Nice for the price close to the beach.

Smell like mold and towels dirty very uncomfortable to sleep I will never stay there again.

Parking is tight. Front desk staff was friendly and as helpful as she could be. Would not recommend nor ever return.

The property was runned down. My toilet didn't really work. The TV and ac were great. Unfortunately the noise was awful from the party people in the next room. There was a DJ blasting all night I think by the pool. The bath mat and towels had stains and holes. No hot water in the shower but hot water in the sink which was weird. Parking was the only plus.

Very clean and comfortable. Fair pricing. Helpful staff! Well worth it. Great time. Definitely will be back. Cute pool! Didn’t get to swim this time, but definitely plan to next time!! :)

Close to 95 and downtowns Room to the right of me, on first day the police were called, then the second night at 5am the room to left someone was pounding on the door for 15 mins trying, I guess to wake the person and let them in. Woke me up. Not staffed 24/7.

That was very disappointed in our state I know I checked in late the TV didn't work The bathroom window was off the track and wide open The room wreaked of cigarettes and I am a smoker myself I was told before I entered the room do not smoke or you will be charged lol. They did offer to change the room I didn't get in until 1:30 I thought maybe it was just the batteries to the remote the next morning I saw the young lady who was working and I had to go find she was sitting in her car and tell her I did want to change the room she did bring me batteries for the remote and it still didn't work I did show her the window she said she was surprised they should have noticed that I had to rig the window to feel comfortable to sleep. This is not the hotel's fault but as I was sitting outside the room I was hitting the head with a lit cigarette. I politely asked the two gentleman on the balcony to stop throwing cigarettes down I was sitting there it continued to happen I do have a photo of this it was about 10 cigarettes that were thrown down. I couldn't see it in my time but the entryway to all the rooms was filthy dirty black which I also have photos of they needed to repaint the floor or totally power wash it. When I was finally shown where the coffee machine was there was no sugar three creamers they were not refilled I went to the store purchased my own coffee which I shared with some other guest along with milk and Splenda I was very disappointed that I spent the money I spent

Clean room with the typical Florida mildew smell. Very noisy AC which prevents normal people to sleep. Overall OK but I didn’t like the fact the front desk took screenshots with a cellphone of my license and credit card. I don’t think its legal to begin with.

The room did have a mildew smell to it. And we found that a spider had built a web in the bed my son was sleeping in.

Only and enought hot water to take maybe a 3 minute shower. No cleaning or fresh towels at all during my stay. Lack of no hot water, lack of clean towels

I didn't know there was a laundry service, I only stayed for one night. The parking lot seemed very accessible and safe, but I did not drive to the inn.

Good for the money , personal was kind just don’t expect to sleep in here or throughout the night …..

The bedding is synthetic, which makes the bed very uncomfortable. The place is very noisy. The AC sometimes sounds more like a tractor. The freezer compartment of the fridge does not even chill ice packs. It’s okay for 1–2 nights if you’re just passing through, but I wouldn’t recommend it for resting.

While the property itself is nice, our experience with the billing was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend double-checking charges and being cautious, as we were billed for things we did not do and did not receive the promised refund.

They had coffee service but outside and used styrofoam cups. At least paper cups would be biodegradable. Although the ice/hot water machine was nice. It would be really nicer to have a small Keurig in the room, and glasses. There were no cups of any kind in the room. They had a few issues restocking coffee supplies although when I contacted the property they fixed it right away. And the woman was really nice.

I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. Just a large chair that was impossible to sleep in as a full-size adult. The tv barely worked and then didn't at all. It was a very tight fit. The bathroom was pretty nice, but the water pressure wasn't the greatest. They did have a pool and laundry area, which could be appealing to some travelers, but I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone and I won't return either.

The owner was fantastic. Super nice lady and upgraded me from a second floor room to a lower floor room at one of her other hotels down the street because I recently had hip surgery and did not know there were no elevators. It’s only 2 stories but huge thanks to her

Rooms were dirty, dirty bedding. Broken window, the shower head was held on with electrical tape, inside door locks were broken or missing altogether. There was a space in the bottom of the door molding that had outside air coming in it was that big. Roof of the balcony was held up by a jack. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in and no one was there at 6:30 check out. This motel is in a dangerous area. Everything from the vehicles was brought inside because of fear of theft. Yes, I do have pictures.

I got here at one o'clock and it is now nine o'clock and I still don't have a t v that works , it just keeps going to no signal , they told me they would send somebody about twenty minutes at about one o'clock and nobody ever came until it was after three and he got it to the show something , and now we're just keeps jump

The room was spacious and spotless. The mini split a/c was more than adequate. The manager was great. He allowed early check in and showed me thr room prior to me just going up there. I highly recommend the upgraded king room.

Horrible, rooms smelled like smoke. The area is super sketchy. We had to leave an book another hotel.

Property was ok, but the environment was not. Room smelled strongly of marijuana and multiple other guests were smoking right outside their rooms. Pool was drained. The person at the front desk was working at 2 locations, but was understanding and switched us to their other property. Both are right on the road and train tracks.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The only issue I had was that I was a late arrival. I was dropped off by an Uber to find that the office was closed. There was no manager or employee on site. There was a phone number to call on the door. I called that and it didn’t connect to anyone. That was an unsettling experience, a woman traveling alone sitting on the curb trying to come up with plan B. After about 15-20 minutes someone arrived, checked me in, and escorted me to my room. The room was upgraded beautifully and was very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. But travelers should be made aware that there may not be anyone on site if a late arrival.

Room was remodeled but missing knobs, noisy, paint damage. Property looks like a cheap motel with half remodeled and half section 8. Reservation was not in system and had to wait for manager to finish arguing with appliance repair person.

Cons: The TV didn't work in the first room I entered, so they moved me to a different room. Both rooms had a bit of a lingering odor of cigarette smoke (at this price I was not expecting to smell this). Not too bad but noticeable at all times, and could smell it on my clothes when I exited the room. Pillows could have been better quality. There were some stains on the ceiling which appeared to be mold. A lot of shady characters walking around the immediate area surrounding the property.

This property was unattended. I need to Cal the office number to get the front desk staff which tod me she was in a room. She and another girl that looked like a sketchy individual came out a room. She was unprofessional. There was a big sign in the lobby area about Human trafficking. As she proceeded to take us to the room there were 2 other sketchy people just walking around the property. There were holes in the wall. I pointed them out to her and she looked at me like I was crazy to bring this up. I asked about our check in confirmation and she said they didn't have a printer and that she would email it to me. My husband and I decided not to stay there we felt very unsafe. When I told her she asked why and I told her a number of reasons. Again she looked at me like I was crazy. She then told me I booked us through Expedia and paid them that they didn’t pay funny Palm and then I needed to get my money back from Expedia. I told her to email me a receipt stating that we didn’t stay there so I could show Expedia. She told me she would email it. Needless to say I never got either emails. I contacted Expedia and they gave me half my money back. Do not ever stay at the funny Palm it’s dirty it’s thinks it’s Unsafe.

Sunny palms was overbooked so the moved us to their other property. They were going to upcharge us for the other property. We contested and the agreed. The other property beachway inn was clean and spacious the bed was horrible it was has and and sagged to the middle. There was a light in the closet that did not have a swith to turn off.

All of that being said, the room seemed clean and in good condition.

Convenient location for this stay. Seems upgrades and updates are taking place. I found my room to be clean and functional with fridge and microwave. Pleasant stay. Thanks

The renovations were nice but little things should have been done as well such as the stainless steel fixtures are rusted and shelf that holds microwave needs to be replaced.

Stayed for a night.. solved the purpose.. Room was a little smelly (smelled like moth balls), but seemed clean and stay-able. Basic amenities available like microwave, refrigerator.

The best part was the Staff. She was so kind, helpful, and applogetic when she realized this was not the type of hotel we would want to stay in. The area did not feel safe. There were bugs in the bathroom when the lights were off, so we kept them on. Would not recommend staying here if you are used to higher quality.

The rooms themselves were okay. The outside corridors were sketchy the clientele was extremely sketchy. The walls were paper thin I could hear people fighting talking about drugs and even possibly firearms. I did not feel safe. I did call the manager and he did come over to check out the fighting and said if it continued he would throw the people out. This room was $160 for the night there is no way the people that was staying there could afford that I believe that it is being used as some type of shelter. My son and I went over there because he had surgery the following day we barely slept I think that I should be refunded my money but I know that's not happening.

Very shockingly nice rooms!!! Outside appearance might turn away, but very nice inside and comfortable beds!!!! Would definitely stay again!

I rented the room for a day and been there almost a month and still there very peaceful!!

When we first got our room the TV didn't work and we weren't very happy. Not only because of the TV, but we had drove very far for a funeral. Then very nice man in the office upgraded us to the suite and it was fantastic. Clean and smelled really good , the bed was so comfy and we were completely surprised by the offer. 5stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very no-frills motel. Front staff were nice, and the tv and shower and bed were all fine. It’s just very basic and was a little dirty (lots of hairs, some mosquitos, not new…). if The rooms are right by a road and I was next to a loud laundry room. It’s fine enough if you’re on a budget.

DO NOT STAY! The room was ok, but did not feel safe at all. About 11pm we heard screaming and then yelling followed by the cops arriving and my husband watching out the window as a man was tased and arrested. They are trying to update the hotel and rooms to make it nicer, but safety is my first priority when traveling with family.

Everything smells bad and the bathroom was terrible and disgusting. We also saw a lizard on the bad same night we got there. When I came to make a complaint nobody was there. They’re closed So if you don’t want to be disappointed stay way from this hotel

Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet at night. Safe area. Great staff. Best stay of a two week trip and great value for price and location.

The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in (the owner, I believe) was super nice and very accommodating. The refrigerator was ice cold and it was nice having a microwave. I do wish the water stayed hot a little longer in the shower.

The front desk person was nowhere to be found. The Wi-Fi was very slow and the hotel was not what I saw in the pictures on their web site.

Had a wonderful experience and stay here. Room was newly renovated (as most of the property was) and very cozy. Rob was fantastic and truly one of a kind!

We open the door to room 19 on second floor, immediately strong scent of bleach was overwhelming and led me to wonder what they’re trying to hide. Pull the sheets back and found a pubic hair. I immediately called the front desk and they did come and change the sheets the next morning, as we were leaving at 7 AM there was no light at the bottom of the stairs and my husband tripped on the stairs. We had a flight to catch so I called and spoke with the manager, who basically had no resolution for my complaint.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again if I’m in that area.

Recently under new management, it was clear staff was working hard to deliver a good experience. Tiny things - the need to request soap, no tissue, no extra blanket in the room - would have made a huge difference. Big things - new mattress and bedding, cleanliness - were all great.
