All the staff were friendly and the property was clean. Surprisingly even the bed wasn’t too uncomfortable (I’m old so all beds but my own are uncomfortable) and it was extremely convenient to ride the shuttle to the airport

The employees were great, friendly, and helpful. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of my room. The phone was so dirty I was faraid to touch it with my ear. There was paper on the floor, bottle cap on the table, the sofa was very dusty. The table was smudged and sticky. Normally you don't have enough towels. I had enough towels for three people.

Bathroom sink didn’t drain so it backed up and left contents in the sink. Ew. Also, the AC didn’t function properly. When set to ‘On’ the fan would not run continuously, which was a problem because the AC cycled on for 2-3 minutes and then off for ~7 and this went on all night waking me up no less than 20 times. I got almost no sleep. Parking was a pain. There’s a secondary registration process and we learned it’s $13 per night after we were billed. No mention of the cost anywhere when signing up or at the front desk. Breakfast was good, but again no mention that it’s $20/plate for hotel hot buffet. We assumed it likely would be so we were not all that surprised, but c’mon, just advertise the price. In all, standard DoubleTree experience aside from the stopped drain, broken AC and misleading parking process. I would have given 4 stars had I gotten even and OK nights sleep.

Perfect choice for an early-morning flight out of Las Vegas! We stayed here on our last night before a Sunday morning departure from Harry Reid International, and it exceeded every expectation. The airport shuttle worked like clockwork — no need for a taxi or Uber at the crack of dawn. Parking is available on site, which was convenient given our situation with a camper van. The real highlight, however, was breakfast. After a disappointing continental spread at a Marriott we'd stayed at earlier in our trip, this was a revelation: a generous, high-quality buffet with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, fresh muffins, and proper orange juice. Exactly what you want before a long-haul flight. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfortable, hassle-free overnight stay near the airport. We'll be back.

Doubletree is a dependably high-quality hotel, so when we had a choice between other brand names and this one, we went for the Doubletree (you can't beat the cookies). Well away from the Vegas Strip with close access to services we needed, this hotel checked all our boxes. The room was large enough for our purposes, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and the shower pressure and temperature controls were great. We were grateful for the restaurant in the hotel so we didn't have to go find dinner.

Let’s face it, Vegas isn’t really kid friendly which was why I decided to stay off strip and also away from all the smoking from the casino. Double Tree was perfect near the airport, close enough to the strip for shopping and restaurants. I had my 10month old and a teenager and they loved the hotel

Just a quick stopover after arriving on a late night, international flight and a morning domestic. Beds were comfortable and I slept well.

The room was spacious and clean, very very decent. It had a fridge to keep food or drinks cold, the blinds kept the room extremely dark, which I found amazing, the restroom was nice and modern, overall my stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again. If you’re planning a Vegas trip, stay off the strip, cheaper and the quality is still good and get more for your dollar.

My reservation was canceled with zero notice. Travelocity wasn’t even aware. Went to check in and the staff was rude and just said “it was sold out night and we don’t have anything anymore” No resolution, help or explanation. I had to find a room with my child at 10pm. Almost everything was sold out and luckily I had the means to get another room but not everyone does.

The lobby looked great, but the room they assigned us smelled dirty, there was dust everywhere, and there was hair in the bathtub. They switched my room, but it wasn't much of a difference. I stayed for two nights and didn't receive any housekeeping service.

The first room had some issues that were addressed and they relocated us to a different room. They state they charge for "deep cleaning" when a pet has been in the room when they do not clean efficiently when anyone else has been in the room prior. Your site stated a different fee for pets and now it has been changed. This is not a good service.

Check in was delayed for over an hour doing to Hilton systems being down instead of giving us a room the just made us wait. Requested blankets that never came. Room was ok but bed was poirly made. Front desk older gentleman was not pleasant at all being very condescending to my daughter and myself.

At breakfast on the 1st day we were asked for “vouchers” or breakfast would be changed to the room. The staff, simply asked for our room number. We enjoyed our breakfast. The ambiance is very modern/ contemporary. We stayed on the 2nd floor which is a non smoking floor. I like that the floor is wood & no carpet which is very pet friendly. There is daily parking fee $ 10-12 still cheaper than at the strip. There is no free breakfast but for $20 pp continental breakfast is reasonable since it’s buffet style. For lunch or dinner there is a restaurant within walking distance for drinks & cheaper food than at the strip. We came on a weekend where there was a boxing fight, marathon & fireworks competition & most hotels in the strip charge 3x their usual rate plus resort fees & parking. We were extremely lucky to have found this gem thru this 3rd party. Lastly the staff are all friendly & engaging & courteous.

Booked a double queen room 10 days before our stay. Upon check in, were informed that there weren't any double queen rooms left. We were stuck with a king bed. My husband and I are both very fitful sleepers. We each had two nights of terrible sleep. Not going to use Doubletree if this ever happens again.

We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. We also want to mention Jose, who was working behind the bar. He was very friendly and helpful, and his great attitude added even more to our positive experience. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly special, and we would gladly return.

While the bed was comfortable and clean the rest of the room not so much. Under the tables, beds and chairs had obvious debris. The provided shower essentials were empty and the drag racing outside while out of the hotel’s control was noisy.

Good nice off strip hotel option that’s not too far from airport. Though there aren’t much food options nearby and that’s the trade off. We needed just a place to crash for a night and it was perfect. Breakfast was good and opened promptly at 6am. Decent options available. The oatmeal could be a bit better though.

The Hotel was Great. Even though your group failed to send them a confirmation number even though I had already prepaid this reservation with your group. I had to pay for a room and then spent an hour on your chat line to get a refund. This all happened on Friday night it’s now Monday Morning and I still haven’t received my refund from your group, you took the money out immediately but you don’t refund it as fast, I hope I don’t have to wait to much longer to get the refund. And yes I kept all the emails from your group saying I was getting the refund. Still not happy with Hotel.com.

My house was wrecked after cleaning out some closets, so I booled at this hotel. I have booked rooms for several people here over the years, but had never been in the hotel room. It is a pretty basic room, but very nice. It is nothing like any DoubleTree I have ever stayed at. It was like a Hampton Inn room. It was an extremely comfortable stay and even had an air filter. I usually stay at Home2 Suites, I will probably switch to this hotel when I want to get out of the house.

For me and my wife. The room was not clean as we expected to be there was a lot of hair in the shower in the shower and the toilet and the toilet and on the toilet seat and there were hair on some of the furniture in the hotel room the refrigerator was not turned on.. we were not aware about the $50 deposit when I booked the room until I got there and the parking we will charge $15. It was also told you he would pay $12 for you a parking but again none of this was brought to our attention into the book the hotel at the establishment

We arrived late at the hotel and we had to wait 1.5 hours to get checked in because there was no sistem available to check in. I was traveling with a 89 year old that was exhausted, until finally they decided to check us in manually. I asked a what time the shuttles worked and rhey told me that atvthe top of the hour and bottom of the hour, but failed to tell us that we needed to sign up to get the shuttle. So when we arrived to get the shuttle they had left us behind. We had to wait another half hour for the next shuttle getting late late to our flight. Very stressfull.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and provided good restaurant recommendations when requested. I loved the warm delicious cookies. The room was very clean with clean comfortable beds and pillows. I loved having the option to sign in and use several of my TV apps like Netflix. The only down side is we had no help for all of our bags but we managed. Overall, very good, clean, and comfortable stay away from the strip. I would return again.

Warm, yummy cookies. What else do you need? Our first time at a Double Tree, we will be back. Thank you to the great staff, from the desk to the shuttle driver, they were all very friendly, funny and professional. They made it a 5 star experience! Well done!

The hotel was great! Room was very nice. Clean and spacious. Close to the airport, which is why I pick this place. They have free shuttle from the airport. I had an issue getting the shuttle to pick me up. I called at 6:50am to get picked up and was told the driver was leaving at 7:00 to pick me up. I called back at 7:30 and was told he was dropping off a passenger and he would be right there. Called at 7:50 and was told he had stopped by twice and could not find me and would be right there. Called back at 8:10 and was told he would be right there. Called again at 8:17. He finally showed up at 8:21. He drove up and got out of the van and said anyone for Double Tree. Me another couple got on. Stop at another stop and he did the same thing. If he stop twice before and did that I would got on! Got to the hotel and talked to manager on duty who was the one I was talking to on the phone and told him, that no way he stopped by twice. He sorta said sorry but really didn’t do anything to try to make me happy. If he would of said he would talked to the driver, I would of been some what ok with the situation. I hate being lied too!

Two night stay, bed was tad squishy, floor was sticky, ac was loud and walls were thin. Heard the cars driving, neighbors alarm at 330 am go off for a while. Guessing they don’t wake up easily. People coming back from the night out in the hallways. Overall it was good staff way friendly.

Conveniently eight minutes from McCarran Airport. Love this place has a great little lobby with amenities. There’s a Maverick a mile away to stock up on beverages and snacks. There’s an Applebee’s in the same parking lot. I love going here and hanging out by the pool all day for a weekend getaway from Reno to Vegas!!

This used to be our favorite hotel for the convenience to the airport. Couldn’t get any closer. Applebees is a 2 minute walk. BUT this last visit was not good. After we get everything unpacked we hear water running. Come to find out our toilet just kept running. We closed the door and we really couldn’t hear it. But then the a/c became a bigger issue. Every time it came on it shook the whole room. We got very little sleep. Not a good night. We mentioned it at check out and they said they were working on it.

Had a reservation and went to check in at 11:30 pm and the computers were down, when the computers came up they could not find my reservation even with the Hotels.com confirmation number. The front desk gave a free breakfast and said that it closes at 11 am. We went to check out at 10;05 and it was closed and the front desk said that they quoted me weekend hours. The ice machine was not working . The place was clean and construable with no other problems, the staff was very nice at all times.

Found out if you book through Hotel.com they will not allow you to add your H Honors number to the reservation which means you have to pay for wifi and you get nothing from the hotel including the chocolate chip cookie. Hotel staff was very rude and made it very clear they didn't want us at the hotel since we booked with a third party.

My daughter who is 25 ended up stranded while flying cross-country and missed the last connection to Oakland CA. Due to the delay being because of weather, and my daughter not being a regular traveler, the airline offered nothing in compensation. I was able to book the hotel and reserve it for her. They sent a shuttle to pick her up from the airport and got her settled in within half an hour, making the end of her day much less stressful than the beginning. She had a nice, quiet, non-smoking room and was able to snuggle in for the night. They also made sure to get her back to the airport for her early morning flight. Thank you for rescuing my wayward family.

I truly appreciate the ownership for investing in recent renovations—the room was fresh, comfortable, and well-appointed. We arrived close to midnight with our family of four, and the shuttle driver was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, which was a blessing after a long travel day. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the staff’s attentiveness made all the difference. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sales Executive Stevie Cancel, who was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re planning a group stay, meeting, or event in Las Vegas, I highly recommend reaching out to Stevie—he’s a fantastic representative of the property and will take great care of you. Low and behold we hear a light knocking over the a/c. We thought it was the room next door. We weren’t expecting anyone. Before we knew it a maid stuck her head in our room. At least we were under the covers. I sure wish my husband locked the door properly!

I enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. It was my first visit ever so for my first time it was not bad at all. The only hiccup was the shower could have been a bit cleaner due to hair being left in the shower on the floor. It wasn’t just one string of hair. It was a few pieces of it and I had to wash it down the drain myself Overall my stay went well.

The only bad part was the maid knocking on the door after our arrival to clean the room. She had no idea we had checked in and even asked us “oh. Did you check in at the desk?” Then, at 830 am, a maid came in to clean our room. We were checking out that day so there was no reason for her to come in early since we would be leaving soon.

1. No daiky cleaning or replenishment of water, coffee, etc. Sewms like they are cutting costs by cutting srvice. 2. The big ine is they don't own their parking lot and you cannot pay them for parking. You have to go online and fill out a form. The terms of service are horrible and allow them to sell your data. You have no choice or you can't park there. It is WRONG on so many levels. This must change!!! Paying for parking in Vegas is already stupid. Signi g up to be pimped out by the parking lot is beyond bad service.

I had booked and fully paid for two rooms with breakfast included for 5 people. However, upon check-in, the front desk staff only gave one room key to my guests and said nothing about the second room. As a result, all 5 guests were forced to stay in a single room with only 4 beds. A few hours later, after I found out what happened, I called the front desk and demanded the second room—which was rightfully ours. Only then, and without any apology or explanation, the staff provided the second room. It appeared as if they were trying to hide the existence of the second room from my guests in an attempt to possibly resell it. The next morning, my guests were told they had to pay for breakfast, even though I had booked rooms with breakfast included. Since my guests are tourists from another country and don’t speak English well, they felt forced to pay over $100 for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel never provided them with any breakfast vouchers at check-in. The way your staff handled this situation was highly unprofessional and unethical. It seems clear that they took advantage of international tourists unfamiliar with the process. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never stay at your hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. I request a full refund for the breakfast charges and expect an explanation for this behavior.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in years. The room was quiet and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. After realizing a pair of sunglasses were left behind I contacted the hotel. Not only had they found them, but Kim, the housekeeping manager mailed them to my house for free. Check-in was at 3 PM, and I arrived around 3:23. I had booked two rooms for eight people through Expedia. The listing said each room would come with either a king bed or two queens. Since we had four people per room, I expected—reasonably—to receive two queen beds in each room.When I asked about bed options at check-in, the front desk staff member immediately became dismissive. He didn’t greet me kindly or make any attempt to help. Instead, he demanded to see the reservation confirmation and repeatedly told me that unless I had documentation showing “2 queen beds” for each room, he couldn’t do anything. Unfortunately, Expedia’s confirmation only showed “king bed,” even though the booking process showed it could be either a king or two queens—without giving me the option to choose. I tried to explain this to him calmly, but he just kept cutting me off and repeating the same thing like a script. The man helping me was short, with black hair, dark skin, a small mustache, and appeared to be of Indian descent. From the start, he seemed irritated, impatient, and completely unwilling to listen. My sister—who has worked in hospitality for Marriott—tried to speak with him too, hoping for a more professional interaction, but he remained cold and rude. On top of the poor service, the hotel itself was not clean. The common areas looked dirty and poorly maintained. It was a completely disappointing experience from the moment we walk

Great staff, rooms are dated and we’re still dirty. Hair in the bathroom and soap residue in the shower. The AC sounded like a truck starting up every time it would turn on. We just turned it off.
