The breakfast didn't include Orange juice but the rest was good The shower pressure was not good enough to shower and the AC vent was directly blowing into our face across from our bed.

My stay was for a business trip so I didn't sample or have a chance to enjoy most of the amenities (workout room, pool, outdoor seating, etc.) However my room was excellent, clean, complete, well furnished. The heating/AC worked well and the bathroom was very clean; the shower, sink, toilet, everything was no problem. The hallways were always clean and tidy as were the lobby and other common areas. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the pantry being availble for snacks, drinks and food options. (Loved the complimentary fresh popped popcorn!)

We’ve stayed at this property before. Convenient location to the allegiant Stadium. We had reservations for 2 queen room and some how the reservation were for a king room. Showed them my confirmation for the 2 queen room. They were unable to correct there mistake due to being sold out.

Upon arrival, I couldn’t help but notice how friendly both staff members were while helping and greeting customers. We arrived a little before check in time, but the hotel was still able to accommodate us. The lobby was very clean and spacious, which also had an onsite dinning area and bar. Our room was very clean and updated and had a refrigerator which allowed for us to keep some drinks cold. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a great night sleep. The main reason for our stay at this hotel was for a concert at Allegiant Stadium, which was just a short walk to and from. It is a very convenient location from the stadium. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you plan to visit the stadium for a game or event.

10/10; stayed here with the lady for Bruno Mars at Allegiant stadium. Since it’s right next to the stadium it’s only a couple stoplights across to the entrance!

the bed was comfortable… First of all I didn’t get the room that I paid for. The room that I had paid for was a king room with a sofa bed. I didn’t get that and was told the only room they had was a handicap room. When checking in I almost had to pay again even though I had paid online the day prior. One employee was anything but nice. He seemed annoyed and had no customer service. We were given our keys after what seemed like 20 minutes of them finding our booking. Once in the room we realized the door to the balcony did not lock and our tv remote wasn’t working. We went back to the lobby to tell the gentleman and he seemed irritated that we went to go tell him. He said he would send someone to come fix the door and tv remote but NOBODY EVER CAME! The final straw was when my baby was crawling around and found 3 BEER BOTTLES. I took them from her and waited for my boyfriend to get back to the room so he could go talk to the receptionist . He then went to tell the female worker and she brushed him off and told him he could have them. The only thing she did was let him take a few items from the little snack store. She seemed to not care that our baby just got ahold of BEER bottles! They did not clean the room properly and had left BEER IN ONE OF THE DRAWERS. Not everyone comes to Vegas to party!!!! Very upsetting and I would not recommend to anyone.

One of the elevators wasn't working, so I had to use the one that worked on the opposite side of the hotel. Once my stay, the only elevator that was working had stopped working. Mind you, I was on the 3rd floor with a lot of luggage. Other than that, it was great.

The hotel was super cute and quiet… it was also very clean. The pool was amazing! It was a very hot day. I loved the waterfall. I booked a room with breakfast for two, but was given breakfast for only one. Neither Expedia nor the hotel was willing to take responsibility, even after I provided proof. After many phone calls, I received only a minimal refund. It seems they expect one person to eat while the other goes hungry.

Please work on your front desk staff. Extremely unprofessional. Booked online just hrs before. When attempt to check in was told in an extremely rude way, there were no available rooms. Glad i didn't stay there after all

My suite was fine, the 2.5 hour wait to check in was not. We went to the Beyoncé concert and barely made it on time due to delay in checking in. Once we got our room the toilet didn’t work we reported it to the front desk. After our return our toilet did flush but it ran most of the night. We request clean towels and coffee they never arrived I had to go down to the front desk and only received 2 towels and coffee but no creamer or sugar. The ice machine on our floor dispensed crushed ice which melted rather quickly. The staff seemed inadequate not sure why as Marriott was an official partner of the concert and had to know Beyoncé can sell out any venue. Over 50 people had to wait for there room to be available that showed up at the required check in time (3 pm). So I was frustrated and disappointed in the Marriott this trip probably wouldn’t have been as bad if they had offered coffee or some sort of refreshment for the inconvenience

The hotel was in a convenient location. After my stay here, I was reminded of what three star hotels have to offer, and will considers different types of properties for my travel stays moving forward.

Checked in - staff made it clear we booked through third party so no amenities would be honored . Seemed put off . Room was ok - nothing great. Will credit them with it being spacious. Had to call desk to get towels only had one in room. Remote not working . Used work out facility in am - no water in water jug. Thermostat was broke and room was 77 degrees. No wipes to clean equipment. I stopped at desk to let them know and ask about water. I could buy one - they’d tell maintainence about issues. Again seemed like an inconvenience. The only staff who was engaging and kind was bartender when we grabbed a night cap . Shout out to him . Would have expected better quality from a Marriott.

The staff were very hit or miss, some helpful and others not at all. The hot tub was broken, the pool was clean and they didn't clean even when we reported it. The room didn't get clean during the stay either. The gym and cafe were great and the room itself was very comfortable.

Took longer than expected to have second room ready. It wasn't ready until past 5 pm. Couch in first room was quite hard, certainly not comfortable. Bed was nice. Shower was nice. TV was easy to use.

One suggestion, they have a small coffee shop in the lobby but, sadly it was never open. Overall, it’s a great location!.

The hot tub and pool were dirty. The hot tub was cold and mostly used as a kiddie pool while we were there. The weather was on the cooler end the first few days and the hotel advertised the pool being heated - it was not. It was just a regular pool. The firepit was also broken and not working, so we couldn't even enjoy that. Overall, the room was comfortable, however, the bathroom was janky. The shower struggled to work, pooled water in the bottom, and is need of repair. The faucet to the sink is so lose you have to hold it down with one hand and use the other to turn it on so you don't accidently rip it off the sink. The toilet also needs repaired and would run after every flush so you would have to jiggle the handle to fix it. It was nice to have a patio, but the chairs and table were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves before we could sit outside and enjoy the space. Breakfast was okay, overpriced, but of course, that is what you expect in a hotel. A bagel with cream cheese and two black coffees was twenty bucks. Oof. Also parking is not free unless you are a member. Staff was friendly though and when we needed things they were attentive.

The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and very accommodating! There's a small room in the lobby that sells snacks and essentials and don't gouge you with prices. Would stay again!

The location is good just off the strip, our hotel room bathroom was not cleaned properly, dirty toliet and shower.

The beds in our room are not comfortable. I booked with Marriott because they always boast of their comfy beds. These beds were hard and firm, and my whole family had back aches from sleeping on them, just for one night.

Could not find a luggage trolly. Apparently all of them were being held in other guests rooms.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim. The tile in the bathroom was loose and my husband stubbed his toe. There was also some mold by the shower area. I wanted coffee in the morning at 1030 when I checked out and there was none, the only coffee that was available was whatever you made inside your room.

I paid for queen bed , they put me in room with double bed . I was scammed.Never had experience like that .

I choose to stay there being that it was a marriot the expectations of a clean hotel is what I though to get. But the bathroom was disgusting mold around the door and pink gross mold inside the shower. Just motel 6 quality

2) The room was clean, bed was terribly firm, had to sleep on the little sofa. Bathroom lacked counter space/shelving/under sink storage. No vending or ice machine on 2nd floor. The sidewalks around the hotel need a good power wash.

This Courtyard was the perfect location to get to the Alligiant Stadium in Las Vegas and easy access to get on the freeway to get to other places quickly. I'm a Marriott member and so I try to always stay at a Marriott as much as possible. I usually love the beds....not so at this location. The bed and pillows needed to be replaced. The staff, also, wasn't consistent with how they were checking in guests. Usually, staff is over friendly. Not so with this location.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, there was an open safety pin on the floor that was almost stepped on bare foot. Other than that the room was clean. Lots of traffic noise from the freeway and the a/c unit had a rattle in the fan so it was noisy all night long.

It was a good stay for the weekend.

Not much for services in the area. Thought there was a shuttle but there isn’t one. Restaurant is the quality of continental breakfast. Quiet. First room the lock was broken, but got moved quickly. It was ok. Kind of expected more but comfy and quiet stay.

I thought it had a restaurant as described but found out open only for Breakfast (not included in rate) then open 5pm-10 pm. We came back right before 10pm & it was closed. We needed our room cleaned on 2nd day - disappointed to come back to room to find Not cleaned & I had to go down to front desk where they handed me the towels & tissue we needed. Front desk staff was very Courteous.

Check in took time due to computer problems. I was compensated with a free parking pass. An attending employee had a severe cough and should not have been on duty that day

You cannot advertise the pull out sofa as a place to sleep. That thing is a torture device. Get rid of them and change the rooms to twins or queens or provide air mattresses. That was absolutely ridiculous

Liked the Starbucks and being able to grab some decent food without having to leave. Bed was comfortable.
