I love this place. I have never felt so welcomed at any hotel/motel. The staff here is the flex. Every single encounter with staff that I have had has been nothing but pleasant . Considering the clientele isn’t easy to deal with this crew is so professional and kind.

this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any hotel including high end hotels. from the moment I arrived I was greeted by Todd and Nicole they were so nice and my check in process was so fast and efficient. I ended up staying two extra days because it was so nice being there. Todd and Nicole made me feel so welcomed. I will only stay there from now when I need a day away. they have a beautiful well maintained pool. thank you Todd and Nicole for your excellent service.

I love this location remotely perfect for travelers who don't have vehicles you have access to retail stores, restaurants gas stations, grocery store, outlet shopping mall within walking distance, location of hotel is right off the exit of I 95

The staff was friendly however it was soo dirty. The room smelled like marijuana when I opened the door. They did not have any other rooms available. My husband had to clean the floor himself with clorox and the water was literally black. I requested housekeeping and they never came. Staff was not the problem the housekeeping is though. I would not recommend. I was told also I would get refunded half price for 1 night stay and never did. Just awful 😖.

The property is run down. Leaks dank water from the second floor down to the first and is left to stagnate. Constant smell of marijuana throughout the property. The room had rotted walls with huge brown spots at the bottom of the wall. Strong musky odor in the room was overwhelming. The staff members were friendly enough. However, it was a terrible experience overall

Staff was super nice. I had two women in the front. Take care of me in the day that I got here. I wish I could remember their name to be honest. I’m terrible at names, but both of them were really good to me and my husband helped us out in any kind of way that we need help on the very next morning. I was having trouble finding my wallet to pay for another night. The woman was super patient with me again super great help me out rooms clean love them. Nice petite good for an overnight day. No complaints there. I think the only thing I would request is that maybe the TVs be updated like I would’ve loved to watch like my Netflix or my Hulu on the TV but they’re not smart TVs and maybe a little mini fridge would be nice but honestly, if that’s the worst thing for this hotel, then they’re doing pretty well. Thank you guys love to stay here definitely would come back.

I did not like their services because when I arrive, they took so long before they can actually issue me a room and not only that the toilet was not able to flush and I had to sleep in the room with faces in the toilet bowl and when I ask the guy that was out front for help, he declined it and the manager comes in the morning only provide me a credit of $50 and that $50 never get to the card. They stole my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not like the services at all

The place need to upgrade The pillow was not comfortable. The curtain was dirty. I guess for the price that’s what you get the bathroom has chip paint. it just need to upgrade paint for new furniture location. You have people hang out outside.

Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom.

I took pictures it was SO BAD. The mattress was suposed to be queen size but was a full on a queen metal base so i kept scraping my leg getting in and out of bed. I picked up the phone to call the front desk because i never received ANY towels but refused to put it up to my face because it was distgusting so i called the front desk from my cell phone. There were 2 very small and flat pillows on the bed so i asked for 2 more so i could sit up on the bed but never received them. One thing I did like about my stay at Motel 6 was the staff. The manager, Nicole, was pleasant and professional, even though I had to wait a bit during check-in. Inside that section of the property, everything felt calmer and more inviting. The greenery was well maintained and added a nice visual contrast to the rest of the motel, making it a pleasant spot to relax or pass through. I also appreciated that the room itself covered the basics without issue. The TV had standard cable, which was fine for unwinding at the end of the day, and overall the stay was manageable for a short visit. While it wasn’t luxurious, it provided what was needed, and the few positives helped balance out the experience. During my stay at Motel 6, the main downsides were related to cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. The exterior walkways were dirty due to trash left by other guests, which made the property feel less well cared for and took away from first impressions. Inside the room, comfort was an issue. The metal bed frame was noticeable and annoying, especially when moving around, making it harder to fully relax. While the room had the basics, it didn’t feel particularly comfortable or well maintained. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness problems that stood out. The drains didn’t work properly, the shower had hair left from previous guests, and the door felt odd and awkward when closing. Altogether, these issues made the stay feel less pleasant and highlighted areas that could use improvement.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but smelled like smoke! It was missing wash rags! We had to wash with the hand towel. There were bugs stuck to the door frame of the bathroom.

Room was musky, floor dirty tub had a crack, shower curtain was broke, had a cockroach, in the room. Hard to get towels was out most of the time. We cut the trip short due to a funeral and poor accommodations.

The property manager was absolutely great and so were the staff. Studio 6 isn’t my first choice due to the quality of some of the rooms, but overall I enjoyed my stay there. When I inquired about having my room changed, they accommodated me with no issues and I am very appreciative of that

The guy that helped me when I arrived was amazing. She was having computer trouble and it took quite some time to get me checked in, but she was calm and super apologetic. The room smelled awful, tons of air fresheners, sitting around the room, covering up something, super outdated room, rusted, dirty my feet were black after walking around barefoot for just a few minutes. Would not recommend, EVER!!

The staff at this older Motel 6 are superb. They worked NON STOP cleaning around the outside, the pool area, sweeping - my room was spotless. There is a McDonald's literally 2 minutes away (walking). All in all a great stay!

Room crying for a makeover very neglected, mould all over the room and in the bathroom, no toiletry only toilet paper, room smelled 60 yrs old. 1 big cockroach on steroids, no coffee machine or microwave. Would not ever recommend to my worst enemy. I read some mixed reviews but it was close to where I needed to be so I took my chances and I lost.

Manager was very friendly. I liked the fact that there a was laundry facility.

I mean its a motel 6 so you can’t expect a whole lot but come on. The sheets smell like they were soaked in chemicals, the floor was separating from the subfloor, crackheads outside are loud, litono hot water in my room for four days, had to provide my own toilet paper, room key stops working after a night. Employees inside were friendly though so that’s cool.

Terrible doesn’t even describe this hotel. The majority of the guests are full time residents. Cats everywhere. I got a “premium” room that was horrendous. I purchased new blankets to sleep on as the linens were stained. I didn’t shower as the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned since 2002. The rust, mold and broken door frame are just a few other issues. I’d sleep outside more comfortably. This hotel gets a NEGATIVE 10!

I normally stay at 5 star hotels. Motels are very different.

Having a place to sleep Police were there every night. There was a strong smell of paint which turned into a mold smell that was so strong I could barely go into the bathroom. It seemed like the paint smell was used to cover up the mold smell and it was an aweful and toxic combination.

There was not mattress just an old box spring with mattress pad covering it. The tub was cracked and cheap paint on it. Caulking and paint peeling. Unable to get my money back and had to pay for a second hotel room that was useful. Not planning on using Expedia again.

Bed cover had dark stains all over it. The basics of paying for a motel room, is to have a clean bed! I can only surmise that its cheapness on behalf of the owners who are happy to accept pay but not return cleanliness. Images show a little refrigerator and microwave which is misleading.

The room was not cleaned. The floors were filthy like they had never been mopped. The headboard had cigarette butts on the backside of it. The shower had excessive mold and soap scum all over it. The freezer still had food in it. The bed was hard as a rock with big huge craters in it. It was not a level bed. I’m not for sure what was going on with the bed like it had broken springs in it all over the place. The sheets was clean. There was a lot of people that hung out in the parking lot and I believe that people lived in this hotel.

The staff. That's it. They were nice. The facility is utterly disgusting. Moldy shower, sticky floor and surfaces. The headboard was greasy, food stains everywhere. I did not dare touch the microwave or the mini fridge. There were no pillows on the bed. There were pillowcases though. But what am I supposed to do with pillowcases without pillows?, asked front desk. They didn't have any. For such a grotesque place, it is way too expensive.

Room for very neglected. Very run down. Bathroom doorknob was very loose and the entire bathroom door was crooked so it wouldn’t close. There was a gross looking chip in the bathroom sink. The only positive is that the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating. This place is a dump took us 3 tries to get a room that didn’t smell like paint thinner. I knew I wasn’t staying at a 5 star but this is not even a star at all. Not sure where any of the good ratings came from but this is run down.

Great to know that you’re gonna go into a room and not have problems! Always showers with extra hot water / AC -Heat always work great . Gets very cold or warm if you’d like immediately . Many rooms with “bigger” mini fridges , microwaves, smart TVs, and all very spacious . Not to mention parking right in front of your room. Towels / sheets are always clean. Room is always clean. The most important- No bugs or pests like many other hotels in South Florida have ! Can’t say enough good things and it’s because the property is well maintained by the manager and staff, I believe GMs name is Nicole she is usually there daytime with Art at the front desk who’s also great and hospitable. In general , all the Front desk associates are kind and well trained thanks to Nicole and all the staff!

I couldn't even stay there because of the dirtiness and the floor not even in one piece got into the second I walked in the door shut up I couldn't even stay there because I got injured the second I stepped in the door because the floor was torn in pieces it really needs me in it it has potential to be a really nice hotel if they would do maintenance on the rooms and got it and redo them. I had to leave right after I checked in with an injury from the floor

?? Mold in every room that I’ve paid for and no microwave or refrigerator that I’ve paid for. Drug dealers riding through the parking lot asking people if they want to buy drugs. This place is run down and very much needs code enforcement and an inspector to check the mold in half the rooms even the office area which smells bad of mold. The second floor balcony definitely needs an engineer to look at. Most appliances are either outdated and rusted or doesn’t work and when asked to replace it,well they say there’s nothing available. The mold in the rooms are very unhealthy and can be deadly to a person. Major health violations!!

The door did not latch correctly. That made for a sleepless night. More than a half dozen people were loitering around the parking lot. We paid for a smoke free room and when we arrived the desk clerk told us that was not avaliable. The room smelled badly of smoke.

The location is great but the staff running the place is so rude and ghetto I felt like I was on love and hip hop while staying there. There was so much drama between staff and residents. The staff had there family staying at the hotel if your guest here you have to move in there favor

This is my FAVORITE Motel6 stay as I travel across the country for work w my dog. This time ;however, I arrived late on a Monday w out a reservation. The staff is outstanding & always accommodating w disability access & room for my dog. Unfortunately, as it is high season, my late arrival found the motel @ capacity. Room 219 needs work! TY for having us again & G-d bless us all.

The back area where the pool is at is pretty. The first “non-smoking” room they tried to put us in had been previously inhabited by a chainsmokers and reeked. I’m all allergic to cigarette smoke. So they moved us to another room on the other side of the complex. That room had no lights. None. The light switched didn’t work and the two lamps between the beds did not work. So the third room, they put us in was upstairs and not only had no lights, but no light switch next to the door. We were exhausted and thought well we just need a clean bed to sleep in and a hot shower. I turned on the flashlight on my phone and pull back, the covers on the bed to reveal dirty sheets. I walked to the bathroom, which was disgusting. The tub and the walls had so much grime on them. The door frames were all rotted around the bathroom. We went back down to the office and got her money back while other guests were there holding their baby and complaining of having no lights. The second two rooms had not been smoked in, but they were very musty, but that’s to be expected in a place like that. But not to the filth.

We didnt get a refrig or microwave even though paid extra. The battery in the smoke detector was chirping. I told the front desk the battery needed replacing. Reception said no, its not necessary to replace the battery. We finally got a different room. The shower was too dirty to get in. The floor turned our socks black quickly. Parts of the floor was duct taped together. There were holes in the door. Our exterior room door didnt shut tight. There was mold all over the bathroom. The room smelled very strongly of wet dirty dogs. The bathroom door didnt shut. The beds and sheets were ok.

This place is bad news. When I arrived on a wed they did not have hot water.... 3 days later no hot water. I heard another guest say it has been 10 days without hot water and counting. The rooms reek of smoke. I am not asthmatic or have a sensitive nose, but the smoke smell was beyond horrible that I had to leave during the day so I wasn't breathing it in all day. There was mold in the shower and cigarette burns all over bedding. No way this place is up to code. The photos look nice, but don't book it.

Worst room I have ever stayed in. Mattress was wet with urine or other bodily fluids, and new mattress pad and top sheet put right on top of it. When I laid down, this pushed both into the wet mattress, and wicked through to the sheet. (See photos) Absolutely horrid smell. It was late, and I was tired so I just slept in car and came in to use shower the next morning. Got in shower after taking socks and shoes off at bed, black water comes off running out from under feet. Nasty. Use floor mat to shuffle back to counter after shower and put socks and shoes directly back on. Bottom of towel was absolutely filthy. (See photo). On top of all that, the main light in the room was burned out, so you are in complete darkness coming into room at night. So much for “We’ll leave the light on for you”. Had a second night booked, immediately dealt with hotels.com and got that cancelled and stayed elsewhere the second night. Would never stay here again or recommend it. Not sure how it’s getting these 10.0 ratings. Absolutely disgusting.

Check In was excellent. Front desk staff member was wonderful. Location is very good with many quick service restaurant's nearby and a Publix supermarket across the street. EVERYTHING about the room needs to be renewed. Long overdo for replacement and renewals. This property screams of an owner who is sucking dry the realistic longevity of the furnishings, fixtures, furniture, flooring, etc. Updates should have been done 5 years ago.

Very gross and disgusting, lots of drug use from residents sitting on the stairs, smells like cigarettes everything was very dirty. I called customer service for Expedia, but they were not willing to help me out or offer me a refund so I can find somewhere else for the night unfortunately I had to stay there.

I liked that there was a McDonalds and Dollar Store right next door. Very convenient. There were people talking loudly outside all night and the air conditioner was very loud, but the room was clean with all the basics you need and expect at Motel 6.

We booked a room for 4 days, showed up and they had given our room away. We had the option to take one of 2 rooms, one “stained” room - whatever that means and one without a bathroom door. Or the third option, to go somewhere else at 1:00 in the morning.

It’s just a terrible area. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it reeked of cigarettes and weed. There were so many people hanging out in the parking lot. It was definitely unsafe and not clean. I’m still waiting for my refund. We did NOT stay. We took my grandmother out for birthday dinner and left. 8 hours of driving just because we didn’t feel safe there.

I wanted to like this motel but it was basically nasty. Nice surface renovations to the room (newish laminate flooring, new vessel sink) but terrible musty smell, and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The AC unit was noisy, the door had a gap under it and in the morning, a big palmetto bug had crawled in through that gap. No hairdryer. The staff was very nice however.

The receptionist was amazing his name is Art he was very attentive to checking me in before time after i told him i was so tired from driving. But the room was super uncomfortable. Everytime you sit on the bed or lay on the bed i kept hearing a popping noise in the AC unit which was weird. Refrigerator has roaches. The bed had bedbugs, the drainage in the tub was clogged. Like other then that it was quite in a decent area. I rent alot of motel 6 and this is the WORST. Bed is HARDDDDD.

First of all the first room I was given the air conditioner did not work. Went back down got another room which was a downgrade from the initial room I had. Room was smaller with no microwave no refrigerator even though the room I reserved was supposed to have one. The people above me was running and jumping and making noises. Weird individuals hanging around outside of the hotel appears to be drug dealings going on and prostitution. Also had an issue with roachs. Light in bathroom did not work properly and the floors throughout the room was filthy. Needless to say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will never stay there again!! I feel disappointed in the reviews from hotel.com. this hotel was given such a high rating I thought that it would be a good stay However, it was not!! It almost ruined my family's stay.

The motel is sketchy as heck. Loud people all hours during a week night, smoking weed right outside of your room door keeping u awake while security guard is doing all but enforcing any rules. My experience upon check in on the night of Thursday May 15th. 2025 was horrible to say the least. I was with my brother and when we checked in and was given a key to the first room on the first floor. Once we opened the door to the room there was a a strong smell of mold. When we turned on the lights in the room there was clearly mold to be seen on some parts of the wall inside both the room and the bathroom. Mold could also be seen on the inside of the front door and also on the bathroom door. There was some signs of mildew that could be seen in the bathroom. Two live roaches could be seen crawling ( one on the floor and the other on a wall in the room ). My brother and i went back to the front desk and advised of what we saw in the first room and it's very poor condition. The clerk exchanged the room and gave us the key to another room this time on the 2nd. floor. Once we got to that room the key could not open the door because it was not properly activated so that it could work. So i had to return to the front desk to advise the clerk. Another key was provided and upon the 2nd. try to open that door the key worked. However the condition of the second room was not far off from the condition of the first room which we were switched from because of it's poor condition. The 2nd. room also had the strong smell of mold and there were signs of mold in both the room and the bathroom. My brother and i decided that we would not stay at that Motel 6 property and that we would leave.

Me and my family have stay for long periods of times here and the mangers are always super nice and welcoming. We love Emilie she is always very helpful and friendly and so energetic. Ms Nicole goes over and beyond along with Art for the guest.

Ngl first motel I’ve ever stayed at. Motel is in west palm so I figured can’t be that bad. Showed up and everything was super chill. Didn’t feel unsafe or anything . Surprised, I would get a room from this specific motel again. Not too shabby. Just wish they gave me a tooth brush , paste, lotion. I also expected a microwave wanted to heat up my rotisserie chicken . Pictures showed that and a fridge . So kinda was annoyed about that so that’s why 4 stars .
