Very nice stay.

Clean room, spacious, kind of a small flat screen TV, could have been bigger. The bathroom fan didn't work and the shower water pressure could have been a lot better, but outside of that it was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Glenarden/Washington DC was absolutely wonderful. The staff was excellent, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit, and the room service was great. I was especially overjoyed with the delicious breakfast each morning and the exceptional cleanliness of the property. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, making my stay a truly enjoyable experience. This is my second stay here and I would highly recommend it to others.

I had been here before and loved the accommodations so I made reservations to return. The only thing I wish to suggest is to clean carpet in rooms every 3 to 6 months

The breakfast buffet was constantly restocked. The ladies working there did a wonderful job. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

The noise level outside the hotel was elevated by the proximity of the highway. Had trouble sleeping. Otherwise, it was good.

Our family travel for a church event. I’m very picky with the hotels. This hotel was excellent . The check in was fast. The room was very spacious, clean. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker. The breakfast is excellent with a variety choices. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The airport is half a hour away. Next door you have a supermarket, Starbucks, a few restaurants, banks…you can walk to all of them. I recommend this hotel. Next time in the area, this is going to be my first choice to look into it.

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The surrounding area was amazing… close to a shopping center that you can literally walk from the hotel parking lot to it and close access to highway… it’s our yearly roadtrip from Tallahassee to Philadelphia and just needed a place to stay for the night before we got back on the road. Seems like there were several school’s traveling either from field trips or for sports tournaments .. hotel was packed with teenagers.. but it wasn’t a problem to us…our problem was an adult who came knocking on our door 1hr before checkout asking if we( me and my 27 year old daughter) to stop walking so hard because she was on the 2nd floor below us and that she was still sleeping. She had some nerves. but it was the kids just being kids in rooms surrounded us.. at one point they were up all night.. but that didn’t bother us we just needed sleep after that long drive..and yes the kids was back and forth all night but it wasn’t that bad. But for her to knock on the door 10am in the morning while everyone was up getting ready for check out was absolutely ridiculous., and we had just came back up to our room from having breakfast not even a good 10mins had passed. The staff was standing outside when she knocked on on out door.. when she left the staff also knocked and told us to report her because it was the kids. They had majority of the rooms booked out. I told her it’s ok.. we were about to leave anyways. But otherwise staff was amazing shout out to the from desk checkout quy or Caribbean brother from another mother.. we appreciated your kindness.

The staff was very friendly and Tieese changed our room closer to the elevator for easier access to and from the room. We really appreciated that! The room was also clean. Tub did not drain properly.

Never been to Hilton honors property where they tell you test the key (physical or digital) doesn’t work because the battery on the door is dead. That sounds absolutely ridiculous, then say I can let you in but you won’t be able to leave. WHAT?! Then only when I call honors customer service and wait 2 hours they call and get it fixed miraculously. Wow, but then lie on the computer and say they offered me a refund no the heck you didn’t. Horrible customer service they are liars and told me a manager would call about my refund. You think they did? NO

We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway!

The room was very nice and the front desk staff was excellent. The only thing I notice is when I stay here is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the mirrors get foggy so I have to wait to shave.

The disability room does not have a roll in shower. While it does have a stand up shower and molded seats, this is not ideal for many wheelchair users. Also, the showerhead is fixed and not on a hand held hose. This was an issue because inoncw my husband was seated on the chair, he had to suffer with cold water for.several.seconds until the water was warm.

My issue was we were able hear everything from the rooms adjacent and above us. It felt like we were in an apartment and not a quiet quality hotel. We heard all the footsteps and stomping from the room above us, and all of the conversations from the person/ppl next door to us.

My only two complaints would be that 1) I think our room faced a major highway so there was some road noise but it was manageable, and 2) there was only one staff member working the breakfast, which was not sufficient. Items kept running out and she couldn't keep up with all of it on her own.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Glenarden/Washington DC offers a clean, comfortable stay and well-maintained facilities. Its location is ideal, and very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. There is a shopping plaza that has restaurants and retail options within walking distance. I enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which includes a variety of options and is served in a spacious dining area. Customer service was outstanding: front desk, breakfast/ kitchen and housing keeping staff were so professional and attentive.

The staff was amazing. There is plenty of parking and the shopping center next door offers so many options.

The hotel was super clean. The room was amazing. I got there late so the staff wasn't that friendly, probably she was tired. It's definitely a convenient location near DC. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

The area felt safe and quiet, with convenient shopping and easy parking nearby. The surroundings are not as attractive as other parts of DC, but this wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it was a great choice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington DC who wants clean, comfortable accommodation with excellent service.

Perfect check in and check out times for someone who flew in that day and needed to leave the next afternoon. The staff was so kind. I felt welcome as soon as I came in. They offered a shuttle to and from my concert for a reasonable price and the area is safe and well lit so I felt safe coming and going. My room was clean and the temperature was perfect, which made for a perfect night sleep. Breakfast and coffee was delicious and the perfect start to my long day of traveling.

We enjoyed our stay for a concert at Northwest Stadium. Location was convenient to the field as well as the metro station. Lots of food options and shopping around as well! Will definitely stay here again if we have another event at the football field!

Good location, just off I95 and right in a shopping area and plenty of restaurants. Felt safe and there was quit a bit of security in the parking lot areas in the Woodmore shopping center and hotel parking lot. There was PD stationed outside Wegmans and Nike store. We were only in town for one night.

Late arrival and kids wanted to watch tv and it did not work…same thing in the morning.

The room was comfortable enough, but the bed was hard and the pillows extra soft. The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of breakfast foods, such as cereal, oatmeal, pastries and toast, and waffles. The hotel is located next to a highway, and the noise is evident at all times. The room was clean. The shower head was adjustable, but there was not a middle ground with the pressure, it was either too hard or too soft. The pool was closed for cleaning until 6:00 pm the day of check in and after a few minutes, I had to get out because the water was too cold.

For thr money we were not impressed. Room smelled like mold, breakfast and coffee were cold,we were told the coffee was made at 4am, but breakfast started at 7.

If you are traveling in the surrounding area, and need a safe, comfortable place to stay, this is out. I come to Suitland a few times a month for work, and the 20 minute drive to this hotel is SO worth it comparing to the hotels closer to Suitland.

Fire alarm broke out early in the morning on January 23, 2025 and after that no electricity, no hot water, no heating system was interrupted, Breakfast was very poor due to the above situation. Later talk to Supervisor on duty for compensation for inconvenience caused. We’re satisfied.

Stayed 1 night. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. 1 waffle maker was not working. I was surprised the bathroom has a barndoor without a lock. I was with family so it was not an issue but I expect a bathroom to have a lock.

Great staff, spotlessly clean and large comfortable rooms.

Bathroom and we had four staying in our room. The trash had not been emptied nor the beds made. We did have a piece of luggage on our bed when we left in the morning, so I understand the bed not being made, but the lack of towels and trash being full was not the greatest. The breakfast were good and the front desk were very hospitable.

Road noise from nearby freeway was a little annoying, but management was very responsive to my request to change rooms. Appreciate their response to my request. Great customer service.

Nice location near restaurants and just off I95…close to stadium!

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and good options of food. The room was clean and had a decent amount of room. The one negative was that my room window faced the grocery store where semi trucks were parked all night with their engines running. So if you’re a light sleeper, that would be annoying. Also, people above us were literally stomping up and down. So two things that the hotel really can’t control. Overall was a good stay.

The beds suck, but the hotel and staff are extremely nice! There are a lot of shopping and food options right at the hotel!
