Good stay. Room was above average. Breakfast was short of a few items

It is more of an industrial part of town with warehouses and old motels nearby. But that is very typical of this area. Nice hotel with nice staff. Clean and nice breakfast variety.

Very expensive for the small space. First room, sink clogged. I definitely felt judged for the “price” I paid (I got a good discount). It felt classist by staff (everyone was warmly greeted but I didn’t get the same experience). The place did seem understaffed so I don’t want to be unreasonable.

Coffee was cold in the morning. Breakfast was cold. Had to ask for housekeeping at night. Not good like 5 years ago.

We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Nice to have a separate sitting area for TV, etc. Handy fridge. The bedside lamps are nice. Enough outlets and charging outlets conveniently placed. Quiet at night. The breakfast was also good. Real friendly front desk staff. The shower head is really high, wife couldn't reach to adjust it.

Nice, modern hotel convenient to Lakewood and Tacoma. Breakfast was okay, but not the best I've seen at a Comfort Inn. Staff was nice and helpful.

The gentlemen at the front desk helped us through the check-in process. They were extremely professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, including hard boiled eggs, which I enjoyed. The lobby is very attractive and elegant.

Bathroom countertop was not clean and there were only two towels which were a nice size but one for body and one for hair makes someone having to go without…

Unexpectedly, I needed a place to stay for an extended time and the room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. This has been one of the best stays I have had and I corporate travel frequently.

Our room was spacious, clean, everything worked, I didn’t request handicap access in the room, but our bedroom had a wall in shower. The shower was big, had a bench (didn’t use), a detachable shower head that reached the bench. As a pregnant woman, getting in and out of this shower is definitely nice and convenient. We love the buffet style breakfast, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Overall a good place, I’d recommend staying here, and would stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the room and all areas were clean. I enjoyed the breakfast daily and lemon water. I was able to work out in the gym without noise or interruptions.

Heat kept the room warm enough, breakfast could be better. A gluten free option for bread or roll.

The room I was in was close to the mechanical room. I could hear noise off and on during the night

Room was run down. Toilet paper holder was broken, the bathroom sink leaked. Curtain rods were designed to only close the sheer curtains all of the way. The thicker curtains would only close halfway, which allowed the bright lights from the parking lot to shine into the room all night. Made it difficult to sleep. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Without fail, every staff person we spoke with over 6 days was helpful, pleasant. They went out of their way to greet us where we crossed their path. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and well run. I found the bed very firm which is not my favorite, but genuinely nice staff went a long way to making this a great stay.

It was amazing started off our vacation not on a happy note but when we arrived at this location, last minute, I may say the front desk clerk was very welcoming, patient, friendly and understanding. She made check-in so easy and the room was clean, beds very comfortable and they have cooked breakfast every morning and it's not the continental type.

The Comfort Inn itself was very nice. A very comfortable bed and very convenient breakfast hours for our trip to the area. Staff were great and friendly. We'd stay there again. The surrounding area leaves a bit to be desired though.

Comfort Inns have always been great, and this one was no exception. Very clean, comfortable room...this one had a great walk-in shower (big enough for my wife and I). This was a great addition. And of course, a very nice breakfast.

Improvement needs to be made with breakfast. Turkey or chicken breakfast needs to be included on the menu for those who dont eat pork. Its unfair and should be on the menu.

It stayed here many times since it was built. It's a very nice hotel and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would like to personally think the manager who helped us and the staff who were present during our visit. The property is clean, quiet, secluded, well maintained and has EV charging. I literally feel safe when I stay here.

Driving up to the hotel I was slightly nervous as the surrounding businesses look mildly grim. My fears were gone when we got to the hotel. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The beds and bedding so comfortable. I felt very safe. It exceeded my expectations and was a great value!

Although hadn’t requested, we were given a handicapped room, which was a nice welcome. Had a couple of small issues, which were addressed. My husband said he found the hotel ‘sterile’ in indoor appearance.

From our check-in experience with Angel (who was amazing) to checkout the staff was great! The hotel was clean and our room was attended to daily. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the breakfast a few days during our stay which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel was very nice inside and the parking lot was kept very clean. My only complaint was the view out of my window looked to be like the back of a storage warehouse, and there were all kinds of junk stored back on the property. I had a view of. I wish it was a little closer to some walking restaurants or grocery stores. It’s a little out-of-the-way and I wouldn’t feel safe walking around there unless I knew the area. The staff there was wonderful and I have no complaints about the room, clean and had very , nice amenities like fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I also appreciated the little market. They had downstairs to grab a frozen meal for dinner and a snack for afterwards and there was a very nice continental breakfast.

The property is fairly new and very clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless. The breakfast offered hot options; eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuits and gravy plus other items. The bed was comfortable. Freeway access was very easy.

The manager was very kind! She let me check in early and check out late. The staff also moved me to a different room when the water in my room was not hot enough for me. I was concerned about the train noise but it was very quiet and I slept great.

Good location for the activities we wanted to do, zoo, state fair, museum of flight, area around hotel is older and run down. Hotel was clean, staff were great, we would go back
