Vegas.

Overall AMAZING STAY!
- 5/5
The fitness center was state of the art and offered morning classes as part of the resort fee. The food court included a wide variety of options for lunch. The network of outdoor pools had something for everyone.
- 5/5
Absolutely positively indefinitely unfathomably beautiful hotel!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean hotel, but a more subdued elegance when compared to the Bellagio or Venetian, for example. Check in said she had 3 room options and asked her to pick for us… amazing views of the mountains and a portion of the strip. Very well laid out, easy to navigate and practical. We absolutely loved the flavors and overall experience of Komodo for dining but dining at Kyu was a misfire. We dined there, but unlike all the other restaurants, they wouldn’t allow us to bill the room (gave them rm number and name). Was told I needed ID. This was unfortunate because after being lulled into not needing a wallet, now I needed to walk 8 minutes back to the room and then back to the restaurant. Almost late to our evening show. Everything else was above par and my wife said her massage was unforgettable, remembered the girl’s name in case we go back. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
The pool area was relaxing and a great place to unwind for a couple of hours. We also had a great experience with IGK Salon inside the hotel. They were able to fit me in for a last-minute cut and color and did a fantastic job. The overall vibe of the property feels more luxury nightlife and social scene focused rather than a traditional old-school Vegas casino atmosphere, which made it feel unique compared to other hotels on the Strip. Staff throughout the property were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
You can’t beat the luxury feel everywhere you look at Fontaineblue. Every corner is perfectly aesthetic. If you want elegance, class, and a good time, this is the place to go. Shopping is just ok here, but it was a short 14 minute walk to the Wynn for good shopping. But that’s the most minor inconvenience I can think of.
- 5/5
overall 10/10
- 4/5
Waited 45 minutes for check in. Long line. Also waited 45 minutes for breakfast. Too many drunk people around, probably not unusual in Vegas but was not pleasant. Facilities were clean and nice though and staff was helpful

We loved the Fontaine Bleu, the food options in terms of restaurants were fabulous and top notch. We especially liked the classes that were offered and took them every morning. We had a full spa day which lived up to expectations. Highly recommend taking the guided sauna experience, that was very memorable.

Very beautiful resort on the North side of the strip. The interesting thing is they allow free parking but other than that bring your wallet. One small bottled water is $12. Average meal for 2 in their food hall is $80. I can't complain about anything else but the prices are steep.

One of my favorite stays ever! I loved this hotel. Love the smells of the rooms, the toilettry the bathroom was the most heap I’ve been too in a hotel.
- 3/5
First, the room: we were stuck with what felt like a storage room view — not ideal for the price point. Worth noting that this hotel is at the end of the strip, so even the top-floor views are competing with a vacant lot, an under-construction site, Circus Circus, and Tacos El Gordo. Amenities weren't consistently restocked, and while requests were eventually fulfilled, response times were slow. The staff experience was the most disappointing part. Over three nights, we received conflicting answers to the same questions from multiple team members, each time escalating to a manager who ultimately gave the same response. Whether intentional or not, it came across as pretentious rather than intentionally helpful. As for the perks: the $50 daily credit sounds nice until you realize it barely covers 3 pastries and a coffee at Chez Bon Bon (which, for the record, didn't live up to the TikTok hype). The boutiques inside were underwhelming. The hotel has a rewards program, but since we booked through a third party for a better rate, points weren't granted (understandable). What wasn't was the refusal to extend any goodwill despite significant $$$$ spend at their tables. Silver lining: We heard Knock2 from the room during EDC! For the price, you're better off elsewhere; not the newest, but reliably excellent on the strip -- better views for your buck!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel; it is relatively new, and it shows in the facilities. Each day, you receive a $50 credit that you can use for room service. If you check carefully, you can use it on whatever you like. I would love to return.
- 5/5
This was my second time staying at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. When I checked out, I accidentally left my phone behind because it got wrapped up in the blankets. By the time I went back to look for it, the housekeeping staff had already taken the bedding away. However, the housekeeping team kept helping me contact different departments, which gave me a lot of reassurance. In the end, the hotel security team helped me find my phone. I’m very grateful, and I will definitely come back again!

Right when we checked into our room we found hair in the comforter and bathroom floor. We called down for someone to please come up and sweep the bathroom and vacuum the carpet. They agreed but no one ever came.
- 5/5
It made our stay special!
- 3/5
The property is nice but tries too hard to bee trendy and fails in basic needs like good breakfast food, very limited late night bites, doesn't have easy access and navigation. It is isolated from the rest of the Strip. The shops are too upscale and there is a lack of good energy here compared to other casino properties . Pool area is nice. Spa was well appointed and the spa staff was very good

First time visiting Vegas and this place made it all worthwhile. Highly recommended. Had to leave to return home, could have spent more time with the accommodations. A bit removed from the "strip" but the monorail put us in the heart of it all quickly.

Facilities were great, front desk staff and all staff welcoming and extremely helpful It is a bit far from the main strip and you have to catch ride share or taxi if you want to go to dinner or shopping. But that's only a minor dislike as being away from all the hustle is great.

This was the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! The rooms are beautiful and well kept!!! I stayed in one of the suites, to my surprise my room had two full bathrooms in it!! The bathroom in my actual room had a vanity, separate sink, private bathroom, separate shower and a full soaking tub!! Housekeeping came every day unless you requested otherwise. Rooms were spotless and I am very particular in where I lay my head! Hotel is HUGE!! Food court, designer shops, casinos, restaurants, clubs!! Definitely an experience I will NEVER forget!! My ONLY complaint is the tv channels, I think there were only like 50 channels total and it wasn’t a smart tv so it’s not like you could log in to Netflix or Hulu but other than that book book book at this hotel!!!!

Staff: mixed results. Some were lovely and helpful, most were not. Dezarae was for one, lovely but even walking through a hall and saying hello, there was a distinct lack of interest or engagement. Pool: lovely, probably the best part of the experience. Had no difficulty accessing sunbeds during our stay. Conference center: excellent facilities; staff serving at the bars and setting up the logistics were incredibly friendly. Food: overpriced. If you insist on staying here, order in and use Morris & Co if you need to stay in. Certainly the worst 5* hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No natural sense of support or obligation shared towards the hotel’s customers, no plan to remedy guest complaints.

Our only minor complaints were that there is no coffee maker in the room, and ordering coffee through room service is quite expensive. In addition, the hotel is located a bit farther from the center of the Strip, so you’ll likely need to take a taxi or Uber to get to most attractions. That said, these are small inconveniences compared to the overall experience. This is easily one of the best hotels in Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Amazing in every way possible, 7 stars.

Beautiful hotel!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were perfect for sleeping, the chargers on both sides of the bed were convenient, the options of full lights and night lights were glamorous, and drape controls were awesome. Loved the pool area!
- 5/5
This is the sort of hotel where, if you were confined to spend all your time inside, it would be just fine. Staff were uniformly friendly and unpretentious for a luxurious hotel. Dining options can keep one satisfied for a week. Meat lovers could probably spend a lifetime in Don's Prime. We never saw a bit of trash, even though the casino was busy every time we passed through. Fontainebleau is at the north end of The Strip, so if your plan is to visit other centers, it will entail a good walk or Uber; but then, there's really no reason you have to go outside unless you really want to.

- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and was immaculate. Only downfall in my opinion is the location of the hotel. It is down at the end of the strip. I would have preferred to stay in the middle of the strip closer to all the main hotels and attractions. But none the less, a beautufl hotel and wonderful stay!
- 5/5
It was my first time staying in Fountanblue, the hotel was amazing. Beautiful room, modern bathroom, comfy robes and sleepers, friendly staff, beautiful and modern restaurants (pricy though). I loved playing roulette machine, it was so much fun, min bet $3. We requested a room below 10th floor and received it, we had early check in, we stayed on the 6th floor #680, with the mountains view, the room was pretty quiet. I loved the breakfast place. The only thing I didn't like was the food court. I liked that the hotel wasn't overcrowded compared to Bellagio and Ceasars palace. I definitely would come back again.

When we got to the hotel, they said our room type that we had bought and paid through booking.com was not available and that they can only DOWNGRADE our room. The reason they explained, was that they oversold the rooms. For compensation, they didn't refund anything, but offered MEAL CREDITS. We were there after an emergency and had no choice, but it was no place to stay after such a disgraceful treatment.

The service was not what I expected from a Michelin key hotel. My friends and I were often treated as if we didn’t belong. We are all Asian professional women in our late 40’s and early 50’s but we were not given the same courteous treatment as we witnessed others receiving especially at the pool area.

This place is beautiful, lots of annemities and lovely places to eat. One thing left a bad taste… I asked for a coffee maker in the room and was told there’s a $250 charge… to use a dang coffee maker. Any cheap hotel gives this for free. What gives?
- 5/5
Great hotel location and restaurants on the property.

Pool service is very slow and clean up is poor, which leads empty cans/ plastic cups, napkins to end up at bottom of pool. No coffee in rooms, restaurants are always booked, fast food facilities have long wait lines. Disappointed in Fountainbleau.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel was beautiful. Parking was very easy. Check in was super smooth, with very helpful, respectful, and friendly front desk staff. The room was emaculate, with touch screen to operate lights and window drapes, it felt so classy. The hotel was super clean with beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool view was amazing, and enough room for all. I loved that it wasn't in the middle of all the bustle of main Las Vegas Blvd hotels. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and this hotel has already become my TOP CHOICE for my Vegas stay. Bravo!!! I am still amazed at such respectful and friendly staff, like. .everyone. ❤️

1. We liked the amount of different services that are provided in the hotel (e.g. coffee shop, spa, etc.). 2. The people who serve room service, help with taxis etc were all very friendly and helpful. 3. We had a beautiful and clean room and it was definitely better looking than the ones we saw from more famous hotels in the vicinity. 1. Every evening there was a very loud annoying drilling sound from a machine near the swimming pool. This annoyed us when trying to sleep. 2. The hotel smells like cigarettes everywhere. We understand that this is allowed in the casino and it's part of the Vegas lifestyle but you pretty much smell it everywhere in the hotel. 3. The gym is small in contrast to the size of the hotel / amount of guests. You basically have to come at 5 AM sharp or all cardio devices are in use by the time you arrive at lets say 5.30 AM. 4. The minibar is filled with junk. It was full of ultraprocessed candy for like 10 year olds. We've been in 5 star hotels before and this was a 4-star experience at best. The hotel has a 5 star in size and accomodation but 4 star in terms of class and experience.

This is a beautiful hotel. A lot of food options as well. The housekeeping and room service attendants were just wonderful. Valet parking was easy to check in. Unfortunately, we could not request our care either day ahead of time and had to wait for our car longer than other hotels I’ve stayed before.

- 5/5
Only improvements I can think of would be for housekeeping not to slam stuff around and doors in the morning. Also would be nice to store things in the refrigerator, but everything is weighted. It’s difficult for people with medication though that needs to be refrigerated.
- 5/5
Hotel rooms are nice, pool area is fantastic. Also, the casino is spacious and not too crowded. This is why we choose Fountainè Bleu.
- 4/5
Gorgeous property and the rooms are extremely clean. The restaurants are all on the expensive side but truly the best amenities are by far, the Spa and the gym! Loved it!
- 5/5
He only issue I have we saw a concert in the venue and it was hot in there. A lot of people were complaining about the AC and the lighting and sound was not good so I’m hoping it was just a one time thing cause I would love to go back in September and see another concert, but I am on the fence about it but other than that he resort is amazing. The rooms were clean. Whoever did all the decorating throughout the hotel did an amazing job.

The highest tower hotel in Vegas! Having great view of Strip and Sphere and a large bathtub Far away from strip street so a bit difficult for large group or elders to travel around the city
- 4/5
A very nice hotel - very clean & lots of restaurants priced reasonably for Vegas A little bit away but we liked this as well

Loved everything about this stunning property! The staff were amazing, the rooms so relaxing and classy, DWTS's ballroom was refined luxury, and the respect & attention to detail were stellar! Loved everything about this great resort!!!

Vary beautiful and lots of fun. There is plenty to do for everyone.

We had a wonderful lunch at La Cote and our server Joey AMAZING! He was helpful with the menu and drink selections. But most of all he was so friendly bubbly, and had a wonderful disposition, you could tell he loved his job and he is truly an asset to your establishment We also experience some incidences of the manager. Mercy was amazing and went above and beyond to help us out and reward us with a nice room credit for breakfast. That they misplaced my luggage for about an hour, but did not give me comfort at all

Beautiful property, clean, staff professional, great restaurants no coffee in room, that would be an easy fix
- 4.5/5
The shower could be cleaned a little bit better, it was clean just saw some grout stains
- 5/5
The newness of it all, very fresh, well maintained. Garage was a bit of a maze, long walks to garage elevators. Food was a bit overpriced.

Nice property, very pretty. Housekeeping was non-existent. Room never cleaned, not enough soap in room, disappointed in that regard.

Beautiful hotel. Great smell.

Clean room, beautiful view of mountains, nice bathroom, food court had great food Too much room spray - and overpowering "signature" scent in the hallways. My clothes and hair smelled of it when I got home. It was gross. My king bed was uncomfortable because it was caved in from overuse (?) on both sides of the bed.

No microwave

Hard bed, could hear toilets flushing through walls, light bleeding through curtains that don't completely cover

It was overall amazing. The room was perfect! The valet service was terrible. The system itself needs to be evaluated and corrected.

Many things weren’t open or available, massage at the spa wasn’t good, couldn’t bring food or drink (that we purchased at the hotel) to the pool, super expensive for what you’re getting, staff weren’t helpful, mentioned many times we were celebrating a 40th birthday there and had spent thousands on the room, spa treatments and meals and for the dinner we had at Komodo they didn’t do a dessert or sing or wish her a happy birthday at all. And we tried to use our $50 food and beverage credit we had and they didn’t let us. It was a huge disappointment and will never stay again

The room was clean and comfortable. But no coffee or tea making in the room. No free water. A bottle of water at the resort is $11. Ridiculous.

It was very nice. Had a chill low-key vibe. No nightlife per se, or a Vegas feel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Not sure I would stay again, but an excellent place to have a relaxed, ‘all-inclusive’ higher class feel. but with Las Vegas prices

Amazing hotel. Everything from the check in, to the staff in the hallways were amazing. Staff extremely pleasant and always said hi and asked how we were. Place was spotless from the room to the common areas and everywhere we seen. I I’ll definitely return again.
