Check in was so easy. Was middle of the night when got to hotel but staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of variety.

Great stay, especially if you’re traveling with family and want to stay away from the noisy Strip. Perfect location with decent food options around. 20 mins drive from Strip.

After driving for 16 hours, we realized we weren't going to make it to our destination that night. I hurriedly booked this, not really looking at anything else but location. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk changed our room type to be more accommodating for our situation. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Just stayed the one night. Had no problem was a good experience.

The noise from the streets is amplified horribly by the two hotels making some kind of sound barrier, I barely got any sleep the entire week. The entire hotel smells kinda weird, the lower level like sewage every morning. Lots of “long stay” people so that also plays unfavorable for myself, pool and hot tub are very dirty.

There was a horrible smell throughout the hallways in the hotel - like for lack of a better word - stale farts. The road noise was excessive at times. Parking was fine, though the numerous signs made me wonder just how 'safe' the area was. Not sure it would be first choice on my list in the future!

Rm 301 you could definitely hear all the noise from the traffic. Also the refrigerator was very noisy.

Free continental breakfast. The handle on my toilet and bathroom door nob was broken. The pool was closed and although advertised doesn't seem to have a hot tub. Arrival is 4:00 pm, an hour later than other accommodations.

Honestly it was a great experience. My husband and I decided to go to the nascar race at the last minute and booked a room. Check in wasn’t until 4, we got there early and they let us check in early. The girl at the front desk was very nice. The room was exactly as advertised and very nice. We will definitely come back. Thank you comfort inn!!

The location was very good for us. We visited our son and family at the Airforce Base. WE stayed four nights. The first two mornings at breakfast they were out of coffee.(that is NOT good!). The third morning, they were out of eggs! The fourth morning, they were out of bacon/sausage. The pool was not very clean, and the spa was very dirty.

I made a reservation and I had a family member from another state that was paying for the room and the lady at the desk did not work with me at all stating that they would have to be there in order to pay, not over the phone. Leaving me and my family with no place to stay. Terrible customer service.

staff said we had to bang on the gate opener too get the battery to work to get into pool. when we checked in the lady at front was really rude and rolling her eyes because we rang the bell to ask her for help with check in. the food was good and the cooking staff was really nice.

The hotel was great, room was clean but I wish the bathroom had a fan (not a big deal). The pool was nice for that Vegas heat, nothing fancy. The hot tub looks mildewy on the tiles but it was more like a stained look that needs a good pressure washing, but the water was clean so we took our chances, lol. And the breakfast was good, again nothing fancy, eggs, breakfast meat, make your own waffles and some other sides. All in all not too shabby.

The night clerk was rude and the bathroom ceiling started sagging and falling from water buildup and when I let the front desk clerk know, her reaction was "oh wow". The bed was lumpy and the bathroom floor was dirty.

Booked a 2 night stay, found out prior to checking in that a family member had a medical emergency that caused me to return home early. When checking in informed the evening manager who was wonderful, that I would only be staying one night as a result. She told me she would refund the 2nd night since it was still 24hrs before the 2nd day would be used, but that the manager in the morning would have to perform the refund since it was prepaid. Next morning the manager refused. I switched to this hotel for my monthly Vegas trip due to another's recommendation. Will not be using them again. His failure to refund me 1 night has cost them 24 nights annually as a result. Too bad for them, Will now go back to my usual, LA Quinta just down the street. Much better service.

If you want your privacy respected this is not your place. We were there 2 nights and didn't need maid services so we hung the DO NOT DISTURB sign and we were diturbed. It was also loud from the busy traffic outside. Staff had no concern about being disturbed. Won't stay again.

Tile in bathroom was cracked, loose, and missing grout between half of the tiles. Water damage around the tub area. TV stuck on 1 channel. Not even using the TV console controls would work to change channels. All other buttons functioned properly.

Front desk rather rude very difficult to understand and would not explain the deposit to me which was not noted on the reservation site. The water pressure was terrible in the shower (makes it hard to rinse your hair when you have long thick hair) and for the toilet, it would barely flush. The air Conditioner was super loud and never shut off- no thermostat control and it would make a clunking sound every so often that would wake you up. The neighborhood is not the best, little run down. Felt a little unsafe If you have your window open you hear a lot of loud motorcycles and traffic, you can hear cars racing down the street. Over all for the price it’s a little expensive for what you get.

Good, basic and clean hotel. The only complain was that the WiFi wasn't working, and since it was a work trip, i couldn't get up to date with work, actually fell behind. I asked for help at the front desk and they couldn't do anything about it.

The desk receptionist took too long to check us in. We already had reservations, so the process should have been simple and quick.

I paid extra for 2 queens for my family of 4. Instead I got 1 king. No reimbursement for the difference - not cot offered. No bedding for the couch.

There’s not plenty of parking spaces. Homeless people walking in and out of the parking lot at any time.

I am 6'5" and cannot sleep comfortably in a small bed- I always book a King , especially when traveling with my wife. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 double beds. We were told it was the only room left. They did somehow manage to find us a room with a king, after I made an issue of this with the front desk.

Just an average room, nothing special. the pros: friendly desk staff, nice view from the room, good location for seeing the air base and fighter jets taking off and landing. Cons: breakfast selection was about as simple as it could be. it would be hard to call this a breakfast, since the hotel is located on a verry busy intersection (Lamb and Craig) it was quite noisy even throughout the night. ok stay

Theblobby floor and rug was dirty, the carpet in the elevator was coming apart, and whennwe go to our room it was worse. Holes in the curtain, a big burn hole in the carpet, hair grease on the headboard, dark stains on the pillow, tv was crooked like someone had tried to steal it, wallpaper pealing off the bathroom walls, bathroom tile cracked and coming apart, holes all over the wall where a bigger mirror once was, screetching sounds from the shower, and buildup on the showerhead. We didnt have anywhere else to go with such short notice and fear we wouldnt get our money back. The only positive thing i can say is we found another place to stay our second night so they only charged us for the one night. It was the worst place we have ever stayed.

This area is all under construction (and it appears this is not a new thing). Parking is along a street by a trucking company, about 1/2 block away. No outside lighting. Only one entrance (front door) with no other means of exit. Limited dining in the area. I am paying excessively too much for the inconvenience I'm experiencing.

This stay was about what you would expect for this price point, but the area around the hotel was under construction, and so there really wasn’t any parking on site. There were a handful of parking spots, none of them probably designated spots, around the front of the hotel. Otherwise you had to park on the street in a very industrial/kind of sketchy area. So that was annoying.

Maybe we were super tired, but the beds were really comfy. Slept sound all night. The room was clean and quiet. The rug could use a cleaning, but I guess that is typical. Other than that they should get away from plastic wrapped cups and other throw away products. Oh and better coffee! The area around the hotel was under construction so hard to comment on that.

Hotel itself OK, communication not so much... 3 of the 4 day stay we never received service. Always had to go get our own towels, beds not pulled up... the corker was when we had to ask for toilet paper and the night staff couldn't find it, being resourceful he gave us a partial roll out of the employee bathroom. Plan on eating out, meal staff was exstreamly nice but always out of stuff. Had to ask for coffee to be refilled, always waiting on eggs, nothing ever kept full where you could get your whole meal or snack.

We were there for a concert and sightseeing. The front desk lady, was awesome with easy directions.

continental breakfast way below what would be expected, staff was more interested in visiting at the front desk that refilling or even preparing what we had been told would be there, food was cold and hard, if there was much to choose from, they had cereal to offer, but no milk, cold hard bisquits, but no gravy check-in staff was very pleasant overall would not recommend this particular Comfort Inn very noisey from outside street noise and other rooms

We liked the staff who were friendly. We liked how clean the room was. Did not like there were homeless people in the parking lot. There was no juice or water at the continental breakfast. There was milk in a pitcher but this ran out quickly.
