    The front part was ok, but the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we pull the sheets back in both beds it was hair in the bed…the furniture needs to be updated… the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and we seen a roach in the bathroom.

    -patrons and their dogs are crazy! -families with grown kids living there for long time and staff caters to them before anyone else. People hang out in the lobby all hours and can be aggressive at times.

    The Lady who was staffing the front desk when I first checked in was nothing short of amazing!!!! Very helpful, and very pleasant!!! I do not know her name, but she definitely should be commended for how she performs her job!!!

    The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience.

    The staff is so accomodating. We were not sure we would be back by check out time as we were also checking out of the nearby hospital. Staff told us not to worry, just to take care of ourselves first. Such a relief, and we did make it back in time. This is the third time we have chosen this place because of the staff, the cleanliness and being close to our medical needs.

    I got there more than an hour after checking time and my room wasn't ready. The front lobby look like a prison with all the barriers and plexiglass. They also charge $100 security fee which most hotels don't. The room is okay but a little dirty, and not in the best of shape but pretty good.

    Checked into the hotel and immediately upon walking into the room there was a strong stench of urine in the room. There were multiple stains on the sheets. Immediately left the hotel and would not recommend.

    This establishment was in such a run down condition that requested to see the room before check in. The rooms are out dated, dirty carpets, beds just about in the floor. I would sleep in my vehicle before staying at this hotel. It was worse than a motel. You’re wasting your money if you book here.

    I stayed there from the 6th to the 8th, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to let anyone know what a dismal experience we had. My father worked at extended stay when I was a teenager. That's how I was introduced. Funny, that's how we met Beyoncé the first time. I have stayed at extended stay across the country since then. Always been an amazing experience. I was in town to see Beyoncé which is the ONLY reason I suffered through this horrible experience and didn't change hotels. The smell was musty and moldy and stale like old fast food. It was dirty and the ONLY thing in the room was an ice tray. The "breakfast" bar was subpar and the staff was unbelievably rude. There was a Caribbean lady there that was pretty nice and helpful. She was the only one though. Like I'm sorry you didn't get tickets, but that's not my fault. I made two separate reservations so I had to check in twice. And I was refunded then charged a security deposit again. What sense does that make? I will never stay here again. 0 out of 10 stars would not recommend. The grounds and lobby are clean and well kept though

    The first red flag was when I was waiting to check in and I seen a drug user in the lobby. The pictures on the site is NOTHING like the actual room. Do NOT book this hotel. Look somewhere else! I only booked this room bc I wanted to stay somewhere close to the stadium for the Cowboy Carter Concert and I didn’t want to drive back home to Philadelphia after the show. But once we got back to the room after the show the room was very humid and sticky. It had a weird smell. That’s when we started seeing the roaches running around. I didn’t even know roaches existed in 2025. So I packed up my things and my child and hit the road back to Philly at 1am.

    We only stayed 1 night and that was more than enough. I thought I booked the room in the picture but that was not the case. The room showed no carpet but there was definitely dirty stained carpet. There was a ball of hair in the shower. What looked to be boogers on the wall and dry dog food on the floor. The only good thing about this place was the distance from the stadium. It was overpriced for the room.

    I drove 160 miles and battled through traffic jams. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I no longer had a room. The staff was rude and dismissive. Do your self a favor and pass this place in your search for a room.

    The bed was broken and it was impossible to sleep on. Completely caved in center. I took photos. The dresser was broken, the Refrigerator was filthy.     One elevator that was not working. The front desk informed me that the malfunction of the elevator was NORMAL! The room was filthy with smoke burns in the kitchen and bathroom floor. Light switches filthy with ground in dirt. Definitely no Covid sanitation once or ever. Extremely poor lighting (OLD) with dark depressing interior. The refrigerator door was broken and kitchen was banged up badly. Don’t waste your money!

    Check in started at 3pm I arrived at 4:30pm the room I was assigned was dirty. They reassigned me to a different room the bathroom had a heavy smoke odor. I have allergies and asthma that it why I requested a non smoking room. The shower would not turn off And there were baby roachs crawling in the bathroom and the kitchen area . One of the staff did not show anything empathy.

    Room was like a sauna because the hot water in the shower would not cut off. We let the front desk know and they said there was nothing they could do about it, and supposedly were sold out of rooms. Condensation continuously dripping from the ceiling. The room temperature felt like 90 degrees so we kept the bathroom door shut as much as we could and opened the window to cool the room down. We used towels to soak the water on the floor. The paint was bubbling and peeling off of the door frames. It was late when we checked in so we made the best of it. Glad to leave.

    When I arrived in my room and tried to call the front desk to ask a question athe phone did not work properly, so I had to walk all the way from the end of the hall where my room was to the front desk just to ask a question The TV remote didn't have an on button, so I had to take another trip to the front desk to replace it. Dishes were not in the room, so I had to take a third trip to the front desk to pick up a bowl, plate and fork. It was not until that last walk that the person at the front desk said that if there was anything else that I need, she would bring it to me since she was younger. Why did I have to make that many trips? All that I needed should have already been in the room or mentioned to me at check-in.

    Place was dirty, there were burn marks in the floor, stains on the linens, we were told housekeeping only came in every 2 weeks and when I asked for a vacuum or even just a broom to clean my room myself I was told they didn’t have any. We left after 4 days of the 11 we initially booked.

    Good day I have a very unpleasant experience I came back into town for the night and when I arrived after booking online I went to the Hotel. The 1st room smelled just like a dog and the floor was sticky. I go back downstairs let the attendant know of the situation with the room and she changed it to another room. By this time I am now tired and ready to go to sleep upon entering the room it smelled but not as bad I used air freshener took care of that then when I went to go lay down the blanket had blood on it the pillow had blood on it the fire alert system was hanging off I put it back the overall experience was not good I went back downstairs to let the attendant know about now this room and she told me to contact the manager in the morning I did and they told me to leave this with you all to handle. I would like to have a refund for this terrible experience please. Thank you in advance and I hope you all do something with that Hotel to Insure that no 1 else has an experience such as I.     We stayed for a week. It was fine overll. There was one staff member that never had the towels ready in the evenings when I returned. The carpet in the halls should be vacuumed daily. The other staff like Broony and another young lady in the morning always had linen ready. Over all, customer servce wa great.

    When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice, however when we got to our room we only had 10 minutes before we had to leave for a concert at the FedEx Field. We noticed a small bug, but I killed it and we left. When we got back to tje hotel later night we noticed that there were cockroaches all over the room. We had to immediately check out. The Night Audit guy was very nice and came to also visualize the (3) we had recently killed to show the Manager and take pictures of. Apparently, this is not their first "incident" in the particular room we were in. Never again! I will be lucky if we did not bring any home with us in our luggage, it was that bad! We will inspect and clean our luggage today before bringing them inside our home. Absolutely disgusting!

    The floor was dirty, the furniture was worn and beat up, the cabinets in the kitchenette were rusted on the bottom, there was a layer of dust on the dresser, and the bed only had a thin spread and the sheet no blanket. The desk staff was rude to the people in front of us checking in. One of the men asked if there was a restroom he could use and she told him, “we don’t have a public restroom, you’ll have to wait until you get checked in to your room”. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The one good thing was the AC worked well, but we had to cut it off because there was no blanket on the bed.

    This place was good it got the job done. What I didn't like was that housekeeping never came inside the room only to do a walkthrough. Although it said they would come in at least once a week to sweep the floors and change the sheets. I didn't mind going downstairs to get clean sheets and change the sheets but it really bothered me that the floors were never swept! Other than that the people were very friendly and helpful.

    My husband and I were just stying for the night but if I was going to cook there was nothing provided for me. The room was dim and the bed was so close to the flor I thought I was sleeping on an air mattress. When I turned the water on it came out brown so I turned all faucets on and let them all run for about 5 minutes or so. the dresser looked very over used and there wasn't any dirty laundry bags in the room either. But also upon entering the hotel the front glass door ws broken as well. Even though it was just one night I expected better.

    What you see in the picture is not what it is. People live in this property disgusting. I slept with my clothes on don’t spend your money in this go somewhere else 😡😡 the only thing good is the staff in this place

    Rude staff (Zee). Credit card was charged 3 times although I paid through Expedia and no one was willing to talk to me about it, including their toll free number.

    We checked in and then checked out within the hour! It was terrible. The room was in disrepair, dirty and it had bugs climbing out of the walls! The cherry on top was when the fire alarm started beeping and they couldn't come fix it until Midnight. There was no way I was going to allow my kids to sleep in this filthy buggy room!

    Just don’t stay here. The few dollars in savings are not worth how filthy the place is. The employees were trying hard (best think about the stay) to pretend the place didn’t suck, but it was awful. Complete waste of money.

    There is NO ice machine in the whole hotel. Also, bring your own pots, pans and utensils.... those are not provided either.

    This hotel is always nice, clean, and peaceful. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Hotel Manager Ms. Jackson is always kind and professional. She always makes sure all guests feel special. Her crew Denise, Vee, Brunie and Mr. Henry and the cleaning staff are very kind. Thank you to Extended Stay Largo for making me feel at home.

    Tbh, I wouldn’t stay here at all ! The people in the front are rude and do not care to help you out. I had roaches in my room and they didn’t seem TJ care about the fact that they were all over the walls and on the bed. I got a full refund for my stay. I would avoid this place at all costs. No worth the headache. And, there was commotion and argueements happening every night j walked in m. Very interesting people if you ask me.
