    The hotel is, on the surface, very good. The room is great, bathroom very clean, the elevators are fast, etc. The location is also good, for Vegas. (Nothing is truly walkable in Vegas - distances are deceiving because of the size of the buildings - but there is a mall right "beside" the Encore.) They will nickel-and-dime you left and right. Open the mini bar to cool that water you brought? Charge. Pick up something from the room display just to see what it is? You bought it. 40 dollars.

    Encore is close to many fun attractions, that why I originally picked it. Sadly that was the mainly only positive thing. For a higher up-scale location, I thought I would be treated more, but at the end of the day, it’s your basic Vegas hotel, it seems. Any other place in the world, upscale luxury means celebrating your guests. We don’t get welcomed, there was not a free glass of champagne or chocolates or anything like that. We were greeted by a cold room that had an extremely expensive snack tray. One which we would never touch in 1000 million years. It’s a negative thing to try to scam us out of money for water and snacks inside our hotel room that we spent a considerable amount of money for. We even gambled a little bit downstairs. And unlike back home where if you’re gambling, the establishment might give you a free drink or something like that. No staff acknowledged us at all. The only staff that we ever interacted with was a greeter that was standing at a box scanning our card and every time we went to our room. And that more or less felt like security. That job could easily be replaced by just having people badge into their rooms, like normal hotels do via outside the elevator and inside the elevator. Super annoying that you can’t use a fridge and that every single thing like getting another fridge sent to your room or anything like that is an up charge. I haven’t gotten the final bill yet, but I suspect that there’s just gonna be random up charges for almost no reason. Also, our room was only clean once even though we specifically tried to make sure that the privacy setting was off as much as possible.

    Beautiful Property well-maintained. Check-in wait was long, as only two people were working. We couldn’t order drinks in the pool, had to exit and go to the bar. Drinks at the pool were ridiculously overpriced, approximately $75-$80 with tip for two. Rooms are nicely decorated and up-to-date.

    Love staying at the Wynn and Encore. This trip seemed different. Trash left outside rooms in the evening was still there in the morning. Pillows were flat, broken tiles in the bathroom seemed weird, stain on carpet in the room. I wonder if leadership changed or something? Feels like the attention to detail that has always made the Wynn stand out to me was lacking, which was unusual.

    We booked through expedia for the bed and breakfast package. At no time could we get breakfast without waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the included buffet. If you’re going to offer a package like that you should put priority on the people staying in your hotel and paying your exorbitant resort fee charged daily to my room. Never coming back to the Winn or Encore. I will not recommend others to stay there.

    The hotel was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and the mountain view from my room was breathtaking. The entire atmosphere felt luxurious, peaceful, and well thought out. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I also loved how everything was right there within the hotel, amazing restaurants, shopping, bars, and overall energy. I ate at Casa Playa and the food was incredible. The short rib was so tender and flavorful that I was literally thinking about it the next morning. One small thing I wish the rooms had was a refrigerator or microwave option for leftovers, especially for food lovers like me, but honestly that was minor compared to how amazing the overall stay was. I ended up extending my trip an extra day just because I genuinely did not want to leave. Encore gave me one of the most relaxing and enjoyable Vegas experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and I’ll absolutely be staying here again.

    Going forward The Encore is the only hotel we will stay at in Las Vegas. Not only was it very clean and had a lot of options for dining, lounges and shopping… every single staff member we came in contact with was helpful and extremely polite. It was close to the highway so it was only about a 10 minute ride to the airport. They have Uber pick up right in front of the hotel so you don’t have to walk 10 minutes out of the way towards the back of the hotel to find the Uber pick up like so many other hotels and the room was amazing. Also, we left a couple electronic devices and a charger in the room and it was delivered to Lost and Found within 24 hours and they shipped the items back to us via FedEx. The only downside is we had to pay $56 for the FedEx to have the items shipped back to us, but I was extremely happy that they recovered the items.

    Usual high quality for this type hotel. Do not expect anything for free but seeing as it was our wedding hotel could have made even the smallest of efforts. WiFi was not good, having to log in and out daily. Smart room controls really did not work well, and I do feel food and drink was over priced even to its sister hotel.

    When I checked into my room, upon quick inspection, I discovered human feces by the toilet. I immediateley got the housekeeper who was cleaning the next room, showed her and she promptly disinfected the area. Over the course of the first hour, i discovered stains and a hair on the couch, smears on the mirrors and crumbs on the table. I asked for a room change and some sort of compensation and the gave me a free buffet and sent me over to the Wynn because they didn't have any more rooms in Encore. When I got to Wynn and checked in my room key didn't work and had to go back to a very nice agent who apologized then upgraded my room. I've been staying at the resort since 2006 but they've seem to have lost the cleanliness and professionalism that they once had.

    Hotel is very nice and clean. Bell boys and valet folks very helpful and prompt. Front desk started well but had to show them receipt to get get $55 beverage credit. Called to get late checkout explained need was bride to be needed some extra time to get ready. Told no late checkout try again after 7am. I did first 3 times I called no one answered. Went downstairs and line was too long to wait

    However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

    1st room walked into had last guest's clothing hanging in the closet, the sofa had pet hair, and the mini bar had not been restocked. The offer for free breakfast was not used because the hostess at the buffet told us that since breakfast was 60$+ we would have to pay the difference because our max was 30$ towards breakfast. Did get some credit back for in room dining but not 360$ which is what we would have had used and available towards breakfast. Overall the best part was free parking but that's getting to be more common in Vegas so definitely not worth it.

    Room was very clean with a beautiful view! Room service was quick and efficient. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. My only complaint (and it's not huge) was that security was a bit aggressive with my newly minted 21-year old son a few times. The same security guard checked his id more than once in the 24-hours we were there. Additionally, the table service at the breakfast buffet was a bit slow. We purchased the endless pour package and waited a few times to have our beverages refilled. It almost seemed intentional.

    Despite multiple attempts to contact Wynn management directly and to provide medical information, Wynn refused to engage with me and instead hid behind Expedia because the booking was made through them. I was also clear that I intended to stay and gamble at Wynn on my next visit to Las Vegas. After several days of confusion and back-and-forth with Expedia—caused by Wynn management repeatedly passing responsibility—I was ultimately informed by Expedia that Wynn had denied my request for cancellation and a full refund, citing a December 22 cancellation deadline. I understand that policies exist, but this was a rare and genuinely unexpected medical event, and Wynn could have handled the situation with far more grace rather than relying on rigid, predatory practices. Given the timing and demand during CES, I strongly suspect the room was re-rented while I was still charged, effectively allowing Wynn to double dip. Wynn management will likely respond to this review by pointing to internal policies, but this issue ultimately comes down to one thing: how you treat your guests and how you

    Placed in a room above the club. If any DJs are playing be aware, they can’t do anything about the noise. Can’t sleep with base even though we requested a quiet room. When asked when the music would stop they said “we don’t know. We don’t have any contact with club XS” then when they agreed to move us at 3:30am the bellhop took 15 minutes to move our luggage.     The staff was very helpful and courteous. I booked a smoking room, and they put us in a non smoking room. They corrected the error in record time. The right hand sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. The ice machine on our floor went out on Sunday, and they were working on it immediately, and my wife was able to get ice for her drinks on Monday. The room was very nice, although the TV did not get more than one channel. Room service was good, but expensive. Two burgers with fries, and four non alcoholic drinks was $238.00 dollars.

    We had a great time! The only we would like to share is that we would have liked to know that the pools were going to be completely closed (we were not even allowed to go sit and get some sun or walk around the pool areas).     On my last day, I accidentally left a personal item in my room. After housekeeping entered, the item was never found. I immediately filed a lost and found report and was later informed that, despite a “thorough search,” it could not be located. Given that it wasn’t misplaced in a public area but left in my room in plain sight, the only reasonable conclusion is that someone from the hotel took it. The item was worth around $600, and it’s incredibly upsetting that something like this could happen. What made the situation even more disappointing was my interaction with hotel security. Not only did they say they couldn’t provide any information and suggested I could file a police report, but they also implied that I might have taken the item myself and forgotten, later found it, or that my husband could have packed it without me knowing. It felt like they were more willing to put the blame back on us than to genuinely investigate or acknowledge the possibility that a staff member took it. Frankly, that would have been an easier explanation for them rather than admitting any wrongdoing.     Good morning was happy with the room but asked for a early check in and the fella said he didn't have! He did say that he could get me a upgrade for 250 from what I had and I said I think on Expedia it was only 80 or maybe 100 bucks a night! I assumed the 250 would be for the first night...     We ended up at the Encore. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. After the front desk talked us into a room upgrade at the Encore and it cost us extra, then as we are rolling away, she tells us by the way there will be noise from the nightclub. It was loud for hours after midnight. It would be really nice, if there was coffee in the rooms. Don’t touch the mini bar or you will be charged. We just moved some cookies, looked at them and put back and got charged. It felt like every where you turned, you were charge for something. Beautiful casino and hotel, but very expensive and few amenities.

    The best part of our stay was the free early check-in (we arrived at around noon). The room we were assigned was 2236 and we had views of the strip and the Sphere. There's an iPad to access everything from lights and temperature control to tv volume and your folio (to check hotel charges). And if you're too lazy to use your fingers, just use voice to ask Alexa to do things for you -- Alexa, turn the lights off (or low); Alexa, close the curtains. There's a tv in the living room which can be rotated to face either the bedroom or living room. Plus another small tv in the bathroom. I liked that the toilet, shower and bath tub are separate. Take note: there's a $55/night resort fee (I knew this before booking). We used the pool for one day (out of 3). I ordered a drink and gave a 20% tip, not aware that there's an automatic $4.50 tip for every drink you order. There's a wide range of restaurants at Encore and Wynn, but most of them are fine dining and my husband didn't bring the appropriate attire for such. But we tried Wazuzu and Red 8 which are both commendable in quality of food and service. Of course there's lots of food options outside.

    I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and they put us at one of the closest room to the Encore pool. The music was unbearable. We could not sleep Saturday and Sunday. We did not go for pleasure we went to work and had to wake up at 6:00am everyday and returning at 5:00pm. When I called the front desk at 1:00am the first night they told us they would switch our rooms the next day and it never happened. I didn’t know I had to yell her age across the check in desk but it was pretty obvious when we checked in. She was right next to me. Please make sure you don’t get a room next to the pool. The only negative part for me was that I specifically made a reservation for the Encore and when I arrived at the Encore they checked me in but told me my room was at the Wynn, which was not bad but definitely not as planned. Not sure if this is an expedia problem or wynn's problem

    Joenna was amazing and helped make our stay so special. She was so hospitable and caring to us on our anniversary weekend. Staff members like Joenna are what make Encore / Wynn the best in the game. Great job to all, would highly recommend staying here to all.

    Only gripe is they store your credit card on file and instead of one single pre-authorisation, they are constantly pinging the card, and if you've got a non-US card, that can put a security block on the card. Which can be annoying.
