I enjoyed my stay at Alexis Park. Everything was nice and fine. Property was nice and quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again.

The room was clean, staff was nice. For sure I will stay at this hotel again.

Staff is super helpful, room was clean, basic, I think for the money paid it is totally worth it.

Staff was great. Checked us in quick moved our room when we saw it was wrong room type. Probably hotels.coms fault not the staffs

Good stay , location

I also didn’t find the front desk staff friendly. Seems to me they were not exactly enthusiastic doing their jobs.

If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for space and quiet surroundings, this is your spot. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Outside feels like you’re living in an apartment.
- 5/5
Great warming welcome and people
- 4/5
The room was great! But I was a little disappointed the big pool was not open for most of our stay.
- 4/5
It is a nice place to stay. If you do not want gaming the restaurant there was excellent. The pools were wonderful could’ve have heated them though it’s like a big apartment complex. I’ve stayed there many times and we’ll stay again.
- 4/5
About a mile off the strip but to get a suite for essentially half the price of staying on the strip was worth it to us. Also free parking was nice with a rental car. Good value.
- 3/5
The place is okay it's not the best but it is doable
- 4/5
I do have to say read the fine print and tiny print as they put a $300 hold on my card which was not mentioned until i arrive to check in. Also, house keeping will not come to your room. We did have to call to request for our trash to be taken, towels to be sent and toilet paper to be filled. Only 1 side of the pool was opened. Other then that no issues here at all.
- 1/5
We booked this hotel as it had 24hour check-in. We arrived at 1:45am to be told that there were no available rooms even though we had booked and paid. We spent an hour trying to find somewhere else for the night. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
- 2/5
Upon first arrival our room looked ok. But after staying it really was dirty. The floors (LPV) made our feet black so you can tell they have not been mopped. The shower was horrible. The shower head was so corroded the water was a jet stream. Our toilet struggled flushing. We called down to housekeeping but nothing was ever done pre remedied. Pool was nice but also very dirty full of palm tree debree and never a towel in sight just dirty ones all over. Overall def not worth the money staff wasn’t helpful at all
- 5/5
The check-in experience was top tier. We had a great stay and was appreciative that we were able to have a place to stay with our pup.
- 5/5
The room has the large space, clean, comfortable

The room was large and clean. When I need a room in Vegas I don’t look anywhere else other than Alexis Park. It’s a smoke free environment it’s a wonderful place to stay There’s nothing to not like about the property everything is excellent

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel
- 3/5
The room was large. 1 pool was closed. The one we went in was nice enough and private. The center of the property was well maintained. The whole place could look good again with some nice green grass between the rooms and some paint in those outside corridors. The restaurant was closed so we had to walk elsewhere for breakfast. The lobby was nice. The room itself was decent with 2 very large tvs. The AC was very cold and had a remote control . Is give it a 6.5/10

No onsitw casino, which we were aware. One of the pools, and the largest was closed.

Great service
- 3/5
1. The room was comfortable, updated and clean. The grounds were very well maintained. 2. The staff at the registration desk was awesome. 3. The Elvis event was pretty good. 4. The #2 pool was nice but small and not very many lounge chairs. 5. Food in the restaurant was very good. Cons: 1. The wait staff in the restaurant were slow and indifferent at best. One male waiter never smiled and was actually rude to us. 2. The main pool #1 was closed for the entire time we were there, 4 nights over a weekend. Some staff said for repair, other staff said it was because they didn't have enough life guards (no lifeguards were at pool #2, make that make sense). 3. The snack/gift shop was only open sporadically and the prices were outrageous. 4. We had 3 adults in the room and each time housekeeping came in they would only leave enough towels for 2. We constantly had to ask for more towels & coffee.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, front desk had an easy check in, and close to the strip for a reasonable price.
- 4/5
We were not able to use amenities as they were all closed while we were there. Large pool closed, dining options closed.
- 5/5
Super clean rooms and room. Room was available early. Great location. All ice machines worked perfectly

They have three pools, but one of the pools isn’t open everyday. They charge a resort fee for towels, but the pool towels were always empty. The rooms are very basic and minimally stocked. For example, the staff only provides one coffee pod for the machine. We were not told that we had to request clean towels, so we went without clean, dry towels in our room. There are not enough pool chairs or umbrellas. It was a bare minimum place to stay.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 4/5
The rooms are spacious; clean and beds are so comfortable. There is a restaurant and a small convenience store inside the resort.
- 4/5
Alexis Park offered apartment style rooms with a separate living area and bedroom. The beds were comfy for hotel beds. There were no elevators but they have 3 pools that looked to be well kept. The grounds were nice. The living area furniture was a bit older and could probably use a refresh. They have a restaurant and a small store. It was a short walk to Virgin Hotels, White Castle, Bojangles, and 7-11. Overall, a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

1. I couldn’t locate or enjoy swimming pool mentioned as major attraction of this amenity 2. no free breakfast 3. Hotel entrance/reception area was grand however rooms were not equally great, by looking at hotel entrance, people might perceive incorrect (superior) image of hotel quality 4. lighting in rooms were very dark and not enough lights were present
- 1/5
Staff was the absolute worse for such a garbage " resort"
- 4/5
Room was very clean and spacious and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in and check out process. Staff was very fast when we asked for extra towels. The resort has two floors but no elevators so make sure the room you choose is on the first floor if the stairs are challenging for you to use. Parking area is a bit tight so cars need to drive slow to pass by each other. We did not find an ice machine or trash can on the second floor we were staying, so keep that in mind. Other than that, resort was great. Good location from the strip and lots of food options nearby at a walking distance. Would definitely stay at Alexis again.
- 5/5
It's our second stay in this hotel and we will keep coming back. The ambiance and privacy were perfect. The area is what I love the most, it's almost close to everything.

I stayed the first night at Ceaser's Palace and spent $300 per night. Nothing was given in there. I spent $100 here and they gave me a spacious room with complementry coffee, microwave and an empty fridge. If you are a budget traveler, this is the place you should seek out rather than spending a fortune on big name resort. This place has three pool (although I did not use any), a gym (did not use it also) and free parking. Also it is in the las vegas city. It only took us 30- 40 minute walk to Ceaser's palace. So be sure to check this place out if you want to save a little bit of money while travling. Nothing really.

Great service and great staff!
- 5/5
Excellent for this price. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The best housing if you don’t want to stay on the strip. Quiet and nice.

Great location and pretty grounds I was there for about a week the Boston Terrier National show. I was also there last year in October for the French Bulldog National show. Both times the dog show was held in the Ballroom. Both times it smelled of mildew ( the A/C was blasting both times) and both times I got terribly sick with severe cold and hacking cough for weeks. It’s been a month this time and I’m still coughing. It was worse last year. They need to have their AC serviced and thoroughly cleaned or replaced completely. If you won’t be attending anything in the main ballroom it’s a decent place to stay. As for me, I’ll never stay there again for a dog show and I won’t recommend any dog clubs utilizing this place for a dog show. Also, I never got my deposit back and I left the room clean and my dog didn’t destroy anything.

Why you see on the pictures is not what you get ! I booked for 2 days thinking I was going to have my best 55th bday. But it was a joke ! No ventilation in the bathroom or AC unless if you leave the door open. Shower was mounted facing my face not above. Plumbing fitting were loose in the shower. Say the least at 6 am Saturday I booked a room at wynn and we stayed there the rest of stay in Vegas !!

Our stay was great. Rooms were spacious and quiet. I believe most of the rooms are suite style so there was an eating area, a couch, and fridge. It's a little outdated but we didn't need much being at the festival majority of the time. Plenty of parking and just a short uber ride to the strip. Good amount of food/convenience stores nearby. We would definitely come again!
- 3/5
My room was great and my stay was great until a mice came out of the closet room! We’ve noticed that there was a wooden board that was drilled into the wall and a hole where the mice was hiding. I feel like that should be sealed because we had food around our room

We rented the queen suite the size was decent but the pull out couch was horrible my teenagers cried sleeping on it for 3 nights. We booked last minute so we didn’t have many options. Location wise it was great close to everything, we did drive everywhere but it’s a 20 min walk to the strip. The hotel room was very very clean for it being a little outdated but other than that it was good.

Muy buen lugar para ir en familia la habitación bastante cómoda y amplia la pasamos muy bien con la familia y claro que regresaría a hospedarme en el mismo lugar está a menos de 5 minutos del boulevard y por el precio y la comodidad lo recomiendo

Our bed had many bugs on the bed, headboard and nightstand. We brought this issue to the front desk during our 1st night and they offered to switched our rooms, this was a hassle as we had all our stuff unpacked and had to repack and move to the new room. The new room was a lot cleaner and had no bugs, but one the of beds had a huge crater in the middle and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall ok experience after the room change

Just checking in was magnificent because Wil at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though we had a car with us, it was great being able to walk to some local businesses like restaurants and shopping. It would be great to see this resort give its exterior a facelift to match the attractiveness of the interior.

Great place still central to activities. Nice having a place to have our dog, plenty of grass. Pool area was great. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Food was wonderful but their system double charged us to eat. Seemed like a problem on their end with the computer. Hoping to see our refund back in 3-5 days. If not we will despute. Other than that wouldn’t mind coming back.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel!!!! We were in Vegas for my grandmothers passing and we had a problem with every room we were in. Yes I said rooms. We were only here for 2 nights and had 3 different rooms. The first room the pull out bed was broken and collapsed, the second room the air was not working in the living room area, the 3rd room was fine until we tried to get in at 1am in the morning and the key no longer worked. We waiting for security to let us in took 15 mins and then their key also did not work. I went to the front desk and asked them what are we supposed to do? The man at the front desk told me I needed to wait for security, when I explained their card did not work either he said “well security deals with that so you have to wait” uuummm sir it is 1 o clock in the morning and the you want us to wait outside. He said yes!

The shower head has no pressure it's like taking a shower in the sink. The fridge/kitchen area was nice and useful. Downside you hear the plabes often and there is no free breakfast.

We booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one night and left. Nothing was as advertised. We tried to get a refund within 5 minutes of checking in, but after an hour and a half on chat with Expedia, and after doing every single thing they said, sending photos etc. we were offered $25 for our 3-day trip as the entirety of our refund. Expedia would not help us transfer to another hotel nor get us a refund. The main pool, which was the advertised photo on Expedia, and the reason we picked the hotel, was closed. We had to pay for a day pass at a nearby hotel to swim. The restaurant was not open except for breakfast and there was no room service as advertised. The room itself was extremely dated and looked more like a cheap motel than a "resort". Signs about fines for taking towels and such, made it seem unsafe and unwelcoming. What was perhaps most disappointing is after using Expedia for many years and being a platinum and gold member throughout, my very first customer service experience with them was awful-- not helpful at all. Not understanding it was their site that falsely advertised what this stay actually looked like/would include. I am not one to write reviews nor complain, but in this case, if I can spare even one person from such a horrendous experience, I will consider my time worth it to communicate how horrible this truly was. I have still not heard back from Expedia on my expedited ticket, from 3 days ago. Beyond disappointing.
- 4/5
All good but it would be nice if there was an option for a proper second bed instead of a sofa bed. Needless to say the sofa bed’s are incredibly uncomfortable. Also do your best to avoid the convenience store. Nothing is priced and when it does get rung through you will be shocked…. Not in a good way lol.

Needed to change the card I was using last minute and they were able to do it with no issue (as long as I was ok with the full charge of course, just to be clear) . Walking distance to a shopping center with a 7-11, smoothie place and food. Will always look into staying here in the future.
- 3/5
Room was clean and as a solo traveler I felt safe, rooms need updates, no full length mirrors anywhere, no smart tv. I had to watch movies on my iPad. Only 1 nightstand, awkward placement of tv. Air conditioning works great though! All in all I enjoyed my stay but definitely felt the lack of amenities in my room.
- 4/5
Could have used a couple of cups and some silverware in the kitchenette
- 3/5
I appreciated that this property was clean, not far from the strip, and free from gambling. I saw this as a deal on Expedia, but neglected to read the fine print that they require $100 deposit for each day of your stay in addition to your lodging fee. Our check-in process was fairly easy but there was one particular staff person at the front desk that had a passive aggressive attitude. When I enter the lobby to ask if they had a luggage cart, he informed me I would have to leave my ID to access the cart, and I complied. When done loading our stuff on the cart we went to check in, and I was surprised to learn of the extra deposit fee, but paid it. All of our interactions with this staff person were tense. Subsequent interactions with the same staff person didn’t go any better. Our room had a sofa bed that was broken. I had to call maintenance so that they could log a report that it was broken and needed to be replaced. When I checked at the front desk to make sure they had that noted it was broken so we would not lose our deposit, they didn’t have any notes. I’m torn about staying again because I like the location and other features of this hotel, but interactions with one person at the front desk have clouded my view. All other staff were friendly and helpful, including the maintenance and housekeeping.
- 4/5
Good value for money, easy to drive to and only a 20 minute walk to the strip. Maybe some bottled water in the room on arrival

Staff are very welcoming but when it comes to asking them any help with anything or request anything it would take hours. Also they do not have free breakfast bc when you book with a 3rd party it tells you free breakfast. Other than that it’s pretty good but it has to many hidden fees so be prepared to bring extra money.

- 5/5
First time staying here overall I thought this place was quite nice.. first of all free parking that's a rare find in Las Vegas! the room I had was very spacious and very clean upon arrival. The food at the bar was very good drinks were great! I had breakfast and it was cooked to order nice and hot! I got to swim and pool number two because pool number one was closed for some reason but it was still clean and not crowded. If I come to Vegas again I definitely would stay here! Highly recommended it's off the strip not the craziness that goes on downtown but close enough that you can go there!
- 4/5
Just like having my own apartment! Love it here.
- 5/5
It was great! They helped us to get the best room suited for us. Travelled with family and will recommend this place.
- 5/5
Walkways to multiple pools and office. Kitchenette and rooms. Parking was tight but overflow parking was right there across building 18 where we stayed. Nice reception but buildings with rooms were dated. Cox Wi-Fi staff helped to boost my connection as I complained of lower bandwidth. Location is great but a bit of walk to the strip.
- 5/5
Thanks
- 5/5
Clean room great staff. Looking forward to my next stay.
- 4/5
The rooms are spartan and kind of run down, but spacious and clean. My room had a huge bathtub, which was nice. Some rooms have full kitchens - mine was a studio with a small fridge, microwave, and dining table. There are no dishes, silverware, sink, etc. though, so bring your own. Also my room didn't have any soap and the blinds didn't close all of the way, so it never gets really dark. When you get there, check your room before unpacking. My TV was hanging off the wall, so I ended up changing rooms. The TV in the new room was tiny but fully attached. And it's old school TV - no Netflix, not even a program guide. But it's Vegas, so who's watching TV? There are 3 pools, which I didn't use, but looked well kept. And a laundry room. I didn't use the restaurant or the main property at all. I did walk the grounds and it was nice to have green grass for my dog. This hotel is PERFECT for families with all of the pools and the inexpensive suite options with full kitchens. If I had to take kids to Vegas, I'd definitely book here.
- 2/5
Good variety on breakfast menu. Clean spot to stay at, close to the strip. Did not get my security deposit back, reason for poor review. Other than that, decent location.

They gave me the wrong room, they didn't service it my whole stay I also had to pay a $450 stay deposited on top of the resort fee of $175.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff is attentive. Will be back if I am in Las Vegas again.

The room was very large. Loved that, but it could use some updating like an elevator event
- 2/5
I’m surprised this place has high reviews for what it is. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families especially for those with little kids. Parking lot is full at night. It felt more of a motel than a hotel. Bed is HARD and sheets had stains. Towels are HARD and smelly. The couch felt gross and the pull out bed didn’t work. It also smelled funky and the bath tub had stains. It just felt very old and weird sounds at night in the room.
- 1/5
Was surprised with this hotel having a good rating. The room smelled, there were questionable stains on the floors, and prostitutes walking around the property taking selfie photos.
- 5/5
Alexis Resort was the perfect stay while I was in town for a visit. We had a three night stay and we're accommodated with an early check in which was much needed after a long day of travel. Room was clean and staff refreshed our room daily. We spent everyday at each of the three pools at the resort. Plenty of space from other visitors! We did not utilize the restaurant or bar, but both were visually nice. The resort is in walking distance to a few good restaurants, liquor store and a dispensary, a total plus! I would definitely recommend and stay again.
- 4/5
I was really bummed that the main pool that has music was closed for my entire trip. My only grip is if I am paying over $30 for a resort fee that it should’ve been open. My stay was Monday through Thursday and they only have it open on the weekends.

I liked that there were multiple pools. The staff was nice. One big problem that I had was my key stopped working 3 different times. Besides that it was a good price good location not to far from strip .
- 1/5
The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong, musty odor, and everything was outdated and worn down. The bathroom was especially disturbing—the shower was filthy, with visible mold on the tiles and heavy staining and damage at the base. It did not appear to be properly cleaned at all. I booked this hotel based on the photos and positive reviews online, but they are completely misleading. The room I received looked nothing like what was advertised. For the amount I paid, this was a complete letdown and far below expectations. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before booking here.

We came here as a last resort. This will now be our only resort if we’re ever in the area again the staff here was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean. We felt safe. 24 hour security. We absolutely loved it.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
I prefer to stay off the strip and have be close enough for less expensive ubers. This was def the place for that. Close to airport too. Staff was great
- 5/5
This was a perfect off strip option. Mini suite with full fridge was such a plus. Everything we needed for the weekend. Would stay here longer next time and will be our new place to stay every time we're in town.
- 1/5
staff told me rooms were sold out after i chose pay at hotel option and told me to find another hotel
- 3/5
However, I don't ever see myself visiting this property again. At night, the surrounding area seems very unsafe. Shady people were shouting at eachother and hollering for my gf, which made her feel uncomfortable. The room itself was large, but very run down. Furniture and beds were beat to crap and very uncomfortable. In our suite, our downstairs toilet was broken and wasn't fixed during our visit. Housekeeping barged in without knocking at one point, scaring us. At night, it seems like they rent this place out to crackheads or idk who exactly, but there were some shady people hanging out near my Tesla and loitering near the rooms smoking. You get what you pay for with this place, low quality amenities for a low cost. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone and like I said, won't be coming back. Just fork out the money and stay at a safer, nicer place.

It was great for the price. Perfect to bring your pets and kids here.

The room was spacious and clean.

Very good
- 4/5
Spacious. Only 3 towels for 4 people. Booked for 2 queen beds but I got 2 full beds. The sofa bed is springy, not comfortable. The staff are not friendly. Only 2 dining chairs for 4 people.

After seeing the bugs, I felt extremely uncomfortable using anything in the room and could not relax or sleep properly. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, and it made the stay feel unsanitary and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made to housekeeping and room inspection standards. Clean towels and bug-free bedsheets should not be something guests have to worry about.
- 4/5
Breakfast burrito was pretty good
- 4/5
Would like complimentary coffee. The room has a one-cup maker with a supply for one. Complimentary in the lobby would be nice. Nothing fancy. I just like a good cup of coffee to start the day
- 3/5
The property is nice but the pool was really cold. The damage deposit of $100 dollars a night is outrageous!

No idea. I had an early flight.
- 4/5
I did not experience a breakfast menu , but we got in very late and I ordered from Dennys, we had very, very late night munchies do the fact we didn't get in.How did it deliver our DoorDash guy dropped it off down stairs.Nobody bothered to call us so the ice cream melted. It was cold, then the microwave door kept getting stuck.I wasn't real happy. The room was nice
- 4/5
Great location and the breakfast and lunches here are GREAT! Pool is nice! Beds a bit uncomfy.
- 3/5
Todo normal pero de las tres picinas solo limpiaban una y no se podia usar por que solo la abriam los sabados y domingos y las dos de uso diario no le daban mantenimiento, nunca las pude usar de tan sucias .
- 0.5/5
The fridge froze all my food and the boy at the reception didn’t give a FF he also had zero customer service (gen z) The aircon was loud and the fridge was loud I wanted to turn off the aircon but the windows were screwed shut. Obviously the airport was loud but I expected that.
- 2/5
The bed was almost unsleepable, a total sinkhole. There wasn’t adequate parking near my room (there was an event). The A/C did not go lower than 76. There was not a heated pool (only open on weekends). This hotel was not worth half of what I paid. Unreal
- 5/5
Food and amenities like the gym were great.
- 4/5
Close to the airport.
- 4/5
the fire alarm went off at 1 am ,then security tried to blame me .I had nothing to do with it,,,BAD fire alarm system
- 4/5

We stay at this property at least twice a year and it’s always been a wonderful stay. The property is always clean, beds are comfortable, and all in room amenities work great! We love it here and recommend it whenever we can
- 1/5
We got the suit that advertised a fold out sofa…didn’t fold out. TV in the living room didn’t work and none of the outlets in the living room worked! Shower head was totally clogged but didn’t really matter since the faucet didn’t switch to shower fully anyway. The staff didn’t care, said they would send someone and never did it was not what you’d expect. Maybe just didn’t raise a stink to get them to take care of it. We were only there two nights.
- 3.5/5
The location is okay, free and easy parking. The Gym and the room space are good. The bed has an very old mattress, irregular surface and sinking in the middle, not good for two persons sleeping together. The shower had a weak water flow. The house keeping just show up when you call them to do so, and they just clean the bathroom, never make the bed or vacuum the room floor.

I reserved a week in advance, but when checking in they gave me the wrong room. It took over 7 hours to get my room ready and they didn't offer any discount for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice . Room was very clean .
- 5/5
Food was found in the fridge from previous guests which was not appealing to our belief that the room was cleaned thoroughly before our stay. Didn't make it a big deal and didn't use the fridge because of it. Shower, Bedroom, Beds, pillows, living room area was all well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

- 5/5
Nice rooms. And quiet
- 3/5
it was an older place, built in the 1980's, it is clean and they have tried to keep it freshened up, the room we got was not the same as the pictures when we booked, it had a musty smell (like you get from something that was bult 40 years ago), it was a decent place to stay but will most likely try something else next time
- 5/5
Above expectations. Staff takes pride in the property. Close to strip, free parking, and rooms are bigger than most peoples apartments
- 5/5
I would recommend the Alexis Resort to everyone
- 5/5
We got a perfect room with upstairs bed bathroom and downstairs living room with a bathroom and it was perfect especially to get ready for the concert sick new world plus close to food and CVS and other stores
- 2/5
Didn’t get the room I booked in advance. Paid extra for the room on Expedia wasn’t too happy about the situation.

The room was very far in the back. 10 minute walk to get to front and the front is the only spot to catch uber/lyft/taxis. Room was clean. Everything worked. Staff friendly. Didnt eat breakfast and or go to the bar there.
- 4/5
The room was big the shower was great it is just far enough from the strip to think about not walking there. We were not in the hotel or room long enough to comment on anything else
- 3.5/5
The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a nice restaurant, and the location to the Strip or the airport is very convenient. We had a double bed, plus a pull out couch, and the couch bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. The springs were digging into my side. It also seems like it attracts a rough crowd, but maybe it was just the part we were in, because it’s a very large hotel with multiple buildings. Lots of sketchy seeming activity.
- 2/5
Left tip in coffee basket in room for next day coffee… they took the tip but left no coffee

Dated rooms. Hard pillows and 3 towels for two people for 3 day stay. Pool1 is cold and limited days/hours. Not sure why you need three lifeguards. Pool 2 and 3 were a bit warmer. All three pools need to be cleaned of the debris. 1km walk to the strip with some not so nice looking people. Parking was free but spots were a little tight with traffic. We never ate at the hotel. Huge site with 29 buildings but airplanes flying right over top. 6 am was loud. Tv did t have a lot of options.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 4/5
Breakfast was cold.

Loved our stay at Alexis , very clean and felt like home! Staff was great everything was absolutely perfect!!!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
It was great but our jacuzzi tub didn't work and that was the reason for me purchasing that room
- 4/5
Nice place close to airport
- 3/5
Everything about the hotel was great but the actual hotel itself. Thought it would feel more premium but it’s more of a “hotel by the side of the highway” vibe. Also, no complimentary breakfast. But 10 min from strip and airport so that’s good.
- 4/5
Attempted to checkin 1 hour early, the front desk prlerson
- 5/5
Great pace to stay very clean, servicewas wounderful
- 1/5
We had a broken sofa bed, and the shower was clogged with water from previous guests. We stayed here for a one night trip and will not be returning to this resort.
- 3/5
In addition to the ridiculous “resort fee” there is a $100 per night deposit (or $400 for 4 nights). Both of these type of charges should be unlawful.
- 2/5
Could hear people walking on the floor above me. Called the front desk, they said they would send security. If they did, it didn't help. No direction from the front desk about any of the amenities. Maybe because there aren't many. The refrig wasn't cold. Had to call to get help. No shampoo in the shower area. Towels very rough. The pool areas look very tired. There is a sign on the closet door with the price list if you dare try to take anything from the room. The snack store was closed mid afternoon. Personal seemed uninterested. They charge $37.20 for resort fee and tax. This is not a resort. Parking is very tight with parking on the left and right, with a very narrow clear path in the middle.
- 5/5
Good stay. No complains. Just that wifi could be better otherwise everything else was great.
- 5/5
Overall good
- 4/5
Nice property over a mile away from the strip, convenient to shopping and restaurants 5 min walk! Nice pools and grounds!
- 1/5
The AC was not working: cloud of dust when turned dow, And broke down revealing black mold everywhere. I got refunded but do not advise anyone to stay there. Except fo the manager who agreed to reimburse me fully immediately once I showed her the pictures, the staff was absolutely awful. This property poses health issues.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 2 days then came back and stayed 3 more. Very nice resort.
- 5/5
Love this resort. You felt like you were on a resort when you went to the pool and just walking around the buildings. Staff were very nice
- 5/5
Large property in a quiet corner of town, except for flights overhead. You can only hear them if you stay in the even numbered buildings. No casino, no smoking. Just clean and peaceful stay. Beds are very comfortable but super high which could be dangerous for seniors. The rooms are big and clean and newly renovated. Free wifi isn't enough for zoom meetings but there's an option to pay $7.99 to upgrade it to 5Mbps, which was sufficient for a 4 participant zoom meeting. Staff are super helpful and friendly, allowing me to check out 1 hour late to finish my teleconference. The business center is not private, just 2 desks in the lobby. Overall a great facility. We'll come back next time for the pools and fitness center.
- 1/5
Nothing The bar had horrible drinks. The rooms were dirty and the bed was sooo hard . The front desk didn’t have the type of room that they booked for me. And then gave me one for one bed. I had to move after getting the wrong room twice! The pool was bad too. The water was cloudy and dirty in all three. The lifeguard was falling asleep in his post and almost fell off! The alarms in the whole building went off for about 10 minutes, one time at 7:15 in the morning! The hotel was very dark at night and scary to walk through . There were no lights. The hotel was ridiculous to navigate as there weren’t many signs and they few maps they had were hard to read. The whole place smelled like cigarettes outside. Very disappointing

The grounds are really pretty. The pools are relaxing and the rooms are nice. The location is quiet. Although it is on a main road, it is not noticeable from the resort. The ice machines are in the pool area and the lock on the pool nearest to me was broken and I could get to the ice. There was a mix up with my reservation. Prior to arrival, I called to confirm my reservation and was told that my reservation could not be found. I questioned myself and re-booked my stay. When I arrived, I was told I had two reservations and they were not able to honor the original. I did not get the convention rate and had to pay a high resort fee. In addition, the hours of the two dining areas on site are very inconvenient, and very expensive. The same for the retail location on site, that has limited selections.
- 2.5/5
Internet would not connect. Engineering took too long to arrive so i cancelled. Shower head was little more than a slow drizzle. Drunk tried to get into our room at 4 am. Service at Pegasus grill very slow. Limited restaurant choices at hotel.

Manager Will is the BEST!

Dining hours were reduced.

I have stayed here so much in the past (think pre Covid) but hadn’t made the trip back to Vegas in a long time. We had a last minute trip come up and of course it being a day weekend, that meant everywhere was expensive and booked. I remembered AP and was so happy to see they had openings. It is the best and helps you get away from the strip (one block away however). My only con is that if your room is in the back, it’s a loooong walk.
- 2/5
Got book in wrong room shower door came off loose tiles no water pressure pool closed no elevators
- 5/5
The room was great and good service
- 4/5
My family and I stayed three nights. My daughter was uncomfortable on the pull out couch (poking springs) and the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan but everything was clean and spacious. Close enough to the strip and quiet considering the proximity to the strip and airport.
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and clean showers were nice and hot. Plenty of water pressure yes thats important to me.made some
- 5/5
Alexis Park is always our go to in Vegas. It is clean rooms are large and they are pet friendly. There is no casino, and that is nice, no smoke cloud to walk through.
- 2/5
The property is under the jet take-off path. The Plane engine noise was horrendous. Will not stay at that hotel again even if you paid me.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean & spacious. Mattress was not comfortable at all. Rooms were not upgraded and property looked old. But you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
The room was very clean.
- 1/5
We checked in early, spent not even a full half our in our room and couldn’t breathe due to the old, rusty and dusty AC unit. We immediately surrounded our room keys at check out and the gentleman Allan, assured me that they were able to refund the resort fees collected at Check-in. I’m never one to complain, but I couldn’t breathe from the amount of dust I was inhaling. I have a video I can provide.
- 4/5
Great place to stay, like an old-fashioned motor lodge but with real vegas feel. Great showrooms. Fun!
- 4/5
My daughters and I were in the King Suite. The room was big with a full kitchen which I liked. The staff was great and check in was easy. I loved that parking was free. We already have to pay for the room and the resort fee so it was nice to have something free.
- 5/5
Great and spacious rooms! Best price and safe for being that close to the strip. The staff was amazingly helpful and professional!!! Great stay
- 3/5
The staff was lovely.
- 5/5
Room was spacious
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Had we had family with us, the ample floor space would’ve been fantastic. The bed dipped in the middle a bit so that was slightly uncomfortable. Kitchen area would come in handy too for travelers with kids. We got in super late and left at check out so I don’t know what amenities there were. One thing: I’m handicapped and my Expedia profile is set to accessibility as such. We were first given a room on the second floor, no elevator. I asked about a handicap room and we got quickly placed on ground floor. Great!! Much appreciated except, there was a big beautiful bathtub and no walk in accessible shower. So I couldn’t shower as I can’t get into such a large tub. But boy, I was wishing I could’ve used the bathtub. It was large and deep. Looked like it would have been a nice soak. Otherwise, easy stay.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff was friendly
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and spacious. Would book again!
- 4/5
The room was clean for the most part. The couch looked a little old. The bathroom was clean. Place felt safe. Would think about staying there again.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean
- 5/5
It was like renting a one bedroom apartment in a nice apartment complex it wasn't the most luxurious place it wasn't the most expensive but for what it was the price where it is compared to the strip and anything else we were 10 to 15 minutes away from everything had a great stay
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Nothing really. It was a fine enough hotel
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, however, hotel is very dated. Room smelled very stale and wasn’t very clean. Needs a facelift and room upgrades. Bathroom tile was not clean. Very disappointed
- 3/5
The room was fine. Nothing special. My son hated the crinkling plastic on the pullout bed. We got locked out of our room on the 3rd night - very inconvenient. Security was kind. Housekeeping came every day and it was unnecessary.
- 3/5
The room was clean. Just very outdated and the shower drain did not drain very well.
- 5/5
Nice room.
- 5/5
All good things
- 5/5
Me encanta Alexis el mejor lugar de siempre el cuarto muy limpio me quedé 2 noches y fueron a limpiar mi cuarto y ponerme toallas limpias y a sacar la basura
- 3/5
However the shower water pressure was very low
- 4/5
Absolutely fine for the price. A large room, clean and not too far from the strip. Nice and close to the NFR, which is why I booked it. Nothing to complain about.
- 3/5
There was no issues with the room or the staff. The issue was with the noisy planes being under a takeoff runway. And there was also an issue with some very loud guests, a convention of high school students and some sort
- 3/5
All good except bed was very hard and uncomfortable
- 1/5
Not mention of 37$ extra for resort fee and 300$ deposit. Stayed 3 days room never cleaned Trash never emptied No fresh towels or bedding changed. Had no service
- 3/5
I wasn’t in the room long enough…my ac unit downstairs did not work but my ac unit upstairs worked. My couch was a faded blue not by plan either.
- 4/5
Clean room, very spacious suite. Two pools open with ice machines and very quiet. Had the pools to myself most days- which is what I wanted. Hotel is just north of the strip. You can walk to the Strip easily.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but no exhaust fan. The room smelled like cigarettes and mildrew the first night. We aired it out the next morning and it was better.
- 2/5
It was hard to get the air on and the TV was very limited on stations. We wanted an upstairs no elevatorss.room but were told
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
The only downside was the floor in our room was FILTHY!! My 6 year old walked around for like 3 minutes without shoes or socks and her feet were black.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Very clean room. Good service. We like the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean and a great price
- 4/5
Clean convenient good place to stay.
- 5/5
First time in this Hotel, I highly recommend it !!!!
- 4/5
Room was spacious, bed comfortable
- 1/5
Rooms are outdated, bathroom sink faucet was not working properly. They dont provide room service, even if you ask for it. AC remote was not working. TV system is archaic and difficult to watch anything.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Pools looked fantastic. I'm just sorry it was January and too cold to swim.
- 2/5
Room and resort felt old
- 4/5
The room was clean and super spacious for our party of 4 large adult males. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The only knock I would say is that the remodeled aspect of things was sloppy. Whoever painted the room did a sub par job. The main bed was a 7/10 in terms of comfort. We didn’t sleep on the couch bed because the springs dug into your back. Bought an air bed to compensate unfortunately. A great budget place to stay for the right price especially with how much space you get. We got the studio Queen Suite that sleeps 4. Although there is a $300 deposit fee. 7/10 in terms of customer satisfaction.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. I had a hard time with the bed being to soft
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
I am someone who does not usually comment of hotels.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect as always. This is the only place I stay when I’m in Vegas!!!!

The layout, very clean and everything was good.

It’s always great stay at Alexis park the rooms are spacious and very clean.

everything was great besides being charged a $400 security deposit that was never mentioned upon booking the room. the breakfast was this overly seasoned (salty) the staff was nice & patient room was clean and comfortable

- 2/5
Lack of service, property not functional, disappointing stay, cluttered parking lot
- 4/5
Very affordable and spacious rooms but no casino on site and 30 min walk from the strip. Air conditioner had slight issue in the beginning but hotel staff quickly addressed the problem. Amenities and pool older and less fancy but definitely usable
- 4/5
Its a good place to stay the staffs are very helpful. Rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Clean room, spacious, private, quiet, everything was very convenient about it
- 4/5
The 1 bedroom room was Big and clean. The only issue was that one bed felt like an old mattress and it made a lot of noise, not very comfortable. The pool area was also nice. Overall my family liked it.
- 2/5
.
- 3/5
Room was decent. However, the bathroom door upstairs had water damage and was warped at the bottom so it would get stuck on the carpet. And the heaters are not user friendly.
- 3/5
The room cleaning staff were good. The front desk staff acted as though we were bothering them. One room it did not work even after we took it back for reprogramming.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were great at check in and check out! The amenities were pretty good. The facilities were mainly quiet for where the resort is located in LV. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Nothing
- 1/5
We can not recommend this hotel. Despite the large size of the room, it was dirty and run down. The floors were buckled, the couch and chair were dirty and so uncomfortable, you couldn’t sit in them. But the bed was the true star of this unpleasantness. It seemed more like a sofa bed mattress than an actual bed. You sank into the center from all sides like a pit. We have never had a worse night sleep. The shower head over the bathtub was a foot below our heads. You have to crouch down to get your head below it to wash your hair. Despite its proximity to the strip, this is not a place a would recommend. Not a for a good night’s rest.
- 3/5
The place was nice for its price. The problem is, no elevators. We had two toddlers with us and werent even asked if we preferred up or downstairs. Carrying your things and having two little ones going up the stairs was really annoying. They could have mentioned at check in that there are no elevators. We most likely wont be staying there again due to that alone. It was really inconvenient. We were here for 3 days.
- 3/5
Staff was fine, room was fine
- 4/5
Nice staff and clock in early if they have room available
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
First, the shower head was broken. Water was everywhere. The beds are horrible. You sink in the middle. Now I know why the price was so cheap. Won't be staying there again.
- 5/5
The property is well taken care of and the pools are sparking blue and the flowers are always in bloom.
- 4/5
Clean, good service
- 1/5
Bed bugs
- 5/5
Clean room. Easy check in and out.
- 5/5
Always enjoy staying here. It is off the strip but close enough to walk to the strip.
- 1/5
The room was so small and there’s only one bed on the room and there was no breakfast included and the charges extra $35-$40 for the resort fee other than room fee
- 3/5
Their card reader wasn't working. My Uber was waiting, so they did help me after going to another card reader, but it would have been nice if it was done quickly as I got charged for waiting.
- 5/5
Yes service was good
- 4/5
The only problem was the living room heater wasn't working, and it was freezing in Vegas
- 4/5
was convenient for 1 night stay
- 5/5
The room was perfect
- 1/5
The room had a full sized bed despite having g booked a queen. When I asked the front desk they simply said I was wrong and nothing was done. I never saw housekeeping and I even called for them to clean up and nobody ever came. I’ll never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
- 3/5
No breakfast
- 3/5

i loved the cleanliness of the room everything was perfect except the hot water didn't come thru in the bathroom sink
- 5/5
Very great 10
- 5/5
Very clean, nice and confortable place . There is no free breakfast. But the price is reasonable and good at their restaurant inside the hotel
- 1/5
Terrible. Airplanes taking off next to the hotel!
- 5/5
My room was smelling curry all over but not hotel fault… everything was clean, comfortable mattress and nice environment in general, shower could have some pressure but overall I would definitely book again!
- 3/5
They charge a resort fee of $60 for poorly maintained buildings. It looks like it was built a long time ago and a very incompetent builder tried to update it. Very disappointed with the experience. The room is big and the kitchen is a plus. This has great potential if the updates would have been done better. I saw the cleaning staff around but the poor condition of the building makes it hard for them.

Love the size of the rooms. So comfortable. I have enjoyed multiple room types and have enjoyed all of them. The 2 story and the Double bed are my favorites. So close to everything also
- 2/5
The room had a wet smell. It lacked cleaning. It was pee on the bathroom toilet. I always bring cleaning supplies so I did my own cleaning. I have a Loft unit and it was supposedly remodeled but gave "landlord" special. It was paint on the carpet. The sink slow drained and was nasty. The couch had stains all over and looked like it has never been cleaned. The entrance definitely is deceiving because the lobby is gorgeous but the rooms LACK actual cleaning. The wooden blinds were WARPED. The 100$ night deposit was insane. That caught me off guard as I thought it was just $100. I would not recommend NOR return here. I could've stayed somewhere else that was better.
- 2/5
Breakfast was not included in my stay and there was a limited time when breakfast was served which was on the weekends. The room itself had no hot water but was lukewarm. The original room we had had plenty of hot water but some of the furniture was broke and the bag was very uncomfortable. So we were relocated to a new room with a larger bed but with a noisy upstairs tenant as well as lack of hot water. The staff overall was excellent and so was the management so I can't really hold them responsible for those areas as I know it's a bigger problem and normally goes through higher-ups to address those issues.

Amenities, location
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The room was clean, and spacious
- 5/5
It would be better if breakfast is included
- 3/5
What breakfast unless u pay more????rooms are apt and the noise from being next to airport don’t help sleep
- 3/5
The resort is in a good location if you don’t want to stay right on the strip. The only problem was there is a homeless camp right on the other side of the fence that you have to look at. But they never came over, you just have to look at it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff is wonderful! They are very accommodating and will go out of their way for you. The lobby is very nice and the restaurants and bar is great! We love the shows in the theaters. Very good! The pool is very nice with great landscaping and lighting. There are a couple of downfalls with staying at Alexis. There was NO hot water at all for the shower. Luke warm if best. I complained to the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy and he confirmed there was no hot water and that was it. They didn’t do anything about it. Also, there are no elevators and the rooms with 2 queen beds are all up a flight of stairs that are outside. That was tricky to navigate. But there are handrail and it was well lit. Also the beds and pillows need to updated. They are very hard and slanted. I don’t know if I would stay here again. Maybe if there was hot water and a better bed and pillow, I could put up with the homeless camp right there. But no not water for many days is aweful. 3 out of 5 stars.
- 3/5
The room was spotless, staff were friendly. I did not give 5 stars because I paid for a King suite and I got a double room instead. Also, the remote control for the bedroom was missing, and it was very warm in the room. We did not complain at the property because we were mostly away anyway, but it was a bit disappointing that we did not get the king bed.
- 3/5
Cleaning of the rooms could be better bath floor mat had a stain and mirror has red spit or blood on the mirror.
- 5/5
courteous staff, spotless room
- 3/5
The room was in fair condition the bathroom sink poor drainage. The resort fee was too high for what you get no free water. The AC unit made noise went in use. The upper floors are not soundproof you can hear everything when there’s noisy people occupying that space. The rooms are very large.
- 3/5
Nice place for the value but our room had a kitchen but no utensils, plates, pots or pans. Otherwise the room was nice
- 2/5
We were given two double beds only room instead of Monarch Deluxe King Suite and two sofa beds. Beds were sunken. Pillows were high so did not have good sleep. Thank you.
- 4/5
The check in was smooth. We stayed at room 2354 the room is clean but the next day there was a loud construction noise. The buildings has no elevator and if you don't have a car there is 25 minutes walk to the Las Vegas strip.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was friendly, the rooms are stuffy and too noisy .
- 4/5
Clean room great staff
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable rooms
- 4/5
There is only warm water to take a bath and the bed is not comfortable, but everything else is fine
- 5/5
The front desk area is a wonderfully clean, modern area. The rooms are actually in a motel type area. That area is run down, but the room was clean, modern.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good but it’s not complimentary
- 4/5
Please I beg give free breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room and comfortable
- 1/5
Check in was great. Room was horrible. The beds are on wheels, every live you make, the bed moves away from the wall. The water in the shower is very Luke warm at best and unbearable in the winter. Woke up each morning to the housekeeping screaming across the rooms. A housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am three times and attempted to come in, I ran TJ the door and she asked if we were checking out. I said No not til tomorrow, she walked away. Worst stay ever.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Affordable accommodation. Overall, everything was so good, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place with great service.
- 1/5
Mattress not good
- 1/5
The room was very old. Even after calling for service about the clogged bathtub, no one came to fix it. The toilet was not clean, and the bathroom faucet was also clogged with no hot water. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will never stay at this place again.
- 4/5
the room was very spacious and clean, I didn't eat in the restaurants there was plenty of free parking
- 5/5
room is neat, clean, spacious, amazing living experience and will refer to friend
- 2/5
Room is outdated with minimal power, old tub/shower, no elevator. Very noisy with planes taking off directly overhead.
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
bed sucked
- 1/5
From the reviews i thought this place was going to be family friendly. Research some videos as well. Booked expecting family fun in the pools and safe place to stay. While the room was immaculate. It seemed like they slapped paint and new carpet to fix the problems. Booked 2 nights but didmt even stay 1.
- 3/5
Clean resort and nice stay.
- 5/5
Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the room was great loved how the room was separate from the living and small dining, dint get a chance to use the amenities but it was great and fit our needs. Thank you we will definitely be using this establishment when we return.
- 3/5
Roach in the shower. AC shut itself off a few times.
- 2/5
Rooms weren’t stocked. Couldn’t figure out how to use the heat and it was freezing in our room. Long walks outside to room from waiting room. Key wouldn’t work in the door half the time.
- 4/5
Room was clean. No wash cloths in room. You have to get them from front desk, which seemed weird. Room was as cold when we arrived. Had to have maintenance come and fix it.
- 4/5
The room is spacious and a comfortable place for an extended stay.
- 5/5
Wry clean
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable We should have mentioned at check in we didn’t have a car, we were in building 25 which is far from the front desk for senior citizens
- 5/5
Super clean, coffee maker, fridge and microwave were really nice. Staff is excellent friendly and fun
- 5/5
Breakfast was not fresh. Some items were not cooked fresh and were reheated.
- 5/5
Yes all was good
- 4/5
The room was very clean, the staff was great. I liked that the room had a kitchen in it and the size of the room was great. This hotel is really close to the airport and you can hear planes all the time, but i slept just fine.
- 4/5
My experience wasn’t the greatest due to other guests. However, the staff were kind, helpful and in the end, resolved the issue without question and with good customer service. My only complaint with the actual hotel itself was that of the two ac units in my room, only one worked, it barely blew and the air was warm rather than cold. It wasn’t hot this time of year so I wasn’t too concerned. Our room was definitely outdated but it did feel and look clean.
- 5/5
Clean, renovated large room. Great bed too. The staff was great the lobby is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and patrolled for safety. The resort is older but so am I , and it has some shine left in it, The bathroom surrounds and fixtures have been updated. So has the flooring. The place was pencil and close to the Thomas and Mack. We will stay here again.
- 3/5
Just stayed for a night. Car broke down at Autozone. Definitely convenient location. There was a pool that looked nice.
- 1/5
Staff were great though.
- 3/5
Staff was nice.
- 3/5
More of a Motel than a Hotel and definitely not a Resort. Older property with exterior entrances to rooms.Description on Expedia does not match reality.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, helpful staff, close to the strip..whats not to like?
- 2/5
Heater did not work and it was cold! No water in vending machines and lobby store was never open to buy water on property
- 3/5
Although booking a hotel by the airport predictably resulted in planes flying over during the night, it did seem excessive. That is, the walls seemed extra thin. The refrigerator also gurgled so much that I had to turn it off, and although there were wall units for heating and cooling, I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything. (It was pretty cold at night.) Many towels were missing, and there was also a threatening sign on the closet with fees for stolen items. The coffee maker had a 4 inch cord, making it almost impossible to navigate the coffee machine.
- 3/5
The pics doesn't show u everything, and the rooms, well, whatever, anyways was a good time tho
- 3/5
The room was worn down and dirty in some area. The couch was dirty and there was garbage under the TV stand
- 5/5
Clean and good service from staff
- 1/5
There was a noise coming from
- 3/5
It was too early . Still haven’t seen our $200 deposit refund back or the emailed receipt . Room was ok but the place felt like a compound with a pool
- 4/5
It's bit dated
- 5/5
Love the room and location
- 3/5
The room we had (1801) the heater did not work called for maintenance 3 times. And 3rd time he finally brought a standing heater to my room at 11:56pm. The beds were not the most comfortable , unless you like a lot of squeaking.
- 4/5
We had a lot of problems but the staff worked hard to fix them. The first room, heat was broken. Second room, microwave didn’t work, brought replacement, didn’t work, this times a charm. Also, our room didn’t have an ironing board, as advertised so we called the office again. The staff worked hard to make our stay pleasant and provide the amenities that they advertise.
- 4/5
Large room and relatively clean , The decor is a bit aged.
- 5/5
The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in, explore the area, and return later to check in with ease. After checkout, we were also able to store our bags, which made our travel much more convenient.
- 4/5
Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It’s a great place to stay in Vegas if you don’t want the crowds at casinos. Easily accessible from anywhere and very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Excellent Breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Clean room, beds made fresh towels daily great price
- 3/5
The first room that we checked into was not Fit to sleep in the bed sheets look dirty. The bed moved when you sat on it. The couch had a lot of stains on it. So we upgrade to another room. The room was nice. The TV had no signal so we had to call the maintenance to fix it but overall, I did get a good night sleep. The restaurant food was amazing. The waitress named Bianca was great. You need to give her a raise. she was a very good waitress and I really appreciate that.
- 2/5
The room was dirty, and there were used objects under the armchair. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk receptionist laughed at us. They changed our rooms, charged us only half for the resort fees, but still, it was terrible. The room is quite old, the bathroom is cold, and the microwave didn't work.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and the resort was very nice and quiet and clean which can be hard to find in Vegas.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Close to Vegas strip in walking distance
- 5/5
Staff was great. Clean room.
- 2/5
The whole complex is located next to the Airport, all you hear all day/night, are the planes taking off. To the point where you can't hear the television as it was SO LOUD. The staff were super nice and accommodating, they offered too e us, but we checked all the other locations and it was ungodly loud anywhere you went.
- 2/5
The room was not exactly clean. there were hairs in the bathroom upon my arrival and the floor felt dirty. There was no way to turn off one of the blowers which kept the room very cold. The TV was tiny. And the fire alarm went off at 12:05 am and took nearly 45 minutes to be shut off while everyone stood outside in the cold. Alexis resort really needs to try harder.
- 2/5
Upon checking into the room we realized the floors hasn't been swept. Trash, leaves, dirt, hairs on the sheets.
- 3/5
Okay
- 2/5
No extra towels or hand towels no actual blanket the air port is literally right there and the loud planes are almost impossible to get any sleep
- 3/5
Rooms are in need of refreshing. Beds are soft and lumpy. Shower pressure was very poor
- 5/5
The room is clean, and the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect to wander around Vegas Strip. The front desk employee gladly considers our suggestions.
- 3/5
Queen beds for 4 people and I got a Queen bed and sofa bed, very uncomfortable
- 2/5
Let's start with the housekeeping staff doing a good job. Desk staff were minimally helpful. Information shared at check in was barely enough to get you to your room. The rooms are stark and unwelcoming. Resort (a word that should not be used here) layout was unaccommodating for a good portion of the buildings. A resort fee is inappropriate here - it's not a resort. I had requested a king room and was given two queens. I won't go there again.
- 4/5
I loved the amount of space, staff was very acomidating. I specifically booked the resort because of the complimentary breakfast. When I went to go eat break , the server said that I needed a voucher and I did not receive them when I checked in. So I missed out on breakfast.
- 3/5
Clean, solid budget hotel that’s convenient for concerts at Virgin Hotel. Decent, not terrible.
- 1/5
Very rude front desk staff! Gave us wrong directions to find our building and room.
- 3/5
Check in/ check out was understaffed. Rooms were ok, not bad, not great. Not sure what the resort fee was for as we were given no information about amenities.
- 3/5
What you would expect for the price. Not too bad overall
- 3/5
Dirty, no hot coffee station
- 4/5
Nothing fancy but rooms are big and clean. Don’t expect much but it’s one of the best deals in town.
- 3/5
The property is very nice. Unfortunately, I had problems. (1) my reservation was for a king, but I was assigned a double. Told the 3rd party reserved wrong room. (2) found 2 bugs in bed. Room was otherwise very clean. (3) I spoke to manager about switching rooms shen never apologized or made any effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. She was professional but lacked any sense of friendliness (not even a smile). She seemed unhappy which made me feel uncomfortable. She put me in another double despite me mentioning I reserved a king. (3) tv resident work in new room took over 1 hour to get it fixed. Needless to say, not a great experience.
- 2/5
Was told we would get two breakfast coupons over the phone but then was told we would not once we checked in.
- 4/5
Huge, comfortable room. Only downside is that it’s close to a flight path so you hear a plane flying over every 5 minutes.
- 1/5
It took a very long time to get the right room. After checking in, we had to change the room a couple of times and I had to keep going back and forth from the wrong room to the lobby and drive back and forth, as well as unload and load the luggage each time due to the wrong room being assigned. They said when they received the booking from Expedia, it was sent to them as a different room that was a lower tier than what we actually reserved
- 1/5
I would strongly advise avoiding this place. I do not recommend it and will never return. Parking is free, but they add an unexpected $31 fee at check-in. It’s definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
- 3/5
The sofa mattress should have been replaced long ago.
- 4/5
It’s very nice and bigger rooms
- 5/5
ห้องดีค่ะสะอาด
- 2/5
The heater doesn't work, either. It's cold in the room, which makes us unable to rest well, in addition to being super tired from the road trip. We need to move to another room tomorrow. We are very disappointed. We don't think we expected too much.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was courteous
- 3/5
Room was spotless, we enjoyed our stay. One minor complaint. Living room couch seemed at least 10 years old and have sunlight damage across seating and leg area.
- 2/5
The bed creaked with every single movement. Sheets for the pull out writer scratchy. No washclothes provided. In addition to the noise from the airplanes. Very disappointing experience.
- 5/5
Nice stay, simple and cozy for the night
- 5/5
It was clean and the room had a great set up with the beds being in a separate area than the couch and TV area. There was also a small table near the microwave and fridge. We ate at the restaurant twice and recommend both the restaurant and pub menus. The French onion soup is amazing. Maria was our waitress and couldn’t have been more pleasant and welcoming. Parking got a little tricky when Friday night rolled around a lot of people were there but we still found a spot. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
clean, good price, convenient location, a good option for a not so expensive family trip. close to airport so don't be surprise if it gets a bit of noisy, nothing you can't handle.
- 5/5
Very clean, spacious rooms
- 3/5
The thermostat did not change the temperature of heating/cooling mode. A technician had to come up to the room and reprogram it.
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
Love this quiet place away from the strip!! Great place to stay that’s close to everything but not in the middle of all the chaos!!
- 5/5
Room was nice
- 3/5
It was fine. It was spacious and at one point was probably a decent resort. It's pretty tired though. Our room was big with a separate bedroom and living area but definitely no frills. Location is ok about halfway between UNLV and the strip.
- 2/5
Rooms not great. They double charged resort fee and said it would be refunded later. The facility should be truthful about extra fees.
- 4/5
Room are good, bath tub is awesome, and closes to the strip.
- 3/5
The first day in the room, it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty! Once things got cleaned, it was better. Not perfectly clean ever but better. The photos make it look better than it was. We had two rooms, keys had to be replaced 7 times. And it was a very long walk to the front desk. (No we did not have them by anything electronic). Fairly cheap nightly price.
- 3/5
Stayed here in june with my teenage son. We came to vegas from scotland for the UFC. Drove to vegas from LA for the event, would stay again with children. Shops nearby, free parking. Lovely pool areas opened until 10pm in summer , room had facilities to heat up food etc. Great for the price
- 5/5
We didnt eat there
- 5/5
The room was clean love the upstairs downstairs thing just a comfortable stay it was what i needed
- 3/5
The people that work here are great. The room is clean. It's a little dated. The air conditioner works intermittently but when it does , you get pretty cold. I would definitely come back to here if the prices stay low. The thing I didn't understand is , when I wanted to extend my stay, it ws cheaper to use Expedia than the front desk.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
- 3/5
Easy parking.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Wish check in was earlier and had complimentary breakfast at least for what I paid to stay there.
- 5/5
My room was spotless.
- 1/5
Room too cold; couldn’t adjust temperature; no water pressure; no conditioner. Very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
I had breakfast every day and it was $16 and change today I had breakfast and it was $20. I get the same thing every day they take advantage of you when you pay cash.
- 5/5
Wish there is elevator or support with luggage
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
No frills hotel off strip. Lots of crumbs in room and kitchen area. The pull out sofa couch had stains. Staff friendly- including security, who laughed when they were called for “splashing at the pool” when my children accidentally splashed, someone in the pool. Plenty of parking that filled up.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
room/bathroom was clean but coffee maker was broken. checkin person was courteous.
- 5/5
This place was nice and the room was larger than I expected it to be. The parking was a little crazy on a busy night but overall my experience here was good.
- 4/5
Great stay for night. Only bad was no elevator and having to carry heavy luggage up and down all the stairs.
