Reviews
Guests generally enjoyed their stay at the hotel, praising the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location close to the strip and convention center. However, some guests were disappointed with the lack of certain amenities such as a full length mirror, microwave, and complimentary breakfast, as well as issues with parking and noise from the road.

Great staff service. My kids really enjoyed the pool and shared areas. Room was clean, spacious, and plenty of outlets for charging. The only "negative" I have is that the wall/ceilings were thin. We stayed on the first floor and could hear heavy footsteps from the floor above.

The parking was good but there was no continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice.

There was no breakfast, only a Starbucks counter with food. And nothing on Sunday. Hotel was being painted outside and some renovations to the building too.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere! The staff were polite and we paid for our parking spot which was convenient. Highly recommended! We found hair strands near the sink and in the shower. The bedding was coarse and scratchy to sleep.

The hotel is under construction, so appearance wise it wasn't great. The rooms were clean and decent. The layout of the bathroom and sink area was annoyingly small and inconvenience. Not having breakfast option on the weekend wasn't great not sure why they offer it on the weekdays and not the weekends. Staff was great.

Very good

It was nice that their food spot was open in the evening when there isnt so many eating options nearby. The food was good at a reasonable hotel price. Getting around the hotel is also very easy and not in any maze.way as some hotels.

Front of hotel was being replaced. Guest access was through back doors only, with no signs to indicate that they were for the hotel. Wasted 15 driving around the same area trying to find the hotel. Had to stop and ask another hotel front desk what was going on.

I liked that the staff was helpful, knowledgable, and very friendly. I did like that everything I needed, supplied with, or fixed was taken care of in a timely manner. I also liked that the current construction didn't interfere with my stay in any way whatsoever. I didn't like that my room had a few issues. I had to call for bedding for the pull out sofa at around 1:30 a.m. since they were not already available. I did not like that the HDMI port on my TV looked like someone had taken a screw driver to it and I had to once again call someone to fix the situation for me since I was working and need a larger monitor. My floor was not as clean as it should have been since there were large crumbs and a piece of broken glass on the carpet when we arrived, though everything else was very clean.

Staff was personable and friendly. Nice! WiFi provider let us down for last two days of the trip and my cell hotspot wasn’t robust enough to handle what I needed. That created a real problem for me as I needed to do my work before I left for the trade show. Two days in the same morning time frame was really not helpful to me.

Nice clean room. Disappointed in the info that the desk agent gave us for getting to The Sphere for our show.
- 2/5
Carpet is disgusting. Towels had hair on them. Definitely won't come back to this location.
- 4/5
It was okay. Clean, convenient, comfortable pillows
- 4/5
If you’re looking for a nice stay just off the strip this is your place. Great location to hop on Boingo Convention Ctr monorail station Just across the street from The Convention Center. It’s a 20+ minute walk to The Sphere. A quick & easy Uber ride to/from the airport. They were doing exterior renovations while we were there which apparently made it tricky for Uber drivers to get in & out of. The beds are VERY firm. I prefer a softer sleep, but I slept well. The pillows definitely need upgrading because they offer no support. The sheets were a little scratchy, but they are hotel sheets not the ones I have at home. Refrigerator in room & microwave in lobby of hotel. They do serve meals from their on site kitchen although we didn’t eat there. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Vegas!
- 4/5
Location is right across the street from Convention Center. Just walk, no need for transportation. Menu at restaurant was limited.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, loved that it was right at the convention center.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff treats you with respect, makes you feel right at home, and ensures your experience is nothing short of exceptional. I can’t wait to stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Our room was very clean. Easy access to the Las Vegas Monorail but we walked to the Sphere in about 30 minutes.when we wanted
- 3/5
A construction worker climbed onto my balcony while I was in my room changing, not okay
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
Don’t vacuum the halls before 0900hrs. Spent time watching a spinning circle while using tv. Breakfast line is backwards, you start people by the goods you want them to buy, not by the back of a giant coffee machine with no visibility.
- 4/5
We stayed in a 3rd floor suite facing the courtyard. POSITIVES: independent temperature control LR vs BR; comfy beds/ pillows; large space; everyday housekeeping which is rare nowadays post COVID. Relatively quiet. Very friendly front desk and BISTRO eaterie/ bar staff adjacent to front lobby. NEGATIVES: From time to time, could smell cigarette smoke wafting into our room possibly from the adjoining room's outdoor balcony? Could also hear our next door neighbors on rare occasions as only a single LR door separated our unit from theirs. Biggest NEGATIVE: Absolutely worst WIFI service ever! Unable to send/ receive calls or texts from room forcing to use the room's land line phone at extra charge. As a test, my wife and I tried calling one another from our separate cell phones while literally standing only 3 feet apart. Calls still wouldn't go through! Upon notifying the front desk on multiple occasions, they said we'd need to resolve through the hotel's WIFI technical support. When this proved fruitless they said we'd need to resolve through our cell provider, T-Mobile. We called T-Mobile technical support who assured there was no problem with tower reception in our area; so the fault clearly originated from the hotel's WIFI. So we went "full circle" with no resolution. Upon check-out, however, the front desk was very apologetic and was nice enough to "comp" us free parking for our entire stay in compensation for our troubles.
- 3/5
The front desk attendant gave us a room that already had someone staying in it. Good thing we didn’t get to far into the room. They gave us another room and a credit at the Bistro and tried to upgrade us but it didn’t work for our family. They were definitely apologetic for the error but you have to be careful as you never know what you’ll find in Vegas! We will not be staying here again.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room, and it has a nice little bistro. No complaints.
- 4/5
The room had a "musty" smell however -- but there was a balcony so I was able to leave the screen door open for fresh air.
- 4/5
Great location for the train and to get to the convention centre.
- 5/5
Ckean and super quiet
- 5/5
Clean room and excellent breakfast.

Clean room, easy access to main street
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. They very friendly, professional, helpful , and accommodating. The location was great Noisy. The rooms are not well insulated. Could hear the person next door, also major planes fly right over when leaving las vegas. No free breakfast.
- 5/5
We have stayed here for previous conventions and will be back. it is very convenient, and an easy walk to all halls. Easy parking for your car. The Bistro in house is great!!
- 5/5
Quick check in. Friendly staff! Clean room!! Walkable to the event we were in town for and the strip.
- 5/5
I stayed there for Mr Olympia, very nice location and east walkable distance to las Vegas convention center. Great staff, also nice gym room.

This property is in accord with the Marriott standards. It'svery comfortable, well kept, clean, and the service of the staff was professional. I noticed that the housekeeping crew member went beyond the mark and took the time to even arrange my children's stuffed animals in a way that made them feel like home. I will definitely recommend this place. One thing I would recommed the property is to stock the gym with more dumbells. Other than that it's a great choice when staying in Vegas.
- 5/5
Clean room easy check in and out
- 5/5
Enjoyed the breakfast option; Justin was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and providing ideas of things to do.

Loved the proximity of walking to the Las Vegas Convention Center
- 5/5
Worked out well! Nice little spot right at the monorail.
- 5/5
I went here for Evo, and it's better than the westgate for what it is. It's super quiet, its around the corner from LV convention center and the parking was easy. Only con is that it's normal hotel in Las Vegas, which is you don't get the perks of casino and restaurants on the main floor, but there is a dining area, mini convenience booth, and a place to fill your water bottle. Overall, it's a decent hotel.
- 3/5
Location was great. I liked the rooms and cleanliness Breakfast spread was very limited. Staff was not very friendly especially the breakfast service. They didn’t seem to care .
- 5/5
Just across the street from the convention center, nice of them to let us park there for a bit past midnight cause of an event.

The staff service is high quality: They were able to accommodate my request to be on the first floor. They were able to provide me with late checkout as a Bonvoy member The Bistro inside the hotel has amazing food and staff service (ordered buffalo chicken and bistro burger on different occasions) I plan to visit again on my next convention. Highly appreciative of the location, comfort and service
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The location of hotel was not accurate. I wanted the Marriott located by Allegiant Area.
- 5/5
Great place to stay across the street from the convention center!
- 3/5
The property is very clean. I was not aware about the parking fee of $20
- 5/5
Room were great and clean!
- 4/5
Great and friendly staff
- 5/5
Close to strip and monorail
- 5/5
Location was perfect - short walk to convention center and monorail station. The room was clean, had a nice balcony, bed was very comfortable, had a smart TV. Room had a bit of a stale cigarette smoke smell, but I wasn’t too bothered by it to ask for a change. It is a nonsmoking property so I guess there was guest noncompliance at some point, or the nonsmoking thing is a recent addition. The tiny gym has two nice treadmills, elliptical, bench and some free weights. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. It was pretty small, but sparkly clean with cute surroundings.
- 5/5
Friendly , comfortable
- 5/5
Easy access to the convention center. It's right across the street from the north hall. Easy in, easy out, lots of parking. Rooms were nice and quiet.
- 5/5
The ability to get a discount for an additional night.
- 4/5
Convenient location, clean, good service, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 4/5
Adequate property for the convention area - reasonable price.
- 5/5
Really friendly staff and very clean room.
- 5/5
pull out bed was uncomfortable
- 4/5
Convenient to access convention entry and other nearby locations.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the bed comfortable.
- 5/5
If you have an event at the Convention Center, this is a.great location. Monorail to take you to the strip.
- 4/5
Hotel staff were great! I didn't like the location of the room they assigned me to and asked if I could switch and they accommodated me quickly and with a great attitude.
- 5/5
Perfect for the convention center! Enjoyed the quietness, being away from the strip. Very clean.
- 4/5
Convenient stay for our volleyball team
- 2/5
The room smelt The place was dark and felt cheaper than what I paid Fitness rooom was small and equipment was poor and missing dumbbells For the price per night and pay $20 to park the car per night is over priced for sure
- 5/5
Nothing, everything was perfect ?
- 4.5/5
The property was quiet and clean. We had a view of the sphere which was pretty cool! It was close to the monorail line, but we thought the monorail was a little pricey for what you get. Would be a great location if you were going to the convention centre!
- 5/5
The monorail to the strip was across the street.
- 3/5
It was an ok stay.
- 4.5/5
Bed was very comfortable and the facility was very clean room rate should have been the same for all 4 nights as quoted on Booking .com rather than charging more for weekend nights
- 5/5
Sandra was wonderful! She is a great customer service person.
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Everything was very clean. Loved having a couch in the room to lounge on before going to bed. The bed was firm (in a good way!) and pillows were comfy. The property itself was in a great location, so it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious parking lot!
- 5/5
They couldn't find my booking.com booking for a while
- 5/5
Walking distance to places of interest was reasonable (the strip, monorail, the sphere, bus stop). Hotel was clean and kept up. Employees were very helpful
- 4/5
Convenient to monorail. Quieter area relative to the strip. Bar staff were exceptionally friendly. Pillows a little lumpy.
- 4/5
Corridors look a little dated and the lift needs better signposting to find it!
- 5/5
Conveniently located across from the convention center and even walking distance to the strip, about a mile and half. But there's so much to look at, the walk goes by fast. The room was clean and nicely updated. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The property was clean and serene away from the buzzing of the Las Vegas strip but about 15 mins walk to get to the strip.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
I like that it is within walking distance to the Las Vegas Convention Center at an affordable price.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Everything was so clean and facilities were new and well-kept. Felt safe staying there and it wasn’t expensive.
- 5/5
Stayed while attending a music festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. While we were initially hesitant due to it's distance from the venue, it was far cheaper to stay here than anywhere on the Strip and for the price we got great clean, comfortable and quiet rooms which was perfect for a bunch of 30 year olds who just wanted to go to bed after. It was about a 10 minute uber to the Strip or a 30 minute walk which honestly wasn't too bad.
- 5/5
Our 2nd stay here in less than a month. We spent Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week at this property and both stays were amazing. The staff and property were both top tier. Favorite part is the gated parking lot, makes us feel safe! Will definitely stay here again ✌
- 3/5
The room was clean, but a bit cramped. The bathroom was bright, also clean, with amenities. There was a sofa bed much too small for most adults and it was bowed in the center. That was a big disappointment as it was included as sleeping accommodation. The grounds were well kept and there was a small coffee shop serving a few snacks and pastries.
- 5/5
The rooms are nice and clean and are well maintained. Beds are big and comfy lol.
- 2/5
Everything else was worse the a 2 star China hotel . The USB outlets are worn out and you have push and adjust to charge your phone . Trash can not emptied after cleaning No bath mat after cleaning . I have been a bonvy member for 20 years . Why can't members get the same rate that they can get off hotel.com it's a joke you want the membership but the only place you get appreciated as a bonvy member is in China
- 5/5
We arrived at 8am and the front desk was so nice and found us a room ready for us and they were so helpful in helping guide us with the monorail especially since it was the Saturday of the F1 race. I would definitely stay again because it’s not in the crazy ese of the strip but the monorail is just across the street and takes you everywhere
- 5/5
Easy ride from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were clean.
- 5/5
Close enough to the strip, far enough from the hassle
- 5/5
It was dope
- 5/5
Other than the fact that it was only close to the convention center, where there were not any other things to see or do, every thing was great.
- 5/5
Staff super helpful! Top notch!
- 5/5
Close to monorail
- 5/5
Walking distance to the convention center. Friendly desk staff and good food at the restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here in the future.
- 5/5
It was good place to rest after a day of travel and play
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful when they were needed. Room was clean and quiet with plenty of outlets
- 4/5
Location to Convention Center and politeness of the staff
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
A nice and non expensive place to stay
- 3/5
Itd cool
- 5/5
Really quiet and safe area , a block away from the strip but the monorail is right across the street which was perfect . Did not have to get Uber or use my own car for transportation. Room was clean , overall the experience was great.
- 5/5
Stayed here to be close to a testing center near the convention center. Walkable to both places, but it was super hot outside. Room was quiet, parking was easy and felt safe, but cost $20 per day. I appreciated the coffee/eatery hours and the front desk attendant kindly made me a coffee outside of the hours. Very nice, no fuss stay in Vegas for a non Vegas person. The train is just steps away so we could have easy transportation to the strip if we wanted it.
- 5/5
The best hotel in Vegas
- 5/5
Our favorite hotel for the convention center
- 5/5
Good location and value. Great staff.
- 5/5
It’s a good hotel
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, staff were nice and professional, hotel was quiet, convenient monorail station across the street. Walkable to the convention center.
- 4/5
Nice property. Across the street from LVCC so incredibly convenient. No resort fee. Balconies are an added bonus. Decent food for breakfast and dinner.
- 5/5
Walk to convention center very convinient freindly staff and great dining option.
- 5/5
Older but very well maintained property. Way better than staying on the strip.
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Compare this to other hotels which looked close but are actually farther and with heavy foot traffic, this Courtyard was a simple 8 min walk to and from. At this time of my stay 7/19-21, there was a road construction on Paradise Ave which did cause some heavy car traffic. So in and out via auto was difficult. Overall the room is spacious, the staff is friendly and facilities is clean and well maintained. Guaranteed I plan to be here in my next visit if the convention is held at West hall
- 3/5
Mostly fine, but wifi is ass. To be fair though, the wifi in the entire area is ass, even my own cell data. Also, the Chromecast wasn't working. Tried everything to get it working.
- 3/5
OK hotel just a little far off the strip. The pool is too small and no Jacuzzi area around the hotel is kind of unsafe, but overall not a bad deal with no resort fees.
- 4/5
The water faucet in the bathroom was leaking whenever you showered.
- 5/5
I was absolutely happy with my stay here. It was very quiet, clean, the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I was really impressed with the staff and their attitude. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony which was super nice. The hotel was quiet and we were able to sleep good. I would highly recommend this place. They offer breakfast and dinner for an extra fee but it was not too pricey and it was delicious. I loved the fact that we didn’t need to leave the hotel to get some good food. They also have a Starbucks menu that is available. It down not have the whole Starbucks menu, but it had my favorite drinks which was perfect!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Quiet, clean place
- 5/5
Clean and neat. Staff was great and helpful. Not many eating options close by.
- 4/5
Friendly front desk Very little staff support.
- 5/5
Stay was great. This hotel has had a recent renovation and is furnished with modern furniture and theme.
- 2/5
Really old property. The bath was too small and there was no exhaust in the toilet. Really old property with a Marriot sticker. The front desk was friendly and nice but the rooms are a total downer.
- 5/5
I loved
- 5/5
I enjoyed the kindness of the staff! Especially Nicolas!
- 4/5
