We like staying at Boulder Station when traveling through Las Vegas that it is easy in and out on the Freeway. We also like the Rates we get.

The only issue I had was that while checking in, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. Other than that, the room was acceptable for the price paid. It was an extremely good value. I do not gamble so I could not tell you anything about the casino.

The room seemed reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable. The room seemed old. The bathtub drain was missing so it was just a hole. The sink drains slowly. The wallpaper was peeling. The lighting was dim.

The cost was good. The staff were helpful. The pool could have been warmer…consider a heater. No hot tub. The beds were saggy on one side..consider new mattresses. Overall good for the price.

The v facility was fibe. It was clean and well kept The security staff was horrible and I was singled out due to me being transgendered . I would never go back to that place. I locked myself in the room until morning g and then got the hell out of there as fast as I could

The cleanest, affordable, and convenient that you have everything in one place. The staff wasn't friendly enough, the techs took very long time to came and fixed the slots machines when they were not working . My next door guest were very noisy we couldn't sleep on our second day.

Boulder Station Casino is the complete package for an amazing Las Vegas experience away from the Strip! The casino floor buzzes with a fantastic vibrant energy that makes every visit exciting and fun.

The room was very clean and roomy as was the gaming areas. The only drawback was that if you arrive before check in time (3 o’clock) you are asked if you want to check in early then it’s a $30 extra fee.

Clean and spacious room!! The only complaint would be the smell in the lobby bit was expected!!!

We stayed in room 709 and in the restroom it looked like blood on the shower curtain. I forgot to take a pic before we left. It was just an overnight visit and did not use the shower

Great place for solo travelers or traveling for work. The beds are plush and offer great comfort for a full night's sleep.

Got charged $250 for room cleaning because a smoke detector went off. I don’t even smoke checked online. It’s a common occurrence for the fresh air smoke detection unit. If you wanna take the gamble for guaranteed charge 250 stay here.

First time there, right away I noticed how clean the hotel was, although my room was on the 9th floor, elevator was timely, and there was security EVERY TIME I entered and.left. Tapping your room card was an extra added security step which I appreciated, my room was spacious, clean, walls a little thin, had a " do not disturb" sign out the entire stay, and they did not disturb. Looking forward to going back soon, and they sent me discount coupons too. Wish they had an airport shuttle...still a 10 for me.

Boulder Station is a good place to stay the food court and restaurants r awesome the rooms are good sized and the beds r comfortable.......the thing u have to remember is that it is older and shows its age in little ways but other than that it is a awesome place to stay and play

This was honestly one of the worst stays I have ever stayed at in Vegas. Although check-in and food was good, that was about it. It started with us heading to go up to the room. The lady that was working at the key check area was very rude and most of the time was talking to someone else and snipping or giving dirty looks to the patrons. When you get into the elevator there is slots for the keys, however those dont even work. Which with so many people it would be easy for someone to sneak in. When we got to the room, we turned the AC down as cool as it would go, the room never even cooled down until the night we checked out. When we went to take a shower, the water barely even go luke warm so taking a hot shower was out of the question, which was really frustrating considering the pool was kept so cold that we couldnt get warm after. When you use the sink it smelt like rotten eggs. And for a non-smoking room, we were getting so much smell from everywhere else that most the time the room smelt like weed. Overall would not stay here again and would not really recommend this to anyone else that comes into town.

This is one of my favorite local places to stay it's very clean very quiet there's never anything to complain about highly recommend it

The only thing I would say is I wish all the elevators were working. The two refurbished ones were working (and wow they looked great) but the other two were not. There were alot of people at times and had to wait since only two were working. I know they are working on the others so I'm sure they will be up and running soon. All in all, had a great stay and will be back.

The housekeeping does not give service they leave the rooms unmade i always stay in this casino but they have a bad service with housekeeping they didn’t give me service. I hope. Refund one night free.

The place was nice place to stay for the night.

One security guard requested my I.D. which was very unprofessional. and the elevators do not work. They have 4 main cabs, but only two are active. The laundry room is also not in use. I actually would not mind my team having me do a show here but I am concerned for the lack of professional application of policy. Stay away from here.

I come here every few months from out of town. Rooms are clean. Staff members are always nice and knowledgeable about what was going on at all times. Quick services.

The food court needs better choices. A basic burger joint. The taco didn’t even have basic tacos. Tongue?!

The vibe of the hotel was very chill. The staff was very nice and helpful when it was needed. The food court options were great. They have a good variety. The parking lot is not far from the entrances which was a big plus.

Clean,comfortable and quiet room. Wished they had some food/drink service open late, we arrived after 11 pm and no place to buy food/drinks were open, had to Door Dash from an outside source. Otherwise enjoyed stay.

Valet parking was included in cost to stay. Food was good, staff was helpful. The one down-side was the normally 24hr restaurant was closed when I checked out due to maintenance. It is off strip but a nice place and I view of the strip @ night was great from the 14th floor. I wish I was in town longer so I could have gone to the cigar lounge. I don't know if this is normal for Las Vegas but they do allow smoking in the casino. If I am being honest even though I am a non-smoker now, I was glad to see this! All the actual lodging does appear to be non-smoking though. Will definitely choose Boulder Station again if the need arises

Overall, this was a much more pleasant experience than I had expected. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are nice. The membership program was a bit confusing but ultimately worth it. The property could use more shade for people who want a little time away from the noise.

Loved staying off the strip avoiding the traffic and parking fees. The $1.99 slushy margaritas were especially with a double shot for $2. Rooms were clean staff were nice, even the gym had free weights.

We’ve stayed here before and it has been some remodeling since. The food court is a nice improvement and the ambiance looks more classic and vibrant than before. We really enjoyed our stay

The water was shut off without notice in the middle of the night, and when it was restored, there was no hot water. To add to that, the bathroom sink has a very bad smell coming up from the pipes.

I like the small details I’ve noticed in a on going renovation, the new elevators are more accustomed to being inside a strip casino and the new key card door system makes it easier to get in your room. The new 24hr diner Game On is awesome and delicious option besides the food court options.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful, they had a unconcerned attitude. Amenities were okay, food court was not open all night. We had to leave the property to eat.

We had a deluxe king size with a view. The room was spacious with a nice view of both downtown and the strip.. The $1.99 iced margaritas were good and so were the $2.99 shrimp cocktail. Good bargain and about 15 minutes from the strip.

First room had to be exchanged smelled like sewer, second room, much better no plug-ins on the nightstand or the lamp I had to plug Cpap in under the headboard behind the mattress. Check-in was smooth, valet parking & bellhop service very helpful. Good food specials in game on bar/restaurant and good drink specials throughout the casino.

As a single woman with no kids, I stay here has been terrible and my room the entire time I complained about the air conditioner not working and someone came to fix it but then it broke again so my entire day I stayed for five days and I was in a room with no working air conditioner the entire time I didn’t wanna have to keep calling so yeah

A lot of casino options -- they have a stadium craps machine with a live dealer. Very accessible and close to freeway and other major routes. A good option if you don't want to stay near the crowded strip.

Air/fan didn’t work and the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I was done showering, the water was ankle deep . If I was staying more than one night I’d of informed staff, since my stay was short and I was exhausted I just dealt with it.

Checked in and they told me they were cutting the water for the night so we couldn’t shower, after a long day driving a nice hot shower would have been nice but we weren’t allowed to because they shut the water off for maintenance. On top that when we got to our room, three moths were flying around and the towels were dirty. Horrible experience, and I should be reimbursed since we weren’t able to used the amenities

Elevators were not working, had to use cleaning elevator to get to room. We did bring this to the staff's attention, asked for different room and was told they couldn't. The front desk clerk also kept my new "rewards" card I feel on purpose so she could use the free money, I wasn't the only one she did that with.

The fitness room only has tred mills elliptical and a few weights but everything else was amazing, 100% top notch. The fridge in the room was a bonus too I loved it so much

Its one of my favorite hotel to stay, rooms are always clean, large size, and the viwes to downtown are amazing from here. Can alway fund reasonable prices, and only about 20 minutes to downtown or freemount street.

One day there was NO water . When available, the shower water was just slightly above room temperature. I wish NEVER stay at Boulder Station again. Never.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Good shower pressure, loved the food court as well as the theater. I would go back.

There were only two elevators working for 16 floors of hotel rooms. Supposedly, two of the additional elevators were being renovated. Most of the time, there is a huge line of 10 to 20 people waiting for elevators all the time. This seemed unsafe to me if there was an emergency. a emergency that you needed to get out of your room and hotel.

Housekeeping knocked on my door super loud at 8 A.M. and entered waking me up. Once I checked out to tell the front desk the manager told me she doesn't care pretty much. That it's something they do and she's not responsible for warning guests that this takes place. How unprofessional.

The TV should sit middle of the room or on the wall make sure there are enough plugs for cellphones charging and thicker spreads in the winter.

I had fraud charges on my credit card while in Vegas and the bank froze it, they wouldn't work with me. So my reservation was worthless and I had to find another hotel that would except cash. Hotels.com needs to make it clear that the hotel needs a credit card upon checkin. I only have the one credit card that the bank froze. Do I get a refund?

The noise was tremendous in all the common areas as well as the rooms. The rooms had paper thin walls and at one point they were drilling and wiring in the adjoining room and it was very loud and went on for several hours. The really strong stale old smoke smell was unbelievable. It's a casino so you expect smoke but this was next level. The carpet/floors in the common area were really old, same with decor. Really sterile, loud, pure white formica, tile food court was often eerily empty but there were 8 different fast food choices. The good? The staff/employees!! I was shocked but these folks to a person were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The elevators had security staff who were wonderful. Had to use your room key to make the elevators work.. wouldn't recommend staying there unless you read this review and just need a cheap stay.

It’s clean, comfortable and safe. Far from the strip though, gotta have a car for it to make sense. I only come to Vegas for work trips so this is perfect for me. Good casino games too, they have video blackjack. Food is great and reasonably priced. They have a restaurant open 24/7 that does $5 breakfast specials after 11pm or midnight.

I really enjoyed my staycation at Boulder. Check in was fast and easy. I liked my room, it was cute and clean. There was an issue with my shower and hot water but Engineering came immediately and fixed it. I will be staying again.

Beds were comfortable, AC worked great. Good foodcourt options that weren't too expensive for families. Hated that we had to walk so far through the casino to get to the hotel tower - it was full of cigarette smoke and we had kids with us. Would have been nice to know about it so we could have entered at a better location. Staff was nice. Elevators smelt like mildew and the hallways getting to our room were freezing cold.

I was promised two blankets and was to be brought up by Tech. when fixing the drain plug. After a hour and a half I called back to housekeeping and a different woman answered and stated that they can't bring one to me although the previous woman who answered stated it would be brought up with the technician. She wanted to transfer me to front desk and for me to see if they can help me to pick on one from there at the front desk registration. After waiting this long I was frozen cold from waiting, it was too late. Plus I went to sleep like this since it was more than me in the room to turning on the heater. Outside of this issue it was a fantastic stay I enjoyed everything else.

The staff was great. The room was clean, but a little dated. The pull-up stop for the shower/tub didn't seal very well at all and lost some pressure to the shower. Overall the room was not very bright, especially the bathroom. I had to turn on all the lights to brighten up the room. I've stayed at several hotels in Vegas, and they must get the TV programing package from the same place, it's not very good for viewing selection. Well I wanted to sleep on the cheap for the weekend and this is what I got for <$100/night. I really like the bicycle security in the parking lot all night. I would stay here again. I did spend more time in the room than I thought, so that's on me.

Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too “billowey” and did not compress to allow my head to be aligned with my spine when sleeping on my side. The environmental controls were good. Room was quiet. Some minor peeling of wallpaper at base of shower / tub, and at the ceiling near the AC unit. Some water damage to the bottom frame of the bathroom mirror from water splash. Towels and washcloths were in good condition and not beyond their desirable life. Security controls were excellent as you would expect at a casino-hotel.

Room was good but lobby is overwhelmed with smoking smell. My room refrigerator smelled like spoiled meat but housekeeping quickly cleaned it with bleach.

The Hotel has lots to offer, from restaurants to fun activities for adults and children. The room was clean and updated, staff was friendly and helpful. This place beat my expectations tremendously.

Disgusting. Avoid if you’re sensitive to smoke or cleanliness! Despite being advertised as smoke-free rooms, the entire property smelled strongly of cigarettes, including my room. The room itself was very dirty - the shower curtain had mold all over it, and everything felt unclean. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel. The woman at the front desk refused to help and told me to contact where I booked, even though the issue was clearly within the hotel’s control. You get what you pay for.

However, there are some things to be aware of: there is no coffee or safe in the room. There are very few available outlets in the room as some of them are behind the bed and desk which makes them impossible to reach. For practical purposes, there is one plug in the main room, and one outlet in the bathroom. There was also one functioning USB plug in the room. The lack of outlets is a bit of an annoyance. This is a nice hotel; just a few suggestions to improve things.

Love staying at Boulder Station. Nice hotel great bingo. We had a nice view of the high roller and the sphere from our room on the 14th floor. The only thing was the beds were a little firm. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Las Vegas.

We really enjoyed our time at Boulder Station, especially the sportsbook system you have that include the very large seating area with screens. In addition, many areas of the casino, including the eating establishments have TV screens to view the sporting events. We enrolled in the Boarding Pass program and the sports betting app. We also lodged on the 6th floor. We appreciated the free and large parking lot, which included the garage levels, and the security presence. Thank you!

My 2 complaints is that house keeping on the first day knocked on my door at 8am when checkout is at 11am. Also housekeeping went in my room when I went downstairs for less than 5 minutes and stole beer out of my refrigerator. Left the juice I had in there also on the desk. Informed the front desk and she could careless. Do better

However, this was one of the more disappointing stays. Our non-smoking room smelled stale and like cigarettes, although it was non-smoking. Plus, the bathtub was dirty. The cafe was closed and we did not get good services or meals at most of the food court options. I stood in line for 10 mins at the Mexican restaurant and was not even acknowledged. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Housekeeping quickly delivered towels and were always polite. Plus the parking is free unlike many other places in Vegas now.

My family was meeting up for a family trip and we came in one night early so needed a place to stay. Boulder Station was close to the house so opted to stay there. My elderly parents fell in love with the place- my mom said it felt like a throwback to yesteryear but in a good familiar way. My sister loved the double shot $1.99 margaritas and the fact she won $1600 on keno. I loved the fact that everyone was pleased— also we had a wonderful breakfast at a sports bar with humongous TVs— just please BEWARE of the beverages our OJ ended up costing more than our entire breakfast!!! Yes u heard me right!! Outrageous pricing for OJ and Apple Juice skip it and drink water or cocktails of coffee. That’s really the only complaint I have. My mom can’t wait to come back and my aunt booked another night since her flight back home won’t be for later a few days from now!

I’m on a mission to stay in every hotel in Las Vegas. I’ve almost completed this mission. Of every hotel in the city, Boulder Station would be the LAST one I would go back to. In fact, I’d rather sleep in my car than stay there. Do yourself a favor-STAY AWAY. I rarely leave a bad hotel review, as I work in the industry. Worst part about this scam place, get ready for a smoking fee on your room. Not only do I not smoke, I don’t even have matches or a lighter. They handed me a piece of paper at check out saying I 100% smoked in their room. It’s 100% impossible. The did a “review,” and after the review, they told me I 100% smoked, yes 100%, and walked me off of their property. Instead of feeling like a valued gues, I felt like a criminal. The dirtiness (was welcomed with a dead roach), is a whole other story. STAY AWAY FROM BOULDER STATION

The room was very clean. The hot 🔥 water inside the shower 🚿 was excellent. It may take a few adjustments to get it right. The check-in process could be more efficient. But overall my stay was wonderful.

Casino feel was good a few machines needed woring on, lights out on machine. Its great if your into playing slot video poker or slot Buffalo machines they are probably 80 percent of the slots. Our room could have been better and I probably should have complained after driving 9 hours to get there I was just ready for a pillow. 1st night wife was cold called for a blanket was told they were out of blankets at the moment. She did get an extra blanket the next night though. We had ants in our room not major but a few to beannoyed with. The mirror in the bathroom was in horrible condition as well as the bathroom door. The steam from the shower which was great on the sore muscles and the shower head was ideal great pressure but not so ideal for wood trim around mirror or wood door. Wood trim on mirror was beyond painting. The bathroom door could have been saved with a little love. The lavy faucet was rotting around the base, worked great but appearance was not so good. Bed was comfy, fridge worked great, curtains were out dated but matched the carpet which needed a good cleaning othe than vauuming. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The noise level was very quiet. House keeping was quiet and did a great job as well as sny other staff member we interacted with. They were all respectful, kind people with good attitudes.

Casino was fun to try, the young man Blu was very helpful explaining the games. The girl Gigi at the Rewards centre was great as getting us set up. Room was comfy, we didn't use maid service. Staff was welcoming. We ate at the fancy steak house, we did have to send the steak back to be cooked more as it wasn't done as we requested. However the food was good.

We had a flight delay so we only stayed the night before heading to our destination. We got in at close to midnight and left at 8:30 am. The bed was comfortable.

This a follow up. We requested a rollaway bed three times and never got it.

Staff posted at the elevators were very welcoming and helpful, always assisting. The hotel had excellent choices off foods. Our fav was Leticia’s. The casino areas were clean, with mediocre service for beverage, but VERY SMOKEY and POOR VENTILATION, compared to some other hotels if its size. Your clothes and skin will be of cigarette smell, which I did not expect. The front desk had only one personnel the entire time (10/4 -10/7), but appeared to be welcoming.

If you like 80's themed and styled rooms with wallpaper hanging off the wall, no plugs available to charge any electronic equipment, one AC vent in the entire room, and just general run down looking hotel, this is the place for you! Not to mention to overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke throughout the facility! Would not recommend this place to anyone! The only good experience was the lady who checked us in. She was so very nice and helpful.

The room was a standard room, it was clean and didn't smell. The property itself is outdated but all in all good for the price. Off the strip which was very nice, not as crowded and noisy. The dining options were good, especially the late night ice cream.

Property was exactly what I needed for a two day stay while getting some certification for my industry nearby.

It was cool , mexican food stand in the court was authentic, very good.

Boulder allows you to gamble and have fun. Big gaming area with a wide variety of slots, even the older slots. It also has a Poker room and a Bingo room. Old school sit down Keno too. Everything feels very homely and comfy. The bars were great for the football game. We even purchased some yummy popcorn from the movie theater and snacked on while we gambled around. So fun! Food court has great options and as always Starbucks is a plus. Customer Service was amazing! We had a small glitch in our room and it was taken car of without question. Customer Service goes a long way. We will definitely be back!!!

Both lights needed to be replaced in room toilet would not flush . I let the lady know me and my husband left out to see family came back my wallet was gone I told the fat lady on third what happened she said no one went in my room ! She lied I got over 500! Stole and all my identity ! You can’t smoke outside your hotel . Can’t stand outside more than 10 min . I got a burger from here said 5.99 on sign charged me 15.99 . I requested for a smoking room did not get it I requested for my room to be changed after the man stole my stuff they would not . I requested for a full refund they told me to take it up with u guys . They have roaches . Bedbugs , it’s in the hood . They charged me for late check out that the lady offered me for free this place is a real joke do not waiste your time going here

What I didn’t like was that after being booked and was paid for online, I still had to pay $67 for more fees in person . On top of the deposit which that no matter where you go is understandable but not the extra fees.

Staff is friendly. Nothing really around so had to eat there. There is a Starbucks and a Wing Stop and some smaller other options like Mexican food etc. bed, bathroom and room was large. Travel size bottles of shampoo, etc. No big bottles like a lot of hotels now have. Bathroom sink had order coming out when you turned on water. We were there for show at Sphere so just hung at pool for the day and half we stayed. Pool small and very cold even though weather had been in 90’s. Couldn’t swim so just hung out on deck. For quick stay and price was good enough.

Property was decent for what it is intended for….to sleep and take a shower. It is a bit in the old and run down side of things. Staff is courteous. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping staff complied with my request..,had an awesome housekeeper! Thank you. Property needs updating and could use some up keeping. I would stay here again, but I would recommend that the management give a little TLC to the place. Thank you for everything.

Obviously the property is not new or state of the art so you would understand that it's a bit long in the tooth. For the price the hotel was good. Dining options were.excellent. The area surrounding the property not so much. When the sun goes down you can see the difference. With that being said though i would stay there again

We always enjoy staying here. This time we were given a handicap accessible room. It was not as well kept as the others and the bed was extremely stiff this time around. These rooms should really be inspected. Otherwise this is always our choice of hotel when coming to Vegas for a quick trip!

When checking into our room one of the beds had a dirty bed sheet cover, stained in multiple areas. When asked to be changed out, the staffed asked us to step outside the room while she inspected the bed and change out the bed cover. What I don’t understand is, if someone had already inspected the room to make sure it was clean and ready for next guests how this would have been missed. The room smelled dirty and the carpet by the lamp in between beds was stained on the floor. The room was also not cooling as it stated on thermostat. Overall not pleased with the quality of cleanliness when we have other properties we could have stayed in. Location was great! That’s why we elected to give Boulder station a try. Would like to give Boulder station a try again in the future but either on a comp night or really discounted rate so I can regain confidence on the these issues I had were addressed. We arrived late after leaving the hospital where my wife was admitted. The desk agent and valet agents were very nice and helpful. We got checked in quickly and then off to sleep where I slept well.

The second room i was in, wallpaper is literally peeling off the walls, the bathroom fan didn't work, the A/C kept shutting itself off and even when on, it barely blew, so room was an oven. After all this headache, wasn't even offered any discount, at the very least on the resort fees or something. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was well below expectations. And the lady at the front desk seemed to have an attitude about the fact i stepped on the nails.

We will be back for sure truly my only complaint was there were zero breakfast options unless you wanted Starbucks which isn't for everyone and its not sit down. I like that the place is off the strip as to me that's a benefit. its not the greatest part of town but the hotel and the staff are great. The bed was amazing like i will be finding out what mattress they are using and will look into getting one. I have stayed at some top notch hotels and the beds were not even half this good. Just get the families a breakfast buffet :)
