They did not have breakfast, but they gave us a paper bag with and apple, water and muffin. Great property for kids.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was great. Only wish the Jacuzzi was working.

It was appropriate for an overnight stay

There was an incident with roaches in my room, and when the housekeepers were sent to deep clean the room they left the dead roach on the counter. When I went to use the pool that was advertised there was a dead bird next to the pool and the “spa” was filled with bacteria and gross water. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and were trying to minimize the loss and were trying really hard to not provide a refund. The hotel was so bad that I had to Check out a day early. When checking out a day early, they accidentally charged $200 to the deposit card on file that my friend had paid for me. When she called to clear this up, we couldn’t get a hold of the main manager and when she received a callback from Jay the manager he was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on her because her name was not on the room.

The staff was very helpful in getting what we needed for our stay and worked with us when our travel was delayed and we were going to show up late they worked with us so we can check in past midnight and not lose our reservation.

The best part of this Best Western was the breakfast, which was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine too. The room was fine, a little worn and plain, but it was clean. The tub drain was a bit stained, toilet seat was a bit loose. I wanted to use the pool, but it was quite cold & unheated. I thought the room was overpriced especially since it was in the middle of an industrial area.

The beds were decent shower was amazing. The water pressure was strong and the water stayed hot. That was the best part. The location was a little scary at first. Made me think of an episode of 48hrs. Very secluded and in an industrial area.

Great for a short stay over on the way back from Utah and to avoid crowds closer to the Vegas strip. Although close to the freeway, it was quiet.

We stayed, four days and the room was never cleaned even after requesting everynight.. We had to get towels, shampoo, coffee, ice bags, toilet paper etc from the front desk everyday. Wet towels and garbage was never removed from the room.

Do not stay here. The location of this hotel is in an industrial zone, with 2 railroad tracks right in front of it and a highway behind it. It is surrounded by warehouses and junk. We had bedbugs in one room. The coffee was undrinkable. I’m not planning on staying in a Best Western again.

It is an average budget hotel. Everything was okay except the coffee was terrible and we had a few bed bugs.

One thing that was a little concern. The floor in the room was dirty. I walked in my bare Feet and the bottoms of my feet were very dirty.

Property was clean and the staff was very nice. Our room was rundown. The door lock was broken and it looked like someone tried to pry our door open. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable

We requested a new room. There was one night that we returned to our room and found that the bathroom was cleaned but the beds weren't made. The breakfast was pretty good. I have to admit the neighborhood is a little scary. Its an industrial park, and not a lot of street lights. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool and it was closed.

The room was fine; it appears to have been recently remodeled. My room was on the first floor. Noticed the carpet in the hallway was worn and stain. Hopefully it will be replaced soon. Couldn't figure out had to operate the TV. Had to call the front desk for help. Was informed that the TV was new, it would have been nice if there were instructions on how to operate it. Had problems with the card key, had to have it replace two times, which was annoying. Breakfast was okay, not sure I would stay again. Only pick it because the price was reasonable.

Why is music playing in the hallway ALL NIGHT LONG? i asked the desk clerk about this and she said there was nothing she could do about it other than turn down the volume. That's insane! No other hotel does this.

Absolutely loved staying here! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that could have been updated was the flooring. It was very run down and beaten up. The staff was so nice and very helpful and made the best breakfast with two different kinds of bacon, crispy and just cooked.

Everything was clean, but there was a faint cigarette smell on the third floor. It was obvious the hotel was older but the carpet was the only thing that seemed to need replacing. We were excited to have a hot tub only to find out that our dog wasn't allowed in the room so we were downgraded rooms. No where on the website or during the booking does it mention the hot tub rooms not being dog friendly. The toilet would only flush correctly if you held down the handle. It was pretty frustrating that the elevator didn't work. Hauling luggage up the stuffy stairwell was not very enjoyable. Also, the breakfast was all right, but they seemed to be out of everything.

This was just a stopping point for us for the night on our way home to CA. We arrived late at night. The elevator was broken and they only had availability on the second floor so we had to carry our disabled son and all of our luggage up the stairs and leave his wheelchair in the car. It took a million trips up the stairs and was a huge inconvenience and a lot of work but we just wanted to get to sleep rather than look for another hotel.

The staff was amazing. We discovered my husband forgot a ring in our room after we continued on our trip. I immediately called the hotel, the staff member retrieved the ring and secured in their safe until we were able to send for it. The ring was promptly returned via mail and we are very appreciative!

Found out after getting here that the elevator was broken and the receptionist put me and my family of 6 on the top floor,and like the furtherest from the stairs.

I liked the "extras" staff provided, at check-in, and at check-out. The breakfast was okay as well. The only bummer was that the elevator was broken during our stay, but we hauled our suitcases up the stairs just fine.

We needed to sleep 5 and for a good price for 2 nights. This was a great option for us and worked will instead of having to get 2 rooms.

Water was turned off. We and the kids were not able to get ready for bed. Hopefully the water will come on soon.

Elevator was broken so we walked the stairs. Then our mattress felt more like a box spring. We could literally feel the springs. There were low spots in the mattress that sucked you in while sleeping. At breakfast all the food was gone by 8:00AM no eggs, no meat, no potatoes, just waffles or cold cereal.

Elevator wasn’t working

Horrible location, elevators were down, no wifi signal in room, room uncleanly. Had no hot water both days i stayed. Do not recommended. Also have yet to receive my deposit back.

No elevators- 2nd floor room with big bags using the stairs at 3AM in a shady looking area, not ideal for a family.

The location is under renovations, so the elevator was not operating. We had a third floor room. The size was considerably larger and good for our family of five. The temperature was good, the beds felt wonderful, the smell of the room seemed clean, the updated furniture even looked great. I was disappointed when I found something left by a previous guest under the curtain and behind a decorative chair. The train was extremely loud in the early morning and woke me from a deep sleep.

Proprry was ok. Pool dirty. They had a gym. Hotel hidden train tracks. Breakfast was ok. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Great service

Outside trash cans over flowing trash on sidewalk going into hotel side door. Did clean trash up the next afternoon. Pool and hot tub were not open. Location was ok industrial area, trains and highway but restaurants nearby in car not walkable.

Liked the breakfast every morning and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is located right next to a set of train tracks and freight trains were going all night long and it was impossible to sleep through. They put us on the third floor and then told us the elevator was out of service. The hot tub was cold because the heater was out of service and the response from the front desk person was ”sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. There was a party going in the room next door from 12-2:30am, loud music bass thumping, yelling, etc. and hotel management did nothing about it. The party was not the hotel’s fault - they cannot control who checks in, however, not addressing it with the other party is irresponsible. I don’t know how this hotel gets an 8.6 rating on hotels.com. That is ridiculous. It ranks high on the list of our worst hotel experiences ever. The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast was good, but those are the only two positive things I can say about this hotel.

Guarantee you, I will never stay there again

This place was a nightmare. The receptionist was extremely rude. The elevators do not work, no crib for the baby, the shower curtain didn’t work, and the toilet was broken. Will never stay here again.

Noisy 3rd floor and it appears people live there full time and you can hear fighting going on. This is not a Best Western, its the worst!

The elevator was broken - this wasn't shared with me until I checked in. Thank goodness I was able to navigate the stairs. The hot tub was broken I was given one key card as they ran out of cards and needed someone to check out to give me the second card. No housekeeping came The room itself was okay

We enjoyed the included daily breakfast and parking. Location is isolated from the regular Vegas atmosphere which we wanted because we were traveling with young kids. The elevator & hot tub were broken, our remote didn’t work for our tv. Our room wasn’t cleaned 1 out of 3 days of our stay. Service could have been friendlier, beds weren’t the most comfortable. Property could use some updating. If basic is what you’re looking for, this is it.

Did not find out the elevator was broken till after check in. Also under construction/ improvements wasn’t made known prior to reservation.

It’s a save place for relax with family, a good breakfast buffet.

Elevator not working, toster not ejecting toast causing the lobby to smoke up, ac not working.

Staff were very nice. The room was fine. But it was the noisiest place we have ever stayed. We were awakened at 10:45 by people above us (children I would suppose) running around and jumping. This went on for about half an hour. Then we were awakened a second time at 4:00 by people in the room to our side talking and making noise. That went on for about an hour. Evidently when they built this hotel they didn't think they needed to have any soundproofing in the walls. If getting a good night's sleep is an important consideration in a place to stay, this hotel did not deliver.

I did think people helping at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

My booking was canceled unbeknownst to me??!! I was in the hospital ER with my husband and could not reach the hotel. The phone number DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!

Good location close to Highway. Remodeling going on so elevator and hot tub weren’t working. Hallways were out dated and dirty. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathtub didn’t drain. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. Would probably stay here again.

And with out downgrade we did not get a partial refund pf the difference bc management didnt want to. Wouldnt stay here next time

Rude customer service. From the front desk to the kitchen

Above average breakfast. It’s the little things that made it so nice. Real oatmeal, not instant. Green onions to top the cheese omelet. Oh so much more. Staff was very kind and helpful.

It was clean and the property itself was updated and well maintained. That was the good. The not-so-good... The motel is directly across the street from an active railroad track. The trains come at all hours of the night, and particularly in the 2-5am range. It is noisy and annoying, "Sticky Joe" lives under the nearby underpass with some friends when they are not being rousted by local pd. The area does not feel particularly safe. I'm not saying there were bodies dumped nearby, but I am sure the area is well known to local law enforcement. I bought a snack sized gummi bears, small ice cream, and a hostess snack-sized crumb cake from the store in the lobby and they charged me $16. The mattress was impossibly hard, the pillows were like flattened pizza boxes. The Rodeo was in town, and I booked last minute, so I was out of options. Its not a bad option if there are no other options, but try to find another option!

We have stayed here a couple times. They are working hard to update the hotel as well. Looks like they’re getting really close. It looked great.

It was a quiet place and it was easy parking

The hotel is right across from a train yard and our room window looked out on it. I was bothered a couple of times during the night by the noise. There are no other businesses along the street, but there are many restaurants and shopping within a half mile. The room we had was a suite and was large and accommodating. It was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was ample and although the elevator was down for a rebuild, the climb up one flight of stairs was made better by being able to park right outside the door.

The elevator has been out of service for some time, being part of major construction in the entire building. No handicap rooms available on the main level, so they put us on 2nd floor. A bellman hauled our belongings upstairs. This inconvenience kept us from enjoying the pool and breakfasts, and simple excursions. Stairs caused us both much lasting pain during the stay. The bathroom door is pocket-style; solidly stuck in the pocket, and the pull-device is snapped off. ZERO bathroom privacy. The tub had hairs. The view is of the busy railroad less than 100 feet away.

Shower head in disabled room very heavy. Not easy to use.

The area is not safe. Would not stay there again. Elevator was broken. Front Staff was not accommodating.

Not a bad place for the night.

Hotel's elevator was broken and there was no warning given when I checked in. It was a hassle to go up three flights of stairs every time we left the hotel and especially carrying our suitcases. The hotel was expensive and in an industrial area. You hear trains going by right across the way throughout the night

elevators were out.

Elevators were under construction. Beds were not very good. Phone did not call out or to front desk, hot and cold in shower were reversed. Front desk friendly but nonchalant when told of problems. Did fix tv as would not channel select after on.

The bed was not very comfortable. And i reserved a room with a sofa, but there was no sofa in the rm that i got.
