The appearance was nice. I left with numerous bed bug bites. I reported it to the staff. They said the stripped the bed but couldn't find any. I killed 2 and some babies and captured 2. I showed them to the staff and he referred me to Sara Patel. I emailed her and attached pics.

The room has everything u need. It's quiet all the time and the staff r not rude.

Our room was generally clean. The room only had two hangers. I cleaned a bunch of hair from the bathtub drain to get it to drain properly. We stayed three nights and I had to get the key cards reprogrammed once a day. The desk people were very accommodating and the housekeepers were very nice.

Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. At first I thought they were fighter planes due to Andrews AFB being so close. I realized as I was leaving that there were train tracks were right next to the hotel. No fault of the hotel. All in all, a decent hotel, fairly priced (less than $100), very clean and pleasant front desk manager.

Don't stay here. They'll take your money and not give it back to you. Then charge you random amount on top of what you were "expecting." Oh it's a clerical error they say. Well of course it's inconveniene for me but I just have to wait for it to come back... Stay somewhere else.

I stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Lanham Washington DC and it was beyond filthy—honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in. Both rooms they gave me were nasty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’m talking about bedbugs crawling around and trash left behind from previous guests. I even found used condoms in the room. That’s not just dirty—that’s straight-up revolting. The bed looked clean from a distance, but once you actually paid attention, it was obvious nothing had been properly sanitized. It made my skin crawl just being in there. And the worst part? The front desk guy didn’t care at all. Completely rude, dismissive, and useless. He refused to switch my room, refused to give me a refund, and wouldn’t even tell me his name like he knew he was in the wrong. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. This place is a health hazard. If you value your hygiene, your safety, or even basic human decency—do NOT stay here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

They only have WiFi now if you're a Windham rewards member. There's only 1 major coffee machine now. None of the rooms have coffee machines anymore.

As always, the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. Of all of our stays we've only evet had one issue. That was with the AC and it was addressed immediately. We stay typically several times a year. This is our go to when we are in town.

The hotel is in very good location. The staff was kind and know what they are doing. The facility is old and tired. I am sure they are trying their best to keep up. Our major problem was bed sizes. We are a family of four with two kids. Queen size matresses were not queen as we know it they were smaller.

Advertised they have a hot breakfast every day but there is no breakfast. Not even cereal or coffee. They offer 2 bags of coffee in your room and give an attitude when you ask for more at the front desk. We booked this hotel over others in the area because it offered a hot breakfast rather than cereal and bagels, so I was very upset to find out there was nothing there for the guests.

Hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The front desk has plexiglass all aroud it and the employee was spaced out on a couch nearby staring at a wall when I checked out- never made eye contact with me and had me just dropped off my keys. The room was dirty, walls thin and guests loud and drunk.

I booked a two night stay here because of the price and proximity to the Commanders stadium. Let’s just say, You get what you pay for! This is a “No Frills” motel. The bed was noisy and the linens didn’t fit properly. Outdated Upgrades. Bathroom is small. Two 24hr fast food restaurants are located within the same corridor. Conveniently located off the highway which makes this place accessible to everyone including the homeless. My advice, just pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere nicer.

The evening we arrived there were 6 police cars at the entrance dealing with one male person. The employ at the front desk was not friendly. The restaurant attached to didn’t serve breakfast. The 2nd night at 3am there people yelling, screaming, slamming and banging on doors on our floor. It went on for at least 1-1/2 hr.

They asked for a $50 deposit. They kept $30 of my deposit alleging that there was a spot on the bedspread. I definitely did not agree with that. Other than that, everything was great.

The room was modern and at first glance seemed clean but was not the honest case. There were brown stains on the sheets the walls and on the blinds, a smashed cockroach on the door, and the shower barely worked. There’s a homeless woman living in the parking lot. There was always 2-3 cop cars posted up in the parking lot, which gives the impression that it’s not the safest area. The staff were kind, pleasant, and helpful when I needed something. All in all, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned the hard way.

My stay was horrible and i want my money back for 2 nights. I switch to too different rooms with my daughter and it was roaches in both one on the stand i was laying next to by the bed and one when i shook my towel out from tbe bathroom i am not happy

The room was extremely dirty. The lampshade had dust and mold and it did not appear that the room had been fully cleaned. Also, I would not stay at this hotel if you are a light sleeper. It is next to the train station/metro and the noise is extreme. The one upside is the discount for $91 a room.

Lots of homelessness in the area, the property advertised breakfast which is 100% not true, i did find a roach and a spider in my room, and they did accommodate very quickly when made aware of it which i appreciated, the front desk was very friendly and professional, the blankets where way too thin and the pillows for the king size where micro it was an uncomfortable sleep but if youre looking for a quick stay of one or 2 nights or business trip its ok, i wouldn't recommend for families or long stays just due to the area and the homelessness.

I’ve stayed at different Days Inns before and they have NEVER been a pleasant experience. This one however was quite the opposite. Very clean very taken care of and rooms do match the pictures.

Had slugs crawling on my walls and property refused to refund me so I can go to another hotel. Only offered to change my room. I left immediately and had to get refunded by Expedia.

Stains on curtains, cigarette and marijuana smell along with dirty carpet. My feet were dirty from walking on the carpet and stepping into the shower.

There is a restaurant on grounds with a tasty Menu and the bed is comfortable. 3 pillows of different strength such as soft, semi firm and firm. I had a great night sleep.

I requested a roll in shower, which I got but the room was a fire hazard for anyone with mobility issues. My son is in a wheelchair and the room had no turn radius for his chair. I had planned a 3 day stay but I was fearful that he may get hurt. I did not sleep until I got him out of there.

The location could be considered good or not so good depending on your needs and point of view. It is extremely close to the beltway and main thoroughfares. There is a McDonalds a block away. But the neighborhood is rather rough and industrial. It's a bit of a shock to walk in and see the main desk shrouded in plexiglass for security. The room, however, was as clean as any room I can remember but it had carpet floor instead of tile and smelled musty. The bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. Furniture was modern and technologically up to date. Lighting was not great. Not very many channels on the TV. Wifi was very good! Lots of parking but only two entrances into the hotel - both near the main desk. Lot's of housekeeping staff! The restaurant on the property is in the same building as the hotel. I did not eat there.

I was welcomed with a smile. The immediate property was excellent. A quiet atmosphere. I had a peaceful evening and a great sleep.

The room waa smelly. And the comforters & blankets had cigarette burns in them. But since it was only an overnight stay, I went and bought lysol, air fresheners and bathroom cleaner & made it work. At least the staff was great and had good attitudes!!

I am used to Days Inn serving breakfast in the morning. I was a bit disappointed that not only was no Breakfast included, but the Restaurant did not open until 11 AM. We had early morning appointment, and had to waste extra time in order to find a place to eat before leaving for our appointment. Had I known that I would have selected another hotel. Other than that, I was happy with everything.

The property was close to the venue that I was attending. During my stay thebareas had swverw storms and the hotel lost power. My husband & I were in the dark from about 5pm until 11 am the next day. We were not provided with any compensation.

I checked in on the night of my stay but had to check out because I needed to be in a completely different area. However, the hotel hallway carpet was very dirty and grungy, the hotel room itself for double beds was kind of small and not clean. There was food crumbs on the floor, the refrigerator was damaged and the wood where the refrigerator was sitting on was broken up and looked as if it had been chewed on. The room smelled like mildew and the pillowcases were not clean at all. We didn’t even pull back the rest of the covers after we saw the. There was trash and debris outside of the hotel as you drove up and a man was living in his car with trash, overflowing outside of it or right outside the hotel entrance when you drove up. The room did not feel or smell clean and I did not feel safe. I was glad that we had to check out the same day for other reasons and I canceled my second night. I was told I would get a refund of the total cost of the second night plus my deposit. I am now waiting to see if that actually comes back to my credit card.
