Quick drive in and out. Walking distance to the Sphere and to places to eat. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, fruit, ceral yogurt. water pressure in the shower was very low, extrat $15 to park in the hotel lot.

The room was clean and came with 2 complimentary bottles of water. We stayed here to attend a concert at the Sphere and it was very convenient. It was only a short walk and we felt safe the whole time. The area is loud but honestly, I haven't stayed in many areas of Vegas where it isn't. The staff was helpful!

Location was great as it was close to our venue. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable! The lady at check in was so very nice, kind, friendly! I wish I could remember her name. So very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Price and parking was also great as well as breakfast!

We had our dog with us and stayed for one night. All the staff were very friendly. Location was good and was N easy walk to the strip. Breakfast was good. There were a few quieter areas across the road that were good to walk the dog as they had grass. Would stay here again.

The location to the Sphere was awesome and walkable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and had a nice layout. I didn't like the outdoor noise or the hallway noise. Everytime a door shut we heard it.

0 issues, and was very happy with this hotel. Right off the strip (10 minute walk to The Sphere for reference if you're a quick walker). Ubers to the strip only cost about $13 each way. Clean, spacious rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Mine had a pull out couch, coffee table and desk. Front desk staff was always nice. Room is in good condition but pretty small. Good location. Staffs were very nice. However, only one person was preparing breakfast, so people were wait for long time for food and drink. The hotel should arrange at least two to three person to prepare. Especially during weekend and holiday season. No daily room cleaning service. I have stayed for three nights.

If you want to enjoy the area without the glitz and hassle of The Strip, this is a great place to relax and kick back. Big TV and clean modern bath. Go have fun at a casino or tour the sites, but come back here to decompress and not feel like you're just ripe to be conned by the next flashing marque.

The rooms are nice and the staff is outstanding. It's unfortunate that construction is going on right next to it but they have no control over that or the fact that the company has been given permission to work after midnight and well into the early morning. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Staff was was great. TV didn't work , tried calling the desk but the phone didn't work. Wife had to walk to registration twice. Pool water was way to cold, no one would use it. There were no brochures or maps of Las Vegas. Ice machine was also out of order. No vents in the shower. Only one light in bathroom.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and choice of programming was even enjoyable. The beds were comfy, the room was quiet. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It was all very clean and we will only stay at the Fairfield Convention cener while in Vegas.

Excellent staff and service. The swimming pool was sadly closed until 5 October 2025 and building work was taking place during the day. It is otherwise very clean, well decorated and with easy access to the Sphere and about 20 min walk to the Strip. Breakfast included.

The whole building was undergoing a renovation. There were no issues with noise since the staff placed the customers avove the floor that was being renovated. The issue was the pool was also undergoing renovation. With the temps at 93+, it would have been nice to havexa pool. I would think a discount should have been given. Goid breakfast and very friendly staff.

In construction with no consideration for guests. No notice of 10 hour water shut down on morning through 4 pm. Fire alarm repeatedly went off with no notice to guest of whether it was real or a drill or just a wiring problem. We left and checking into another hotel to save our sanity.

It was a nice trip especially having a good and affordable accomodation. Misha, was very accomodating at the front. We arrived early with our dog and was given an opportunity to check-in early. Their breakfast was so good plus a 24hour free coffee/tea in the area. Definitely, we'll be back! Thanks!

On a very positive note, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Sphere, so very convenient to it and the Venetian if you want to have a nice dinner and then conveniently walk across the skywalk to your show. Would definitely stay there again-very good breakfast, and great people who took good care of us, especially when my daughter ended up becoming ill.

Love this place!!! Super nice people and close Ish to the sphere. It has a 711 down the street also a McDonald’s down the street. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was amazing.

We had a great experience the when we stayed the weekend before, this time was not so great. First of all, the TV keep turning off (timer was off), the room was hot, and there wasn't any cold water coming from the sink or shower. So washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and taking a shower was horrible as the water was very hot and got hotter the longer the water was on.

Lovely staff and clean rooms. But it was a pretty outdated place. They are starting renovations though so hopefully that will improve. Overall, a budget friendly option that was walkable to the Vegas Sphere which is why we chose it.

Marriott should not book rooms on the North side of the hotel OR resolve the noise issue. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for a brand like Marriott.

Construction right in front of the property made it extremely difficult to enter the parking lot.

Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in and make sure our room was next to our group's room.

I stayed here for just one night on a mini vacation and I was very disappointed with the experience. The room was not clean. There was visible dirt and debris on the carpet, and the bathtub did not drain properly which made showers unpleasant. The beds were clearly old and uncomfortable which made for a poor night’s sleep. Breakfast was not much better. The only meat option was boiled breakfast sausage which was unappetizing. The only redeeming part of the breakfast was the waffles which were decent. I expected much better from a Marriott property and will not be staying here again.

This is an older property - stay was nice and check in clerk nice. Breakfast was never refilled so if you want anything get there early.

Ok hotel. The only perk is it’s close to the Sphere Wachovia was the purpose of my trip. 15 minute walk. It’s inexpensive compared to hotels in the strip. No lively happenings at the tiny pool. Very quiet. Rooms musty. All employees very nice. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The usual low end food you would expect at budget hotel.

Good location and good room.

The hotel was clean, updated and the staff was friendly. It was up to the standards of a Marriott Fairfield Inn. The area around the hotel was not unsafe, but a little run down. There is a nice strip mall next to the hotel with some dining options. It's a long way from the Las Vegas Strip, which could be positive or negative, depending on your preferences.

Breakfast was great. Room clean and comfortable. Would go back there any time. Highly recommend it.

Got there and the heated pool did not work. When asked about it, the front desk person told us that the hotel engineer would not be in until the next day at 9 am. We called again to see if by some chance they could get it to work but were answered with attitude by the front desk. Then come nighttime, they had construction going next door and did not let anyone know about the noise. It was a clean hotel but bad service that day, I would not come back. When checking out the front desk person said they "will reimburse the incidentals" but when I got the receipt it only shows a 15$ credit for the parking charge, which I didnt even realize was going to get charged for since it doesn't say that anywhere nor do they tell you in the front when checking in or booking.

Cons: water temperature was awful - sink had scalding hot water and no cold several times, shower was cold, very outdated bathroom in general, cracked toilet, sink porcelain, shower handle didn’t pull up all the way so weak water pressure, could hear people next door through adjoining door super loud, pretty expensive for the hotel quality, parking fee $15/day

This came as a recommendation for its proximity to the Sphere. It was affordable so I booked it. What makes it standout is the staff. The front desk team and housekeeping are super thoughtful, efficient and caring for guests. In a place like Vegas with so many choices, this place was a great alternative to a casino or Strip hotel. Truly a 10 minute safe walk to the Sphere with a great taco place literally out the front door. Pool was nice to chill by in the afternoons too.

Everything is good, and the only problem is that the room faced to the construction area was very noisy at night!

Wonderful service, very friendly staff.

My only complaint would be that the hotel didn't seem prepared for how many people would be eating breakfast at once. The food and coffee kept running out as soon as it was put out. But the staff was on top of it and the food was pretty good.

It's a good place to stay but unfortunately my wife and I experimented hard time when we take our shower because not hot water coming out from the shower head just cold water ,was very bad experience for us so and we didn't complain about that until we leaving because was for one night only and for the next we'll know what can expected so to decide where we can staying when going back to Las Vegas.

We stayed at the Fairfield to see a concert at the Sphere, and from start to finish it was a wonderful stay! KT and the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and kind, the hotel was clean and comfortable, great breakfast, and perfect for someone looking for something just off the strip. They had a personalized info sheet about the Dead & Co. concert we were there to see, and they were just overall really accommodating. Would stay there again!

It is quiet, but right next to a fairly busy work site

First let me say- EVERY employee at this location was super courteous and friendly, from front desk to facilities maintenance. Really welcoming! The location is convenient to Strip without being in the midst of the chaos, although it seemed to be on the edge of a little sketchier area. The breakfast provided was more than I expected and there is coffee available 24/7. While I expected a modest property- our room had a cracked sink and there were several hairs on the shower wall. I thought they’d get them the next day but they never came to clean. So facility wise, that was disappointing. I also would mention that my emails said I would receive water and a welcome gift as a Bonvoy member. While the employee thanked me for being a Bonvoy member, that was the only recognition. That didn’t bother me, but might bother some Bonvoy guests. So 5 stars for employees- 2 for room condition.

We stayed here for one night to attend a show at the Sphere. Great location, great price, friendly staff, and checked all the boxes we needed as it was just a comfy, convenient place to stay for a night. Our one complaint was directly outside our window, next door, was a construction site with permits to run throughout the night so it was loud all night. Beeps and trucks etc. My first visit to Vegas but maybe no sleep is par for the course there. Otherwise, perfect spot for our budget and needs

My stay was great! Trinity at the front desk was amazing. 10 minute walk to Sphere was the reason for choosing the location. My room was nice and clean. Smelled good. The bed was super comfy. I will be booking again in April and May.
