We had a great stay here, the staff was very helpful, checking in was a breeze and the rooms were very clean.

Easy drive to metro station. Best hot hotel breakfast my kids said they had ever had. The pool was smallish but quiet and my kids had it all to themselves. Our suite was clean, well kept, and gave is ample space as a family to recharge after long days of sight seeing. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this Staybridge Suites in Largo!

Excellent experince all aroubd! Ample parking. Fresh breakfast. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. But, above all, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Every person we interacted with has been the kindest and sweetest. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Full size fridge and free laundry machines. Breakfast and evening snacks. Less than 10 minute walk to metro. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good i requested for more tissue from housekeeper but never received any went to front desk no one was available so I never got any had to go purchase.i had to continuously had to have someone open pool door because key card wasn’t working went to desk and never got a new just told someone open door for me but Everything else was fine

This hotel is trifling! The entire hotel is a dump! Staff is useless and inattentive. 0 out of 10 stars. I booked here 3 weeks prior to staying. I paid $169 for a king bed room with a pull-out couch for my son. When I arrived I had to pay a $250 security deposit which was not a problem because it gets returned upon no damages. Within 1 hour, I discovered multiple issues. 1 elevator in service, sticky floors with coffee and juice stains, the only working elevator had trash inside, no housekeeping on duty, the pullout bed had no linens and when requested they said I had to return to the front desk for them. The following morning, continental breakfast ran out 1 hour after start time. I walked into breakfast at 8:10am and eggs were done, someone allowed their child to take a bite out of a bagel and return it to the others, all juices were finished, 1 out of 3 kinds of cereal left, no milk for the cereal, and no attendant was there to assist for clean up. I went to the front service desk where me and another woman complained and we were told “they are short staffed”. Never again! Extremely disappointed. I have several pictures and decided to post the ones without people’s faces.

We stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was fine on day 1 but just got worst and worst. No coffee no eggs no muffin. No utensils and top of that english muffins had fungus on them. I am sure these things are fixable and needs to be taken very seriously 😐

Overall the staff was friendly and the room was huge! The full kitchen was a perfect fit for a "birthday staycation" My kiddies loved the pool as well Though it wasn't hidden, the $250 hold was a bit much, especially for 1 night stay (most hotels only charge a refundable $100)

My uncle had an issue about some noise in the middle of the night coming from the bathroom of the king bedroom. The pool was very cold, I had assumed it was heated. Other than those two things, everything was great!

Prime location - many shops and restaurants in close proximity! The King Suite was very spacious for our family of 6! Towels in the pool area were very limited and rarely restocked without bugging the front desk about it. The linen on the King bed was soiled and took a while for housekeeping to replace.

Every part of our stay was AMAZING! From the ease of parking, to the wonderful smiling front desk person to our super sweet room!!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and eating area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our room had a horrible smell. We sprayed air freshener and lit candles to help.

They gave us another room that room and the phone wasn’t working and the couch was ran down. So we ended up in a 3rd room. We got here at 8:30 didn’t get settled in until 11:00 pm

It was the girl on the front desk’s last day before going off the college. She had been so helpful and just had an exceptional appreciation of customer service.

Everything was great! Clean, quiet, free parking, good location, tasty food. The only thing - Booking is saying breakfast is exceptional, but it's not. This hotel provides just a regular American breakfast, nothing special. Also, the staff didn't support the breakfast well enough: missing coffee cups, missing plates, and missing food.

The shower doors wouldn’t not stay closed. The breakfast area was a mess from kids, and they seemed unprepared for the number of guests that would be eating breakfast; there was a long wait time once food ran out. Limited parking spaces at night.

The dishes in the cabinet in our room were dirty. We did not have any linens for the couch bed, which could have been more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Aside from the dishes, the room was pretty clean.

The room had a few dust bunnies and residue on one of the tables, but nothing earth shattering. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The pool was warm and quiet and made for a nice morning swim. We were in town for the Washington game and there is a shuttle service offered at the desk for $40 a person; we took advantage of it and it was very convenient. I do want to add the stadium is not really within walking distance. I thought it would be, but it'd be like a 45 minute walk, mostly up hill and in major traffic; realistically no one should walk that. The location is quiet and the parking is ample. The breakfast was great--many options. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. We had a great stay.

I was overcharged for my stay! Contacted the hotel numerous times with no resolution. Opted to pay for the booking when I checked in but hotel charged my card before check in unknowingly. When I arrived I was charged in full again. No one has returned my half dozen calls to the office! No help at all!! Won't stay at any hotel in this chain again!

The room was clean and very nice. The bed I slept in was noisy it was comfortable but movement was noisy. Also it was difficult getting up from the sitting room furniture - no cushioning along the edge.

There was a multiple hotel key issues throughout our visit from check-in, pool access and our last day which was fustrating. Our trash was only emptied once and we received 3 replacement towels our entire stay. They never made the beds or stacked the dishwasher. I only mention it because it states that they will do it. Personally I take care of everything at home so I was hoping for a break. The first day when we approached our room the house keeper was sitting in front of our door hiding from the hall view. I felt that was kind of odd. The breakfast was the same watered eggs and sausage every day. A variety would be nice like other hotels. The last day they ran out of alot of items. My favorite part of the stay was the staff. The manager was present and introduced herself. The maintenance manager and front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. I don't recommend families staying on a weekend night because our last night was rough. The room next to us and the one above us was partying until 1am & 3am. So I got to drive 7 hours home exhausted. The hotel room does not have a K-cup coffee maker but having the rest of the kitchen set up was convenient and helpful.

The front desk guy told us that they will find someone to carry our luggage to 4th floor for us. Who will treat their employees like that. Plus my husband cannot walk stairs up to 4th floor. They then decided to change to second floor and sent someone to help us with luggage! Then, we stayed for a whole week, swimming pool was closed from Wednesday through Saturday. When it was chaotic when rude kids/teenagers were yelling and carrying on. Room services is a miss. We had to ask for extra bath towels, shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper from front desk. It appeared the room full of ants too! Very nasty! The hotel has quiet time rule after 10 pm. But our upstairs neighbor stomping, banging all night long, which made us hardly sleep through the nights. 1st floor public bathrooms were locked most of time, making inconvenient for us. Some pros: I do enjoy the breakfast, good variety! Tesla/electric charging for free Gym room has limited equipments, but nice to open daily Laundry is free Room Refrigerator is roomy Convenient location, quite a lot restaurants around the place. 6 flags are closed by.

I was supposed to stay in this hotel for three days . Ended up leaving the next day . The smell of weed was horrible everywhere. Don’t stay with little kids . Bathroom, elevator and carpet dirty. I have stayed in this chain before and did not have this terrible experience. Will not book again .

From the start I was greeted by the Best Staff name Glenn Brigham. He was helpful in showing us the facility, per my request and I was also introduced to the sales persons Ms. Michelle Jones always very nice. There were some minor room issue with the door not locking at times and some stains on the couch in the room, but minor issues compared to a Great stay and wonderful team. The team was very welcoming friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay and time all.

From the start I was greeted by the Best Staff name Glenn Brigham. He was helpful in showing us the facility, per my request and I was also introduced to the sales persons Ms. Michelle Jones always very nice. There were some minor room issue with the door not locking at times and some stains on the couch in the room, but minor issues compared to a Great stay and wonderful team. The team was very welcoming friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay and time all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and knew what to expect !! Check in was smooth and the room was beautiful and clean!! I love that the room is set up like an apartment with utensils, silverware, wine glasses and even a small dishwasher!! The only negative for me was the sec.deposit - $250 which I think is a bit high but you do get it back!!

Staffer name Tiffany was very rude act as if she didn't want to be at work but I'm sure she is still working, no breakfast available as advertised. Major inconvenience for a family of 4 included 3 adults and 1 child. We had to leave out sooner because of it to go get breakfast after paying 121.00 for one night. It's all good. Enjoy

Excellent for redskins games!!

Our first room was dirty when we walked in, we went down and they gave us another room that was clean. Staff and mangers were very friendly, nice atmosphere.

Property was close to Arena! Very convenient.

Staff was wonderful; breakfast was generous. But our suite had red stained carpet and some walls had strange stains. Not a flattering look for the price.

Lobby was so nice and breakfast was good. Nice spacious room and very clean.

The pull out mattress was very dirty it looked like someone has been peeing on it. it was several stains. The sofa was also dirty.

The employee at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The problem with the room temperature was addressed in a timely manner. Will be happy to refer this place to others.

We were in walking distance to the Stadium. Also we had a kitchenette, so if you wanted to buy food you can.

We loved staying here! Great place for the family.

They sold our room that we had booked since February and had to go to another hotel. We drove 5 hours with 2 toddlers and a baby to only be turned away because they gave our room to “a client who books here all The time”.

The front desk is not pleasant to the guest. I always travel but i was never asked to make a deposit of 250US$ its more than the amount of my room reservation this is terrible when i asked her why it is so much she didn't even answer me. . Also when i asked them a towel because the towel in the room its not enough for us they said they dont have any more so they give us a bath mat instead.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was not as nice. Elevator stayed messed up the whole stay and we were in the 4th floor. Breakfast was decent no complaints.

Clean and big hotel room, free laundry-bring your own detergent, FREE social hour on Monday, tues and Wednesday with wine, beer and food! Free hotel parking, breakfast was VERY GOOD! Half hour drive to/from DC. There is garage parking near Union station. Used spothero to find parking and only paid $15.00 for the day. Toured DC on the BigBusTours! Totally worth it. Some DC museums have timed reservations to enter. Must be set up at least one day before.

We live in a society where we are afraid to let a business know where they're wrong, and when we do complain, it's over the wrong things. Companies have gotten where they tell us to take it or leave it. The breakfast was unpleasant. They only served pork as a protein, and the same generic and artifical waffle mix with terrible syrup options. You'd hope they stand out from others, but they do the same and increase prices. What are we paying for? There was hair on my shower wall. Everything was good,, staff was great, but these things I pointed out are what could make them even better.

The water was freezing cold and they towed our car even with a parking pass!! Every other hotel I’ve been to anyway uses your license plate as your pass so that fact that this one is behind the curve is disappointing. It feels like they’re just feeding money to the tow yard, and after already spending hundreds of dollars on our weekend stay to spend another 175 to get our car back is insane. Will NEVER be coming back here, stay at a Double Tree or Hampton Inn. MUCH better service and have NEVER had to stress about our car being parked there. The water being absolutely freezing was the icing on the worst cake possible. If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would!!

Service was exceptional. Glen is an amazing attendant at the front desk.

The front desk staff were very flippant. The elevator smelt of vomit while the second floor was overwhelming with the smell of drugs.

The hotel seemed nice at first but then you could see splattered blood on the walls, doors & ceiling. So gross. Also, we were told it was a 12 minute walk to Commanders stadium and it’s more like an hr or more. Don’t do it! Their shuttle service never responded. People in general knew nothing about anything or even what street we were on even though they worked there. Totally dissatisfied. Do not recommend and will never go back! Breakfast service also sucked. Out of regular coffee and after requesting the staff just kept doing what they were doing and would not get it. And the elevators were used by the cleaning staff bc one was down and there are only 2 and took at least 5 minutes to get one.

The service we received at this hotel was exceptional. We originally booked thru Hotels.com, but we had to add a night directly thru the hotel. We were able to link our reservations so that we could keep our room without having to check out. We noticed that we were in an accessible room, and we wanted to move to a standard one. The hotel accomodated our request quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, and it provided everything our family needed.

The area around the hotel doesn’t have much to do. Our room smelled mouldy I had to leave the bathroom door closed. For some reason even with the AC off at night according to the thermostat the AC still stayed on all night and was so loud I couldn’t sleep luckily my kids slept through it. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The free laundry machines available was a plus and water for guests in the lobby was appreciated.

Close to Six Flags, clean, convenient, nice amenities like a pool and breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Would stay again. Room amenities also nice. Mini kitchen, big TV and couch, comfy bed, AC. I’m very pleased.

Breakfast assortment was great, although they could have more staff helping so the food is replenished faster. The staff was great overall. Hotel overall was clean. But when I got to my room, cleaning supplies was left. My floor was all wet over by my bed. And I had no bath towels in my room, but 3 hand towla 2 wash rags. Hmmmm. Room was booked for two adults and 1 infant child. Great location for the drive to my event. Plenty of stores close by.

We had an issue with the bathroom (there was pink mould on the shower head). We complained and asked politely, twice, however nothing was done about it. Mine and my family’s stay would have been much more comfortable had they removed the pink mould.

The staff was helpful and understanding. There was an incident where my 3 year old nephew accidentally spilled some dry cereal on the floor. The Manager on duty came right over and took care of it before I had the chance….. and she had an amazing disposition.

Dirty. Bathrooms, walls, chairs just dirty. We were given 2 towels for three people. When we called down for more towels, we were told to come get them. I was afraid to to sleep in the bed. Just hoping that there weren’t bedbugs. The smell is overwhelming. We paid almost $300.00 for one night. Insane. The smell of urine and mold/mildew is overwhelming. Notes everywhere that your belongings aren’t safe ANYWHERE. Pretty sure I woke up to gunshots. Stay far away from this place. The gentleman who Checked us out was lovely.
