We stayed 4 nights with 2 kids in April. Great location, you have the beach right in front, and a big play zone for kids right outside the hotel. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. We had a problem with the TV and washing machine, and thanks to Marius they were both solved quickly. We highly appreciate the great effort and kind attention!! Staff was always willing to help. Room was not so clean.

We ended up in this hotel randomly and last minute as the previously booked location was locked and no one was answering the calls. So it was a choice due to vecinity and served it's purpose

Perfect location. just at the promenade and a hundred meters from the beach. Walking distance to the central bus station. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Helpful staff at the dining room. My room had a tiny bathroom. Sound insulation from outside is not bad but one can hear all sounds from the corridor. Reception staff could learn how to smile.

The location and view from our room/balcony was amazing! The room itself was a bit on the small side but overall was big enough for a short stay. The breakfast was average, same choices pretty much each morning. We arrived very late/early depending how you look at it (4am) The young man at the front desk considering what time it was, was very friendly. Never saw him again unfortunately but the few people who worked the front desk for the remainder of our stay should look into new careers since hospitality is definitely not their strong suit! TV wasn't working, no channels, guy tells me to "change the channel" no - let me see if I can fix that for you...Grumpy faces when entering or leaving, no good morning or hello or anything. To top it off we checked out on Sunday and the roads were closed all around the hotel due to the Carnival, you would think someone from the hotel would have told us that so we could arrange for a Taxi to the airport somewhere nearby in advance, I mean we figured everything out but the staff DEF needs to do some customer service training.

Due to the flight being extremely late I arrive at 5.30 in the morning instead of midnight. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is varied and very good, with fresh products, as fruits. The balcony of the room gives onto the beach, palms and sunrise. The location is perfect, very close to the Finikoudes bus stop. Also the airport is quite close (6 km).

We liked the location although the parking might be the issue. The apartment was very comfortable, only that there was some noise from the top, perhaps related to conditioning. Great balcony and great view. I recommend.

Perfect location with sea views, good breakfast choices . The staff at the reception could be more pleasant.

The location was excellent, just in the center of Larnaca city and a few meters away from the beach: you could see the waves from the bed. The room was small but cozy, its main asset being the sunny balcony with a view. The restaurant was elegant, also with a lovely sea view, and breakfast even exceeded our expectations. The room was pretty small, the bed was not comfortable, there was no sofa, only 2 hard plastic chairs. Personnel showed little empathy, as nobody seemed to care about our wishes. We asked for a double bed but we got 2 small twin beds. When we asked if we could have our last breakfast packed, as the flight was early in the morning, we received a resounding no and nothing else.

Wonderful hotel. We had upper room with balcony facing Sea and it was great. Hotel is just a few steps to the beach, and a few steps to the bus stop from which you can go direct by intercity bus to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, and other places. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff and housekeeping, central location within easy walking distance to most sights, fresh beach towels every day, lots of nearby restaurants, large beach for good swimming. No electrical outlets by the bed, so bring an extension cord if you need to plug in anything by the bed, such as a CPAP machine. Some noise at night from motorcycles racing in the streets, but the hotel can't control that.

Location The room was small. A person with more kilo must struggle to do a shower ( the cabin shower very small)

Close to all eateries and beach. Free street parking in Christmas time. And off season prices are good. Staff was not very welcoming but still professional. No dish washer, but it seems that's not common in Cyprus Appartements..

The location is excellent. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and diverse. The room is clean, cozy and with a nice view. The guest were quite noisy. But this is not a fault of the hotel.
