The pool was nice and warm for our toddler. We enjoyed the swimming pool and clean rooms.

The best western is an excellent place to stay their breakfast is outstanding. The birds are very comfortable and the service is outstanding also.

During the first couple of days, the staff didn't clean the room and trash was piling up. Meanwhile, the bathroom shower curtain metal rod was becoming unhinged from the wall, which could have caused an accident!! I mentioned these things to the person at the front desk. He said he will have them addressed, which did happen! Following this, there were no issues! Food at the continental breakfast was good throughout. Staff was friendly!

I didnt like anything about the place or the people working. He made it sound non chalant and said he would never recommend anyone use booking.com. When I went to check in, he said that there was no reservation for me even though I showed him the confirmation number from booking dot com. therefore, I didn't have a room to stay in at the fairfield inn. the customer service the guy with the man bun was horrible.

Aside from that very negative experience it was decent.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice decor. Free Breakfast was pretty good and plenty being refilled with variety of foods and drinks. Spacious gym, nice pool and hot tub area. Great stay!!

Unfortunately not thier fault but a kid pooped in the pool and closed it down for the rest of the guests. I understand why, but that part was disappointing. Also I didnt like the smell of the room. So I dont know what could fix that.

Great stay, other than the fridge froze and glass bottles of kombucha exploded. Staff cleaned but fridge still kept freezing. I was there 4 nights and I could not use the fridge unless I wanted items to freeze solid!

Had a family emergency, had to leave one day early and hotel nor Travelocity would work with us to refund the one night or even half the night. We left before 11:00am.

Everything about our stay here was okay. I just wish they exempt the fees for esa dog.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. The location really fit my needs. The hotel was quiet and the property was well taken care of. I would have given it a higher rating except that my rooms bathroom had small ants crawling on the floor. This went on for all 3 nights of my stay. They appeared to be coming from a small hole next to the shower. The rest of the hotel amenities were pretty decent. The morning breakfast is what has become expected when staying at a hotel. Adequate food choices, clean eating area and the service was really good.

Nothing Accidentally booked because date got changed, on engagement of sale... no return from booking.com only the usual runaround from hotel and booking.com Booking.com is worthless and I will spread the word because my funds were not returned and I didn't even go to Colorado that day! Worthless! I will actually put a Google review for booking.com for the crap they put me through and basically robbing me after a mistake that was followed up on immediately!

I’ve had much different experiences at other places, so for her to actually be the one bringing it up, says a lot about how the place is ran. Or at least how great the night shift is. The fire alarm went off and the elevators stopped working

The fire alarm turned on at 5am and impacted our stay. It took around 45 minutes to clear access to the rooms. Then the alarm was randomly activating. They said it was the motor of the elevator, but all the elevators were working. Not sure if I can believe that. No apology or any credit because of the impact.

we had no complaints. This place was solid.

The entire staff was super courteous and professional. Breakfast was actually above par with biscuits and gravy and bagel omelettes (new one for me) were apart of the semi daily options. Coffee is my go to kick and it was well prepared and in abundance. The staff made my stay very nice with extra options like Christmas trees in our room and Christmas decorations since we stayed the entire week over Christmas. I believe it was on a secret menu for our stay. So please see the management for that option. Cookies came at the end of our stay with phenomenal soft gooey chocolate chip cookies. All in All, I wish I could’ve taken some of the staff home, I was so impressed with them.

Nos dirigimos a la recepción y la chica de mala manera grosera dijo no podemod hacer nada, el manager se encontraba ahí en su oficina y no quiso salir a dar la cara. Dijeron resuelvan, no nos hacemos responsables. Tuvimos que buscar quien nos pusiera el vidrio para seguir nuestro viaje, con niños. El Personal del hotel dijo eso suele pasar. No recomiendo este hotel. Se siente la inseguridad. No hay nadie en el lobby solo la recepcionista. No vaya a este hotel. Corre el riesgo que le roben sus pertenencias. El peor hotel.

I booked this hotel while on a plane flying into Denver. There was a snow storm and I needed to spend the night. One of the top reviews said this hotel was "exceptional". This hotel is far from that: the bed is like a futon and the sheets were meh. Very few restaurants near the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was the usual standard cheap hotel fare. It was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had late check out and my husband needed a wheelchair at one point and they provided one. The tub in 312 did not have non skid surface and was very slippery when I showered. It was dangerous.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Overall, the it is a good hotel. The only thing that keeps it from being great, is the service. If you request a quieter room, because you have an early flight for example, they are not accommodating. They won't make an effort to locate you at the end of a hallway, for example, where there is less foot traffic, less doors opening and cloosing, and less noise.

Just the hot tub smells super strong of chlorine and it made my eyes water. We could only stay in the hot tub for at least 5 minutes for that reason.

Check in was lightning fast. The gentleman that was working the counter was very friendly. Shower pressure was the strongest I’ve ever experienced! If you just came in from Florida and have a sunburned bald head, beware, lol. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and this hotel was very convenient.

It's only about a 15 minute drive from Red Rocks and hardly any traffic heading that way after a Friday night concert. Large room, clean and breakfast was good.

A well-priced, clean and nicely maintained gem with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The area is built up and not scenic, but it is only a 12 minute drive to the town of Golden which is what was needed on this trip. I would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing! Very clean, and quiet. You could tell it is a fairly new hotel. The only issue I had was the in-room refrigerator was not working, I talked to the front desk, and it was supposed to be handled and never was. But other than that, it was a very nice experience.

Picked this location for our stay in the Denver area for proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping and provided an ease of access to major travel routes in the area. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and size of our room. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again anytime we are in the area.

We were going to a concert at red rocks and this quaint clean and accessible hotel was the perfect distance about 20 minutes to and from destination. Great restaurants near by including a great lil chicken find called Kickin chicken. Grabbed some and had a picnic at a nearby lake. Would definitely book again if in the Denver area

This was such a nice place for us to stay after flying in before heading to Breckenridge the next day. My ONLY complaint is the pool was so very small and kind of unmaintained and I was traveling with a kid so that’s always their favorite part! But we still had a lot of fun and the hotel is soo clean and nice.

The pillows were all so high that it really hurt my neck to use them. I asked the front desk if they had any pillows that were lower and they didn’t. Some people have bad necks and large pillows are painful. There should be a selection.

Great hotel close to red rock amphitheater, other attractions and dining options while being away from the congestion of downtown. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. Simple breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. We did have some episodes of "heavy footsteps" from above, but otherwise peaceful and quiet. I would stay again and recommend to.others

Close proximity to red rocks and about 30-40 from Denver depending on traffic. Was a good base to visit the Rocky Mountain national park, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Denver. Quiet at night and no issues parking. Staff were friendly and kind. Pool and gym were available and they’re nothing extravagant, but seemed well maintained. Common areas were nice and had free breakfast weekly. Nothing insane but had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, etc. Would return next time in Denver area.

There’s a hospital next door and the noise of helicopters is normal and loud. The beds and pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. The rooms are not sound insulated so both indoor and outdoor sounds are easy to hear within the room.

My visit was short, but it began by a very welcoming staff at the front desk. He quickly checked me in and explained the hotel design. This made it easy to choose my parking spot near my room, and I was soon settled in my room. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the neighbors were quiet! I had a fabulous stay!!
