The concierge David and the dining person Nancy more phenomenal very attentive and knowledgeable. They made me and my family feel comfortable and valued this was a very great day. Your staff was professional and extremely friendly.

Nice and quiet! Very clean! We didn’t have enough towels and was clothes for two nights! No one came in the room while we were there

Check in a breeze. Room was extremely comfortable with all expected amenities. Grounds were clean and secure. Breezed through the breakfast area to grab some coffee for the road and it appeared to have a nice variety food.Will definitely stay again, hopefully for more than just one night so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor sitting area.

Upon arriving, the front door to the hotel was very small and nondescript. It almost seemed like a side entrance. It was a bit tight getting the luggage cart in and out but not a big deal. The lobby was big and spacious and looked new. Front desk was helpful when checking in. Our room was on the second floor. When I exited the elevator, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell in the entire hallway. Thankfully, the room smelled clean and looked very nice. I think the smell in the hall was probably from no air conditioning? The beds were comfy and the room looked modern and up-to-date. I liked that the mini fridge and microwave were hidden behind a small cabinet door. I do have a few complaints about the room. The soap for handwashing is that annoying type that takes forever to wash off the residue. The shampoo and conditioner are the annoying type that don’t feel like you even put anything on your head or washed your hair. I’m sure they are probably “clean” products, which are supposed to be good for your hair. I prefer shampoo that suds and smells good and makes my hair feel clean. Also, there was no alarm clock for me to easily tell the time and we ended being late the next morning. And, a problem I always find in hotel bathrooms is not enough hooks for towels. Those things alone, though, would not affect my decision to stay here again. The room was very clean, smelled good, had plenty of room for sitting and putting luggage and was nicely decorated.

Bar food menu, though limited, was better than expected. Pool temp better than most hotels. Helpful front desk and good fitness room. Convenient location. For a fun activity, consider renting bikes from Trek near corner of Bex/54.

We Were exhausted after 2 concerts in Tampa and staying in dumpy hotels so we decided to move out so that our drive home was about an hour shorter. My daughter and I were so happy to find such a lovely hotel available for us. The only reason I gave the score on the price was because as lovely as the hotel was it seemed a little higher priced. I would have been more comfortable paying about 35 to 50 dollars less per night. Breakfast was average, no variety of options, breakfast staff was holding food in the back, they were making loud comments when guest serve themself more than one item. For example, they brought 2 milks, 2 yogurt, two muffins, 2-3 bananas or oranges, 2-3 cereals. Making the breakfast bar always run empty. People waiting for more; or ask them for breakfast items both ladies attitude were rude or upset. Rooms very clean. Beds were super hard! Location was excellent tons of restaurants in the area. Reservation desk staff super nice. Amenities are excellent.

It was clean and close to home. We were dealing with a roof falling through. The racist front desk girl at 11pm being so rude to us and then being so nice to this black guy coming in asking for a room key and she never asked to see his ID and was so nice to him and then sooooooo pissy to me. The remote ,all 10 of them ,didn’t turn the tv so we had no tv the whole stay. The air wasn’t working it was hot. Told the girl but it didn’t matter. They sent me to a room …that someone was in!!!!!

Room was very nice. The maid service seemed to have a language barrier. The maid knocked at the door about 10:30. We were getting ready to leave to see a family member in the area. I told the room service to come back in 30 minutes. At the end of the day, upon our return, 8:00 pm .... the room had not been touched. My wife went to the front counter for fresh towels.

The breakfast was great. It had a variety of hot and cold items and some healthy choices. Love the pet policy. My dog was able to stay at no extra charge. We noticed in the morning we slept on dirty sheets with blood spots on them, dirty floors with dust balls and old socks from another family and little ventilation in the bathroom. My daughter blew dried her hair and the fan wasn't strong enought to ventilate the space.

Had to check in very late, staff was very helpful and took care of everything. Night staff was not normal disinterested staff I have encountered at other hotels, instead was very engaging and had a actual conversation with me. I had a very pleasant stay.

David the front desk guy was amazing, breakfast great. Bed comfortable. I’ve requested a bedroom with a walking shower as I was traveling with my elderly mom. The bedroom was not the one offered. As we were set up and my mom was going to take a bath we found out there’s a bathtub. David got us a chair and a mat. That was ok, but it was so stressful thinking she may trip entering the tub. The sofa bed linens were smelling and the front desk lady got us new sheets. Anyways my daughter and granddaughter didn’t have a good night sleep, as it was lower on the side and they rolled over.

The hotel is beautiful and looks almost new. Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well because a sports team of children was running through the hallways and knocking on guests’ doors late at night. The hotel should improve supervision and enforce quiet hours so that all guests can rest comfortably

Property was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel property is secluded in a very busy area. It was quiet with beautiful natural land surrounding it, but it did make it difficult for us because we did not have a car. It is very close to a lot of shopping and businesses.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a great layout for families. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and modern. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The charge was not what was quoted to me. The quote given to was me was $155. The charge they ended up charging me was $180. Course I’m not happy.

The room layout was a little puzzling with the king bed partially blocking access to the bathroom. Walk in shower was a little uncomfortable and a hand grab would be a good idea. The floor became quite slippery during the shower and I felt a little slippage occasionally. Breakfast was good and staff was good.

My only complaint would be the graduation party that was being held in one of the gathering areas. They kept the music loud until at least 11:00 pm and then the drunk party goers were outside yelling for an hour after that. It was hard to sleep. Thankfully my kids slept through it.

I was told that I had to wait a min of 1 hour since the cleaning staff had just arrived and there were no towels! I challenged her but she wouldn’t budge. No clean towels anywhere to be found in a hotel that was clearly not full. Not sure if she didn’t know what to do, if she was lazy or if Marriott decided to cut back on towels but my 21yo used 2 hand towels and one of our used towels to dry off. It did the job but…!

If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay for business or personal use, I assure you, you will be at the correct destination The breakfast is hot & fresh every morning. Loved how clean the room was !

Excellent room with a nice layout. Clean and comfortable mattress. Sink drain was very slow due to previous guest putting things down a sink drain that they should not (make-up wipe and hair). Isolated location makes for a quiet peaceful hotel. Restaurants are about .5 mile away and are quite good.

WELL bed was good. Breakfast ok. I had asked for lower room.. gave me 5th floor! YEP first time ever at ANY Hotel this happened. They said they had gotten my request but too many people there. WELL miraculously they were about to give me third floor. YAY but got into room remote control DID not work. (my daughter stayed at SAME hotel few months ago and same deal NO remote working). Then AC was NOT working right. WELL needless to say will not stay there again. Marriott usually is great but not this time!

Everything was in working order, except thermostat. Always stayed on 68 with ERR message. Couldn't turn up or even shut off. Other than freezing it was great.

Uncomfortable mattresses, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, house keeping is only every other day, there was no toilet paper in my room, no trash bags in the bins, the reception desk likes to look down when you walk in so they don’t have to say hi to you. Pool looked kind gross

We were disappointed with no new towels switched out. We understand not cleaning every day but new towels left on floor we expected new towels. Also called months ago asking to be right next to other couple we were traveling with. Front desk did not make this happen, said they were booked full? We had the reservations for a ling time and just wanted to be right next to each other and they couldnt accommodate.
