The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed us an early check-in after an all night flight which was greatly appreciated. This was our third time staying here and so far, we have been very impressed with the total picture.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Element. The location was perfect for getting around easily and quick access to the I15. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Easy and enjoyed the breakfast.
- 4/5
Location was close to what I was attending. Breakfast was used with cheap ingredients, and the overall taste was below average.
- 5/5
The rooms had lots of space with a kitchen. Very nice.

We had a great stay at Element! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it perfect for our family. The free breakfast was a huge plus with lots of good options each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The location is great - just off the 215 freeway and ~15-20 minutes from the south end of the Vegas Strip. Parking is easy and free. The surrounding area is very nice, quiet, and clean. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and a lovely park to take a morning stroll. The hotel staff are very kind and extremely helpful. The daily breakfast is a nice feature and the rooms are very comfortable. The appliances - stove, microwave, and refrigerator - are great amenities.
- 5/5
The 1 bedroom king with couch bed room was spacious enough for 4 people and a dog. The staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was the perfect lite bite we needed to start our day. Being complimentary was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay here again.

- 5/5
Everything was great staff and facility. Also in a very safe and comfortable surrounding area.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was fair, needs more variety and change it up everyday, it was the same food every morning . The way be and cheese in the afternoon was pretty good. The entire staff was very friendly . The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The outdoor pool was very nice, we had it to ourselves most mornings . Parking was convenient and no extra charge. We had a great time, it was a very convenient location

Nice staff. Clean room. Great breakfast. All around great stay!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 3/5
Overall okay stay. The feee breakfast, we found molded bread, stale muffins everyday, and was a little disappointing compared to other Element hotels we have stayed in the past. The blankets / sheets were really thin and cleanliness was not amazing. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Got a free upgrade, room was spotless.
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was top notch! I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel lobby looks clean and elegant, the hotel room is very clean and spacious, the breakfast is ok, the area is nice and quiet.
- 5/5
Everyone that worked there it was wonderful and very friendly
- 2/5
The price point paid for the room was not acceptable. I bed linens were not changed, I had to request a reclean of the bathroom, I had to request a restocking of paper supplies for bathroom, the breakfast items were cold and unattended, the items for breakfast were generic and not consistent with the price point of my stay. I have stayed at the Element since its opening in 2010 with each year I see a decaying of the property, the quality of the breakfast items, the housekeeping, and the lack of higher end customer service. I was charged $400 per night, and the overall experience was not consistent with the high pricepoint.

- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant, room was clean and spacious. The pillows were so uncomfortable for us as they were really full/thick! The AC and refrigerator were also noisy, which may be a concern for light sleepers.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and friendly but seemed rushed . Alyssa was fabulous So warm and friendly
- 5/5
Pleasant staff and comfortable, quiet stay. Fantastic fruit infused water in the lobby helped us stay hydrated since we are not as acclimated to the desert climate.
- 5/5
Beautiful place. Great staff
- 5/5
All staff is fantastic
- 3/5
Very convenient location for a family friend reunion. I have always been impressed by the Element brand, but this location looks tired and dingy, and the room layout was off putting. There was an L shaped desk very inconveniently protruding from the wall in the middle of the room. So many bruises. Not sure why the rooms need such a large fridge either. Would have preferred better bathroom storage.
- 5/5
Very nice room, clean. They even let me have my senior dog with me. Nice gym and great breakfast.
- 5/5
Great staff and great stay!

HOTELS.COM says I have to deal with THE ELEMENT!!! I VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BOTH!!!
- 1.5/5
Very poorly constructed. I could hear everything in the room next to me, in the hallway, and above. There was a spotlight shining in my window from the hotel sign outside my room. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at for getting a decent night's sleep.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Comfy beds.
- 5/5
Great overall

From the first time that I stayed here I enjoyed it very much. Marcus made it very pleasurable, and he was the reason why I stayed here again. I just love talking to him and catching up a bit. Hopefully my job sends be out to our Vegas location again to stay at the Element and see Marcus again :) <3
- 5/5
I reserved a room last minute and my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised with the room we got. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We were happy to see a full size refrigerator and a nice little kitchen. I didn’t expect any of that when I reserved the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their gym. It was fantastic considering it was a last minute booking. I highly recommend this hotel and would choose this hotel again if we come back to Vegas.
- 5/5
One night stay in Vegas, very well maintained and comfortable.
- 4/5
breakfast service okay, not many restaurants in walking distance
- 5/5
Easy check in and out, clean, rooms were big. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Cool little room...like a studio apartment. Must have a rental car as its out of the strip atmosphere.
- 5/5
Great customer service

The rooms were good sized and it was close enough to the strip. Summerlin is a nice area.
- 1/5
Bathroom fan didn’t work and sink got clogged. Couldn’t use to brush teeth. Luckily had a kitchen sink. Lights in room hallway didn’t work. We stayed 2nights and spent almost $600. We will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Great service easy check in
- 5/5
The staff, and especially Darius, go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed and have everything you will need. I highly recommend you stay here.

Very comfortable room, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

When we went to our room following checkin we realized that we were given an accessible room, which we did not book. We called the front desk and we were told that since the booking came through a third party (Expedia), there was nothing they could do. So we started unpacking and went into the bathroom to find that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk again and they sent someone up to clean the toilet. The toilet did not come completely clean but there wasn't anything else they could do. When I finished unpacking, I went to put my valuables in the safe and it didn't work. I called the front desk again and told them if they couldn't fix it immediately then I wanted another room and compensation for everything that had happened. They said that they would take $100 off our 3 night stay. They called back a few minutes later and said that they had a cancellation and we can move to a different room on the same floor, which we did. Everything in the new room was clean and working. A couple things that we didn't like: the air conditioner was loud and blew directly on our faces when sleeping and daily housekeeping was nothing more then picking up wet towels and replacing them with clean ones. The included breakfast was acceptable for a continental breakfast. I'm not sure that I would book this hoyel again.
- 4/5
Close to area we needed to be Run it it was really nice I felt the price was quite a bit high and breakfast could have had more options

Great location but the towels were musty
- 5/5
It was a great stay. We’ll done!
- 5/5
Great location for what we wanted. Friendly staff and a variety of rooms.
- 5/5
Put us in a ADA room, not sure why, possibly it’s because we had our dog with us, anyway the kitchenette was nice, the shower in the bathroom was small and cramped. Overall good stay
- 5/5
This hotel was in a great area. Convenient to most attractions. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast had lots of options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size with lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
No
- 5/5
Very friendly staff Clean Great location
- 2/5
Asked for full service room service and all they did was exchange towels and empty trash Bed untouched.
- 5/5
It’s a good hotel with no annoying casinos.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, got me checked in early & saved me some breakfast knowing I’d miss it that morning
- 3/5
It must be under new management, which decided to do away with a daily change of towels, making the bed, emptying the garbage bins. I have stayed here 3 times before, but not again. Breakfast choices disappointing too, hot water for tea limited (needed to microwave in the room), coffee ran out, so did fruit juice.
- 4/5
All around a pleasant hotel stay. I set up a wake up call for 5:30am. Got it at 4:12am instead and then again at 4:15am. It was a bummer because then I was up tossing and turning until my phone alarm rang
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was excellent Room was by elevator

- 5/5
Really nice place. Staff was beyond accommodating. Typical free hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about but good food and a nice start to the day. Really impressed with the room, modern and very comfortable.
- 3/5
Bill was a mess, manager helpful. Expedia couldn't add!!! Place is getting old, they did make repairs I requested. Room cleanup left no coffee and didn't clean coffee maker.
- 2/5
Area around the property is nice and safe. There is an additional pet fee. The breakfast wasn’t great-staff wasn’t attentive, coffee and silverware ran out, tables were dirty. Room was clean but it was soooo noisy. I would never stay here again for the price I paid.
- 5/5
The folks at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. So great! Very comfortable stay. Will return!
- 4/5
Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but the layout was a little weird with the "rotating" TV that can only be seen by half of the room at any given time. The employees at the front desk were nice enough, but on more than one occasion there was no one there to help (at check-in, etc). I have a nice car so parking is always important to me, and the parking lot was spacious and clean. I would probably stay there again. 4/5.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
I was very happy staying here. Staff was very helpful. I'd stay here again
- 4/5
It was wonderful. My only complaint was that the shower floor was slippery.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel! Very good coffee and service.
- 3/5
The bed was comfy and the room was clean. But one of the elevators was out of order and muddy footprints hung around it for a few days. The last two days we couldn’t shower because the water was turned off and then there was no water pressure.
- 3.5/5
One of the two elevators was out of service, the room looked like it was in desperate need of a facelift, and the hot breakfast was terrible.
- 5/5
Great location, we toured Summerlin on their complimentary bikes... Red Rock is just a quick 2 mile bike ride and great shopping...
- 5/5
None
- 3/5
Nice and quiet .The rooms are small no drawers which was little odd, no bar or restaurant.Plenty of places to eat in the area. The pool was nice with cabana.
- 5/5
The breakfast was absolutely horrible! There weren't any napkins, silverware, water, milk, etc. Guests were rifling through the cabinets to find supplies. There weren't that many guests eating and we decided to eat elsewhere.
- 4.5/5
I looked the room that I was put in . A third floor view of the mountains was lovely to wake up to . I plan to return . The was lacking hot food choices. I thought there would have been a selection of pancakes or waffles.
- 4/5
Very clean, staff was very nice, Room was spacious and comfortable. Away from the traffic and congestion of the strip.
- 3/5
I realize it's an eco-friendly hotel, but there were no housekeeping services other than a knock on the door and someone handing you new towels. I asked the front desk on day 2 if I could pay for light housekeeping (a "micro clean" - wipe down, make the bed, give us trash can liners, and to help us put the sofa bed back together - it got stuck). They said yes, but we returned to nothing other than fresh towels on the counter. If you're deciding between this and an airbnb, go with the rental - the benefit of a hotel is the small luxuries like a made bed. Other notes: some wear and tear on the property - loose tiles, scuffs and scrapes on the walls, well-worn sofas - scratches in the elevator. It's no longer the "Westin Heavenly Bed." The bed is fine, but now that it's a Marriot property it lacks the "plus" of the old more luxurious bedding. Please note the staff were very professional, and they seemed short-staffed for housekeeping. They even brought me a bag of ice when I inquired about the ice maker. Still a nice property, but not as clean or well maintained as other Element properties. It's a safe option for families or solo travelers. But could use a little touch up.
- 2/5
We stay from 2-4 of June and till this day we still getting charged We got a supposedly hold of 200 dlls when we checked out, that supposedly by now should receive back and we haven’t, but we did got charge 117 dlls For what we don’t know. We only slept and woke up very early to enjoy Vegas and went back around 3-4 am we only ate breakfast once. Not to mention that first day we come back to our room and they left our clean towels in a bag tossed in the room.

Thank you
- 5/5
I liked the prices, the food options in the cafeteria and pet friendly
- 5/5
Was such a nice stay
- 4/5
Check in was at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm and had to wait 30 minutes for a room to be ready. The ladies at the front desk were friendly but overwhelmed with all the new check ins and no rooms ready!
- 5/5
Great , clean
- 5/5
Definitely recommend this place for any trip to the city. Business or pleasure, it accommodates everything and everyone
- 5/5
Everything is great. Staff are friendly and the hotel property is well maintained.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 1/5
walls are paper thin as well
- 5/5
Congratulations on your expert management of a long queue at check in. The teamwork reduced the wait and communicated that you are customer service experts! The property is very nice. My room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were eco-friendly and pleasantly fragranced. I really enjoyed my stay!
- 2/5
Dirty rooms!
- 4.5/5
Breakfast more than expected. Gym great. Great parking. Safe. Better coffee maker
- 3/5
The Element Hotel usually is kept up a lot better. The hotel seemed old and worn. The bathroom was a little dirty. I am not sure I would satay again. The computers were down which led to a long check in. The staff was very nice and tried to help but for the money I am not sure it’s worth it.
- 4/5
Very quick and easy check in
- 5/5
Dynamite staff!
- 2/5
I have stayed at the Element several times and really like this hotel, and will continue to come here, but the check-in was quite bad this time. The girl who checked me in was probably having a bad day and I understand that it happens to us all, but she acted like she didn’t care and didn’t want to be there and it really came out when she was checking me in. It wasn’t welcoming at all!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5

The room was $240 per night. I am in Vegas every month in business, they won’t see me again.

The people upstairs were very loud to say the least. The room was decent. I just felt the shower floor looked dirty. The tile in the bathroom were coming up. The toilet paper kept coming off the holder.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
Did not realize everything that came in the room, so when we arrived made our stay easier. What we did not like was house keeping knocking our door even thoughwe had a do not disturb sign. Ended up waking up the baby other than that looking foward to staying there in the future
- 5/5
clean and had a whole kitchen to make food there if you really wanted to it was good they even let me check in a couple of hours late
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, excellent experience.
- 5/5
I liked the free water, great breakfast and kind workers
- 5/5
One small complaint....while the AC worked very well, it was, at times, VERY loud, with a deep bassy hum that woke me a few times.
- 2/5
It is a self serve hotel, not many people working there. The check in staff barely looked at us and didn’t say much, just gave us the key to our room. The room had a funny odor and the air didn’t work very well, overall i would not stay there again.
- 4/5
Nice modern décor, but couch is not the most comfortable. No daily maid service. Bathroom could have been cleaner (mold around bottom of shower). Plenty of closet space and largish kitchenette with full-size refrigerator was a nice touch (but no stove or range other than a microwave). Great air-conditioning! Friendly helpful staff. No on-site restaurant. All-in-all, a good place but not a great place. I'd probably stay here again, but I'd also examine nearby options.
- 5/5
Great rooms with amenities.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!
- 5/5
We've stayed there before, we'll stay there again. However, there are somethings not as good as before because tourism tanked. For instance, it didn't look like they recycled anything any more. Some wear and tear showed.
- 2/5
Everything was just so bland. No amenities/options for food other that breakfast and take out. The staff was trying but they were not given the resources to properly accommodate our 2 teen girl soccer teams.
- 3/5
Location right off 215 was great. It was in desperate need of an update.
- 5/5
We’ll come back!!
- 3/5
The hotel appears to be struggling with maintenance issues, there was mold in our shower drain, our microwave needed replacement (dead when we first tried to use it), there was water damage along the window, and the air conditioning was loud and vibrated the entire room. This room (204) experience was not our experience in two other stays at the same hotel this year. So I guess we got a problem room. To make it worse, the room was not the king bed room we had booked, but a two queen room.
- 5/5
Awesome rooms but most of all Kim at the front desk! She went over and beyond to make sure my stay went smoothly! Will definitely be back.
- 3/5
There was food left in the fridge, coffee left in the coffee maker. But the bed was comfortable.
