Rad spot! Convenient for Red Rocks! Great stay!

Easily accessible, we traveled to Wheat Ridge everyday for family while we were there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very late and when we checked in our TV didn’t work in our assigned room, they gave us a new room right away, no problems. The beds were not that comfortable, pillows were great and I’m a pillow snob, but the beds were a little hard. The pool area needs some attention, it was great it was open till 11pm and the hot tub was a great added amenity but it was extremely slippery around the pool, there were a lot of children there that weekend and many just left dirty towels around instead of putting them in the buckets. Parents should have been making sure that these were taken care of but they hadn’t and staff had not cleaned up at all in the pool room. The mini fridge in the room was basically a light with a fan, did not keep things cool at all. We used the ice bucket to keep a few drinks chilled and even putting that in the mini fridge did not help keep the fridge cold. Wish the lobby had at least free coffee on hand, the coffee at the Bristro was sub par and expensive.

Piper was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. She was a bright and welcoming face during a time of stress (for myself as the traveler). Piper made it very easy and I can't thank her enough for being so kind. Room was clean and tidy when I arrived.

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We requested early no reply was made before arrival. Upon arrival, we had to wait until after 4 pm to get an available room. The app asks about housekeeping--we responded yes. No housekeeping. When asked at the front, we were told it was every other day. There were no extra paper products in the room to accommodate the every other day. In addition, there were multiple places in the parking lot where there was leftover trash including broken glass. This was left over multiple days.

Well I didn't get to stay cause they wanted more money after I pre payed in full for the rooms wouldn't except cash for a 50 dollar despite which I was told it goes back on my card it had to be on a card I didn't have an extra 50 so that's false advertising if there is extra hidden fees I will never do this one again and I'm out of 243.oo dollars so not happy with booking dot com either

AC quit in our room first night. Was able to move. The incidental charge is still pending on my account 3 days after checkin.

I would have given another star but the beds had big dips in them, also, when we took off the sheet the mattresses had huge stains!!!!
- 5/5
Nice size room and pool hot tub area
- 5/5
It was an amazing place to stay, we will go there again
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Hotel was very nice. Workers were very nice. And they hire people with disabilities, which is awesome.
- 4/5
Room was clean, coffee was good, staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Our stay was great except for our electric bike almost got stolen off our SUV. Not sure if it was the hotel guest trying to make a quick run for the money or people from there but we actually locked the bike up with metal chain so they couldn’t take it. I was shocked that this happened since the area seems nice and quiet. We stayed here for two nights and didn’t have any other issues. Despite the issue with the bike, we would stay here again if we’re in Denver since everything else was great.

I paid for free breakfast but they couldn’t give it to me because I booked through a “third party app”. The worker at the front was rude when asked when I wasn’t able to receive it even tho I paid for two people to have free breakfast. Would not stay there again
- 4/5
staff was great
- 5/5
The hotel staff are wonderfully friendly, room was spotless. The staff are so helpful and assist with anything you need. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
The toilet wasn't working and they knew it but still rented the room out anyway.
- 3/5
Room was fine, quiet, location was nice for our hockey tournament. Old Chicago close by. Breakfast was poor, and very limited. It was only available from 6:30-8:30 am - no coffee day 1 - always empty by 8:30. Hot tub was gross. I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Checking in they were pulling down a wall by the elevator covered in mold didn't block off to protect the guests. Then at the pool and hot tub had mold all around the hot tub and looked like mold floating in the hot tub. Won't stay here again.
- 2/5
They attempted to appease me by giving me travel points but I would need an absurd amount in order to get a comp room. 3 day stay and not once did they make my bed or clean my room. I looked forward to fresh towels and didn’t get to experience it
- 5/5
Great location for place we needed to be. Nice staff and great value.
- 5/5
Nah for both could have been open longer for the bar and pool. The parking lot needs some lights
- 3/5
The elevator entrace is old and the elevator smells like burning rubber. The parking lot is dark and it was all uninviting. The front desk called a few hours after I arrived to check in on me. I would rather that not happen as the ring is alarming and I was relaxed and about to fall asleep.
- 5/5
Nice clean quiet room. Television could have a little more channels
- 1/5
Fire alarm went off at 5am for over an hr
- 4/5
Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that the toilet and bed was very low for me. Being handicapped it was a bit of a challenge but all the good outweighs the inconvenience.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The facilities were exceptional. But I had some issues with my room including mini fridge not keep things cold, toilet not flushing properly, Wi-Fi sucked to stream anything, and there wasn’t enough lightning in the hotel room. One thing that definitely upset me is that the hotel listed they have free breakfast. They DO NOT have Free Breakfast. Other than that the hotel was a good place to stay for the weekend.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was comfortable, easy parking and good location near family
- 5/5
Clean inside and out
- 3/5
Our tv and ac didnt work so maintenance had to come up and fix. The jets did not work in the hot tub so we could not use it. The price of the room was too high. 130 to 140 a night would have been more in line with the quality of the stay. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful

- 4/5
We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The rooms were clean and having a bar/café on the premises was a plus.
- 5/5
Coffee shop was very convenient
- 2/5
When we arrived, our tv was broken, and lights were out. Maintenance came up, looked, said “I’ll be right back with new keys and a luggage cart”. 45 minutes later we went to front desk and she said “I tried to call you” which didn’t happen, then gave us another room (with no ammenities) and asked if we’d like $20 off. I said add breakfast too and she did. Next day when we returned and wanted a water bottle, we were told they had no water bottles on the property. This morning at breakfast, the bistro person was very short with her responses. We asked for napkins and were told the property was out of napkins and gave us the blue cleaning cloths. It was one of the worst experiences and I travel around the world frequently. We chose this property due to proximity to Red Rocks. No more of this type of property.

Hot tub not working most of stay. Pool not usable 1 day

We were in the area for a concert at Red Rocks and this hotel was not too far away. It was 15-20 minutes away. We had a flight delay that made us arrive a day late. Called the hotel to let them know, they held our reservations. Piper who checked us in was great. We were able to get into our rooms when we arrived around noon. Because of the delay, there was an issue with billing, and I called and talked to Julia. She looked into it and because it was a little complicated, she ended up calling me back the next day. She and her manager got it resolved. The staff there is great and the reason why we will stay there again next year.
- 5/5
Quick weekend getaway. Check-in was a breeze. Piper helped us, she was very kind. Our rooms were clean and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Great location. About a 10 minute drive to shopping and dining. There are nice parks around the area as well!

I traveled from New Jersey to Colorado in car. By the time I came to this hotel my bones were achy. I chose this hotel because they had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and the jets were not working. One thing great was the customer service there. We had a young lady name Julia that helped us and gave us a voucher for breakfast for our inconvenience. The place had a Starbucks and we had one of best breakfast from the there. Another great thing was that it was close to the Red Rocks theater. Overall it was safe and quiet.
- 2/5
The rooms have been updated, however the lobby is not in good shape. Looks run down. The rooms did not have hot water when we tried to shower. We moved to another room and did not have hot water there either. Night front desk agent was unfriendly.
- 5/5
You have to pay for it
- 3/5
Good location, clean, friendly staff. Rooms were small and oddly configured, pool was cold, and the hot tub and door to access patio didn’t work.
- 5/5
Easy parking. small that it makes me feel safe
- 4/5
This hotel is a good middle of the run hotel. The rooms are updated and the property looks modern. The hot tub was OUT OF ORDER for the whole week I was there, which was kind of annoying since I chose it so I could use it during a golf tournament. Obviously if they cared they could have had a technician come in that time frame. There were a few hairs on the ceiling of the shower from a previous guest. I made the mistake of not paying for the fast WiFi (why you have to pay extra for normal speed WiFi in 2025 I don’t know) but once I did that I was unable to get the faster WiFi on my computer which caused me to miss Zoom meetings for work. Even after going to the front desk to troubleshoot the issue. Cassie at the front desk was great and so were the Starbucks people at the bar area.
- 2/5
Chemicals in the pool were so strong it was burning our eyes and skin also hot tub doesn’t even work.
- 3/5
Stick Figure at Red Rocks was amazing! I booked her because of the hot tub. Hot tub out of order, pool too. Although it was generous to have the ability to use the neighboring pool, a hot tub was desired. It was a bummer.
- 5/5
Great place to stay

Fire alarm went off, it was approximately 1 hour & 15 minutes before it was reset. There was not a fire, kids hit a sprinkler valve in the swimming pool area according to people in the hallway. We did not receive a call telling us why it went off, we were in a handicap accessible room, just because that is what I accidentally booked, you would have thought maybe they should have checked to make sure we were OK. We had an early morning departure so we were up early the next morning, there was no hot water for our showers. When I checked out I mentioned that there was no hot water, clerks response, I forgot to reset the boiler after the fire alarm went off. You would think they would have a protocol to follow when the alarm goes off.
- 4/5
Location was good. Gym is very basic, just 3 cardio machines and kettle bells. Overall clean and staff were nice.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Piper was so friendly and helpful and checked on us after check in to make sure the room was what we expected. The housekeeping staff were also helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located close to Red Rocks and just close enough to Denver for an easy drive. We will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
My 2 kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool wasn’t something to write home about but my kids (10 & 7) still had fun playing, I would recommend just bringing some pool games or toys. For the price I wish breakfast was included or at least I would have hoped that the bistro wasn’t as pricey for the quality of the food, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn’t really use the WiFi.
- 5/5
It was so quiet here despite the easy access to the nearby highway. The room and bed were comfortable and amenities met our needs. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Lock on room door broken .. would be nice to have breakfast as other places ..
- 4/5
Great hotel for a few nights. Pool was nice
- 5/5
Spent 2 nights. Extremely comfortable room. Appreciated the carpet which made the sound in the room normal. Many rooms today have hard floors and dislike the echo in rooms. Also soft lighting, not harsh white LEDs. Excellent stay just be aware there is no complimentary breakfast. Several good dining options in the area.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and room was great
- 5/5
Nice hotel away from the traffic but close enough for it to bw convenient
- 5/5
This was a very clean hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The room was very clean and modern, nice updates throughout. Beds were comfortable and shower was very clean. The pool and hottub were fine, we enjoyed swimming. Only one elevator which could be slow at times and felt outdated. Lobby and bar area were very nice. Parking was free and convenient. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
It was nice

No complimentary lobby coffee. Place was dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable
- 4/5
Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Hallways needed some cleaning. Otherwise it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Customer service was really helpful and nice considerate
- 4/5
The first room we were sent to already had people in it! They moved to another room. Once we were in the room the cold water didn't run and the TV didn't work. Eventually we moved to another room with running water and a functional TV. Thanks to Julia our stay was enjoyable (but at first it was a mess!)
- 5/5
The pool was the warmest hotel pool we’ve ever been to. Super enjoyable visit!
- 5/5

We drove 700 Mi to visit Casa Bonitai n Denver. It actually snowed 6 in while we were here. The hotel was very nice with pool and hot tub open till 11:00. They have a bistro that serves Starbucks. The workers made their drinks very well. We enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Clean and staff was helpful
- 5/5
Was amazing would stay again
- 2/5
The property is not well maintained. The elevator was broken for two days during our three-day stay for different reasons. Fire alarm misfired once and everyone was evacuated once. TV was able to connect to network in one room but not in another. USB ports are half working and half broken. I can’t remember what else but really old or poor stuff everywhere.
- 5/5
It was good, would like to see the food service open for brunch
- 2/5
The TV didn't work we got moved rooms and that TV also didn't work, we left early after we showered
- 5/5
My wife and her boyfriend enjoyed it here. Will use again!
- 1/5
Staff knocked on the door at 9am asking am I checking out. After the stare down she finally walked away. Then another person knocked on the door to do maintenance. Never again. The windows didn’t lock in the first floor. Just minor inconveniences after working 16 hrs! I will never stay at this location again. I only stayed this time cause of the snow and I couldn’t make the hour commute home.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Southwest-Lakewood. Your staff was awesome and very helpful as well as friendly. I will stay here again the next time I am in town!
- 2/5
They seemed to not check the fire alarms since the one in my room started to sound around 4:25 am, I went downstairs and they told me to wait for the maintenance guy at around 6, they said to take the battery out if I was tall enough, I had a huge headache in the morning for the lack of sleep, Besides that it was a great room at a great price.
- 5/5
There was a woman working the front desk who was absolutely marvelous. She was ready to answer any questions or take care of any concerns I had. The room was great and the pool was a bonus. Definitely coming back back again

Came here for a quick trip through Denver for business, it was quiet.
- 3/5
We flew into Denver and only stayed here one night. Breakfast was available but not included with our stay. The air conditioner in our room was running but was not cooling so it was warm and tough sleeping. Also our mini fridge wasn't cooling either. Other than that the room was clean and quiet. Overall we were disappointed for a Marriott hotel stay.
- 5/5
They check-in manager was extremely positive recognized our status with Marriott and very willing to help with any accommodation or need that we had

Piper did a fantastic job at check in. Once in the room, we found a small issue and Piper handled it very promptly, professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. All desk staff and Bistro staff were very friendly and professional. Fair prices at the Bistro (breakfast and evening drinks). Overall, a great stay.
