Good sized room Description said pets welcome but may require extra fee at property. That extra fee was $75 for a small Chihuahua and we made sure he didn't make a mess at all. They said it may be up to $75 for the pet cleaning fee (had to pay $100 deposit) if the dog makes a mess. We've stayed at other hotels in the area that allowed pets without getting charged like this (3 days after checking out). If you have a pet do not stay here and find one of the places in the area that doesn't charge extra. $75 would be enough for a room upgrade or having another adult staying in the room. The property had also been sprayed for either bugs or weeds with signs warning not to have pets go on the grass~ so we walked across the parking lot where we found the local spot to throw used condoms. The room itself was nice and location was good but between the extra $75 for the dog and not having a decent place to walk him felt like a total rip off. We won't stay here again even when traveling without a pet.

We came in a day early and they were so kind about it and got us in our room. The staff was kind and very helpful. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast but boy it smelled good. (We had a lot packed in our short stay). Would recommend this place to stay for anyone

Good options. We chose this place because of the proximity to Red Rocks. Didn’t use the pool because it did not look clean. The seating area outside was nice. Would stay again

The room was a good size, had a 2 bedroom room. The in room fire place was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Building is older, a lot of floor creaks.

Incredibly friendly staff!! But this is a dated property.
- 5/5
The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I liked that the room had plenty of space and felt like a small apartment, which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The only downside was that some areas could use a little updating, and there were minor inconveniences during the stay. Nothing major, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better.

Great hotel!!!

Then we were told by a guest that the night before a car got stolen and to make sure everything is out of your car and locked. It doesn’t seem very clean, and seemed to have quite a few long term stay guests which felt weird. We almost canceled because of how rough it felt while we waited for our room to get cleaned.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! So spacious and perfect. Will come back again!!
- 5/5
Staff were great, especially Piper.
- 4/5
Everything was great but the pool was sooo cold! Not heated at all!!
- 5/5
Customer service was great. Room was clean and it was quiet.
- 4/5
Staff are very attentive and willing to listen, breakfast has good variety, big parking lots, got indoor swimming pool (given how cold Colorado can be)
- 4/5
Great amenities in the room and the free breakfast was much more extensive than I had anticipated. Also the two bedroom suite had a lot of room in the kitchen and living room areas for our family party gathering of six.
- 3/5
However there were a couple of things that could have been better: - the WiFi only worked in part of my room (326) and a couple of the electrical outlets also didn’t work. My laptop couldn’t pick up the WiFi at all which was unfortunate because I had to work for a day (ended up using my cellphone hotspot) - the walls are thin. I could hear the person on one side of me snoring, and the heating system on the other side even when wearing ear plugs. I am sensitive to noise so this might not bother some people - there is a large fridge, oven and microwave in the room but almost nothing decent to buy from reception to heat up except junk food which seems odd since it’s clearly intended to be a place people stay for a while.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a little older feeling, could use better front door signage. My stay was nice.
- 5/5
Good food and great selection

Yes, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean room, my kids loved seeing the origami towel swan and mints on the bed, thank you for making our stay so special. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Great price for everything you get and the high quality stay.
- 5/5
WOW!!! Everything was Very Nice!!!
- 5/5
Rooms are comfortable and staff is very helpful.
- 3/5
The room was nice except I would've had a tv in it. The TV they had was giving me problems with remote. It took awhile to get it fixed. The pool was cold. The workout room TV wasn't working. The food was not as good as last time at a residence but overall nice. I had to go to front several times as they were understaffed. I had to get towels for the pool every time.
- 5/5
The staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good every morning. The gentleman who greeted us for check-in was polite and provided helpful information.

The staff were super nice. The breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean!
- 4/5
Liked the amenities, just wish our room was set up a little more feasible. Seemed like the organization could been better but overall it was good!
- 4/5
Great for the value. I'll definitely be coming back.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, room was spacious and quiet. Could have been cleaner without a hairball on carpet by bed and hair clippings in shower.
- 4/5
Great place to stay for a short drive to Red Rocks.
- 3/5
There was a problem with the bathroom sink. The plug did not work. The hand soap was not very useful, crumbled apart after one use
- 5/5
We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room.

- 3/5
Grounds were dirty . Light was out by the door which made it gard when coming back after dark. Some homeless in area . Breakfast offered was good and staff that took care of that were great. Area was better when you went behind the hotel by the schools . Pool was disappointing.
- 5/5
Very very satisfied
- 4/5
The only thing that I saw that I thought needed to be done to the property would be to clean their carpets and be a little more cleaner in the common areas they look quite old at this point and the room smelled of old, but it was a nice day for the price.
- 5/5
I love the kitchen that allows me to make food whenever.
- 5/5
Nice big room. Loved the separate bedroom & kitchen.
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable
- 1/5
Beyond upset, out of town from Washington dc, they did comp half but 4 days with no freaking hot water is absolutely unacceptable
- 5/5
We stay here often when we go to Lakewood. It’s clean and in a great location!
- 5/5
friendly and always helpful.
- 5/5
All rooms have a kitchen and the room is separated from the living room and kitchen. Very spacious. Great service. Breakfast is typical continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Liked they layout of the room. It was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great room at reasonable price.
- 5/5
This was an amazing hotel for the price, was not expecting it to be this nice.
- 5/5
I have never stayed at a residence inn before. I was somewhat surprised to see the quality of the dwelling compared to the price.Very good.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
This place is worth every.single.penny. There’s an indoor swimming pool…….i could go on and on. Did I mention it’s SO close everything gas stations, fast food, stores and the interstate! We will be back !
- 5/5
Felt very safe, clean rooms, large area with kitchen including all necessary items. Parking was easy and accessible. Quiet and super easy to find food and stores
- 4/5
The property can use some remodeling. It seems like an old hotel with old carpets.
- 3/5
Hotel was great, but there was one major problem. There was a recurring alarm at 3:30 a.m. in the adjacent room with a shared wall. This alarm prevented us from getting a full night sleep. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no resolution in the four days that we stayed there.
- 5/5
Love everything
- 4/5
Nice clean large rooms
- 5/5
Very clean. Lots of room for our family
- 5/5
The desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast, with lots of choices. Our suite was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We spent 4 nights there, and everything was great. We would happily stay there again.
- 5/5
Great rooms and amenities! The kindest, friendliest staff!
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
We had a 3 night stay. Everything was wonderful.
- 5/5
Bed could be better, overall a great property.
- 2/5
If it wasn’t for the hotel being the size we needed and right down the road from the hospital my son was having surgery at we would’ve left and gone somewhere else. The workout facility was a treadmill and elliptical. No weights. We paid $300 a night for a subpar hotel
- 4/5
The only complaint I have is that the property was getting lawn care done at 630 am on a Thursday. Doesnt make sense for a hotel when people likely want to sleep in.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Great hotel breakfast. Kind responsive staff. Central to Denver and hiking.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Two bedroom suite fit the whole family and the full kitchen was perfect!
- 5/5
Everyone was very clean and the staff was amazingly
- 5/5
Really nice room. Friendly staff. Convenient location.
- 1/5
Room too small not made for a sofa bed, office desk and kitchen all together. Super inconvenient for everyone in the room. Mattress on sofa bed too thin, uncomfortable. Employees never answer phone or stay in lobby.
- 4/5
The Residence Inn consistently provides casual comfort and quality expected from Marriott. This was a leisure stay and a treat to recover from daily pressures.
- 4/5
Nice, quiet property. Good breakfast. However, the fitness center was highly inadequate. There were no weights.
- 5/5
Nice staff and quiet area
- 5/5
We stayed in the two bedroom unit. Very clean, spacious, and quiet - well met all the things I care.
- 5/5
thank you
- 4/5
Breakfast is always good, location good, for a heated pool, needs to be warmer.
- 4/5
My stay was short but everything was good. Nice and clean, check in was pleasant, breakfast was great!
- 5/5
The spacious room with kitchen and sitting area was great. I’m not a fan of the super firm bed but some may like it. It is hard for me to imagine anyone liking the pillows though.
- 5/5
Great shower
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good and the customer service excellent.
- 5/5
The suite was comfy and had a really good usable spaces to work and relax, and I slept great. The front desk guy who checked me in was incredibly helpful, and even walked me to my room when I expressed confusion about how to get there.
- 3/5
The room looked like it was updated. However it was not very clean. Found a lot of hair in the tub and on the towels, there was dry blood on the top of the bathroom doorway. In the kitchen the knives were not washed. Overall made me pretty grossed out.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and room was clean.
- 5/5
Great staff and very clean and well taken care of.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great breakfast and the layout of the studio suite was perfect. The kitchen had everything I needed. Also, loved the big shower!
- 4/5
Would stay again!
- 5/5
Room is reasonably priced and staff is Extremely friendly and helpful. Will book again in the future !
- 5/5
Very nice place! The only negative to this place was that the elevator didn’t work. Apparently it’s been an issue for a while. Nice, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Consistently great
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable for our 6 night stay.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped.
- 2/5
We were very disappointed with the fact that after we checked out they said oh you owe $75 for a pet fee. When I booked and checked in I was never told I was to pay a pet fee. When I checked in and I told him I had 2 pets. Plus their grows is very unsafe for pets. They have metal edging that is sticking up that is very sharp and could slice a pets paw that could cause severe damage to a pet causing thousands of dollars but most importantly the pain that your family pet will go through. They should take inconsideration to remove that material. We were very unhappy to see that all over.
- 4/5
Big dead bug on bathroom floor.
- 5/5
Our flight got in early and although we couldn’t check in right away front desk staff I forgot to get her name but she said as soon as someone checks out of the room we had on our reservation she would send someone to clean it right away so we could get into a room. We only waited approx 30 mins if that which was awesome considering check out wasn’t even until 12. The room itself was super clean the area was nice and the beds were comfy and the room was so spacious. No complaints at all, I already booked this hotel again for my next Colorado vaca next year :)
- 5/5
The staff was so nice the room was bigger then expected the pool was warm and we had it to ourselves this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Liked how it felt more homey, like townhouses rather than a hotel
- 5/5
Stayed here before like the room and area
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
We happened to experience spider and ants inside our room.
- 4/5
We were given a room the first night, the bed was horrible. Lumpy, flat, woke up aching all over. We asked for another room for the next two nights, it smelled so bad, like it was supposed to be for people with pet. We didn’t want to complain again, the person at the desk needs to realize who has pets or not. Just common sense.
- 5/5
Having the 2 separate rooms in our room with 2 bathrooms was perfect!! Cute fireplace...nice televisions...free Showtime!! Nice kitchen with few nice immenities. My mom who is 86 said it was the best sleep she's had in a very long time!! Staff helpful...my tv was working and the front desk gals came up and fixed it after 9pm!! The continental breakfast was great too!!
- 4/5
Front desk was extremely helpful even before I arrived. I had called a few days before arrival about early check-in, and while they said they would “make a note,” I fully expected to have to check back on the date of arrival. The front desk surprised me by calling me back and offering me not only early check-in but an upgraded room. Also allowed me late check-out, which was greatly appreciated, given that my flight home was very late in the day. Extra blanket in the room was dirty, but they switched it out promptly. Breakfasts were among the tastiest hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Room was mostly clean except for a hair tie left on the bathroom counter. Towels were newer and still plush. Mattresses were awfully soft for my taste, but comfortable. Room was spacious but ceiling definitely needed new paint—evidence of water leaks everywhere. However, the issue appeared to be only cosmetic.
- 5/5
Great stay. Great staff.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Obviously it’s a pet friendly hotel, smell on east side was unbearable, it stunk sooooo bad, I had to use stairs in east side, room was beautiful, super clean, it looked like carpets wer new, smell was just unreal, for such a beautiful hotel.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room
- 4/5
The parking is very compact and hard to come by. Check in took almost 30 minutes. Couldn’t get anyone to come to the desk, making noise, calling the hotel, walking around. Finally she came than ever computer wouldn’t work. Went to the other one and after a bit she finally got it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pullout for our daughter was disgusting. Stains all over the mattress and crumbs in it. The location of the pullout is in a horrible place. You can’t walk by it without folding it up. She was sleeping and I wanted a drink but had to wake her, fold up the bed and get by. Bout to go down for breakfast. Will update if there’s anything not up to par or uncommon.
- 5/5
We had stayed there two years ago and we’re comfortable. We wanted access to an indoor pool for our granddaughter. We were happy to know that the property was comfy for our stay this time.
- 3/5
Our check in was a bit chaotic. At first the problem seemed limited to some confusion about "extra fees" they needed to charge because we booked through a third-party website (Expedia). After getting that worked out, we went to our room, only to find the front desk employee had given us a room that was occupied by another guest. Fortunately that guest was not in their room, and we immediately went back to the front desk to see about the problem. The employee told us there was no way she could have given us a room that was already occupied. After some searching, she realized she did indeed assign us to an occupied room. Fortunately we were given a room that was truly unoccupied.
- 5/5
Hotels, com lists the property as pet friendly. The fine print, that I missed, also states that there will be a $50 non refundable pet fee. I felt trapped at the desk when they told me the hidden fee. We had to pay it, we had no other option.

property was clean and well maintained
- 4/5
All was fantastic except the mattress. That sucked. Service was great and the eggs were also. If it were not pet friendly we would not have chosen them
- 3/5
Forst day started rough as we had 3 in a room but only enogh towels for 2. Called and asked for additional towels and they said they did not have any due to being short staffed. No bedding in room for pullout bed. Once we were able to get what was needed from the staff the stay was good. Very quiet and comfortable. They are just seriously understaffed. But the cuurent staff couldnt have been nicer
- 4/5
Breakfast was so-so. Room was clean but bathroom floor needed mopped.
- 4/5
The king bed was very comfortable. The hide-a-bed not so much. Also there were no towels or bedding in our room for our 3rd person. We had to go to the desk to ask for them and then they were out of blankets so my son was cold all night.
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable. However, the coffee maker didn’t work and, when reported, we weren’t offered assistance with this. Also no help in trying to extend our reservation. We were told, You might be able to do it online. We just decided to change hotels and found something better.
- 5/5
The staff is helpful and friendly. We needed to stay an extra night and there wasn't availability at this hotel so the desk clerk made reservations at the hotel across the street. The rooms are being remodeled and are very nice and roomy. If you need kitchen facilities these rooms are the best! My room had a full- size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and micro-wave! There are also cabinets for storage. There is a sitting area with a couch and a full desk for working. There is plenty of natural light from the windows. I'm only 5'3" and this is one of the first hotels that has a vanity in the bathroom that is shorter that I can actually put on my makeup easily! Most have tall counters that make it difficult for me to get close enough to the mirror to see to put on makeup. (Even ESuites has tall bathroom counters!) I will defineately stay at this Residence Inn again. It was convenient to our event (State track meet at JeffCo stadium) And yes it snowed on May 20!!! It was beautiful even though inconvenient.
- 2/5
The place was under construction. The pool and fitness center was closed. No mention of this at the time of booking and they still charged as if everything was normal. Not worth the money at all.
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Kitchen with large refrigerator. Bedroom and living rooms were both very nice and clean. Free Hot Breakfast was really good. The elevator seemed old and shaky. There are lot of constructions/repair going on the first floor. But overall a nice hotel.
- 1/5
No hot tub, wouldn't recommend rooms.
- 4/5
I like the feeling that you are home. The kitchen is nice as is the living area and the bed was very comfortable. I did notice that the sheets on the bed had stains on them, there were no extra trash bags to line the cans with, and the light switch by the front door was broken.
