the pool hours are listed outside of the pool area as 10-8 daily. when we went to use the pool the hours on weekdays are only from 6-9 pm. i chose this hotel based on the pool and was very disappointed.

Staff was amazing, rooms could use some updates. Mold on shower curtain and in certain spots in bathroom.

The Holiday Inn Express in Largo MD is the ONLY HOTEL that I stay in when I’m in Largo MD which is three to four times a year. Price, Safety, Customer Service very friendly & helpful, Extremely Clean, Adheres to Infection Control Regulations (I’m a nurse so I know) , Great Toiletries , Soft Bedding/Sturdy Mattress, Family/Child Friendly , Free Parking , Very Delicious Breakfast, Free-Wi-Fi. , Close to a safe Shopping Center, & Uber Eats delivers there promptly .. The hotel staff IS consistently concerned about your comfort level during my stay.

I only stayed because it close to AAFB. Location and cleanliness was terrible.

Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well.

We arrived late in the evening and despite that we had to wait 30 minutes for the room as it wasn’t ready. There were 2 towels for 4 people and on top of that they were dirty.

breakfast was horrible. It consist of only one meat, pork sausages links,gravy sauce and a pancake machine. I just had coffee. After the smoke alarm sounded off twice between 4am and 5:30am, I was ready to check out.

Stayed here a week. loved the location it was quiet and in the back very comfortable and close to so much. i genuinely loved my stay here but the housekeepers need to be held accountable a little more as far as not skipping certain things. The actually beds and room were clean and cozy but the bathrooms threw me off. i didn't like that the bathrooms were not that clean. i switched rooms twice both showers were disgusting. like rusting corners in the bath tub and hair. Housekeeping absolutely half cleans. floors weren't mopped at all and showers had dry gunk on the shampoo,conditioner,and shower gel bottles,also behind the toilets like the floors near the toilet to both rooms weren't that clean. but then again what did i really expect for The holiday Inn. idk maybe it was just one housekeeper that rushed those rooms on that floor that week.

The breakfast was average. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower curtain was to short and the bathroom flooded from taking a shower and the housekeeper stated she didn't have enough towels but we got some from the front desk later that evening. Would stay again if traveling back to that area.

I recently stayed at this location and was quite concerned regarding a number of issues. Despite calling ahead to notify the hotel of a late check in, we were informed upon arrival that a confirmed reservation for members of our group was cancelled, leaving a family with a sick toddler without a room at night in an unfamiliar area. Additional concerns included the fact that another guest was issued a key to a room that was already occupied (serious safety issue), appropriate room service was not available for an extended period of time, and many of the amenities were non-functional or worked very poorly. What was most discouraging was that the staff showed no accountability or remorse and there was no way to escalate the situation over the weekend. There were several other hotels in the area with more helpful staff, better amenities, and similar price points so I definitely would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were very clean and big The rooms had no drawer space what so ever. Only a closet with 6 hangers. The night stands didn’t even have drawers. I’m a guest where i like to unpack all my things if I’m staying 2 plus nights. Can down for breakfast at 8 am and they never restocked any bacon and the pancake machine so my only choice was eggs and sausage gravy. Breakfast was suppose to be till 9

The microwave wasn’t working had to get a knew one, the phones wasn’t working, also we had to keep going down stairs to get towels and wash cloths. They didn’t have enough that we needed it was terrible I would never stay there again

What made this situation far worse was the hotel’s complete lack of security and total nonchalance afterward: No patrolling security No one actively monitoring CCTV Front desk staff showed little urgency or empathy No meaningful assistance or accountability offered I was traveling with my child, which meant the ordeal of removing car seats, scrambling for transportation, paying for Uber rides, arranging a rental, and dealing with police and insurance—all while my plans were completely ruined. Despite this happening on their premises: I was forced to pay $500 out of pocket for my insurance deductible I incurred additional transportation and rental-related expenses The hotel offered nothing—no compensation, no meaningful support, no concern At a minimum, guests should expect basic safety measures or at least a caring response when something this serious happens. Instead, I felt dismissed and left to deal with the fallout alone. If you value your safety, your vehicle, or peace of mind—do not park here. I will never stay at this hotel again.

There was unknown hair in the table. A employee was vacuming in the hall and hit the room door. I opened the door he looked at me and said nothing. One thing I'll recommend that i noticed they didn't have was blackout curtains. Therefore if you are a person that likes to sleep in once the sun comes up, this may bother you. The location of this hotel was also great, it was close to the major highway and several shopping area and food area. They also had free parking. Overall my stay was good for the price we paid. I even think it was better than other high-end hotels that doesn't even offer as much like the free breakfast and parking option.

Location was picked because we were told we were in “walking” distance to the football stadium. Nothing around us to get dinner or buy alcohol. Otherwise it was a nice room, comfortable bed, decent shower and the maid service was really good.

The TV look like magnet had been ran over it, almost unwatchable. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the rooms are clean.

Enjoyed my stay with holiday inn. The only issue we experienced was no towel and wash clothes. After, we asked the front desk clerk Abi, for them. She asked me to leave the towels that we already had at the door. They took those but never brought any cleans ones. We had to wait until next morning to go to the front desk, to ask again.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel.

It's a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. My room looked really clean and had all of the amenities that I wanted. The fridge and microwave looked modern and worked perfect the sheets were clean I really had no complaints other than the breakfast wasn't all that but it's free and the cinnabon was really good.

Just spent the week here on family vacation and loved it! Claudia at the front desk was so kind, and Doris made sure breakfast was fantastic and continuously well-stocked. Loved that housekeeping cleans your room daily rather than every other day as many hotels have changed to. Beds are comfortable, rooms are QUIET, great water pressure in the shower - felt like a massage, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day in the heat and was big. Our boys enjoyed the weight room, too. Nice variety for breakfast! There were the amazing cinnamon rolls, assortment of breads/bagels/muffins, pancake maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, scrambled eggs and a meat (bacon or sausage) every day. There was also a 3rd hot item like biscuits and sausage gravy or potato cubes. Great variety! Chick-fil-A and 7-11 less than 5 min away. Only con was the ice machine on our floor (4th) didn't work, but we just ran down to 3rd. Overall great experience!

The property is really close to a metro station with parking! The room I was in had some broken things in the room like the shower curtain and hand soap dispenser, there was also stains on the couch.

Room service never added toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. Room service also took our dirty towels and never replaced them, we had to ask for fresh towels

The room had several damaged areas (holes and stains on the couch, large patches of peeling paint on the wall) and the bathroom had a broken faucet and a strong smell of mildew. The pool area had not been cleaned when we arrived at opening time so there was a discarded pair of underwear and empty drink bottles around the pool deck. The door latch to the pool area was broken and would not open from the inside so once we were in, we had to wait for someone else to come in to get out. The pool water was also very cold.

Was perfect for my one night stay. Close to the Stadium and very convenient to access the major arteries. Tucked away for a quiet stay. Beds are very comfortable.

We arrived in the middle of the night and theybwere able.tonaccomodate us which was great. The attendant on staff seemed annoyed and loaded me up with towels and bedding for the couch but no pillows. The toilet aeat was broken and the light right at the door was burned out. Otherwise, everything was spotless, quiet and a wonderful place to be. Breakfast was wonderful. Will definately stay again.

The property was very good. We booked specifically for the indoor pool and the breakfast but the pool was closed to guests during our entire stay.

I ent to the property they charge me twice in two different card without telling me. I made that reservation to pay at the property not only they took money way before i got in and they recharged me again to the card i used in the entrance. When i tried to call they couldn't speak to me. I was in the phone with someone she just hang up without telling me anything. If i could g8ve zero i would love to. You guy's suppose to respect your world and the customers. The money yo charge me you can make it in a few minutes me i have to work so had to get that money.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. There was some smell of weed on the hallways from other guests but did not make it way into our room.

Check in was a little rough because I wasn’t aware that the person checking in had to have the card with them to pay the refundable $100 incidental fee. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean for the most part. Check out was smooth, just gave the key to the front desk.
