Noise was next level - not sure how anyone sleeps

Love this place 🙏 it’s a family ran business and and the staff make this oasis a great place they are helpful and made my experience a first class . Clean rooms , I stayed two days and the staff make you like family. . For the amenities the price is a steal . I would recommend anyone to this place

Unfortunately, due to road noise I only got about an hours sleep. Kept trying to sleep but just ended up driving home early in the morning. Very disappointing. Great location, staff and clean, but the noise was too much. The noise from the road

You get what you pay for. This room was cheap and central to where we needed to be for Memorial Day weekend. No bed bugs, no roaches. The staff was kind and did replace the blow dryer in our room that wasn’t working. However, I felt the establishment was not well maintained. The walls had splatter marks from beverages or whatever the previous occupants had accidentally spilled. This could have easily been cleaned off with a rag. Also the shower curtain was very dirty on the bottom and smelled like BO. It just seems they do the bare minimum when cleaning up. It’s such a shame cuz if it was better kept we would plan to stay here again. Ample parking, close to the freeway and well lit in the evening. Stayed 3 nights.

One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and he offered a better smelling room. The cars are loud in the morning passing by. The pillow is too thick and high to use. (Unless you wanna wake up w a crick in your neck). The tv was big. The bathroom mirror was nice. You have to pay $.50 for ice.

Only complaint were the pillows and blanket. Super thick pillows and they were heavy too. Woke up with a sore neck. Blanket was super thin too

Honestly, I only like the location. Photos give false impression that the hotel looks clean. Definitely not for children. All facilities need to be updated.

Stayed for two days for a fishing trip would book again. Clean room I loved the fact that nowadays every budget hotel smells like cigarettes and god knows what WELL not this one! THIS ROOM SMELLS CLEAN and ac worked . Water pressure was on point. thanks again

Aside from the 3 half smoked joints someone jammed in air conditioning unit I guess it was ok. Helped me understand where that weed smell was coming from. Oh! The TV remote was a nightmare. Should have cost no more than $85, certainly no more than $100. On the plus side it was across the street from a decent plaza with food and a theater.

The people upstairs threw there trash on top of my car , damaging my property

The owner called and confirmed the booking I doubled checked with him me n my husband both because he asked to speak with both of us which was strange but one we got there a hour after checking in he asked for 100 deposit yesterday I was on a budget n I used after pay which was a night mare after he didn't want to give me my refund.

I booked a room, but when I arrived, the staff claimed there was no record of my reservation. I then booked another room (a second time), yet they still insisted there was no booking, even after I showed them proof on my phone. I requested a refund for both reservations, but the staff refused. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The hot tub was extremely dirty I cleaned it and when I turned it on it kept pushing out dirt from the bubble filter

The staff here was super friendly.They were very accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of.The only negative was the the water did not get warm or hot in the shower for a while.But I would definitely stay here again because it was overall a great room and great staff.

The hotel was slept in by another person prior to arrival. There was bloody shower curtains and smelt of alcohol. Word of advice STAY FAR AWAY!!!

The first room I had smelled like cigarettes and the second one they allowed me to switch to smell just as bad even though they had no smoking in the rooms.

Property was not clean. Had a very bad sewer Oder coming out the bathroom was loud music really needs a whole total remodel. I wouldn’t let my dog stay.there

This is a very nice property! Very clean and easy to commute to and from property. But what I appreciate most were the services provided. I needed a few extra hours before I could gather my things and yes my personal property was kept safe and secure. I was a bit nervous because some of my items were very expensive. I appreciate this property taking care of all my needs! I am sure you will be treated as the same valued costumer.

PROS -Convenient area -Low priced -Friendly staff -Operative AC CONS -The one microwave for everyone to use was located outside, can be used by anyone walking by from the streets -No telephone -No clock -No lamps on nightstands -No bath mat for after shower -No toiletries -No ironing board -No iron -No hangers -No coffee pot/coffee -Broken fridge, was replaced with dirty fridge from laundry room -Towels were so thin you could see through them and although they were clean, all of them were stained -Our bathroom had a dingy white shower curtain, unlike the nice glass sliding door in the pictures -No hot water at the sink, shower water temp was fine Again, although they were very nice, this was definitely a bait and switch. The pictures depict a small nice motel, not fancy, but homey and comfortable. What we got was 4 walls, a metal frame bed and one colored wall. No wall decor, no colorfully painted ceiling like the pictures they posted. The reviews I read were not accurate. I wish I had taken pictures, but we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Am I telling you not to stay there? No. If you're looking for somewhere cheap with no frills....AT ALL, then this is for you. As for us? Never again! This was truly the definition of you get what you pay for.

The rooms very nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. They use the king size bamboo pillows which are a nice upgraded touch. The rooms are very clean. Free parking. The outdoor mall is across the street and several convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. For the price you won’t find a better place to stay. The security deposit is $20/CASH ONLY. If you choose to extend your reservation for an extra day make sure you do it directly with the front desk. If you extend online they will charge you an additional $40 in addition to your prepaid hotel rate which they consider a stay over fee. They don’t offer “Tap & Pay” PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or Google Pay. They do accept cash payment.

i got the jacuzzi room and it was not what i expected based on the picture jacuzzi had a couple hairs like they didnt clean it the guy that gave me my key said theres a 20 dollar cash deposit and he didnt let me the deposite by card so he made me go to a atm right outside his door to take out 20 dollars , jaccuzi in the room wasnt working he had to step inside to push the button that didnt work it was just a mess honestly just save ur money and go some place else

We were screwed over $200 and 2 hours of our time wasted at midnight for a dirty room that was not used. This is the type of place people go to hook up for 1 hour, not to rest and relax. Apparently Travelocity can't do anything about it, very disappointed.

Our stay here was great from start to end. Its right off the freeway and everything you possibly need is at a walking distance food shopping gas and entertainment. Check in was fast and easy the woman that was at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The parking lot is big and very clean. Just like the parking lot the rooms are very clean and spacious. My daughter throw her toy behind the bed so i had to move it to look for it and i was surprised to find nothing but her toy there. Usually at most other hotels when u move the bed you find trash dust ect but not here. I loved it. Its quiet no loud disturbance morning night or afternoon. The vibes it gave me was very cozy home feeling. I will definitely be coming back again.

For the price it is a solid option. The air conditioner and the shower both worked great. This is a clean safe and quiet place for a good price. Although if I were to visit here again, I would bring a mattress pad as the beds were very firm. Overall good value, but nothing special.

Picture this: You book a “honeymoon suite” hoping for a little pre-surgery comfort. Instead, you get a room that smells like Groucho Marx smoked a pack of Cubans and died there, bugs playing tag on the bed, and management that’s one bad decision away from a Netflix crime doc. When we asked for a refund, the front desk demanded evidence of the bugs and cigar stench like we were on a forensic investigation. “You got pictures of the bugs? Proof of the smell?” Yeah, because I definitely packed my Scratch-and-Sniff Polaroid. But it gets worse. After we said we weren’t staying and would be getting a refund, the manager brings out a full-grown man to try and physically block us from leaving the parking lot. Seriously. Guy stands between our car and the exit like he’s auditioning for the role of “Hotel Heavy” in some B-grade mob movie. Now, I was ready to lose it, but then my wife’s crazy eyes kicked in, and trust me when I say, no horror director could match her intensity in that moment. We left without further incident—barely. But wait, there’s more! While driving away, I hit up Expedia to demand a refund. They told me the hotel was willing to refund a whopping $89 of the nearly $200 charge. Oh, and they claimed that they offered and we accepted a different room and stayed. Obviously not. Newsflash, hotel manager: I’m on the 605, miles away from your haunted hellhole

Deposit prices and the family

The property was not cleaned and there was no indication that it had been cleaned before. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the floor was sticky, sheets were not cleaned, and there were small bugs crawling around the floor.

Location: Beautiful, clean, safe, family-friendly hotel with refreshing entertainment. Literally steps from casino, movies, arcade, shopping, and good eats! Check-In & Room: Fast, friendly, efficient check-in and fulfilled my request instantly whenever and whatever I asked. Our room on the 2nd floor was perfect Large TV for a Large a spacious room. Full of bright, vibrant,and fun colors and designs throughout the location. Large comfty beds with jacuzzi in the room are out of this world..... Will never second guess this place. The best part is the staff is great. I did not have issues or feel slightly uncomfortable in any way. Thank you. Excutive sweet for making my stay so sweet and delightful. I really needed that peace of mind, and all of it was granted through safety, cleanliness, and phenomenal customer service. Again, I must say It's by far one of my most favorite stays on the West Coast! I booked the honeymoon suite thinking that since it was near the traffic circle in Long Beach it would be a nice hotel. When we go there I noticed it was not to my standards of safe but we had to work with what we got. We were on the first floor with no bared windows. And there was loud neighbors and couples outside fighting. They barely gave any necessities like soap and towels. When we asked for more they only gave a little and said we couldn’t get more. Also the quality of the towels were really cheap and thin. For $184 I expected more. I wouldn’t return or recommend.

This is the best hotel in the area that I have stayed in. The staff are very helpful, care for your needs and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, with good TV and internet. The jacuzzi is functional and hot. Overall 5 stars is deserved.

Upon check in there was a homeless person in the parking lot. You have to leave a $10 cash deposit to get your one key and must return it to get your deposit back. This listing says smoke free facility yet there are ash trays outside of each room sitting on the air-conditioning units. Upon entering our room the window was open and a hole in the window shear. When going into the bathroom they have installed a window in the shower to the main room. No privacy! No curtain. Nothing! A bottle opener on the wall. We closed the window to go out for the evening. Upon returning the room smelled of smoke. There is no elevator so if you can't do stairs ask for 1st floor. It appears rooms away from the office and street are occupied by residents. Our room was so noisy. Cars coming and going out of the parking lot all night. Someone took a shower after midnight. Doors opening and closing well past midnight. My daughter called it a hooker hotel! We did not see hookers! If you need a cheap place to sleep this will do. But for just a bit more I recommend staying somewhere else. The area is good with plenty of shopping and food across the street. Bed was hard. I couldn't sleep.

The interior of the room was a lot nicer than the exterior. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were okay. The towels were very thin, the TV did not work. If you want to wash up or shower bring your own soap and shampoo. The location was close to shopping, theaters, restaurants.

This was one of my worst hotel experiences. Our room smelled so badly of smoke. We thought turning down the air conditioning would help, but we could not get rid of the odor. It was terrible and nauseating all night long. Also, the bed cover is only a sheet and the pillows are incredibly hard. Some of the other patrons also made us feel uncomfortable.

Beware we left with BED BUG bites!! Left our room early because of the itchiness & spoke to the person in the front about it he promised to speak to his manager about a refund. Of course manager denies refunds and lies about bed bugs when I showed proof to the guy at check out. We had to throw away all of our belongings.

I this is my go to getaway location. I absolutely love this place. From the moment you check in until you check out it’s a great experience. Very clean, well decorated, no guest hanging out, plenty of parking and no hassle friendly service.

Something i didn’t like about the hotel it was there was no microwave only outside, no phones to call the front desk and the cleaning lady gave me a dirty look when i asked her for more TP!!

We pulled into the parking lot and pulled right out. Very sketchy place and we did not feel safe enough to even give it a try. Also witnessed a drug transaction around the corner from the hotel. Would not recommend this place if you have kids.

The room smelled like old still sewer water. We did get a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, I assume that’s why ? Tried to turn on the a/c in the room to get some air flowing & the smell only got worse. The air conditioner through our air that smelled like wet dog ! There was no microwave in the room , just one communal microwave that sits outside in the office , mind you it was raining this weekend. See picture attached & see how safe that looks.

I did not feel safe at this property. Bed was hard as a rock. No blankets, stained towels, water took forever to heat up. Shower was dirty there was a thin paper bath mat.

We could hear voices through the wall of our neighbors, also the room was a smokers room.

My stay was average because I didn’t plan on doing anything anyway. I was hoping for a microwave inside of my room, but unfortunately there wasn’t one. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Parking lot lights shine all night into rooms. Thin sheet not even blankets on bed. Not even soup for bathrooms to wash hands. Four guests and only got two towels. Shower hard to open and close and hits you in the face so much power.This place was clean but everything else was awful.

This place is at best "okay." Not the greatest area, motel is a little run-down. Basically a clean room, except that the sheets/"blankets" were very thin......threadbare....I needed to bunch up real tight to avoid being cold.
