Room was clean but in poor repair.

Thin walla. You hear EVERYTHING! Strung out looking people walking around in the evening. Surprise $100 deposit at check in.

Breakfast options were between a granola bar and a danish pastry. No other choices, then you can have either apple or orange juice. No milk, cereal, eggs or even a piece of fruit..the bathroom toiletries were two: make up removal and a small bottle of conditioner. Not even a bar of soap Gym doesn't open until 7am

No breakfast offered. No shampoo and when we ran out of toilet paper all they could provide was napkins. Would not stay again.

Nothing Broken ice machine On the website it said a breakfast. They put out a very few wrapped cinnamon cakes. Every time we went in there was only 1. And that was only a hour and a half later when it started.

Quite A bit older facility. It’s perfect for just going to work coming back and get cleaned up.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast because it was very limited and consisted of grab-and-go items only. Overall, based on the online photos and the fact that this property is part of a major hotel chain, I expected a much better experience. While the staff was accommodating when we requested a room change, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired.

As always a very reliable place to stay. Spacious rooms and soft bed. Clean room. Clean towels. Clean bed. Unfortunately, this location had a broken ice machine and breakfast was only a danish or granola bar with coffee.

We can check-in late at night and can check out early in the morning. Bed is pretty comfy. Fridge works great! Microwave is nice. The bath was a little small tho. But the room looks good and in a perfect size, not too small. The old lady staff is not super nice. She seem like she don’t want to welcome customers and she seems so bored of this world. The card machine doesn’t work and the ATM in there also did not work either. We have to drive out to find ATM elsewhere to get cash for the deposit. Take us awhile until we can get the keys. When we first walk in the room, it smells like someone smoked in there before.

Not much really. Staff was pleasant. That’s about it. Ice machine was broken. No “breakfast” you got a granola bar, breakfast claw/raisin snail, coffee, and juice. Bed was uncomfortable. There was a hole in our bathroom ceiling. The toilet lid was broken. The bathtub had mold spots in it. One of the blankets had a huge burn hole in them despite these being non smoking rooms.

Our room with a king size bed had one desk chair that was canted and had a bolt that came through the seat. You could sit down properly. The only other chair was a shower chair that was tilted. There was no couch or sofa chair. There were no washcloths and there was not a bathmat. Management provided the missing linen when requested. The floor had holes in the linoleum. We did not stay the 2nd night.

My experience here was really good. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and that can be a deal breaker for me. Would i stay there again? The answer is without a doubt i would.

My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place. Hotel manager has yet to return our messages left over 24 hour ago. If you value your car and safety don’t stay here. It’s not a clean or safe neighborhood at all. Pictures are Ai generated.

The front desk clerk was absolutely sweet. It has great parking and the room was clean. The only thing that I would say that I had an issue with was when asking for extra linen the front desk person didn’t have a key. The only person that has a key is the housekeeper and they were gone for the day so she wasn’t able to get any linen. And the TV the TV was difficult to understand due to it also having a Amazon fire stick, but it didn’t really wanna connect too much of anything.

The clerk was snarky some guy that was hanging around in the lobby was making rude comments. When I came in to complain about the cockroaches that I found. The clerk didn’t seem surprised and didn’t bat an eyelash when oh let me give you another room. The next room was dirty.. when I said I wanted to leave she was quick to say the room was non refundable…

Room was really clean and staff really nice. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was cleaning service came around 5pm next day.

Check-in took longer than expected, although the check-out process was very quick. The room appeared to have been somewhat renovated, but there was a musty smell upon entering. I also found a strand of hair under the pillow, which was unpleasant. Since I only needed to stay for one night, I initially tried not to make a big issue out of it. However, several maintenance and cleanliness issues were hard to overlook. There was no proper toilet paper holder, and the toilet paper was placed on top of the toilet. It did not appear to be new, and the bottom part was dirty and slightly damp. The bathtub faucet was leaking continuously, and there was noticeable rust in the tub. The toilet flush button was not in proper working condition, and the sink drain stopper was stuck, causing the water to drain very slowly. I considered requesting a room change, but it was already close to midnight, so I decided to just stay for the night. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was very loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. When I went for breakfast at 8:00 AM, the lights were already off and there was no food available. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Days Inn. The property felt poorly maintained, and I would not choose to stay here again.

In the room the garbage has not been emptied. The sink was full of nasty water. There was a brown smear on the inside of the bathroom door. And there was no hand soap. We had to air out the room for 32 minutes before going in as it had an overpowering smell of cleaner. After the cleaner smell dissipated it was replace with a smoke smell. There was no do not disturb sign available for the door. We stayed for 2 nights. There were signs that someone had entered well we were away on the first day. They did not clean or restock anything so not sure why they felt the need to come in.

Firstly, the gal at the counter was not the friendliest. Not rude but didn’t feel welcoming. Second, they did something to their pictures because the room looked like the temu version of the pictures. Lastly, the rooms were suppose to be non-smoking, but all I smelt was weed.

Well the staff was nice and the bed was great. However the tv didn’t work well looked like someone damaged the screen. The colors were way off, there was a big hole that was patched but the wall mud was all over back of door. The towel rack was pulling out of the wall, and the counters had this wrap stuff on them and it was leaking off. The majorly of the room just looked grungy. And the drain plug for the sink was broken, and parts of the sink were broken. Overall I won’t be staying there again. The photo on the webpage wasn’t what I got for my room. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham hotels and I personally felt it wasn’t up to par with what I’ve seen with others. I appreciate the safe parking lot, it was very secure, and location was good. The room smelled like urine, there was no room service unless you asked for it before 10am. Even though the room service staff was there after the fact, they would not clean the rooms or provide fresh towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels and she gave me one and said that’s all I can have.

We came up here to visit family and really enjoyed our stay and have nothing but positive things to say. Even the small criticisms are so minor i just know what to bring next time, including the step stool lol. We give this place 5/5 thank you

There was an annoying thumping sound from upstairs nonstop. From last night to this afternoon. Housemaids are loud when they're cleaning the rooms. Dragging furniture upstairs. Just loud!

Clean room but the room had no heat. Me and my partner was cold all night. The thermometer had no way 2 turn on cause wires were exposed. Staff was okay but not great. They didnt have a kitchen. The gym was okay.

Both our beds had crumbs in them. The bathtub was not clean amongst other things around the room. I was there less than 12 hours so just to simply sleep but it clearly hasn’t been taken care of in those rooms over time. There were ants all over the counters amongst many other issues… I won’t be staying there again.

Night staff was amazing. Morning staff ride and short. Stuff on the walls, bathroom looked dirty. It looks like they just painted over things instead of fixing them. A lot of the room looked like they had long term stays. Like they were renting them like apartments.

Clean nice room, I say a guy coming out of the workout room, so that must be being used. Front desk area and staff was nice and helpful.

However, upon arriving to my room the key card didn’t work. I had to go back to the office and have it reset. No biggie. That happens. But the room was not “clean”. The floor was sticky. There was Valentine’s Day debris on the floor still, 4 days later, the walls looked like they had boogers flicked on them, the outside of the bathtub hadn’t been washed in some time, the blow dryer didn’t work, there wasn’t any hand soap, there was a coffee pot, and ice bucket, but no drink ware, and a table but no chair.

I payed online they made me pay a 100ndallor deposit tonstay i didnt even leave any mess just slept and left and they kept 80 bucks of my deposits so it came out to be 190 dallors for one night total would not recommend floor was slimy smelt like vleach heavily and terrible location

Room was in fair condition, rooms missing to hand wash cloths, and getting any towels was like pulling teeth first day I had to find a housekeeper downstairs and asked for towels they said they would bring them up four hours later I had to go to the front desk for a second time to ask for towels following day we did at my door with it open for housekeeping to come by in the morning as they approach the neighboring room I want them no I needed towels showed them the island dirty towels set them out front of the door and they’re having my morning cuppa coffee finally got acknowledgment from the housekeeping I said could you please knock when it’s time to come to my room I move the towels just inside the door and I left one hand towel pinched in the door as a reminder no towels are available at the front desk. No service was provided., Coffee maker has been down for two days breakfast snacks since it is far from a continental breakfast have shut down early every day. I’ve been here on this particular trip leave we’re going on day three.

All was well. Staff was super kind and helpful about our keycard issue. The rooms were not as nice as it was pictured on site but it’s alright.

The staff was smoking at the lobby doors which made the whole lobby smell awful. Made me question what our room would be like so I asked to see before I checked in, smelled like awful smoke. When I said I purchased a non smoking room and I couldn’t sleep in that smell, they advised me they took out all the smoke smell by spraying the room. They advised that was their only room available and could not change my room. They would not credit or cancel my reservation even though they didn’t provide what I paid for. Horrible service and place. Broken down and tarped cars in the parking lot.

Our room was absolutely disgusting, dirty stained sheets which were CLEARLY unchanged from the previous booking, dirty stained pillow cases, sticky refrigerator with liquid stuck to the inside, bathtub was dirty, toilet definitely needed a full entire scrub down. Our door key wouldn’t work half the time, so that was annoying. I have never seen a more disgusting hotel in my life. Not to mention the rooms look nothing like the photos!! We ended up switching rooms which was a *little better* but not by much. The sheets were wrinkly, indicating they had not been changed. I pointed it out to the front desk person and was told they “only change the sheets and pillow cases if they’re stained” … excuse me WHAT?! We slept ontop of our own blankets from the car. If I wasn’t so scared of confrontation and not knowing how to request a cancellation and refund so we could stay else where, I would have. This was absolutely the worst weekend.

Not the staffs fault as I did not let them know at the time. I had already unpacked and did not feel like packing up again to move to another room. Also, I thought "this can't go on all night". Wrong, it did. If I had been in a quiet room, I'm sure I would have had a much better experience.

The room was fine. Had a problem with the TV not working. Turned out to be a broken cable connector. The Front Desk really tried hard to replace it but the ones she had weren't long enough. No problem. I just streamed TV on my laptop.

Told me when I got to the hotel that there was $100 deposit to get the room I figured already paid for the room and my dates were messed up got messed up anyways through Expedia but so I went to the place to so I didn't lose all of my money and she wouldn't let me have a room even though I paid for it because I didn't have $100 deposit wouldn't work with me or nothing like that on it and so basically I got screwed up they got they wouldn't work with me on a deposit but yet they got my room for free so that doesn't make any damn sense

Checking in was easy and efficient. The room was clean, but had that fake air freshener smell. Not great for people with asthma (like myself). It’s a budget hotel and delivers on that promise, but I was a little nervous after dark traveling as a single woman. There was a lot of activity happening outside the hotel room door after midnight and I wasn’t keen to find out what it was. For that reason, I’d choose a different hotel next time.

The first room had two roaChes, but the front desk clerk seemed very concerned and gave me a upgraded room at no extra charge. The second room was very nice.

The staff was wonderful to deal with, but a breaker failure caused kights to go off and on all night, disrupting sleep. Neighbors stomping, smoking, and "other things"-ing also were disruptive throughout the night. I'm also pretty sure i heard mice, but I'm not certain.

We have stayed here several times and have always been very satisfied with everything. This last time was different- room needed more deep cleaning (floor corners/edges needed sweeping, crumbs on nightstand tops, dirty brown spots on outside of tub, no cups or glasses, had to get new roll toilet paper from office... Whole toilet rocks, is not sealed to floor. (Rm. 110)

The staff were right the room was dirty the was a glad dildo under the bed they would not provide us with any extra towels the honeymoon sweet with the jacuzzi has a broken faucet handle and now they are trying to keep our deposit when it was cleaner when we left they are unprofessional the people working there are rude and don't smile at all they were awful to us and they made my stay uncomfortable and a waste of 570 dollars they want to take my deposit this is crazy

The room was in need of a deep renovation. It was fairly clean but the drywall/paint was not professionally done, the floor was dirty with hair all over it, and there was a feral cat problem in the property. The room was not terrible by any means, but as a Days Inn property, I've come to expect a little more than what I got for my money.

They are so friendly and attentive. The staff made the experience nice and comfortable.

The pictures showing the property are no where near what you find after checking in. The rooms where updated at some point however it was done as cheaply as possible.the staff was surely and did not respond well when asked for items that the rooms should have; like soap or towels. Breakfast was a joke, only providing bad coffee, bad juice and single serve pasteries. Even though the breakfast area was huge with empty fixtures and appliances for no reason. Better options can be found in Tacoma for the same-ish price. Only stay here if you are desperate. Getting in and out of the property was easy and near the freeway, however the parking was super tight. It is Lakewood, so safety is as safe as you feel with the surroundings being a bit sketchy.

They stick to unmanned front desk until check-in at 3. Tv remote didn’t work, took hours to resolve. Mfl Sunday and no tv, explained my team was coming up, waited 3 hours before calling back. The second remote was barely channel operational, no volume just video. 1 star for lady at front. That’s it,

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! There were roaches crawling out of the guest book and remote for the TV, exoskeletons from roaches inside the towels and baby roaches crawling up the sink drain and shower drain. Our room door wouldn’t even lock properly as they screwed in the security lock unevenly. The front desk lady was nice, but honestly would never stay here again. Requested a refund and the manager refused it. Hotels.com even reached out to the manager and he also denied the refund to them.

The room they gave me was infested with cockroaches & when I went to the desk they were kind enough to switch me rooms that room was much cleaner but both rooms I was in did NOT have a deadbolt lock which left me feeling scared all night long the area was very overcrowded with homeless, I was afraid my car would get broken into because of all the people wandering around at night time. The room next door to me had people in and out the room all night long and that also kept me awake..

The "free breakfast" was prepackaged rolls...no fruit, hot portions or anything else!

Very run down, room walls damaged, shower water temp took a long time to be hot enough to use, beds had plastic waterproof mattress that was noisy when you turned over, only 2 pillows per bed, only 2 towels per room (we had 3 people). I am currently pregnant , and your “breakfast bar” was not as advertised. I’ve been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 17 years , call it “high standards” , however, you only had Coffee , and Danishes & Granola Bars. Juice machine was not working and you had an empty refrigerator that I assumed was supposed to hold your yogurts, hardboiled eggs, cold breakfast food etc, I asked the front desk if there was anything else you had to offer & let her know I was pregnant and was really looking forward to a MEAL and her response : “What you see is what you get.” If you advertise a “breakfast bar” , then your patrons should see what’s been advertised on your website. Very dissatisfied.

Smelled like pure pinesol. Bed had small stains. Lot of sketchy things in the parking lot. Definitely saw prostitutes going into one room. Very bad area, left here stayed accross the freeway at the Hampton. This side of the freeway is very bad area for a hotel.

Friendly staff, very nice looking room considering the outside and surrounding area. It served our purpose and was more than I expected. Breakfast is coffee and corner store pastries, but I didn’t expect THAT. LOL!

No shampoo/conditioner in the room. No hair dryer. Strong smell of the scented cleaning chemicals in the room. We left the door open for a few hours to rid of this smell, but it did not help.

The pics do not match the “motel”! Such a very strong smell of disinfectant that you wonder what they are trying to hide. The bed had a waterproof mattress cover that made so much noise upon moving. Evidence that our door had been literally kicked in several times. Breakfast? LOL was a packaged danish. Would never ever recommend to stay here. Almost wanted to leave and stay elsewhere!

The Expedia description of this property is very deceiving. It is nothing like the pictures that are shown on the Internet. The place is filthy! Unkept! There are numerous “ live in” people on the property. We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Then changed to another filthy room and ultimately change to a third room. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I was so totally disgusted! We even had to request light bulbs as they were missing from the lamps. The television wasn’t working. The smell of disinfectant was so overwhelming it was as if they were attempting to cover up some other odor. The breakfast consisted of packaged danish and orange juice (We hadnt planned to eat anyway) and nothing like the pictures on the internet. If we had not already paid for the room and it wasn’t late we would have left. I’m sorry now that we didn’t. I really wish I would have taken pictures to post.

Location was pretty rough, peeling wallpaper and marks on the walls, people playing loud music in the hallways at 4:00am, left my room at 9am and someone was asleep on the floor outside my door... would not come back or recommend others stay there, especially if they have children.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, the pictures on expedia do NOT represent what the actual hotel looks like or provides. We got in late after a 3 hour road trip. Pulling in, we were surprised by the look of the hotel and how different it looked on expedia vs in person. After we checked in, we got to the room and it smelt like smoke and dirty mold. The bed linen was dirty, the walls and floors were dirty, the bathtub had dirt in it, the toilet seat was broken and half way falling off. We ended up checking out 10 minutes later and finding a hotel that we were able to stay in. I have been fighting for almost a week to get a full refund from this property and have been told the manager would get back to me and still have not heard anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Hotel could use an update. The lobby is great, the desk workers are amazing. But in all reality, this is more like a motel than a hotel. The floorboards and shower area need some attention.

My room was filthy. When I tried to call down to the desk the phone was not working. When I went down to the desk I was told there was no other rooms to be moved to. I was told someone would be up to clean my room no later than 10:15. That never happened. I had to clean the room myself.

false advertisement on Expedia. the property and the room was not clean and it wasn't as advertised. very unsatisfied. had to track down staff to get bed changed, clean towels, toilet paper etc. house keeping didnt come. I am very unhappy that I paid over 400 dollars for trash. I will be taking further steps with my attorney.

Bed was comfortable, but plastic was still on it from buying it brand new so it made a lot of noise Food options were not good. The floors were not mopped very dirty. We did not feel comfortable in the room because of this.

Stay away from this place.

I am deeply disappointed and I hope I don’t get charged for a room that was not available to me. I reserved a room with double bed. Upon arrival, the clerk informed me they no longer had the room and all they had was a room with a king size bed. There were 3 adults traveling for 10 hours across 3 states. I told her I would not get any room. In addition, the hotel lobby looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia or online!!! What a scam!!!

Debbie at the front desk was amazingly good!

We arrived and a family was leaving and warned us about the cleanliness. They left due to the dirt. We stepped into our room and bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable. We woke up in pain every morning. I swiped 6 inches of the floor in the middle of the room. The rage turned black. I asked to change rooms and I did the same test and it had the same issue. Staff kept saying they couldn’t issue a refund as the manager is never In (great way to hide from responsibilities). Neighbours were blasting music till 2 am and again at 7am right outside our door.

It had roaches and its like a prostitute hotel

We were okay there. What we were disappointed with was the room wasn’t really cleaned. My husband cleaned up the AC as it was so dirty. The bathroom floor had so much hair. While layinnin bed you could smell the dust in the room. We didn’t get maid service the whole time we were there. We had to go to the front desk daily to grab towels. One day there was no towels available. Our TV was out. We called the front desk twice before someone actually came. They found the HDMI cord was missing. I would not recommend this property.

Fine for a place to sleep but not well taken care of or clean.

Floors in the rooms were dirty. We had brand new whitee socks on and just walked on for a little time and the bottom of our socks were black. Beds were not completely made. Previous tenants hair was left in room. Crumbs left in beds.

The facility should be condemned from cleanliness to unsanitary room conditions bed bugs mold in the shower caulking dirty floors unclean bathrooms just a bad experience I could go on not trying to scare anyone but this place needs a major overhaul.

This hotel is in the middle of a casino and I little airport! It was kind of noisy!

But tub rails pop out of the wall as soon as you barely touch them. And was missing the spindle for the toilet roll on the wall.

Room was disgusting,stained sheets, dirty floor,lights didn't work, VERY thin walls, broken lock on the door. I could go on and on about this place because this was terrible. We had to leave early in the morning but the bed was literal plastic with a sheet. Our family ended up pulling an all nighter because of how gross and unsafe this was. Very questionable activities going on outside of the rooms throughout the night.

The best bang for the buck

When you pay for the cheapest you get it.. these guys cost a few bucks more and you get it all!!

Dirty noisy smells

This property was very cheap-looking. Cheap flooring peeling up, broken chair that was too low for counter, lamp on only one side of bed, no soap, cracked sink, broken sink hardware,

After walking with bare feet from bed to coffee pot to getting ready laying out my clothes I would step in the shower and be amazed at the black dirt swirling around my feet. An absolute turnoff each of three days.

We were given a room that was smoked in. Though the whole property was supposed to be a non smoking one. We were given a different room but not the same kind. I had to sleep on the floor.

It’s a cool place to stay and do your thing with no distractions

Initial room had recently been smoked in amd had a plastic bag wrapped around the snoke detector, AC didn’t work. Staff were great and moved us to new room. That room was stocked with towels. "Free breakfast" was coffee, danish and granola bar.

Not bad but not great. Front desk lady was great from Samoa. Staff was working hard all the time.

Terrible. No hot water and my daughter’s legs turned black from crawling around in the room for 10 min. Filthy.

The beds were fine. The bathroom really needs to be fixed. The toilet had the wrong size seat on it. The tub stopper appeared to be broken. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would not stay there again.

The "residents " at this hotel were loud, running around and knocking on doors throughout the night. The police were there in the morning to evict some squatters who had taken over a room and wouldn't leave. The road in front of the hotel was being resurfaced so there was no way to get into the hotel at night. It was loud with constant beeping and trucks running everywhere. We were booked for 2 nights but after the chaos of the first night we left and stayed at another hotel.

- The room chair was broken - The outlets were not working- only one in the entire room - The tv wasn’t working and was not in the right display - We had to order extra blankets because we were cold during the night and there were no extra blankets - We requested towel exchange daily and they said that could not do that - Most of the time there were police officers all around the hotel -we asked to speak with the manager and during our whole stay we were not able to talk or see them

Unit 107 - the bathroom is really lacking. The door barely closes around the toilet. The back of the toilet does not fit as it should. If you’re a bigger person you can’t shut the door at all. The room itself is cute and inviting but the bathroom is not good!!!!

The location and price was good. We stayed one night and then stayed a second night so we were pleased. The breakfast as noted was packaged danish and juice. Facility is older but clean.
