Clean spacious rooms! Staff was very friendly (morning crew was less friendly but not “mean”) breakfast was great lots of options! Overall a great place to stay!

I liked the hotel. Room, location near where our meeting was, parking easy, and close to a favorite restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and helpful staff. Very nice and smells good as you enter the lobby area. The breakfast food is excellent! The housekeepers are approachable and helpful. They clean the room properly. The front desk staffs are accommodating. They gave supplies like toiletries refill everyday. We stayed for 5 days and it was so great. 10 out of 10 rating.

Location near military bases wasn't so great, given the lack of amenities and interesting restaurants nearby, I would have expected less than $150. $150 was the same price as a Hilton in Seattle. I wasn't impressed with the front desk clerk who checked me in. Their machine wouldn't take inserted cards or taps and only swipes, and she made me feel like I had been locked out of my account or didn't have the funds to pay when the payment didn't fail because of an issue with my card or account, but a technical problem with the machine and payment processor or her own imcompetence. The booking processing system has some kinks that should be worked out. It charged my bank account just fine when I checked my account. I wouldn't have commented except I expect better service from $150 a night.

The person who signed me in was very very very very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t want to accept my id and she didn’t give me a voucher of my $12 credit that I got from Expedia.

My family and I had a wonderful stay!! Luz made us feel especially at home, it was a delight to see her every morning! The front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance was absolutely a joy to be around. It felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, they had many options including hot food which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with kids! Parking was very easy & the coffee at the lobby was very convenient and tasty! The rooms were spotless upon check-in and the beds and pillows were so soft and cozy!! The microwave and mini fridge were a lifesaver!!! I have nothing but great things to say, we had a lovely stay!

The pool wasn't so clean

The check in and staff were really respectful and professional, however, the room was a little dusty when we arrived. I was sneezing non stop the first night we arrived. Also outlets by the headboard and all around the room needed some upgrades. Also sometimes I need me some Netflix and relax time in the room but they don’t have smart tvs.

The breakfast was simple and satisfying. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is accommodating and very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express and will choose this hotel next time also!!

The room would change temperature, it would be warm one minute and cold 5 minutes later. We never touched the thermostat. Not sure why it did that. Strange noises came from the bathroom, like a mouse in the trash. Also weird beeps in the room. The room was comfortable and clean.

need to upgrade tv . bathtub slippery ! and a more friendly staff. also when i book at expedia im supposed to get a daily $12 drink credit and i did not get that !

There were minor issues but staff was not aware so I let them know when I checked out and they were very friendly and told me they would definitely have maintenance look into it . They wouldn’t know unless someone made them aware .

The room was clean and they came by every morning to see if we needed towels or anything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and attentive. The room however smelled a bit like urinal cake. The fridge barely cooled out beverages, and a lot of the wall sockets were loose. That room is ready for a makeover that shouldn't take more than a day's stay.

Front desk… As a whole. Flawlessly executed tasks in super high capacity all nonstop environment. I couldn’t help but notice how well they moved between phones computers from desk guest services . Making stressful high capacity check-ins f no hesitation or frustration between one another manother’s knowledgeable amazingly welcoming friendly smiles and accommodations is what youll get. But a particular lady at desk, Michelle, sure completes the atmosphere. Key to a successful fast stress-free check-in!

We stayed during Christmas so we cannot rate the housekeeping but the rest of the hotel staff was wonderful. Fabian who fixed a problem with our tv was kind, polite and professional

Didn't eat breakfast, the hotel is very clean, the area is good especially been military. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. The negative is the cable the cable kept pausing and there was nothing on TV. Hopefully there is better cable next time. The staff friendly but don't communicate regarding wifi info. Parking is cool I recommend staying in this hotel. Pretty good no bugs or anything. Staff does a great job of cleaning rooms

Was a very comfortable stay in a convenient location. The staff are all so friendly and hospitable. The way they have thought of little details - such as offering a complimentary sound machine for guests - really showed their thought and care. If we’re ever in the area again, we would 1000% stay again.

This hotel was clean and quiet and had a very nice atmosphere. The outside area was quite noisy with traffic as it's right off the I-5, but we couldn't hear it from our room. My little daughter enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was nice. The freshly ground to order coffee in the lobby was a really nice touch.

Everything was superb. The staff was superb. Especially Mata. The best Continental breakfast I've had so far. The only downfall so far is that we checked out an hour and a half ago. And the deposit hasn't been put back on my card yet.

the toilet handle nut on the inside of the toilet needs to be tighten. I hand tighten it as tight as i could but a maintenance man needs to tighten it down with a wrench. the toilet won't flush if it isn't tighten .Rm 230. Have hin take the lid off and he will see what I'm talking about.

By freeway

Located next to a busy freeway and a highway intersection a good nights rest can only be achieved if you can ignore the noise level provided by honking cars , revving motorcycle engines and the occasional train horns in the distance. Better windows and a more solid wall construction could help here. Employees were nice and rooms were clean - no complaints there. Would not recommend because of the noise issues especially considering the room price.

Rooms where not ready for almost an hour. The pool was shut down with no notice until next day. Once the pool opened it was dirty and bathroom was clogged with poop. Now i getting random small charges on my bank card from them.

Overall the stay was good, beds and pillows were comfy. we had some issues with the key cards and upon arrival to our room we found ants on the bed and tv console.

Enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast was sometimes “empty” and it took quite a while to refill. Otherwise we loved it!

Everything went smoothly, from parking to check in to check out. My room was clean, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and equipped with all the basic necessities. Breakfast was good. 24/7 fresh coffee and cold refreshing water in the lobby are good perks. The entire hotel smells refreshing. Felt safe. Awesome staff. Highly recommended. Value for money.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The beds were a little softer than we are used to but they were ok. We were satisfied with our stay at this location.

The bathroom door in the handicapped room open into hall blocking hall and requiring a person to backup backwards to open and close door could be dangerous

Fast check in. The night that I went I think they might be understaffed. I asked for clean towel after swimming and was told to pick up at the front desk instead of being delivered.

Ery disappointed as I specifically reserved a room with private hot tub. It that is not what was booked so I had this huge suite for one person no hot tub. It was the only reason I booked the suite.

Loved the fact that you could her fresh ground and brewed coffee at all hours, the breakfast was good, service was wonderful, elevators were very fast (and smooth) and you could check out a white noise machine, which we loved.

Our family celebrates kid birthdays at indoor pools sometimes due to the weather being unpredictable in WA. We have been to many hotels in the area. This one is by far our favorite. The lobby is spacious and provides seating for us to sit and have food throughout the day. The room was clean and spacious. The double queen suite is perfect for a family of 5. The front desk staff, Deshawn, was kind and attentive. Cecilia and Luz provided our breakfast the next morning, they were both sweet and responded when the guests eating breakfast requested anything. Thank you guys. We will be back!

The hotel is perfect! Beautiful, great i door pool! Full breakfast. Right next to the freeway for easy access. It’s loud, but they provide free noise machines! Problem completely solved and my daughter bought two for home/travel!

The Hotel for the most part is very nice & breakast service was Excellent. The only negitve thing was the pillows in the room were so Flat & cause my wife & I neck pain the next morning.

Front entrance always has a very comforting fragrance around - feature i haven't experienced in any other hotels.

We checked in very late and it was an easy process. I had two complaints. One was the noise from the highway. (Found out in the morning, that earplugs were in the room.) The second complaint was the bed closest to the window in room 337 was very soft and felt like it should be replaced. Otherwise we had a great one night stay and breakfast was amazing!

Great continental breakfast, omlet, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, fruits, coffee, tea. Pool and hot tub in great condition. Gym had a ceiling fan noisy, not a problem.

I came down to check out and spoke with the supervisory who was less than friendly when I brought up my concerns. She told me there was nothing she could do until a maintenance man went to confirm I wasn’t lying. I told her I was insulted and regardless, no one came to help troubleshoot and I was unable to do what I came to do. After 10 min the maintenance man returned and told her I was lying and just never turned on the light switch. My jaw was on the floor. I asked her if we could visit the room together and she told me no. She isn’t allowed to leave the front desk. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Wish I could write more.

It's disappointing that I couldn't even file a complaint as the front desk was gone for a long period of time. It's also frustrating how the staff did not abide to the request as now my breastmilk had to go waste as it's food for my baby.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. Was told they were too full so instead of receiving another suite, we were placed in a standard room with none of the amenities we paid for. We were given the number to the general manager for help and of course it never connected with the manager.

Nice at the front desk good personality. Got to my room and all I smelled was cigarettes from the last guest. In 408, moved me to room 309 once off the Elevator the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Well never go back as I’m a none smoker. When I woke the morning to leave they had sprayed the hotel hallway to cover the smell of the cigarette smell.

Upon arrival we had noticed there was hair in the bathtub, & later that evening after we had gotten back from having dinner there was a guy that wouldn’t stop knocking on our door, shirt off, clearly intoxicated, requesting to look in our room for something he had left behind. After the third time at 10pm at night we had contacted the front desk, was put on hold for over 5 mins, so I had just decided to go to the front desk. They offered to only contact security, not a change of room or anything.

I thought the property was really nice giving that it’s on S. Tacoma Way smh known area for prostitution and drugsI got three different rooms. The two out of the three rooms were pretty good. The one with the Jacuzzi in it was horrible. There were still hair and stuff in the jets. It was infested with ants and the caulking around the tub was just horrible Room 239 beware hopefully they’ll get it fixed but I say throw the whole Jacuzzi tub away and I think you guys should invest in trying to get somebody professional to clean those jets of y’all‘s Jacuzzi tips. Also, the Jacuzzi area needs better lighting. It’s pretty dark in that corner overall, I was very disappointed with my room.

Great hotel usually. This last time, management was horrible, day and nights. Rolling eyes at questions or concerns and then lying about handling. Ants in room 440 jacuzzi. We left sunday at 11am still no response from Mgmt almost 24hrs later. Was a favored hotel but will not stay again.

Receptionist sent text to inquire if the room was to my liking and asked if i had any additional needs.
