Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff. However, there were consistent complaints about old and outdated rooms, poor plumbing, and issues with reservations and check-ins.

Hotel room was cool, breakfast was great.

There was a couple homeless outside which doesn't bother me but one looked like she was coming down from a high. We were assured there was security on the property. The same security I saw making out with her boyfriend and blocking the exit. I would give a one, but the staff was nice.
- 2/5
The air conditioning unit wasn’t working. Maintenance was called and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. It was too hot to sleep at night.

Beautiful place ✈️

I loved everything very clean room wonderful customer service
- 4/5
The room was spacious. I booked a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed that also had a queen size. The sitting area had plenty of space. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel service was that when I returned from my outing, the trash, wet towels, and beds weren’t made. I called for service at 3pm and had to call three times before someone arrived; they finally came around 9:30pm, which was unbelievable. Other than that, breakfast was delicious.

Booked this hotel since I was going to a concert at the Shere. It was perfect walking distance to the Shere. I got one of the rooms with the balcony and view of the Shere. Definitely worth the price. Room was large and balcony did not disappoint.

Loved the breakfast
- 5/5
Everyone was excellent and the breakfast was so good! Early check in being $25 and that you need a key for getting in and out of parking

Had an awesome experience, I would definitely go back. Staff is very welcoming and very respectful. Breakfast is great.

AC was not consistent, stayed 5 nights, went to happy hour only 2 times and staff was really bad there.
- 5/5
We chose the hotel based on its proximty to the Sphere. It's a very short walk to the entrance of the Sphere, maybe a 10 minute walk. The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside. However, the interior is immaculate. You can tell the staff cares about first impressions. The staff isn't the friendliest but I will say they are very efficent and good at their jobs. Not to say they were rude, just saying they are not especially chatty and just want to make sure you're quickly taken care of. The rooms are also very clean and larger than any studio you'll get on the strip. The rooms are not lavish but the essentials are all there and the room furniture well kept. I would suggest asking for a room away from the lounge on the third floor as it can get noisy around happy hour (the rooms all exit into an interior open space and the noise carries). My only critique is the surrounding neighborhood. Not that Embassy can control it but during the day and evening some questionable people roam the streets- so don't hang outside. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay. Best bang for the buck especially if going to the Sphere.

Very nice Hotel, if you want a quite corner not too far from the strip this is the right place, close to the sphere and other attractions. free drinks every day and good food.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a separate sitting area and additional tv, was great. Loved the breakfast. (Missed the opportunity to enjoy their evening event.) Parking was good. Location was good. The only thing I found strange was that on Expedia it said it was an 8-minute walk to The Sphere. When I used Maps at the hotel, it said it was .7 miles and a 15-minute walk. It was over 100 degrees, so I ended up driving and paying for valet parking, which was actually perfect. There were a few little dings in the room but nothing functionally wrong. Staff were excellent.
- 4/5
The breakfast, friendly staff and excellent service. The furnitures are old and need to be replaced. Same with the other Embassy Suites I’ve been to.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast and amazing staff
- 3.5/5
Off a little from all the traffic but not too far. One of the beds was very uncomfortable. There was a hump in the middle. Also breakfast was stopped at 9:00 therefore those sleeping in missed out on breakfast and they also closed up the coffee bar. Most have coffee or tea available in the lobby all day
- 2.5/5
Free parking Horrible breakfast choices. Not very many choices. Had to stand in omelet to get any bacon. No fruit except cantaloupe. I usually try to stay at Embassy Suites because they have such good breakfasts and breakfast at this property was not even worth going downstairs.
- 5/5
Their evening reception is set up a little bit differently than other embassy hotels I’ve been to.

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. Here is just one example of the pore experience we had at this hotel. My wife got up the first morning just to get a cup of coffee. She was unaware of the required paper card. When asked for her card, she was treated as if she was someone who walked in off the street. She was clearly in semi night attire and not a vagrant. The hotel employee then became indignant when she said she didn’t know what card he was talking about. She was then instructed to go to the front desk for another card. When she arrived and asked for a card, she was asked to prove that she was a quest. She had our room key with her. The policy of accessing breakfast, lunch, etc is understood. However, to treat a guest, was unaware of what was required, so poorly is unexceptionable. We really don’t understand what all the attitude was about. As if she was a disruption to the employees morning. You’re located in Vegas!!!! Customer service should be stellar!!! No problem with Embassy Suites. But we will never book here again. And I’ll tell anyone who’ll listen to not do business with this hotel.

- 2/5
The TV’s internet connection was poor, which made streaming and using smart TV features frustrating. I was also surprised that the front desk would not sell me a bottle of water because I wasn’t in the appropriate membership tier. Another issue was the amount of smoking near the front entrance. Several people were smoking right outside the doors, and the smoke frequently drifted into the hotel. Even worse, whenever we turned on the air conditioning in our room, we would often smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents, which was especially unpleasant. The pool area was also much smaller than expected. Overall, while the staff were courteous, the property could benefit from updates, better smoke control near entrances and ventilation systems, and improvements to guest amenities.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great walking distance to the sphere
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Vegas. The omelets at breakfast were excellent, the shuttle was very convenient, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Bobby the shuttle driver was funny and had some great stories about the city. He was great. 10/10 would recommend

The pool was really nice, the hotel is close to The Sphere, the staff is nice, check in was fast, the restaurant was really yummy (we went for dinner) and the breakfast was really good too. That food staff was really nice too. So other than the rooms needing a bit more work and some better bedding, it was alright for our one night stay.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely helpful in getting me checked in earlier, and overall the room was nice, the only thing was the strong smell of cigarette in our room and the sink that was backed up (poured out a beverage and you just backed up). Breakfast was decent, and the location was great. I would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, but the check-in was average. They didn't offer any information as to where my room was or anything that was offered with our stay. Also, knowing that there were two people staying, they only left towels for one person. Overall, it was nice, and the location was perfect for the event we were attending.
- 5/5
Breakfast started later on the weekends which is inconvenient if there’s a bunch of kids who have tournaments early in the day. The house keepers didn’t come daily and there was a fee for using the washer and dryer and there wasn’t at other hotels i’ve stayed at near the convention center

Made-to-order omelets were a great way to start our day. Recommend getting there early. Evening reception was appreciated, as was the shuttle to the convention center. Within walking distance of Sphere. Area feels questionable at times, but felt safe walking back with crowd after show. Great customer service experience at the the front desk. Thanks again, Ricky! You're the best!

I was so happy that this hotel did not have a casino. It was more family oriented. The evening reception and breakfast were great, plus we walked to and from the Sphere for our show. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Overall, a great stay. Breakfast was great, the restaurant is good and the bar was nice too. The pool was a little cold, but nice. My biggest complaint, which wasn’t a huge issue, was that the AC seemed to work better in the living room area than it did in the bedroom, so if you closed the bedroom door at night, it got pretty warm in there.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a congress, mainly because it’s within walking distance of the Convention Center. That part was convenient, but aside from that, the location isn’t great. After a certain hour, the area doesn’t feel very safe, which you can also sense from the general crowd in nearby places like 7-Eleven. The hotel itself is quite old and seems to be only superficially maintained. There were several issues in the room — the bathroom door handle would almost come off if pulled slightly hard, there was a visible burn hole in the carpet, and the armrest of a loveseat in the sitting area had a large, hardened patch of chewing gum that looked like it had been there for a long time. One of the strangest problems was the extreme static electricity. I couldn’t touch anything metal without getting shocked. Even the blanket seemed to generate static — at one point I could literally see sparks when pulling it off. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I also had issues with the invoice. Even though I contacted both Booking.com and the reception multiple times, the process at checkout took around 30 minutes, and I was told I should have informed them earlier, which was quite frustrating. They did send the invoice later by email, but the whole experience was unnecessarily difficult. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with my stay. The location near the Convention Center was the only real advantage, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
- 3/5
It was fairly clean but there were a few areas where the rug and and the base boards were coming off. It also seemed that the small kitchenette had not been wiped from the previous guests. Still had spill stains rundown the side of the counter. The balcony furniture cushions were quite stained and the balcony door lock didn’t work properly. The sofa bed had a pizza flyer in it when we opened it and there were no additional pillows. The room was not the worst but for the price I expected better. The did offer 2 free drinks during HH and a breakfast buffet, but the breakfast was just ok. The omelettes were good though. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Nice property, seems to be walking distance from the Sphere. The snacks welcomer was nice, breakfast was good for included! Omelette station was awesome, leave them a tip! Outside hottub was a little dirty with cig butts, dude said they just blow in. Inside pool was cold so didnt use. Enjoyed our stay, but if you’re going to the Sphere, the other one with a name like an Italian City would be better deal!
- 5/5
The rooms where nice and clean a pretty decent walking distance to the strip, an the breakfast was pretty good I would come back to this hotel
- 1/5
Dont stay here. Thats my advice. I booked a room with a big balcony. When I got there I asked for two queen beds with a large balcony. They said they had one. I get to the room and there are two queen beds but no big balcony. i went to complain and the big balcony room had already been resold. The room that they put me in was right across the hall from the elevator. I asked to be moved. They moved me to a different floor RIGHT ACROSS THE HALL FROM THE ELEVATOR. The airconditioning in the room didn't work and it smelled like cigarettes. They had NO OTHER ROOM so I had to sleep in a hot smokey room. The staff couldn't have cared less. Also, this place is located seriously in the Vegas ghetto. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT"S AWFUL>
- 5/5
Room was good, clean. Breakfast was wonderful
- 5/5
That its paid parking but the price per day is fine. Thankfully not a arm and a leg like in some other locations.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved the breakfast, free cocktail hour, room service option, and distance from the convention center. Our TV was not working and nobody came to fix it when we complained about it daily that we stayed. Additionally, there were not enough pillows to accommodate four people and they would not provide additional pillows, and the main bed AND sofa bed were both pretty uncomfortable.
- 2/5
They didnt clean my room. I stay there for 2 days. Restroom had mold and was dirty. The service desk doesn't have good customer service and they dont give you details on how the parking lot works. Or if u have any shuttle. Need to give more information to the customers when checking in the hotel.
- 3/5
The entire hotel and our room especially had a disagreeable odor, like methane. It just didn't smell pleasant.
- 4/5
The room was large and had space for activities. The breakfast was garbage!!

The place was nice. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. I was disappointed in the reception, but maybe we arrived too late as there was only broccoli left to eat.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great, the property feels a little bit outdated and on need of some tlc, however it's centrally located, close to the strip and the staff is very friendly. We were traveling with a baby and couldn't get a crib the first night but then we were accommodated and were able to get a crib for the rest of the stay.

Tours and transport won’t come to property. Our paid ride to the airport did not show and we had to get taxi.Best to get a taxi. Pool area needs update. We walked about 7 miles each day.Free breakfast was great. Omelets made to order. Had welcome daily with free drinks and snacks. Staff very nice.

The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. Staff is great - friendly and accomodating. In our room the bathroom could use lightbulbs that are a little brighter. Sink counter and armoire are a bit dated. Nevertheless, this would be one of my preferred hotels when visiting Las Vegas. Breakfast made to order is fantastic!
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and clean. Our family was so comfortable. The staff, from the kitchen staff, cleaning staff, front desk, are nice and very helpful. Breakfast, which is included in the stay, plus the complimentary drink and snack in the evening is a very big bonus. We can even choose how our eggs should be cooked. This hotel is also pet friendly. Our dog had fun staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

The stay was average, the room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was a small continental, the food was not fresh. Omelette bar had a huge line both times I went, so I passed.

Washer and dryer wasn’t working on the 11th. I paid 2 hours to dry clothes wasn’t fully dry One of the employees that worked there ask me if I had a room there and to show him my key card. Same individual then saw me for breakfast, stop me again and ask if I stay again plus asked if I had a breakfast card. Shower in our room wasn’t clean properly had pubic hairs in the tub.

Breakfast omelets were delicious

The location is good and close to the Sphere. The front desk staff was nice. I’v been LV 3times, and this is the worst hotel experience. As soon as I walked into the room, the first thing that hit me was a heavy, overwhelming smell of mold. It was suffocating and felt like the room hadn’t been aired out or properly cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, I woke up with several itchy, red welts on my arms. I’m positive there were bugs in the bedding, and looking at these marks now, it’s clear the hygiene standards here are nonexistent. The key card for parking was a constant struggle—every time I tried to enter or leave Regarding the text messages to check on us, I spent time replying and explaining the situation in detail, only to realize I was talking to a complete AI bot. There was no real person behind the screen, just a machine cycling through pre-written scripts to give me the runaround…no team member ever had come or reply

I was definitely satisfied with my stay there. I loved the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area, the delicious breakfasts, and the great variety of options, all served hot and fresh. I was absolutely delighted with the breakfast and the very friendly staff, always smiling and making guests feel welcome. I would definitely return. Thank you! 😉 😊

Breakfast was fenomenal. Great quality and choices. Everything for everyone and great protein.

Everything was perfect, right up until the fire alarm went off as we came back from an outing and were very tired and wanted to get showered and go to bed. Surprisingly, no offer of a complimentary service, perk or discount was offered, although staff were quite apologetic. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, loved the ambiance with a garden-like feel.

Our rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and great. This place is family friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and good. The daily complementary drinks were great too! We will definately stay here again.

Fabulous stay! Clean room and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Overall the property was not too bad. Breakfast was included with the price of the rooms, which is very hard to come buy, but you get what you pay for, if you follow. Most of the staff were very friendly, but a few seemed put out to do their jobs. Hotel was clean, as was our room, but you could tell they cut corners. There were candy wrappers left in the corner of the room, foot prints in the shower, etc. If you are fortunate enough to get a room with a view, the mountain view are spectacular!
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is incredible. Love staying here. Will continue to come back. It's already my second time!
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Food from cafe was good. But the rooms seemed "older", the matresses were worn and not very comfortable
- 5/5
Excelente lugar para pasar en familia, el desayuno buffet fue algo grandioso y delicioso, la habitación muy cómoda para la familia. Muy recomendado
- 4/5
The only complaint is the underwhelming, bordering on bad, breakfast. Day 1: cold waffles and cold eggs. Day 2: pancakes were undercooked, limp and cold. I don’t think the warming table was working properly which made me doubt the safety of the food. Day 3: 1 cook and a 25 minute wait for omelettes. Day 4: 25 minute wait for omelettes and no milk for cereal. After 15 minutes the milk was refilled. Day 5-6: gave up on hotel breakfast and went to Siegel’s Bagelmania which was great! It’s 5 minutes away!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok. To-order omelets were a nice touch but the waffles and sausage cold and uninviting. Staff was fantastic with the front desk checking in several times. While I did not partake, the complementary drinks are a nice touch.

Room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The location is very convenient because it’s right next to the strip within about a mile walk. Staff was great, breakfast was also very good. Only downside, there’s a lot of noise and I’m not sure if it was coming from the monorail which passes very close by or the elevators but it was all night.

- 4/5
No airport shuttle. Don’t go for the amenities. But easy stay for a family with kids. Great breakfast in the morning .
- 4/5
Breakfast was about the best of all the amenities. Parking could use a little help. Room was nice and large, but bed was a bit hard for me. Overall not a bad stay.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable and rooms were robustly equipped with toiletries. Beware about an after sun walk outside, the streets and behavior is very sketchy
- 4/5
My room had no shower curtain, but it was a clean and comfortable room. The Hot tub was cold
- 5/5
Great location. Walkable to the Sphere. Shuttle to Strip is a good plus. Some updating in the rooms would be nice, but the breakfast and happy hour are great perks.
- 4/5
The breakfast was pretty good, hope they could provide airport shuttle in the future.
- 3/5
We have been loyal customers and thought it was in poor taste to pay $25.00 for checking in 2 hours early. Location was walking distance to the Sphere. Lots of homeless in the area but they didn't bother us. Love the happy hour and breakfast.
- 3/5
Shuttle available to go to the shopping mall and ran most of the day
- 2/5
It wasn't for me. I went to the bar for my complimentary drinks and the floors, counters and sitring area were very dirty and dusty. Rooms are outdated and old. Pool water look foamy and dark. The breakfast erea and food were good.
- 5/5
Good property with valued price..
- 3/5
Stains on sofa and carpet, odd smell in our room.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Rápido check in, limpio, muy bien ubicado, silencioso
- 4/5
We stayed in one of the conference room suites. Our experience was okay. The hotel is definitely showing its age. The chairs were pretty beaten down and worn, lamp shades were a little tattered, wallpaper was lifting in spots... I'm sure in its heyday it was pretty amazing, but the hotel is looking a little tired.
- 3/5
Rooms need a remodel.
- 5/5
We requested a crib, and it was all set up in the room when we arrived!
- 5/5
Basic hotel …. Elevators are the greatest took me like 30 mins to get the 5th floor
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The pool was nice and the staff very helpful. The place could use an update to the rooms.
- 3/5
The front desk was amazing during check in time and check out
- 5/5
Good value. Good manager reception and including breakfo
- 5/5
Clean, good location
- 5/5
Was here for the Eagles concert at the sphere and I wanted a room walking distance to the concert . Nice , clean , great view from my room 10 th floor I got to see sphere from there .
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Not many shops nearby. The pool was great, the hot tub was so hot you couldn’t really get in it for more than a few seconds. But clean and good size - just super hot.
- 5/5
Everything was outstanding very much appreciated
- 3/5
The person that checked us in was condescending and rude.
- 5/5
Raquel very nice. Room clean
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. Loved the breakfast and happy hour. It was great to be able to walk to the sphere.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Omelettes were great. 2 free drinks at Happy hour. Our room did smell like stale cigarette smoke. Great walking distance to Sphere.
- 5/5
Loved the complimentary happy hour festivities and morning brunch!
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, the breakfast was hot and fresh, the staff was great and the location was perfect for the event at The Sphere we were in town for.
- 4/5
Rooms were nice. The breakfast very good
- 3/5
Staff was very good but the room was in disrepair and dirty
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was great. Breakfast was so so. Overall great.
- 1/5
The only good thing about this hotel is the omelette chef which is super nice and an amazing Cook! And Bobby the shuttle driver. He is so kind and tries to make your stay as welcoming as possible. He goes above and beyond and he is the only one! Other than those two, I would not recommend this hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff and everything was smooth and relaxing.
- 4/5
Staff was outstanding- friendly (front desk to restaurant) & accommodating when we asked for extra cushions for our pullout couch, to hang out in the hot tub area after check out because of our late flight, etc.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, clean place, excellent service. And good for the price
- 4/5
Had problems with ac but they were quick to help us
- 2/5
Room was outdated and needed some upgrades and repairs. The elevator is also so loud and could be heard all throughout the night.
- 4/5
The hotel was not new and the rooms need some updating. Clean and close to the Sphere. Breakfast is good but they could extend the time they are open at least 30 minutes.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great, the grill cook (a young guy) was fantastic. The bartender Tuesday and Wednesday night, she was so very nice. Short dark hair. The front desk people were also great. Thanks for everything! Nan Witham
- 3/5
The Hotel didn't let me to have a guest during one breakfast and charged me $21 (I'm a silver member of Hilton). The conditioner was empty and it was not refilled along my stay.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, good location, great breakfast buffet
- 1/5
Hotel emergency alarm went off. Sheet of water coming out of the side of building from a broken sprinkler
- 2/5
The bathtub was filthy. Full of hair. No hot water. Moved us to a different room and it had less of a view. Also cost more than I was quoted upon booking. Location was not where expected also.
- 4/5
Rooms was clean , staff was nice !
- 1/5
I booked two nights, paid for two nights, and got there and they had no record of my Friday night booking, I had to pay $150 night just to have a bed. Then the hotel had a pipe burst in the middle of the night flooding our room and other and the hotel never offfered a discount or even a sorry we had to move you at midnight.
- 4/5
The hotel could use a refresh, but it was clean, very friendly staff, and conveniently located to the Sphere and other Strip attractions. Can't beat the price with included breakfast and happy hours
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
Two remarks: there was a patron argument and fight on Thursday night at 1145pm that lasted for a good 20-25 minutes in the common areas. Although the hotel is not responsible, I did not feel the staff was responsive. The rooms could use some updates for the bathroom.
- 2/5
Old rooms - peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles, dingy, dirty. stained furniture, odd stains on walls. Would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff! I reserved a room with a walk out balcony and the staff informed me she will put my family in a room with a view of the sphere and of the strip. First time my six yo has been to Vegas and her favorite part was seeing the view and how beautiful everything is at night. We enjoyed our weekend! Thank you, Embassy Suites!
- 5/5
Very nice, clean room. Breakfast was very good, omelet bar was a plus.
- 3/5
They had a plumbing issue in the next room and cut the water off in our room without notice while getting ready to shower. Then there was no hot water. When the desk was notified they acted like they couldn’t care less. The other days were ok and the staff for the morning breakfast were very friendly and helpful the entire stay. I will jot be back to this hotel and probably not any Hilton again if they can’t at least address the issue with me.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly, helpful dtaff, good breakfast and jappy hour. Super good locatio .
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast!! Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Staff wa
- 5/5
The staff, clean room. We loved everything about the hotel & we could walk to the strip.
- 3/5
The chair in our room was dirty. The hotel ran out of pillows. The icemaker on our floor was out of order.
- 4/5
- 3/5
Was so bummed there was nothing letting us know the shuttle had been broken down and we chose that hotel last minute because of that.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was nice. The cleaning staff was horrible. They were so bad that we opted out of even having it cleaned this second day. Also, the fact that we had three people staying in our room and paid for that, but couldn’t get towels and pillows for that because the hotel was full. Then more pillows need to
- 5/5
Room was great! All staff were wonderful.
- 3/5
Nothing
- 5/5
The room we booked had a great view of the sphere
- 4/5
clean room, good breakfast, staff was friendly, manager's reception was a nice added plus. Last time we stayed here parking was free so that was an unexpected cost, but overall good experience for the hotel price.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Rooms were okay.
- 3/5
Room was clean only down thing the heater was loud and plumbing wird, we wash our hands on bathroom sinc and girgle sound was comming out from kitchen sinc. Bar staff (the african lady)was having a bad day or something didnt get our drinks the right way.
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice and kind!
- 5/5
Good location. Good staff.
- 3/5
Room was old and dusty...
- 1/5
Certain staff and room felt neglected
- 5/5
All of above
- 2/5
The breakfast buffet was not even warm and the fruit was soggy and close to spoiling. The last night in our room there was no hot water for showers.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay
- 4/5
Great price-to-quality ratio, though the room and location could be better
- 5/5
Very beautiful view of the Sphere. Perfect balcony for private affairs.
- 4/5
The plumbing needs some maintenance due to slow drainage of sinks and toilet, & tub. Staff was really great! Also really enjoyed awesome Free breakfast, and the happy hour was a very nice surprise.. Very happy with our stay, & would stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
I stayed there for three nights, I only requested room cleaning one time, they forgot to provide even one towel in my room. When I got back in the morning of the early morning of the first day of the new year, I had to go to the front desk asking for shower towels
- 2/5
All the surfaces had remnants of the last person there. It was not clean.
- 2/5
The room was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom and a really heavy spot of mold on the back left corner of the room. It is dangerous, and disgusting. I found a vape on the floor and it looked like they haven’t cleaned the room in months. The rooms were extremely overpriced for what we got. I will be reporting to Marriott and whoever I can about the mold issue.
- 1/5
The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two beds, but I was given a room with only one, and they told me they were sold out of all other rooms and that this was my only option. The parking fee was higher than what was advertised, and they said it was because of the holidays. The pool was dirty and cold. The elevator takes a long time to reach the higher floors. The breakfast, which they advertised heavily, was just okay—nothing special. And if you arrive a little late, you have to wait in a long line for an omelet.
- 5/5
AC is very cool enough, very relax. Breakfast is very good.
- 1/5
The room was filthy !!! Needs remodeling for rooms !! Hair everywhere on the sheets and blankets !! Carpet is very old and filthy !!! The bathroom was filthy , Toilet clogged on the first day ! Sink was clogged !! My husband and I were itchy the entire time ! I was given a room that I did not pay for ! It was a horrible experience !
- 1/5
We had a very hard time with the poor condition and dirty room we got. I’m very disappointed for the amount we paid.
- 1/5
Room, even when i requested house keeping they never can to clean my room.
- 4/5
The bathroom is not clean. There's a bad smell in rhe bathroom that we cant pinpoint what kind of smell but it smells bad. Mold around the sink area. And there's p***ic hair in the bathtub.
- 1/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
room was clean; breakfast omelet was delicious
- 5/5
Clean room, very spacious, great breakfast, only 1.5 blocks to the bus route, quiet location.
- 4/5
The hotel was full and tables not enough for all guests.
- 4/5
Big room, clean and quiet, recipe for good sleep.
- 3/5
The room. The bathroom was probably one of the most dirty bathrooms I’ve ever encountered at a stay! We asked for more towels (had 2) and more pillows. Told no more pillows and they dropped off 2 towels. The room had a pull out, so had we needed to use that there was no extra bedding for it! Check in went well, staff was courteous and helpful. One of the elevators was out of order; making wait time longer. We missed the complimentary drinks but did have the breakfast and that was good! Especially the omelet! Besides the bathroom it was a good stay.
- 4/5
Good choices in breakfast. Decent rooms. Close to the Sphere, Venetian and has ample parking.
- 1/5
Is an older property
- 2/5
Hotel staff were borderline rude and very unhelpful when asked questions. Don’t recommend.
- 5/5
The rooms were spotless and spacious. We had a very relaxing stay.
- 5/5
The facilities are a bit outdated, which is to be expected. All the staff are professional and friendly. The free breakfast is good, but if you don’t want to wait in line for the omelet, McDonald’s at the walking distance is another choice. The indoor pool is a great place for children to have fun in winter. And we also enjoyed the close view of Sphere from our room window.
- 3/5
The room is outdated.
- 5/5
The speed we were checked in. Kind staff too!
- 2/5
Room felt dirty. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable. They didn’t have enough towels for 4 guests.
- 3/5
The food at the breakfast buffet was good but the set up was crowded and difficult to navigate. It was a very crowded with only one door to enter and one to exit. The bathrooms could benefit from some air fresheners. It seemed as though odors from other bathrooms were noticeable in bathrooms throughout the building. It isn't really reasonable to walk to the strip.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
Yes.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, happy hour provided food and drinks with snacks, and breakfast was all satisfactory. Since the purpose was to watch the Sphere, being within walking distance to the Sphere was a big advantage.
- 1/5
Hotel is horribly outdated. The rooms are old walls discolored lights not working outlets not working horrible experience. The breakfast is terrible. Not what you would expect from an embassy suites or our Hilton chain.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious, check-in was quick, and the common areas were very comfortable. but the cleaning service was poor. There were few towels and few pillows.
- 4/5
Yes only issue is they didn’t replace my towels automatically when they cleaned the room
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
The room was nice, breakfast was wonderful the staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Family friendly, good location, would stay again.
- 5/5
Breakfast excellent, Rooms clean
- 5/5
The stay and staff was wonderful. I would like to give a special thanks to Amandine in breakfast for going above and beyond in making our stay very special and enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!
- 1/5
jacuzzi was scolding hot and the pool was freezing, it was worse than a motel 6 i hope people read this and never step foot in that embassy suit
- 5/5
The hotel in it's entirety stood out. From the friendly and courteous front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed every moment and felt safe and secure.
- 5/5
the room nice and clean
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The room they gave me had a bad sewage smell. We traveled with my son’s soccer team, so we decided to stay there despite the smell, so my son could be with his team. After the first night, the smell increased and became unbearable, we talked to hotel stuff and they moved us to a different room but the smell was the same. The hotel had a problem with the vents on all the rooms on that side of hotel. The hotel refused to accommodate us on any other room and we had to leave and find a different hotel. The charge for three nights was more expensive than hotels in the strip, and they refused to refund us the money for the remaining nights we did not use. The problem with the ventilation is an ongoing issue with this hotel. I would not recommend people to stay there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT!!!
- 5/5
The hotel was in a convenient location to the Sphere. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good.
- 4/5
Yes. It has somo problems on the shower drain the first day but after i talked to the front desk they fix the problem. We went for a soccer tournament and one of our teammates has a problem
- 2/5
Bathroom was dirty, couch was souled and dirty, pull out couch was horrible sleeping arrangement. The evening reception was adults only when all hiktons is family oriented and includes reception for minors as well. Disnt receice water at check in and the shuttle was down. I will be staying at the other embassy suites next time!
- 5/5
Great staff!!
- 5/5
The location was perfect for our adventures. Breakfast was superb and the happy hour bar was awesome too. We will be back!!
- 4/5
It was good, I'd stay there again. It was nothing special- a typical Embassy Suite
- 5/5
Enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks at happy hour. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Only 20 minute walk to the Sphere. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
And staff was great
- 5/5
All good!
- 2/5
Room smelled bad. No air circulation or thermostat control. I had ad to fly out a day early & the hotel is unwilling to credit.
- 5/5
I would totally stay here again
- 1/5
We weren’t there. We tried to cancel when we realize right away we booked the wrong day.
- 4/5
The food was delicious!!!
- 3/5
Our room was right across from the elevator, which was very noisy. It sounded like a freight train in the hallway every time it went up or down. We asked for a different room, but they said since we booked on Expedia, this was all they would give us - even though I am a Hilton Honors member. The shower did not drain well so you were in standing water before you were done in the shower. The remote for one of the TVs did not work. The breakfast was good with the omelet bar. This property shows its age, so I would not recommend it if you can afford to move up a level to a nicer property.
- 4/5
The room was clean. The breakfast was good
- 3/5
Way too many guests for one pm Needs to be upgraded
- 5/5
staff was very accommodating for our big party, we'll definitely book again. Thanks
- 4/5
Nice rooms and plenty of space. Accommodations were great, especially the omelet station for breakfast.
- 2/5
The sofa bed is very bad and nothing comfortable
- 1/5
I had a horrible experience from the very beginning. However, the issue was not Embassy Suites, it was Expedia. Expedia did not secure a room for family and me causing unnecessary stress. For a good 45 mins, I wasn’t sure I had a place to stay for me and the family. Horrible feeling! The hotel staff at Embassy Suites were super helpful and I booked directly with them instead. This is probably the last time I use Expedia to book hotels and flights. I been using Expedia for the last 15 years.
- 4/5
Investing in water filters for your guests could be nice, otherwise great stay
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
My family had everything we needed. Fitness room and hot tub were relaxing for us. Zac and the breakfast buffet staff were accommodating and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable in our bed and on the folding sofa. Ideal. We'll be back.
- 3/5
Breakfast choice was very small compared with other Embassy Suites and asked light room service but didn’t happen.
- 4/5
Breakfast is ok. Hotel is clean and room
- 4/5
Bobby was chipper and offered us a job after seeing how well we stacked our luggage cart upon departure. He was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was beyond expectations.
- 5/5
Loved the free breakfast and free drinks!
- 4/5
Staff were very pleasant. It was very helpful that we got into our room early before a show. Room was clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great area to stay in Las Vegas.
- 5/5
The room was
- 4/5
Yes sir conditioning was great along with staff. Front desk staff at night and morning were great. We would stay again, just eat at mcds next time.
- 5/5
Room was awesome. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the workout facilities were great. We will be back.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was great will be back soon
- 5/5
Room was clean, all staff very courteous and helpful. Very pleased with our stay & would return
- 5/5
Clean & Quite room. Accomodating staff. We just hope the check in & out will be back to the same time 3pm check in and out 12pm like other hotels.
- 5/5
The attitude of the friendly workers was outstanding. I would give this hotel infinite stars. The staff made our vacation extra incredible. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Kids loved swimming in the indoor heated pool.
- 1/5
There was a double booking when I checked in, and I was told it would be resolved and I had to worry about having a good the entire time I was there, until this day the issue has not been resolved
- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with both a refrigerator and a microwave. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the cocktail hour was fun!
- 5/5
Comfortable bed spacious room and excellent front desk customer service. Will return again. Close and safe walking distance (8 blocks) to the sphere!
- 5/5
It was a great stay

- 5/5
The staff were very pleasant, friendly and always greeting us with smiles and awesome services. The ambience of beutiful and tranquil.
- 5/5
Early check in was great, check out was super easy , room was great!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great stay in all respects
- 5/5
Great Property and the staff were wonderful. Easy to walk to the Sphere and the Monorail, that made it easy to get to wherever we needed it go
- 5/5
Staff was great and very helpful .The breakfast was superb
- 5/5
All of the staff were outstanding from check in to check out. Mary at the front desk welcomed us and answered any questions we had. The breakfast staff and omelettes were awesome, as well as the evening reception staff. We had a great stay and even had a partial view of the Sphere from our suite on the 3rd floor -room 329 a beautiful palm tree was in the way!
- 5/5
Staff is friendly, facility is very clean. Nice amenities. I do wish there had been a shower curtain on my shower rod when I took the first shower but that was corrected quickly,
- 5/5
clean super nice staff close to venue
- 5/5
The staff was great but the maid staff was poor room not cleaned one day and poorly cleaned the other day
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable there was a problem with the toilet not flushing properly otherwise our stay was adequate. The room was lacking enough trash cans there were two smaller cans that were quickly filled no big deal but inconvenient.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and nice evening reception
- 5/5
Room great. Happy hour great. Breakfast great. Parking should be free.
- 5/5
Great clean room
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating and polite! Loved how close the hotel is to the Sphere!
- 4/5
I would have rated our stay as excellent, but for the first night we had a "broken" bed. The next morning the office replaced the mattress in our room for our second night. That service was great: Also, there was some very noisy machinery operating the night which made it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.
- 4/5
the hotel and staff were kind and helpful, overall I had no complaints
- 5/5
Loved our stay at Embassy Suites on Paradise. Much newer property and it was great. We were right across from The Sphere that we’d enjoy watching at night. The only downside was our son slept on the pull out couch and the sofa bar made it uncomfortable. But Embassy staff brought up a mattress pad and it helped him have a more comfortable sleep. Thank you!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Stayed for When We Were Young Fest and had an amazing time. Peaceful and secluded while still being in walking distance of the festival grounds. No loud people or bright flashing lights which is rare for a Vegas hotel haha. Really great breakfast, an indoor pool, and a beautiful view of the Sphere. Everything I wanted and more. Would 100% stay again for the next festival!
- 4/5
Other than that, the bathroom was spacious, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, and the staff was very friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Very clean room, great service, and the best breakfast.
- 2/5
The room was very outdated. Curtains are ripped. Couch was dirty. Afraid to sit on it. Trim baseboards coming off. Shower had a half shower curtain. No fan in bathroom. All staff was pleasant and helpful. Especially Ryan at restaurant. Do not order the sweet spicy chicken sandwich!!!! It will literally burn your lips off. Breakfast was decent, hot items not hot.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, modern hotel.Courteous staff, quick checkin. Overall a great experience !
- 4/5
Staff members were very friendly
- 3/5
Upon booking the reservation I received a number of texts, one of which stated that having room housekeeping services (having room cleaned daily) would need to be requested 24 hours in advance. When I checked in to hotel, I requested at that moment room cleaning for the next day. I then requested it again the next morning by calling the front desk, I specifically stated we would be gone from room for a period of time and to make sure we were on the list to have room made up. We returned to an untouched room. Then left again for about 90 min around mid day and returned to an unclean room. Before leaving again to grab an early dinner before our show, I stopped again at the actual front desk, explained the situation, asked for the room to be made up with fresh towels as we would need them upon returning. Verified the room number and surprise, surprise upon return the room was still untouched. At this point I had to go to the pool and grabbed fresh towels for us to be able to shower. I relayed this information to the front desk and "Mary" could not have been less helpful. Also, took 3 repeated calls and waiting to get extra pillows delivered. TERRIBLE service at that Embassy.
- 3/5
Very dated facility. Limited drink selection for happy hour.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay, nothing special. Three of the 4 elevators were broken for most of my stay, so I took the stairs most of the time. Since the stairwell was not air-conditioned, the trip to and from the 6th floor sucked. Housekeeping was abysmal and virtually nonexistent. On the other hand, the breakfast was amazing and the only reason I gave the review as many stars as I did. That being said, I won't be staying there next time I'm in Vegas.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
We always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff, breakfast, and social hour really make it a treat!
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff; great Social Hour and Breakfast!
- 3/5
The problems that I had were: the shower I took Saturday was like cool, it never warmed up. The maids left 2 towels when there were 3 in the room. We had an 830 flight and so missed the free breakfast. Normally hotels with a free breakfast will provide some sort of to go breakfast for those who can’t make the breakfast, but they would not
- 5/5
nice clean facility. great breakfast and happy hour. close to Sphere.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
The staffing was awesome, friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Helped us get an early check in.
- 5/5
Perfect slightly off the strip hotel !! And clean and friendly with great food in house
- 2/5
The only positives were the kitchen staff. The omelette guy is a gem. The waiters for our dinners were incredibly kind and awesome. I wouldn’t stay here again, but I would come for breakfast.
- 3/5
The property is dated and needs a refresh.
- 5/5
Good hotel, very large rooms.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! Great breakfast!
- 5/5
I love the area, room service, breakfast and staff was so pleasant.
- 5/5
It would be best if we knew there is a parking fee when we book.
- 5/5
Clean room and peaceful ambiance
- 5/5
The check-in staff was outstanding very courteous and explained all of the guidelines we enjoyed our stay very much
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like is we didn't receive our complimentary drinks every time we went we were giving a different time that they were giving them so we missed out.
- 5/5
The best breakfast and customer service at check-in and check-out.
- 3/5
Close to Sphere, which is good, but charge for parking for stay, which is not good
- 4/5
The hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a higher price for a king bedroom because hotels were sold out in the area for a concert at the sphere.
- 5/5
Great location near the strip with a good view. Clean rooms, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, roomy
- 4/5
It was clean, quiet and reasonably close to events we wer interested in.
- 5/5
The sidewalk between the hotel and stop light cross walk was strewn with broken glass, containers with half-eaten food and empty drink cans, cups & bottles.
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
Not handy to the Vegas strip
- 4/5
Room was clean but very dated. Really need a more modern touch. Staff was great, very helpful and the hotel provided transportation to the mall and from their you can walk to many places.
- 4/5
I did not like the $17 per day parking fee which other hotels offer free parking. Other than that it was good
- 4/5
- 3/5
It was clean and the Bar tenders on the 3rd floor made the best Long Island drink!!!

I don't know if they were confused, but I remember asking for three beds but I touch my bed sofa and it was very uncomfortable because of the wires, and there were few towels, difficult to put on television for my daughter... maybe it was just me, and to get ice I didn't know I needed a key and I do not know that I needed a double turn, excellent breakfast 👌, accesible estacionamiento para desability muchas gracias, la recepcionista fue muy atenta gracias por es, Accessible parking for disability Thank you very much, the receptionist was very attentive thank you for that it was excellent 👌.

First, let me state the pros. The breakfast was superb. Your front desk staff, and Morning Breakfast service was excellent. The employees were very friendly, and I enjoyed the 5:00 PM meet and greet. All in all, your hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. Second, the cons: Your facility appeared very old. We tried to use the Jacuzzi, and it was not hot and worked for only three minutes (big disappointment). After our showers, a deep puddle of water collected around the toilet bowl. and the floor was really wet. We did not like that the hotel was so far from the strip. This was my last trip to this hotel.

Nice location. The 5:30 cocktail drinks were nice..breakfast was so good. The downside was that the air conditioning was not working that day and it was so hot that day. Over all its a nice hotel

A good choice for Vegas on a budget. Hot Breakfast included which is a great save of time & money. Staff & service were great, common areas of the property clean and good condition. Rooms big although starting to show a bit tired/worn. Sphere can be seen from room of you are on that side of the building, also small shop/mini-mart next door for essentials. General advice was local area is ok to walk during the day time only, we walked to Atomic museum and to Sphere in daytime and both journeys people approached us trying to start conversations, so a bit uncomfortable but not dangerous. Uber to/from the Strip between $15-$25 depending on time of day

Room and area really nice. Customer service could be better. Some agents were helpful and nice; others not that kind.
- 5/5
EVERYONE WAS FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM REALLY COMFORTABLE
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was clean but had a weird smell. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working the first night. I told the front desk the next morning and it was fixed by fixed immediately.

This property needs some upgrades definitely.

Our check-in lady was amazing!!

The staff were the best part of the trip, so helpful and friendly. My 1st time travelling alone was made great by their positive attitude.
- 5/5
shuttle to the convention center was convenient and well managed
- 3/5
The body wash in the shower had pubic hair on it, which was disgusting. We thought breakfast was till 10 am not 9 am, we were 5 minutes late and they denied giving us a muffin. The front staff lady was mumbling in check-in and barely gave any information unless I asked. It would have been nice to have some maps and flyers in the lobby and not $8 ice cream bars.

Breakfast does not meet EU standards but in comparison to other US hotels okay

The room smells like a public toilet. The people next to our room said the same thing. We couldn’t stay at the room and left the room after trying to sleep 3 hours and left the hotel 4am in the morning.

I was satisfied with staying: clean, no old cigarettes smell in rooms, AC is working fine. Breakfast is good. 14 min walk to Sphere.

Service was good, and so is the room. However, the hotel is located in a bad (unsafe) area and there was construction happening during our stay.

Customer service // front desk between hotel and Expedia. Arrived at the hotel to check in the hotel say my reservation was cancelled … call Expedia … Expedia say my reservation is not cancelled…. Expedia say they will get back to me in regards to the issue with in 72 hrs since Monday no response only emails saying they still working on it which look like automatic email

The only bad thing is you could hear the elevator noise inside the room.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, it’s an older hotel but they do keep it clean. However double check the floors in your room if you’re with children. We found two big green advil pills on the floor and they blended in with the carpet so you couldn’t tell right off. So I’m assuming they didn’t properly vacuum or it didn’t pick it up. Would hate to for someone’s baby or toddler to choke on something like that because the room wasn’t properly cleaned before the next family checked in. Other than that the staff was very noice and accommodating and I informed them of the pills so they had housekeeping go back up to clean the carpet again.

Hotel is good. Breakfast options are very good because there is an omelet station. Our room was good. Carpet is due for a good cleaning though.

Disappointed with this hotel old and outdated poor breakfast and the restaurant on premises only opened at 5pm. Managers reception was terrible serving drinks in a plastic cup. Not staying there ever again . My card to my room didn’t work after they already fixed it happened again. Very frustrating after a long day of traveling. No shuttle service to the airport.
- 2/5
The most concerning part of my experience was that my bracelet was stolen from my room. When I reported the theft to the front desk, the response was extremely unhelpful and nonchalant. I ended up filing a police report on my own. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend locking up all valuables or taking them with you whenever you leave your room. Very disappointing stay, and I will not be returning.

Good service. Always a pleasure to stay here

Very small covered pool, in hot weather not refreshing keep it in mind. Good breakfast clean rooms
- 5/5
It was perfect except I wa snot told upon early check in that they had a scheduled water shutoff until 3pm. I checked in at 11 am. When I checked in within the hour the water was shut off and I paid $25 for early check in.

Loved the breakfast and happy hour. Workout room and pool area were small.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, pretty busy though, a lot of teenagers due to I believe tournaments? Overall very nice stay!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing regarding checkin the property is tired, Elevators not working the free food was not very good, Beds were. hard, great view of sphere, but our tiolet kept blocking up
- 2/5
Didn’t have a bellhop and didn’t have nice front desk people
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The food was good, and my room did not disappoint. My only objective was the elevator situation sucked. I arrived on Monday afternoon and left Friday morning and everyday it got busier and busier only operating with one elevator on each side. Please fix that. You still get 5 stars from me though. I would stay there again for sure.

It was great to be at Hilton like always

Half of the elevators did not work; shuttle bus was not running while we were there. We were told the bus was broken. This really messed up our plans. Waiting for the elevators took forever since only half of them were working. Hotel is clean but seemed understaffed.
- 5/5
The service was great, really nice day building wasn't too bad
- 5/5
The hotel and especially the staff were beyond exceptional!! Thank you for everything and will be back next year.
- 1/5
Staff was untrained. Only one elevator worked. Food was subpar. Beds were uncomfortable. Towels were rough. Chairs were torn. Remotes for tv did not work.
- 4/5
Nice, basic hotel room suite. Great breakfast. Most elevators were not working my entire 2 night weekend stay. Closet door was broken, wouldn't close. Obviously over looked the "balcony" description.
- 4/5
Everything was great till the last night of stay, the hotel was sold and there was no parking but we still needed to pay for parking!
- 4/5
Elavator we’re not working

Horrible experience all around

Was affordable but not even close to as nice as the one in Arcadia CA that we stay at.

Friendly staff

Basically the rooms were worn down. We had to switch rooms since our first room smelled bad and there were so many stains on the furniture and walls.
- 2/5
There seemed to be BBQ sauce or something of that color behind the curtain. No water in the room and the lobby market was closed on our return.
