The night auditor was completely rude and had such a bad attitude the entire time. She kept yelling things out to me angry because I was having a hard time hearing her from behind the small check in window. I work in hospitality as well and I couldn’t imagine treated guests that way. She finally checked me in but by that time I didn’t want to stay there. When I got to the room I immediately wanted to leave. I don’t think I slept at all from how filthy it was. The housekeeper was very kind though.

You pay for what you get and the price was appreciated. Rough town but good people in Las Cruces. People were friendly to me and my daughter. Staff are amazing. Don’t be complaining when they only asked did $40 lol. I’d go back if I needed it.

The hotel seemed somewhat rundown, and the sign outside looked old, faded, and discolored, which wasn't the best first impression. My room had a noticeable odor when I arrived, and I found hair on the shower floor, making it seem like the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The shower was also quite small and would likely be uncomfortable for taller guests. One positive aspect was the bright exterior lighting at night, which helped the property feel safer after dark. Most importantly, the staff was courteous and provided great customer service throughout my stay. That said, I would not choose to stay here again. For a little more money, I believe you can find a much better hotel or even an Airbnb with a private entrance and a more comfortable overall experience.

The place was nasty, I killed so many roaches I’m going to send them a bill for exterminating. Towels had stains. They required a $20 cash deposit for the night which I thought was weird until I saw that room. Everything in the room was worth $20 to replace. Will not be returning. Needs to be closed down.

Nothing The staff was smoking pot upon my arrival and not very welcoming. The toilet was dripping water the entire time. The shower was very dirty. The floors were dirty as well. The curtains were barely hanging by sparse hooks. The beds themselves were extremely hard. The pillows were substandard. The price of the hotel itself was way above pricing. Unfortunately this was the only hotel available in the area or I would have stayed elsewhere. There were roaches crawling in the bathroom. Mold in the ceiling in the bathroom as well as on the shower curtains.

Nothing the property had trash everywhere there were people with enough stuff for an apartment that were just laying and sitting on the stairs and digging in the back looking for something or hiding something The bed had burn marks there was damage to the floor in the bathroom and the ceiling on the walkway the lamp shades were discolored and dirty the wall behind the lamp was gross.

Cigarrete stink, roaches in the room, terrible

Opened package. There was 1 bath towel and the floor in the bathroom had severe water damage. The TV remote did not operate the TV and the batteries were taped on. The security lock had nothing to attach to…it had been broken off. We had reserved 2 nights but after the first night we had to find another place.

Dirty beds. Dirty floors, air conditioner stinks when on. False advertisement not what the picture looked like online

Front desk representative was super helpful with letting us use the office refrigerator and freezer and there was plenty of parking for our trailer but everything else was sketchy. Either the sheets were permanently stained or they needed to be cleaned, bathroom light was flickering, towels were literally shredding, drapes had holes and comforter needed to be replaced. We slept on top of the blanket with our clothes on.

They need to put new beds and new blankets and save the world better

Return visitor; in a past review I said, "Very clean and tidy; the bed was quite comfortable. Would stay there again" and I did! I think I'll probably always stop here when I drive this route out west
