Breakfast was quite good. And restocked during the time frame. Staff very friendly. (Eeny Meeny Sushi Roll next door, very good food option.)

Everything was great, wish the TV was higher for watching it in the bed. But that's it. Great Hotel !

Closeness to stores, freeway and accessible parking. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful and attentive to needs. Breakfast items were delicious; loved the salsa for the eggs, and potatoes were tender and soft. My kids loved the waffle maker and breakfast drink options. Our room choice and closeness to pool was perfect for my children. Water was just perfect temperature. I would come and stay there again!!! Everything was great and if we needed anything they were able to help us.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, and I liked the little chocolate chip muffins. The hotel was super convenient for a stay after a show at Red Rocks, and there was a Dennys just across the street open 24 hrs for late night munchies. I would stay here again.

The area was good in that it was near offices, uninhabited on the weekend. Some things in the room need repair or update. Specifically outlets were so old that male plugs would not stay in the outlet. The floor felt as if it had not been cleaned. Bedding was clean but a cigarette burn was observed in the top comforter. The shower curtain was very dirty and needed to be changed/laundered.

Surfaces and sheets were clean. The carpet and the furniture seemed dingy, in need of a deep clean. The AC unit was broken in our room, so we had to open the window for it not to be so stuffy. The staff was nice and friendly.

Traveling for a basketball tournament. Great location with easy access to tournament location, as well as numerous restaurants and convenient location. Staff was great even with all the teens who were staying there.

Room next to mine had a handful of children screaming, yelling, jumping off beds and running around like elephants -- waking me up at 10:45 p.m. Guy at front desk was reluctant to intervene -- but eventually called the room -- and the noise ceased.

Decent Hotel w/ very clean rooms & bed linens. Extras such as breakfast items (same powdered eggs 4 days in a row) & lobby store items (ice Cream out of date & melted) was poor condition or low quality.

The breakfast was to our liking and the property was very clean. The pool is MUCH smaller in person than the website photo makes it out to be. Same with the room size but the room was spacious and clean. The dish network was glitching and theres no option to use your own device on the Tvs. It would have been much better for the kids if we could have used a Roku. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Not a lot of breakfast options but it’s was probably the best I’ve had the cinnamon waffles eggs and sausage was pretty good and did the job. The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable beds.

Two of the front desk staff were nice, and seemed embarrassed by how rude the manager was. We had a toddler who got food poisoning on our trip, and we tried our best to keep things clean, but the manager was angry about us asking for extra towels, and refused to give us another blanket or have the room cleaned the next day. Another staff member did give us a blanket when the manager was gone, but that was not what I wanted to deal with in top of a sick toddler. And it’s not like I traveled with cleaning supplies, so I was mad that wouldn’t clean the room dispite having a sign saying that you just have to ask to get your room cleaned.

So many things! Air conditioning shuts off at night- rooms get very hot. Loud noises coming from toilet and AC, linens were stained, breakfast was inedible.

The highlight was the breakfast it wasn’t gourmet but it was fresh, convenient, and delicious.

Positives include affordability, very pleasant and kind desk staff, the hotel’s willingness to accept pets, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast. The facility itself is in need of upgrades, the carpets, paint and furniture appearing a bit shabby.

Room had small cockroaches in the bathroom I smooshed one with the towel on the floor. There was hair still in the bathtub from previous users. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and super small thank goodness Walmart was near by we had to go buy pillows. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had like 5 pieces of bread a few muffins place to make fresh waffles and some eggs and sausage it just didn’t taste very good. We are else where the rest of the days we were there. The orange juice was good. The parking lot still had some ice in places that I almost fell on.

Great complimentary breakfast and grandkids had fun swimming in the pool. Appreciated the call from staff after we left advising us we left a wireless phone charger in the room. They held it until our son who lives in Denver could pick it up after he got off work. Thanks!

Comfort Inn in South Dakota a few weeks prior to our stay in Colorado and we felt their breakfast was so much better. They served would serve scrambled eggs one day, fried eggs the next. They switched link sausage with sausage patties. Colorado only had 2% milk, S.D. also had skim milk. Colorado was short of staff the 3 nights we were there.

The hotel was clean outside and inside. The rooms were clean and well maintained. AC system worked as expected, easy to use. No issues with bathroom or shower. Appreciate the bath toiletries and bathing products. Plenty of storage space for clothes, food, and luggage. Both TVs worked which is not common. The floors seem a little thin as you can hear people walking about upstairs which can disrupt your sleep. We only heard it first night. Breakfast was a good selection and the staff kept items well stocked. People were nice and no bad vibes.

The hotel is good, the parking lot was secure, and the bed was comfortable. The problem I had was housekeeping knocked twice trying to come in and clean the room, first at 8:42 AM and then 10:25 AM. Check out is 11 AM, and we checked out at 10:55 AM. I don’t know why they were so hot to get to clean the room right then, but they actually woke us up the first time. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast although with housekeeping waking us up, we could have :/

The property was clean and the front desk people were friendly, however the furnishings were old and very worn. Plus I accidentally left some beverages in the refrigerator and left, when I realized about 20 mins later, I returned to retrieve my items. When I got to the room the door was open and my opened beverages were on the counter however my unopened drinks were gone including 2 Monsters and a bottle of soda. When I asked the front desk clerk to please find them, he said they were gone. The housekeepers stole my drinks, how rude.

The light came thru from the door. Bed very uncomfortable. Not very clean. They have an extra $100 authorization requirement and held by the hotel until check out.

This was our first time staying in a Comfort Suite Hotel. This was the cleanest and most friendly staff we have ever encountered. Smiley Ferry was amazing and so helpful throughout our stay.

It had 3 bed options so we could have our son and daughter in thier own beds since they are 15 and 16 ~ breakfast wasnt anything the grounds outside were unkempt.

From the moment of checking in we could tell the owner of this hotel is cutting corners in every way. The place is not maintained, worn out, and not clean. Beds and bedding were old and stained. Mold in sink. Staff not helpful and not sympathetic to our requests. Breakfast offering is minimal. The person handling the food is also running to handle the front desk. Our concerns were met with put downs by the deskclerk. The room rate is too high for a place of this poor quality.

Excellent location, that is tucked away to serve a quiet atmosphere for lodging. Surrounding area had gree space for walking and a few places to go eat and drink.

I was headed to a family funeral and booked the wrong hotel…when I asked to resolve the issue both EXPEDIA AND THE COMFORT SUITES DENIED MY REFUND. This is terrible business practice. Very disappointed - that was almost $400 taken from me at a very stressful time with the death of a family member. Please do something about this!

This property is managed by a wonderful group of employees. I had the best experience to date. The staff is just very warm and inviting. The front desk especially very welcoming. I strongly recommend this property and we’ll use it once again when I return.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s nice. A little run down. The chair in our room looked like it was scratched by a cat. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly and polite.

Great place for a two night stay. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall is that we went down for breakfast and they were ending it about five minutes early and didn’t even have coffee. Maybe they need to revamp this a little bit otherwise it was a good stay.

Stay was ok! A lot of strange people around the hotel. Was flustered remote for tv didn’t work, breakfast wasn’t great, and I asked for pillow and blanket when I checked in and they had no pillows. Also the hotel is very dated.

Comfort Suites refused to let me transfer my reservation to a different Comfort Suites location. I accidently booked their location on the wrong side of Denver. They have vacancy at the correct location, but absolutely refused to try and work with me. I would have paid a transfer fee, and any rate differences?! All of this was a week before the reservation date also. I will not be staying at any Comfort Suites anywhere in the future. It wouldn't have cost them any money, only 5 minutes of their time. They refused. That's extremely poor customer service.

The staff treated us very poorly and tried kicking us out a day early for no reason. And then we were accused of stealing and then treated extremely poorly when they found out we didn't steal. The other guests were extremely loud throughout the night so we barely got sleep. It was undoubtedly the worse place we've stayed in. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I had a great stay. Quiet and comfortable. The staff was awesome as well. Very prompt!

One of the wire cables on the upper body machine needs replacing. The treadmill wouldn't elevate. The cycle machine's cup holder is too small and poorly attached. Breakfast offerings were good except the coffee. Too weak. Maybe install some type of Keurig machine that uses pods. The hosts were were great, however.

We’ve stayed here many times and it just gets worse every time. This time our door would not latch when closed from the inside. We were able to switch rooms which was great but the comforter and sheets all had stains on them. The pull out couch sheets looked exactly like that happened on it. Bedskirts had all sorts of gunk all over them. The rooms had a funky smell as well. The beds are also not comfortable.

This was a horrible stay. Couch bed was disgusting!! Pillows were like laying on a piles of material shoved into the pillow case. Breakfast was not good at all. Would not recommend.

Was told about hidden fees after we checked in was in the room we had a family member in ICU and there was 4 adults two children one 10 the other 15 they said we had to mucb people when the room had two queens and sofa bed plenty of room for us

The elevator smell like roach treatment, and I find a hole in my bed headboard. Some mold over the bathroom cealing. The pillows looks like bowling balls. The rooms was clean, the breakfast is good, the staff is very helpfull. The pool is nice and climated. Just need a little more maintenance all around and will be a much better hotel.

Very nice suburban motel at an excellent price. Room was spacious with 2 queens and a sofa sitting area. Housekeeping service only on request, but it wasnt really a problem. We had towels and washcloths replenished easily whenever needed

I came here because the pictures showed a nice place.. well because we had kids he said he was placing us bottom level which is fine but just in front of our door was a leak and bucket and I’m not sure if it had anything to do with the smell of the room but it smelt like dirty laundry. Me and one of my daughters got bit as we each had a welt on our legs. I had bought two nights but we decided to leave as it felt unsafe for out medically needy son who is on a bipap machine (not sure if the smell was mold. The would NOT reimburse for the second night due to their “policy” (was not our fault the room was so lousy and we felt another room would have been the same experience. Expedia was kind enough to give us 25 dollars off our next stay..

We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had excellent service and enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Ferry was attentive to our needs and he was always serving with a smile. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We chose this hotel for the price and priximity to Red Ricks for a concert. We were pleasantly surprised! Nice staff, big, clean room, and comfortable bed. TV is the living room space and a TV in the bedroom. Nice full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, chile, waffles, cereal, etc. I will stay there again!

Hotel refused to modify my reservation. Once checked in I used a luggage cart to take my belongings to the room. Within 5 minutes the phones is ringing repeatedly. Since nobody knew I was there I didn’t answer. Next thing I know there’s a knock at the door. It was the guy who checked us in wanting the luggage cart back because guests needed it. I’m a guest too.

Very clean and comfortable. I only had 2 complaints, one was the noise from people out in the hall and other guests doors slamming closed. The other was waking to strong cigarette smoke coming from another room for at least an hour. I had to get up and openmy window to avoid having to use my inhaler. I had a non-smoking room. The location of the hotel is great, the staff were pleasant and eager to be helpful. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay again if or when I visit again.

Very disappointed in the swimming pool. The pool was very cold for an indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was a little sparse and we had to wait for more eggs every morning. And there was absolutely no variety. Always scrambled eggs and sausage. No bagels or English muffins just toast. It was disappointing to have to request maid service and to bring down used towels for new ones each day.

The room was great - well-equipped and spacious.The only thing that was a negative was the lighting at the vanity. It was too dim for applying makeup.

The beds and pillows were terrible! Also there was a film of some kind of cleaning product on EVERY surface. The headboard appeared to have a bullet hole in it. Also the air conditioner kept turning off so you would wake up sweating. I would not choose to stay here again.

The check in person was very rude. Then she gave me a key card envelope where she erased the prior customers room number and wrote mine on top. I’ve never seen this. I figure if they are cutting corners on key envelopes - even with Covid resurfacing - what does that mean for cutting corners on cleanliness of the room? When we went to the room and opened the door, someone else was in there! I was so mad with her being rude and then this happening I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid. She gave me a new key to a different room and didn’t even apologize. We bolted the door to our room as we didn’t feel safe in our room that someone might be given our room key and could come in at any time.

The surrounding property is junky but poses no threat to the hotel guests.

Staff were very helpful. I didn't like that we had to go get help from the front desk to have the gym opened for the first time in the morning-after he unlocked it our key worked for it just fine. Nice breakfast.
