Very clean, staff were very helpful

Room and bed were comfortable and clean and the AC worked great. Parking was very easy, clean, and secure. We were within walking distance of a lot of things The check in process was a little confusing. The booking website told us 3 PM and the hotel told us 4 PM when we arrived at 3. We ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour until we could check in.

The location is fine. There are garages at the hotel where you can park for free during the day. Overnight parking is for a fee. The air conditioner in the room was noisy the whole night, even though it was turned off. We had to sleep with earplugs. The breakfast was not an open buffet but an à la carte menu, and it was not included.

I ended up showing up early by three hours and upon check-in the woman Marcy was so wonderful and was able to find me a room! Updated modern clean excellent stay

Only 1 elevator working had to wait 10 minutes for an open elevator. Poor area police and ambulance all night long window not sound proof. Out our window people selling drugs and yelling

Staff was nice I feel for the price I could of done a little better if i shopped around. Only 1 person was at the front desk. I had to pay coffee and water bottles.. Not sure what the other hotels charge or provide, but thought to myself that I would get the bare minimum or coffee and water with my stay. If they want me back, I would ask the to refund me what i paid in these 2 items.

We moved to another room but there were long dark hairs in the shower tray, which I cleaned myself. Breakfast was cooked to order which was good but no buffet, coffee was additional charge.

Staff was nice. Sleeping was rough. Bed was like sleeping on a board and the AC sounded like an airplane taking off every time it turned on so it woke us up all night.

This double tree did not meet any expectations as I’ve stayed in so many of them around usa and abroad. Seems like it was something else before and converted into this . Only one slow lift, used by the guests and staff. Our bathroom was in bad condition.

Clean and spacious room, wifi was really good and they also provide breakfast but it’s very limited - you get a coupon and you get potatoes, eggs, bacon and toast. Staff was really friendly. You can also see sphere from some of the rooms. Limited breakfast (what you get included in the coupon). You have to pay for the drinks and they charged for the water in the room. You have to pay for the parking, not included in the room price.

Check in was a pain. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. After finally making it to the lobby, I walked up to the clerk to check in. She abruptly told me she had 15 clients in front of me and to wait my turn. There was nobody in line, albeit there were people sitting in the lobby area. I asked if I could park my car since my wife was waiting in the car and there was nowhere to park. The driveway was packed. I then asked how I was to know it was my turn and she said she will let me know (evidently she has a photographic memory). The room was decent, the road noise not so much. Emergency vehicles were driving by with lights and sirens constantly. The A/C was very loud and obnoxious. On the plus side the bartender was great and the chicken wings were superb.

The attitude of the staff is very bad, I booked a lot of rooms, but they kept looking for various reasons not to check in for me, the service attitude is very bad. And in the absence of registration, I have not yet been given a refund.

Convenient Key card scanners did not work. Could not charge bar items to room

Nice quiet area, only a couple blocks to the Strip. Good restaurants nearby. View of the Sphere. Very friendly, helpful staff and awesome breakfasts. Pool was great!

I loved the restaurant in the hotel, I didn’t want to leave the night I stayed there to go eat so the restaurant and bar was a wonderful time.

Fast, fun and friendly It charged my card twice. I had to open a claim after I called the property for an explanation.

Had to double pay for this room. Once when booking and again at check in because they didnt accept my online booking but I still got charged for it.

They don't have cards keys to open my room , every time I have to ask for service to get my door open and get in . One they the security person get mad with me because this person was waiting for me before they open the door but wasn't my fault at all.

There were no keys to the room for the whole visit. We had to wait for staff to enter our room every time we left. We were told by staff that this had been going on for three days prior to our arrival yet no one notified us or gave us the option of a refund or anything.

No what we were expected.... room was old and broken stuff/sink not drainikg etc... they change us to another room and the fridge didnt work..... oh well.... lesson learn.

Loved Staff, Clean room, distance from the Sphere and all Service. Staying there was a great experience. I would say the elevator doors were a little bit slow but It was not a big Issue

Staff was great. Very helpful and kind. They are the reason I stayed. The elevator seemed like it was barely working. The third floor hallway had a awful smell. Almost like a mix between bad meat and body odor. The bathroom in the room had a big open window with no curtains. There was zero privacy while in the bathroom. Bathroom was also dirty and terrible repairs done to it. There was rust on the railing in the bathroom.

I was also overcharged $27 during the breakfast and luckily detected it and flagged it up. The ‘free breakfast’ was also taxed. The redressal process for the overpayment was not smooth nor efficient. There was no empathy displayed by the staff. I had much higher expectations of my stay, but was disappointed. I plan to look elsewhere during my next visit to LV.

The physical hotel is relatively fine, however my parents and I had 2 separate rooms and both of us had air conditioners that were subpar which in Nevada a good air conditioner is a must-have. The surrounding area of the hotel is a bit sketchy with crime. The hotel does about as much as they can, which is to enter the hotel you have to scan your guest keycard, but for initial check-in, where you don't have a key you are dependent on a staff-member hearing you buzz the intercom or another guest who has a keycard walking in. So if you decide to stay at this hotel I would be mindful to not show up in the nighttime hours where staffing is lower and there aren't guests going in/out and you could end up sitting outside for a little bit waiting to be let in while you are in a not-so great area of town.

Our stay was very nice.The staff was very helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The room was nice, but for an accessible (handicap) room, the bed was very difficult to get into and the toilet was not ADA compliant.

Booked a room back in April, when I arrived in OCTOBER they informed me that because I had booked through Expedia, they cancelled my room. Found out from Expedia that the hotel had overbooked and canceled my reservation. Did not offer any help whatsoever in finding a new place to stay.

It was a quick in and out trip. We were on our way through town and needed a place to stay for the night and it fit the bill perfectly. Easy to get on and off the freeway, secure parking structure with an elevator. Great place. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with checking in as it was quick, I felt my vehicles were safe in the garage, and the room was clean and spacious.

At this time of the month, hot shower is a must and our room only have cold water. Phone line is our of order. Had to go down to let them know. Not worth the money. Location is surrounded by homeless folks

Overall a nice hotel

Stayed there two nights, Saturday and Sunday no hot water went to complain and they said they look into what discounts they could give us … they called us and said we will give you a $30 discount on your breakfast!!! We didn’t order any they charged us breakfast to our room!! Food thing I complained or wouldn’t even know about this till I checked my credit card statement . They told me call Expedia about getting a refund but can’t get a live person on Expedia!! So not happy

I chose this to be close to The Sphere which is was, but did not feel like a good neighborhood to walk to the Sphere so ended up driving. I liked the secure gated parking. The lobby area was modern. The double room was spacious and I could see the Sphere. The bathroom needs renovated, there was red mold in the bath grout and the grout and bath sealant at floor level was dirty and there was residue of old stickers on the bath tile. There was no handsoap in the bathroom, so I had to ask the cleraners for some. The restaurant, coffee in the lobby and breakfast wasn't available, there was the option for a grab bag of an apple, packaged muffin and a bottle of water, but it was unimpressive so I turned it down and ate elsewhere. You can hear planes taking off from around 6:30am from Vegas airport and room neighbors talking loudly after 1am. Overall ok for price to be near Sphere but not a great neighborhood.

The lobby was bright and very clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. All the housekeepers were wonderful and Leah’s had a smile on their faces and would assist in any needs. The room and beds were so comfortable

Where to start. They didn’t honor my reservation—2 queens but they wanted to give me 1 king. After one hour or arguing we got what we reserved… frustrating experience

They could atleast put that description under construction before letting you book a room.
