It is amazing how a hotel can maintain the most helpful staff at all positions. Shout out to Gio, Candice, Eileen, chef and housekeeping. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. I even like the Zero products in the bathroom.

I can not express my gratitude enough to all staff members working at the Largo Florida Hamptons. They were so professional caring and helpful from the moment that we arrived until we left. I would recommend this hotel to whoever was traveling. I would like you to know I have traveled quite a bit over the years and this has been the best experience I have ever had The kitchen ladies were so thoughtful Gloria went above and beyond. Cleaning ladies were very nice and always had our room cleaned. I believe her name was Eileen at the front desk was outstanding and the sweetest lady from the start. This whole staff needs to be recognized for an outstanding job! Thank you !

With the exception of 1 house cleaning personnel who seem to really dislike one of the guest, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Hotel had over booked so they couldn't even offer another room, to see if those beds were going to be comfortable.

The common areas at this property were a bit run down, especially the common area carpet. Breakfast was just ok-nothing great. I expected more from this property. The staff was, however, helpful and friendly. Check-in and checkout was seamless. Overall, the stay was ok.

The bathroom seemed like it wasn’t really cleaned around the countertops and around the toilet. For instance, there was hair behind the toilet seat and dust around the sink. Not a huge deal, as I carry wipes in case of this.

Everything was great the only thing is this hotel is close to a hospital and it was noisy with the sirens at night time plus the bed close to the bathroom in room 514 would squeak. Everything else was great.

The location isn’t too bad. It’s about 10 minutes from the beach has all the supermarkets and amenities around it. I wouldn’t walk by foot in the local area. But you can get to anywhere you need a couple minutes. It looked like Largo had a little bit of a nightlife fair in the city Park on one of the evenings that look cool with lots of Cross and food trucks. And you can get to the beach in about 10 minutes. Just parking at the beach is hard right now. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. .

Conveniently located to the hospital I needed to visit- rates were somewhat steep for my bank account.

The room was the dirtiest we’ve seen in a while. The mirror in front of the beds had baby hand prints all over them. The fridge has spilled stuff inside. The top comforter looked like, there were shoe prints on the bottom and some of the towels had yellow stains on them. We bought our own sheets and everything, so we didn’t complain to the staff. However, we will never stay there again.

I love this hotel and the staff. Eileen helped extend my stay due my significant other having heart surgery at a nearby hospital. She made the process painlessly easy and arranged for the new key handoff to go smoothly. Barbara was so supportive the morning my significant other was taken to emergency surgery. They cared enough to outreach for status updates and support. I so appreciate them and a port in the storm that was safe and comfortable and helped me be nearby.

Bedding was too small for bed, and the bed made noises when you got on/off like a hollow aluminum can Breakfast: Muffins were hard as a rock, and 2% milk was spoiled for cereal.

Room was clean for the most part, but the air conditioner was in major need of repair. At times it would be ok, then it would get loud and rattle. I just expect more for what I paid.

Man who was at desk upon our arrival at 1140pm Thursday night was rude and unfriendly. Even completely ignored another guest who was trying to ask him a question. Mini fridge in the room didn’t work. Had nearly $100 worth of food we put in there upon arriving and when we returned everything was warm and ruined. Explained this to front desk staff and she just simply said they would check it out, which they didn’t and they didn’t seem to care about the loss of all the food/money we wasted. Cleaning lady was the nicest person in the building.

We arrived and were met by a courteous staff member. The room was neat and clean. We did ask that our sheets be changed which they did. The breakfast was fantastic and the woman that took care of us there was a joy. She started the morning off so good and with a smile!!!

We used the hotel only for an overnight stay. Top 1 most enjoyable checking of all of my trips (I travel a lot for work). If you have to look for an hotel in the area, don't think twice, this should be your option!

The property was easy to find, centrally located near the Walmart, park and beach. Very nice and clean.

Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant with questions (Thank you Dennis for dinner recommendations, it was excellent). I work out and the gym was suitably equipped with several cardio options and more dumbbells than most places. Breakfast was very good, with good selection, as well as clean and well maintained. Most of my trips are to Miami, Orlando or Pensacola, I don't get to visit Tampa often, but would certainly stay again and recommend.

We come down and stay here every few months from Jacksonville, Fl due to me needing to see my doctors at the local hospital. We choose to stay at this place due to cleanliness and awesome staff. We love the comfort of the beds, good choice of food for breakfast, and friendly staff. This past trip the room was less than the cleanliness we have received past trips. The hotel staff was notified and were going to receive service the next day but we had leave. Would stay here again next time.

Requests for extra pillows were granted. However, the room was not cleaned/restocked during the day. When I called, granted it was late, I had to go get more towels because there was only 1 person working. Parts of the hallway smelled like BO. On the flip side, the bed was comfortable, and the common areas seemed clean.

It was a great hotel to stay at. Be mindful they do allow pets at this hotel. I was not aware until i got there. Plenty of places to choose from to eat. Every morning the hotel had a continental breakfast which included some hot options as well. Lots of other shopping stores as well. The hotel is about a 10min drive to the beach. We went to Bellaire beach. They had public parking but it was a very small parking area. Get there early if you want a parking spot. They also charge by the hour for parking at the public parking for the beach.

I have stayed here several times over the last 2 years. The staff is great. Unfortunately, the hallway carpets are stained, the bathroom in my room had mold in the shower, and the floor was sticky. The chaise also had stains. What couldn’t be fixed though, the door to my room was warped and there was a definite gap between the side of the door and the door frame. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It’s a good location that just needs some updating.

The staff and the breakfast was phenomenal. The carpet in the room was very clean but the room smelled like wet dog, I’m not sure why especially when the air conditioning unit was recently cleaned and had a new filter. The sheets on the bed were stiff and they looked like someone opened a new set and put them on the bed without washing them first. To be honest I could not wait for our 4 night stay to be over!

Very consistent. No maintenance issues in the room whatsoever. Only suggestion is there is major cosmetic damage on the inside of the bathroom door from what looks like a previously installed lock. Major damage, not small. There was a yipping dog for its owner. I could hear in hallway but not room. I’m a dog owner so no big deal. Glad they went pet friendly actually.

Ac was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable… made squeaking noises on each movement.

This is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was gorgeous , with comfy beds, and a choice of pillow type. There’s a Starbucks adjoining the lobby for quick snacks and a full restaurant as well. Well stocked gym. The walk around the lake is gorgeous, great for birding!

The service was excellent, from the front desk to the folks making the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, the bathroom needed a face lift with dirty shower grout and stains on the painted walls in places. The carpet had a few stains but ok. Even though some things were a little worn, the service made up for the negative.

The price for nightly stay should be adjusted accordingly. We decided to stay in town for a shorter commute but we could have stayed out at Clearwater beach for the same rate and a better night sleep.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I dont understand how this hotel has such good reviews. We checked in around 1am. And there was barely anywhere to park became they had spots blocked off. No where did it say that when booking. And as soon as I entered the room, I could see nastyness everywhere. The bathroom was nasty. Sticky looking spots on the ground, soap scum or something around faucet, and more. The floors were gross. Luckily i brougt wipes and cleaned every surface. The carpet in hotel is filthy. There are stains everywhere. The morning we checked out, a cleaning lady was talking about she got in trouble about something, instead of "cleaning". The majority of the cleaning ladies look like they don't even clean their own homes. Really disappointing.

Wonderful location to reach the beaches easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Multiple sirens day and night which was distracting. Nice breakfast which varied a little daily. Hot food. Rooms have been remodeled but still show signs of hard use.

We had a less than pleasant experience staying at this hotel for two nights this weekend. The staff we interacted with were friendly and able to assist, but the property in general was absolutely disgusting. It is very ran down, outdated, and overall not clean whatsoever. There was scaffolding set up in the dining area, with no regard for safety as there were extra pieces standing in the corner. The carpet in all the common areas was incredibly stained, especially near the elevators. Once up to our room, I noticed how tiny the room was and how appalling the condition was. The bathroom stood out as the most disgusting, with moldy caulk at the base of the tub, door trim with no paint, mismatched and loose outlets and tarnished faucets. Like the common areas, the carpet in our room was so stained and filthy, as well as the desk chair. Just completely covered in stains! The faux wood cabinetry throughout our room was beat up and peeling. The bedspreads had small stains throughout, and the curtains were missing a section of track which forced us to leave the curtains open at all times. The tv also would not work. The area this hotel is in would be considered rough to most folks. I chose not to bring any issues to management, as I truly did not want to deal with changing hotels and I paid in full when I checked in, so my hopes for a remedy were not hopeful. I would not recommend this hotel, and I certainly hope it is remodeled asap.

Nice hotel and very comfortable. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. One gentleman kind of gave off a "you're bothering me" vibe. It was after midnight, but you only get one chance at a first impression. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Sadly the manager agreed the hotel needs an upgrade. Bathroom tub had mold around it, just didn’t seem it was taken care of. An easy quick fix for maintenance. . Breakfast was adequate. Not in walking distance to any fun spots. 20 mins drive to clear water beach.

Great location for our needs and across street from the park. Property felt a little work down and made a bit messo as result of the 12-year old kids hockey team and entourage let to take over the public space for their pizzz parties and gang out. Nothing against kids hockey but perhaps the hang out could have been fine in the conference center. Monday morning required strambo cleaning all the lobby carpeting.

The room AC was somehwat loud when cycling on and rattle from the AC was disconcerting. Only one of to elevators was operational and that elevator was beeping and flashing a red fireman helmet on the control pad. Seemed to be operating ok though...

Hotel was good for a one night stay . Only complaint is the toilet was the lowest we have ever seen .. could be a safety issue in night . Especially for someone tall or mobility issues

This was my third time staying here. This time I found dead roaches, an alarm clock and TV that didn’t work in my room. I reported these issues to the front desk and not even an apology was given.

Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was a surprise- I am gluten free and still had some options! Easy check out. Rugs need updating but outside of that, our stay met all of our needs and was a good experience!

Hampton Inn had been a victim of Hurricane Milton just days before our stay there. Regardless, the grounds and lobby were clean and operational, including the breakfast area and pool. Staff was very friendly and polite despite having to deal with Milton and its aftermath. Exactly what other victims, out-of-state contractors, and tourists staying there needed. Very much appreciated.

We are displaced due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They were helpful, sympathetic and went out of their way to make us comfortable. And no one was crabby. Id definitely go there again
