Close to the strip, close to the freeway, close to food and stores. Needs were comfy. It was nice to have s sitting room with a pull out sofa.

We had a great stay here! Several family members stayed here as well and everyone was pleased with the amenities. We loved the 24 hour coffee and tea area and that they also provided lemonade and also fruit water. Fresh popcorn as we checked in was a favorite for our littles. Continental Breakfast was great as well! Will stay here again!

The staff were friendly. The beds were horrible! My son could not even use the pull out couch and had to sleep on my daughter's bed which means my daughter had to sleep with me. Having two people on full bed was not a good experience. The full beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was not great and the gravy was cold. Paying for parking stucks when there's not shuttle service available and you have to pay for parking on the strip. The room had a strange smell. I tried telling the girl at checkout and she said sorry and moved on.

I'm 85 and the bathroom would have been better for me if there had been a grab bar by the toilet.

Walls are thin, my room was next to the elevator and you can hear everything. I asked for earplugs and they didn’t have any. In the morning when I was getting ready to leave I found a tick in the bathroom. I told the front desk as I was already checking out and they said they will call maintenance. Overall not a great experience.

Stayed at this property to attend events at Allegiant Stadium. Staff was exceptional, the room was clean, and the breakfast was standard hotel fare. Will stay here again next time I go to an event at Allegiant!

Price for the room went up due to concert at nearby stadium. Way overpriced for the accommodations received.

Great Hotel

My room had a nice king sized bed with a small sitting area. Fridge in room, bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I came during a concert weekend so other guests were loud at times but otherwise my stay was good. It’s literally down the street from Allegiant Stadium, making this a prime location. In & Out is also just across the street.

Be prepared to pay for parking $20 per night not sure how i missed that if it was stated but it’s Vegas. Our room door wouldn’t latch and the deadbolt didn’t seem to be working. Someone tried to walk in at 12:30am. Good thing we had our emergency latch engaged. We also had a dog with us and the fee is $100 per night which i don’t believe was disclosed on the room description. This was a quick stop to get some sleep on a move between states so it served it’s purpose but i would have been unhappy if i was staying there long term.

On our 2nd day, the elevator got stuck on the 2nd floor. We ended up using the stairs the rest of our stay.

Room was very clean, had a little problem with the bathroom but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Pool and whirlpool were good but had small debris. The only downside was i wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking

The price for a busy weekend it seemed fair. My bf and I didn’t check in until 11:30 pm. The floor they put us on had people slamming doors ALL NIGHT. Kids waking us up at 5am crying and slamming the drawers against our headrest. It was decent for only the price. They had more staff standing around the breakfast part than any other time and I just felt like that was very unnecessary cause it was empty and dirty.

The bed and pillow quality themselves leave much to be desired. The curtains are also basically see through so no sleeping in unless you like sunlight

beds are hard and pillows are terrible, rooms are great and comfortable. breakfast was above average but only had one meat EXTREMELY thin sliced bacon, no pancakes or waffles. lots of noise from the freeway and the airport all night and loud people next door. all the noise and noise from nearby rooms. staff doesnt control noisy people.

This Fairfield was okay. The room was dirty in some areas and needs a little upgrade. The room was a suite which is spacious. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was poor. The reason we stayed here was due to how close it is to the stadium. If you have an event to attend at Allegiant Stadium, this hotel is just a few minutes away

Staff was nice and helpful, clean inside and out. I would highly recommend especially if going to the Allegiant stadium such a close walk. In and Out is right next door and gas station also. Super convenient all around.

Paying for parking

After a horrible experience at a motel, the staff at Fairfield by Marriott Suites provided an early check-in and were exceptionally accommodating (thank you, Jessica!) Everyone who works here was great!! I would stay here again, without hesitation. Not one thing I didn't like about this hotel. All accommodations and staff were exceptional.

Being a Marriott member I've always had a great experience but this Fairfield in the Allligent stadium area of Las Vegas was very poor all around. The Gen Mgr J Montiel,was not concerned with customers care. We had asked since hour one of checking in for a replacement or additional mattress to place on top of very poor condition sofa mattress and they said they'd help next day because they could only provide extra blankets to pile on mattress that night. The next day Gen Mgr. said they didn't have any different ones to offer, which was either a lie or very poor of hotel because hotels always have additional mattresses and other for emergency situations like soild mattresses that need replacement. The regular mattresses needed replacing as well and some of our blankets had holes in them. Bedroom door most always had an issue when trying to open and shut on our way in or out. The morning breakfast was always chaotic. The food would run out and the gentleman working there always seemed bothered when told things needed replacing so everyone was just standing around waiting 8n their small breakfast space. That employee even called out another employee from the back and loudly, in front of all the guest there, tried to blame her for something in which he immediately found out was someone else's mistake and didn't even apologize to her

We stayed two nights for a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The location was very convenient and very close in proximity to our event. The pool was utilized and was clean. The lobby was clean and staff were friendly. We'd stay again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was great for stadium walk The noise- we were on the side near a busy street and between vehicle traffic and air traffic (helicopters and planes), it was pretty noisy all throughout the night. Ear plugs would have been nice!!

The breakfast is very minium... i like springhill better. The amenities are really minimum. No lotion, only tiny bar of soap.

Too many broken machines. First the ice machine on our floor. Then one of the elevators. Then both elevators.

They were not able to get our room key to work. Staff had to let us in our room. We took turns staying in the room or had to go ask to be let in again. Also every time we flushed the toilet the whole room smelled like a sewer.

Pool and hot tub had some debris in but not bad for outdoors. Hot tub jets did not work well at all. Besides that it was a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Staff was courteous, amenities were good, and room was nice. Breakfast was great. You have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of. The only complaint was that the glaze on the bathtub was peeling so it didn’t look nice. Other than that stay was good. I would stay there again.

We did find the room to be very clean, mattresses will be needing to be changed out to provide a comfier stay. The breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Air-conditioning/heating does work well.

You get what you pay for. Towels had visible stains. Sofa bed was terrible and it was where my son was going to sleep. He ended up without a bed and just sleeping on the sofa.

Parking is not free, $22 for 10-hour stay is ridiculous. Hotels.com does not identify the parking is not free, not happy. This was too costly stay I would not choose if I knew. Additionally, the parking is with third party, have to provide the third-party credit card and bunch of additional personal info.

Room was clean but unfortunately each front staff member on arrival and the next day on departure did not even as much smile it seemed as if they were upset they had to be at work? Not sure what they had going on that day in their personal life but unfortunately when you’re in the customer service business you need to put that aside. Definitely need to make an effort to make them feel welcomed.

The continental breakfast was great. The two things that could’ve been better - the pillows were HORRIBLE. I asked for an extra and they had just given out the last one. The A/C unit was extremely noisy. Other than those two small things, the stay was great. The hotel is off the strip so if most of the activities you are planning on doing are on the strip, plan on the expense of either a rental car or Uber/Lyft.

They dropped towels and roll of toilet paper off in the coffee area . They used the toilet ,did not flush ,did not put toilet paper on roll in bathroom and did not change the linen. The satellite didn't work so no televisions work for 4 days. I wont book this hotel again.

Whirlpool/hot tub was out of service entire 4 day stay. TV had no connection 90% of the time. Staff was attentive but were not able to provide any estimated time for repairs. Some even commented that “this happens all the time.”

It's right across the street from the stadium. The breakfast was really bad. Watery eggs, watery sausages. Would've been nice to have waffles like in the passed and some food that didnt look like it was swimming in water. The employees were really nice.

The hotel was close to the venue. The front desk gal was very helpful and friendly ! Room was clean. Stayed on 2nd floor it was nice and quiet during sleep hours . I’d stay there again!

Staff are the best especially the front desk personnel in the evening excellent customer service. It’s nice that we can just walk to the stadium.

So this lady paid 250$ to plunge someone else’s mess out of the room she paid for. And no attempt to make it “right”. She didn’t even say sorry, offered no options to make her feel like a customer who is wanted and respected. I didn’t have much trouble with anything but after that I won’t be staying there again.

the room was clean, but the housekeeper didn't empty all the garage cans. not enough coffee cream and sugar. the ice machine on the first floor didn't work so had to go second floor to get ice. Was right next the gym, very loud banging from the weights been throw to the ground.

The hotel was average, no big complaints. The only concerning thinking was that our door couldn’t close all the way from the outside. You had to jiggle with the handle from the inside to be able to chit the door All the way to lock.

The staff is welcoming and always courteous. Rooms are very comfortable. The morning breakfast is a plus perk. Parking is good and lighted.

Poor security at the front door, they let anyone in on the elevator. Sound of people knocking next door can be heard on your room, waking you up. 4th floor has a nasty smell. Breakfast offered was very limited and had no variety. Pool was dirty. Manager service sucked.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and I don't think it's fair that they charge for parking if we're staying there.

I ask the night staff for pillows and they said they did not have access but once I spoke with the morning shift they said that was not true. I booked for 3 nights but decided to check out early after 2 nights due to being very uncomfortable and not feeling safe.

The hotel staff was super friendly, check-in was a breeze and overall the room was nice & comfy. The only thing I would change would be recaulking the shower, it makes it look dirty and I didn’t want to shower on it. Easy walk to Allegiant!

Everything was great, I only wished I had read the hotel details more thoroughly on Expedia. I was shocked to learn of their $100 pet fee and $20 parking fee. Be aware if you’re traveling with your dog.

We stay 4 nights without cleaning the room. We requested and promise to be prioritized to be clean but still they did not clean. Instead we ask for a new sheet and make our bed

My only complaint was not being able to control the temperature in the room. At night we would have like the option to run the fan on the a/c unit but the unit was locked. When it would turn off and on it was really loud and would wake us up each time in the middle of the night.

Perfect stay: easy checkin, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast, decent pool, easy walk to the stadium. Will definitely stay here again if I come back for another concert.

The property was well kept, very clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was well prepared and served in good provision up until the end of the timeframe given.

Staff was great at front desk, as was housekeeping staff. Room was clean, comfortable and AC was great. Convenient location for the stadium. Airport traffic was only downside.

free parking is always a plus. The front desk people were nice and friendly. The ladies at breakfast even though we were not going to make it to opening time, they gave us fruits and water. That is service!

Pictures are a little misleading. I expected to come to a hotel that was a little more casual and updated. It hit the casual aspect and did have “newer” furniture but it was scuffed up or stained. Bathrooms and sheets were clean so that’s great but walls were thin, windows were either not sealed correctly or very thin, and sound carried from the large gap under the door. I will probably go back to the Fairfield Inn airport location next time although it’s further away.

The hotel is close to the allegiant stadium. Allison at the front desk was excellent. She made sure we were well taken care of. Both the TV and the clock were unplugged, but very easy to fix. Breakfast was okay. Prices are very high for this location but it was a easy walk to the stadium.

Hello I booked this hotel 5 months ago and I received an email about 5pm the day before saying they over booked and proceeded to move all my information to the holiday inn next door because i assume since I booked early thru third party that I'm first to get canceled even after 5 months in advance so I can't really rate this hotel due not having an opportunity to stay there only to say josh yelle maid arrangements so that I had a place to stay or I would have arrived and had no room to stay at so that's the 3 star witch is generous on my part less than 24 hour notice. Probably would have been nice to stay at a place I actually booked the outcome could be better but didn't have opportunity to stay and actually do a proper rating holiday inn was great so now they get a good rating.

Great location for getting to the Allegiant stadium and for uber pick ups and drop offs. Otherwise, very meager and basic rooms and amenities. While the staff were pleasant, when I reported one of the queen bed’s had blood or brown stains on the sheets upon our check in, she promised they would get changed that day while we stepped out. They were not! It took me having to approach the housekeeping down the hall to get it done. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty as well, but we bought our own. The plus was that they have a strong air conditioner and the room was smoke-free.

This hotel is clean and has ample parking and easy to reach even inrush hours. It is however a bit over its peak years. Coffee maker is old, no recycling anywhere in the hotel and lighting and amount of power outlet could be improved. That said its price is low enough to compensate for all this.

Close to the strip but service was not available. They never cleaned our room even once in a three day stay even after multiple requests.
