Staff was great and helped in checking us in since we were arriving later in the evening. The room was really nice and we appreciated the location to nearby businesses. The only downside was the breakfast, other than that, I would recommend staying here.

Front desk was friendly. However breakfast was a disaster. It was as bare and simple as breakfasts come. Eggs, sausage, bread (or bagel), dry cereal, regular (or almond) milk, bananas, oranges, and waffles. Juice and tea. No potatoes. A sign said there was oatmeal but there was none. I stayed memorial day weekend and there was no hot coffee because the machine broke down on Sunday morning. It was still broken on Monday. They made no attempt to fix it on one of the busiest weekends of the year, which just goes to show that Best Western doesn't care about its guests. They also didn't regularly fill the regular and decaf coffee dispensers, even when asked! There was only one employee servicing the breakfast area who opened the breakfast area late and was clearly overworked and never looked up to say good morning to anybody but was later seen laughing it up with the receptionist? For the money I paid, I expected to have a semi-decent breakfast but this was not it. Skip this hotel, find a less expensive alternative and just go out to a restaurant for a good breakfast. Don't waste your time here.

All good here. Typical Best Western room, big and comfy but a bit dated. Location is super, very quite residential area of Vegas far from the Strip. Perfect for transits. Bed not too comfy and cleaning to be improved, but overall ok.

When coming into Vegas from California we stay here and we always enjoy our visit. Staff is always friendly and we get service right away if we need more towels or whatever it maybe. It’s quiet here and we are actually able to rest and feel safe with the security here and enjoy our visit.

The exterior of the property was decent, and I loved that there was plenty of parking...and it was free. Parking in Las Vegas is expensive. The rooms themselves were very nice. We used the fridge, and the microwave, and the tv was a nice size...once we figured out which buttons did what. They were clean, and housekeeping was nice. It was definitely convenient to be able to bring our cat, she had fun exploring the room, and she LOVED the bed...and it was very comfortable...big enough for 2 adults plus the cat!! We also needed a late check-in, and the front desk was very accommodating with that. We had booked for 2 rooms, and both of our parties didn't arrive at the same time, both arriving late, but they let us check in and get both rooms at the same time so we could wait for our 2nd group to arrive. The front desk staff was very helpful with any questions that we had!! We didn't get to try the breakfast because we slept in too late each day. My thoughts were that in a city such as Las Vegas, where people stay up until all hours of the night, the Continental Breakfast seemed like it ended a bit earlier than most people would be awake to enjoy. Thought it should stay open a while later...like maybe 10am or 11am. While the outside and the rooms themselves were clean and presentable, the interior of the hotel itself..hallways, stairs, elevator, etc....seemed a bit old and run down. The hallways on the first floor always had a smell of people cooking something with a spice of some sort...but it always seemed to be the same smell...and it wasn't pleasant. I believe the interiors could definitely use an update. I didn't really have time to swim...but the pool was definitely smaller than I thought it would be. Never got the chance to check out the gym.

The room was nice. We got there an hour early before check in and they charged us $20 dollars. Breakfast was just ok. Sausage was hard. Kids enjoyed cereal and juice. It was perfect for ubering to and from the ball field. The house keepers were super nice!

Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the breakfast room was small and crowded. We were hoping for some protein options and the only protein available was some eggs that looked fake. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was great - the only complaint is that the shower was lukewarm at best.

I love th indoor pool. The place is very clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is also very good and had great attitudes.

Rooms were well maintained, clean and roomy- although a bit dated and not well lit. Shower had enough hot water but the shower head needed to be replaced as it had little pressure behind it and just dripped mostly. Breakfast bar was outstanding with lots of choices that were always replenished. Very quiet and well maintained. Lots of nearby places to eat with a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with the accomodations.

Staff is great! The place is not. Very dated facilities in need of refurbishment. Bathroom was particularly dingy. Overpriced for this level of quality. We would not stay there again.

The room was good sized for a family to travel, and free breakfast was a bonus plus it was quite tasty! Comfy beds!! This isn’t really a dislike, but maybe include an extra blanket for the sofabed!

Convenient back door access with room card. Large heated pool that anyone hardly uses. Housekeeping. CONS: Beds were too soft for our taste - our backs hurt. No USB-C outlets, only USB-A. Thin walls, ceilings - neighbors seemed to complain to management about our kids being kids. Gym - very tiny, some equipment is broken. OVERALL - highly recommend for families, if they can stay quiet.

Was told could not be guaranteed and to call “when I’m close/landed.” Called the next morning, about two hours out from arrival. Suite contained a full kitchenette but only one small trash can, in the bathroom. Room was dark, outdated. Cable tv kept dropping and fuzzing. Outdoor access was easy for smoking and/or dog business. The room was gross and dirty. Water stain ceiling with mold. Switched room multiple times due to what I suspected was mold around the inside of the entry door walls. Later got a text that it was just dirty and being addressed with the cleaners. I don’t believe that because I have pictures of the bathroom ceiling in room 218 that has a big water leak stain with mold on it. Completely unacceptable

Hotel was great overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be the infestation of mosquitoes in the pool room. There is only one small UV light catcher that is too small for the size of the pool room.

The dresser in my room near the beds had little tiny bugs on it which made me very uncomfortable. Lastly the breakfast was ok- standard hotel breakfast. Overall the hotel was fairly clean, and cheap for the amenities provided. Would stay here again if needed.

I only stay at this Best Western when I’m in the Summerlin area. Conveniently located and very safe. Staff are all very friendly and very accommodating when I need assistance. I will be back.

I was placed right next to the ice machine so it would suddenly be so loud when it’s making ice. When I asked to switch, they said it was the last one room. Then when I tried to shower, no water. Like I can’t change rooms and I can’t shower! Good thing I came here only 1 day.

The room smelled horrible had strong unwashed person body odor. Even the pillows had the scent! I checked in at 9 pm and didnt sleep at all. I took a shower and the shower head leaked a huge stream of water giving you access of 35% of usage of the shower head! When i made a complaint the next morning at check out all i got was an ok. Thanks. Not even a sorry... very rude! but the night clerk was amazing at check in even with the two broken printers she had to work with poor lady! The broken printers were obviously a sign of the shape of the hotel.

from the check in to check out everythimng was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I dfon'y smoke but my husband does. I think it would be nice for the smokers if you had a small covered area for smokers. And vI hope that pets are not allowed in all room since there are people who are allergic.

My family and I stayed for one night on our way to California. The room was a good size. We all slept comfortably. The pool was fun my kids really enjoyed that. Breakfast in the morning was great they had plenty of options and everything was delicious.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable and to my surprise, had an eat-in kitchenette! (I didn't know that when booking.) It was an amazing value for the money and the bed was super comfy. It seems like an older hotel that has been well-maintained. Would stay here again!

I was on a road trip with my 60-pound German Shepherd mix, and she was welcomed with open arms. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast (that was included) was just right for me to be fueled on my drive home to Southern California.

I always look forward to a hot tub at the end of a long day. Unfortunately, this one let me down. It felt like it was 95° and 3 inches low on water. Wouldn’t even filter. When I got out, I had to pick debris off of my legs.

The room has a great spacious layout. Unfortunately, the fridge didnt work and my food spoiled. It would have been nice if it was dusted and vacuumed properly. My dog woke up covered in dirt and I had a hard time sleeping because I was too tired to change rooms so late.

Extremely poor experience at the best western for our 2 night stay. We came in on Saturday night and were kept up all night because our room was next to the the ice machine and we had people having loud conversations all night while digging through ice banging on doors and we had no opportunity to sleep the whole night. That along with the fact that the vents in the bathroom were covered in dust that hasn’t been wiped down or cleaned in weeks at the least and I’m confident it made my girlfriend sick. Very low quality service for someone who manages a luxury high end Gym facility. Someone at the very least should reach out from management and offer a level of compensation.

Roomy, refurbished older hotel. Carpet needed vacuumed, especially in corners. Quiet, front desk check in great, nice staff, WiFi good, would stay again, but still needs some updating.

I asked to check in an hour earlier and they charged me $20 for early checkin fee. Seriously

Pleasant staff very friendly!

Bathroom was dingy and dirty. Tub disgusting. Shower handle did not work. Repair man hardly fixed it.

This was a good alternative to staying at a "resort" with "resort fees". Nice, clean, and it has a Keurig coffee maker in the room, versus the crummy coffee so many other hotels have.

Requesting a quiet location will get you a room right next to the elevator DING and the stairwell door SLAM BANG!

The room next door had a large dog that barked continuously. Every time someone walked through the hallway, the dog would have a barking fit. We were woken up around 6:30 am daily during our stay, but the little dogs were never a problem.

Hotel is older. Minor item, dripping faucet, bathroom door sticking, etc. People were all very nice.

Not clean, not maintained, not worth the price. Breakfast eggs and bacon good.

upgraded to the suite was there for a week, was dirty. we saw housekeeping inconsistently and were skipped a couple days altogether. When we saw them they dropped off towels and left with absolutely no other cleaning than taking out trash and not putting bags back in. I am pro smoke (greens) but at times even i got tired of the smell.

Great stay! 24 hr pool and hot tub access. Close to a lot of good food options.

Bathroom had hair in the corner and toilet ran. Bed comfy and clean, pillows comfy, quiet was great (except toilet running and shower noises from adjacent rooms).

The hotel room had a sticky nightstand and the room hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. The coffee maker in the room was dirty too. There were footprints on the wall.. I felt like I was the guest at a slob’s house. Very uncomfortable.

Room needed vacuumed. Staff was rude and short with me when I checked in. The ac was loud that it sounded like it was windy outside. The door between the rooms let light in at night time. You could hear people just talking in the halls and the rooms next to you. The outside door to get in the hotel was always stuck.

Okay, place to stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The tub area of the bath needs an upgrade. looks to be original. The location is close to an office park, and is off Sahara so not easy to spot initially. Otherwise the location is fine, close to stores and restaurants, though not walkable.

This hotel does not do its self any favors with the “perfect” photos of the “updated” hotel. Nothing but disappointment. Yes lobby has been remodeled but they forgot to do the rooms… or at least the room we got. 303. Maybe when you check in demand a remolded room. It was fine but forsure not what I would have picked if the pictures were not so misleading.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff.

To be honest, it was very nice that they offered a discount without me even asking, but $50 wasn’t a lot for such a scare. That said, the staff was truly wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The girl working the breakfast area in the morning was especially great and made our mornings much more enjoyable. While I appreciate the great service, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. Unless significant improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Shoutout to the mgr of this hotel for her kindness and service. She made me feel very comfortable with our stay especially since we were not familiar with the area. Almost all the hotels near or on the strip charged a resort fee as well as a pet fee between $75 to $150 a night. This place charges $10 so it was worth it driving just a few miles away from the strip off of highway 15. Thanks for the very fair pricing and eliminating some fees because we were there for only 1 night. If I could give you 10 stars I would !!!

In Vegas I didn't receive room cleaning service or the toiletries, just soap bar.

It was good to be here for a night during our road trip. I appreciate dog friendly hotels. Room was clean and mostly comfortable. I wish they did not have white lighting that made me feel like I was in a hospital. I haven't stayed with them in a while so maybe this is common across all properties. Good, safe location.

Excellent customer service by all employees. Pet friendly and easy to get in/out of hotel with animal.

Excellent service from Judy at the front desk who assisted me with an early check in which is extremely helpful as I am handicapped and use a walker and cane. Room was nice and clean and close to the enterance as requested. Pool was a bit chilly being indoor and heated and the spa (which I normally enjoy) do to my health issues was barley usable do to a stong chemical that was used that caused an enormous amount of very unpleasant bubbles. One of the main reasons I stay at this hotel is the indoor pool and spa. Checking and checkout was fast and professional

Quiet area and way nicer rooms than half the casinos. Definitely a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I booked a King room with a full kitchen. The room pictures on Expedia show renovated rooms with a modern kitchen. To my dismay, the hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. Instead what I received was a rundown, old and dirty room. The room is extremely outdated and lacks cleanliness. The kitchen is extremely worn down, cabinets do not close properly, the tub was dirty, the toilet had black streaks, there was a huge plastic bag hanging out from under the bed, the light switches were filthy and the room overall was not up to standard with other Best Western Plus hotels. False advertisements and misleading images of the room left me with feelings of distrust and deception and ultimately turned a good trip sour as this was my last night in Vegas. The hotel was unable to provide an upgrade at the time or a refund and advised that not all rooms were renovated and admitted that the pictures on Expedia did not accurately reflect all rooms. Expedia was unable to provide a refund as well. Overall, I left disappointed in the room and experience at this Best Western Plus. I highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel and choosing another. Waste of money.
