Homewood Suites by Hilton Largo/Washington, D.C.

I'm from NC and come to the Largo area often. This is the third time I've stayed at Homewood. Loved it every time.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the accommodations were exactly what I needed—quiet, comfortable, and inviting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the level of customer service, which made me feel valued as a guest. Every interaction was pleasant, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. We had a great stay at this hotel. I loved the property and amenities and how the hotel is located very close to the sports complex. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. I wish there was another chair in the room for us to share meals at the table. But there was an ottoman inside the coffee table that worked just fine. We would recommend and will be returning for future stays.

Property was right off the freeway and close to restaurants and stores. My room was clean and a great size. Only stayed one night but would be great for a longer stay with the space and the kitchen. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

In the beginning of our stay the afternoon shift didn't seem excited or shown interest in out stay Another issue was I have a family of 4 and I've requested extra towels during my stay ( from Saturday) I was told that my room would be clean every other day well I didn't get my room clean till Wednesday ( I've checked out on Friday) so from Saturday thur Wednesday when my room didn't have the opportunity to get clean

Was spotless staff was very friendly and everything I needed to locate was nearby. Food ,shopping and stadium.

The room was perfect. Clean and everything worked besides the pressure in the shower.

Worst flights ever to get to DC but your staff @ the Homewood Suites saved our trip! Super helpful w everything and helped locate the luggage that was misplaced by the airlines! Great staff and good breakfast!

Bed was so uncomfortable we only had a couple hours of sleep off and on. The pillows were so flat. They never gave us sheets or pillow for the pull out couch bed knowing my son was the 3rd person in the room. We didn't realize it until we got back from the football game after midnight so he just crashed with the blankets we bought from the stadium before i could ask the front desk. Breakfast food was cold and there was no eggs left at 9am. The best part was actually the shower because it was nice and toasty after freezing at the game all night. The front desk lady was also great when we checked in.

My stay was very comfortable and service from Jasmine was excellent, the only thing i didn't like was that i brought kids and they brought their game consoles, and the wifi dont let you hook upnthe game consoles which i dont understand, but other then that my stay was great.

The property was fine and well kept. Staff was very friendly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the website listed an indoor pool and there was no pool.

Poor service. Missing bedding no hair dryer low on amenities. Breakfast sub oar. Front desk person rude. Not the same experience I had at same hotel in Nc. MD hotel was not good.

The property itself was acceptable. The staff at registration were awful, however. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience by simply being present. There was never a smile given or kind word spoken. Additionally, the breakfast hours are pretty restrictive.

Very nice place

Our experience here was really disappointing. The room we reserved was over $400 but we justified it because we could share it with my sister in law. The room pictured had a partition wall between the bedroom and living room, the room we received did not. We would not have booked this room if we knew. Furthermore, when we arrived at 4:40, there were no rooms available for us to check in. We were in town for a concert starting and the delayed check in caused us to miss the start. When we finally got into a room, there were no linens available for the pull out sofa and the bed was made with a mattress liner instead of a flat sheet. It was clearly unwashed and we opted for sleeping on an uncovered mattress and no covers. The staff was unapologetic for everything and offered no compensation.

1, Didn't like the fact that I was told on the day I arrived that I would not be getting the accommodations I booked for which was a handicapped assessable room with roll-in shower due to overbooking. I did get a bathtub assessable room instead. I felt I should have been notified of this change prior to my date of arrival and at the least received a discount. 2, I stopped at desk to ask to make a request for Maintenace in my room to a younger man. He barely made eye contact with me and it was hard to hear his answer.

Breakfast everyday. Metro station was 7 minutes away. Many restaurants and gas stations right near by!

The room was superficially clean; however, the living room chair had stains so we didn't use it. The toilet seat needed maintenance, and the flapper required replacement due to constant running. This was reported at checkout so hopefully these issues are resolved.

The bathroom door continued to “lock”, and the front desk attendant asked that I try to “pick” it instead of him immediately sending maintenance. The breakfast attendant snapped when I reached in the cabinet for a hot chocolate packet (there was none left on the counter). The bed became less comfortable the longer we stayed.

It was a wonderful stay, the room was great, the location was nice as well. Overall, we will stay here again. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but doable, my husband just has some back issues.

The overall stay was great however I personally preferred that the shower in the 2 Queen Bed room had better water pressure and temperature

Spacious rooms

I received a email from Hilton to review this property. I did! And then never heard back we've though i asked them to. It's ridiculous I paid $900 for 3 days in a facility that was maybe good enough as a motel 6. This is NOT Hilton quality. I believe I deserve to be refunded. This staff was unprofessional in appearance and speaking. The clientele looked like they received motel 6 rates in order to stay there. There was constant running up and down our hallway. This is just tip of ice berg.

Everything was great from check-in to check out. Breakfast was a nice treat in the morning. Only suggestion would be pay special attention to the shower floors around the shower doors.

This is one of the best extended stay properties I've currently stayed at in the last 6-months. The staff team is stellar, especially the front desk staff team, housekeeping team, and dining/kitchen service team. I strongly recommend this property for anyone who looking to have a nice, quiet and enjoyable getaway or stay at a "by Hilton" property in Prince Georges County, Maryland.

Nice hotel

We arrived in the middle of the night for check in and it felt like we were inconveniencing the person working the front desk. He was a bit rude. The room we were assigned had faulty air conditioning. On the second night of our stay it never came back on and the room got extremely hot. I notified the front desk in the morning and they sent someone to look at it rather quickly. They could not repair it and told us they could move us to a different room, but we would have to wait 20 more minutes for the paint to dry. I asked if the room was going to smell like paint and received a snarky answer about how painting your house tends to make your house smell like paint. He then said that if we wait until everyone checks out and rooms are cleaned he could give us a different room. That’s the option I chose. We had to pack all of our items, which included days worth of food and move to a different room. Not one time did the staff offer to help, apologize for the trouble, or offer any type of credit or compensation for the inconvenience.

The problem with my room number 430 is the shower door would not stay closed during my shower

This was my first time at this hotel. Check in was easy and quick. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.

Bed used and bathroom very dirty

Very modern, comfortable bed and pillows, clean kitchen and big refrigerator. Only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t figure out the tv remote. I would stay here again.

I think the breakfast could’ve been a bit better- (that’s what we base our stay on 😂) my kids weren’t crazy about breakfast tacos every morning, but if that’s your thing

Apparently, the Manager knows that we are given to have the room right above the boiler so it was so loud and even the floor was shaking, And vibrating. The solution initially give us was no other room available for the Accessible bathroom and shower, But eventually, they agreed on moving us to the lower floor. I was told the staffing wasn’t able to keep up cleaning the room and switching out the towels. You really have to ask and sometimes how to go and get the towel yourself downstairs, which is insane

I like how they have parking lot security at night.

Sheets had stains and the tv did not work only stayed one night luckily. Too expensive for those inconveniences.

Perfect, will definitely stay here again. The staff was Amazing!! From front desk, to breakfast service workers.

This hotel is decent - the staff is friendly - one big downside is that it smells like pot everywhere, all the time - in the lobby, hallway, elevator even the rooms!

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and I was told I would get a keyless card, which I never received. The room had a huge water spot under one of the end tables and there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana outside of our room and the hallway, which made me physically ill. The breakfast was mediocre with very few selections and very bland.

Everything was great! We stayed for the Washington/Dallas game, got there super late due to weather and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful with us getting there so late. Parking was tight but was expected being there’s 3 hotels booked during a game weekend. Easy check in/out. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good, basic hotel breakfast. I was a little bummed they don’t refill the waffle mix with still 2 left for breakfast but that’s just a personal inconvenience lol. Used their fitness center, it was very clean and I love that that had a peloton! I would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Room and hotel itself were clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a really long wait to check in however it was understandable with a football game the next day.

My room did not have any wifi and we had a microwave that didn’t work.

I was excited to try this property as we were going to a Commanders game and the facility is one mile away, however I will not choose to stay here again. In our room we had a toilet that ran every 15-20 seconds ALL night and then the next morning our showers were with COLD water as it seems the hot water had run out. Unacceptable!!

I like that the room was roomy, nice dining, living room area with kitchen and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious for our girls trip!!! I’d stay there again

Really no problem with the stay, food was good, staff good, little noisy being next to an interstate, parking bit of an issue on game day, scheduled to stay four days left after 3 due to weather, only real area of concern was the linen and towels etc, told make of room was only completed after fourth day, not sure if this is industry standard but totally unacceptable, paying over $200 per night we expected clean towels everyday. Yes we reuse towels at home, but it is our choice and no fees involved.

Stayed for the weekend for the Beyoncé concert two nights in a row. The staff was so nice! I wish I got the Ames of the two ladies who checked me in & out because there were cherry helpful & pleasant. I enjoyed my stay very much!
