The AC kept the room cool at night. Cool little spot. Everyone including staff were all very friendly. Very low key. Very Private. 100% would stay again.

The office was smelly and unorganized. The staff was very nice. The motel could benefit from a very much needed renovation. My room was huge the bathroom was almost as big as the room. microwave would not open not unless you unplugged it after putting your food in for however many minutes and needed it to be in there. there were stains in the sheets which I also told the office lady about that before I even went in my room and said I needed fresh sheets but she said there was fresh sheets on the bed but obviously it wasn't and I took pictures. I can't really complain too much because you get what you pay for. I only paid $86.06 and total for the room but it just was not up to my standard because I like quality. this was not it but it was only for one night. one thing I was appreciative of is that there were no bugs.

Go buy roach and spider killer. Spray everywhere when away. If you really need to shower I would get shower shoes or just know you won’t because the bathroom is the main source for roaches. Lastly, no one on property is rude or mean but the place is not for the weak if you hate bugs.

If you just need a place to lay your head, it’s worth it for the price. Was not terribly clean, hairs in the sink, “something” on the comforter. I just used my own blanket. Washcloths are very cheap like they are disposable maybe. Also, doors to the outside are a little funky and you have to kind of wiggle them (this was explained at check in) but when we closed the door you could see out from the inside. So make sure you really close it well. Quick drive to the ocean beach was nice. 2/5 for me. Could be better, could be worse.

I check in late. When I enter the room, the room wasn't clean beds are not wash towels are in the floor, toilets is awful. Garbage from previous guest are still there with unpleasant smell

Great value, great rooms and great staff. Mike and Shawn at the front desk will welcome you and help you with any need. They are the greatest and run the hotel with courtesy and professionalism. You won’t be sorry after you stay here. Housekeeping comes everyday for whatever need you have, clean towels, clean sheets, or empty your garbage. The kind of hospitality you expect from a good rum motel. You won’t regret your stay.

Very run down. Everything looks like it’s a hundred years old. I paid for 2 nights but left after 1. Horrible place. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

There was ample parking and close to local amenities.

Staff so wonderful with us being deaf, be able to communicate by writing, got us in handicapped room with flashing fire alarm ready for us. The air conditioner not working properly. Lots of condescended water on floor; slippery floor. The microwave door locked, couldn't use unless unplug and back on. The bathroom shower stall doesn't have drape, and all out of toilet papers.

Room was not the cleanest. Found a few dead bugs. Water in shower, after figuring out how to adjust, was easily affected by other water use in the motel. Parking lot seemed very limited. We were out in the evening and coming back after 9, I was concerned if we'd get a spot. Thankfully we did.

But saying that, this is an older motel. Really vintage South Florida. The usual assortment of characters you would find at a place like that. But everyone was respectful of each other. The location was amazing. Just two blocks from downtown Lake Worth. Close to great food and the beach. So still would recommend this place.

This would be convenient for walking to downtown which has over a dozen restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Off-street parking was free.

The whole property reeked of cigarette smoke with full ashtrays outside of my door. Cigarette holes in bedding, small bugs in room.

The bath tub/shower was dirty & slippery. I could go on, but you get the picture. Spend an extra few bucks & stay elsewhere.

I travel alone a lot and I was so happy that my husband was with me this trip. The door to the room was falling off the hinges and the faceplate on the doorframe was hanging by a nail and moved around causing the door not to be opened from the inside and outside.. The shower had mold on the tiles to the point I wouldn't use it. The air conditioner also has mold in the vents. I realize it's an older property but these items can be taken care of easily.

While gathering my belongings, I pulled the bed sheet and bed covering back to discover a live bed bug. I captured the bug and sealed it in an empty water bottle. At 6:30 AM, There was no one available at reception to discuss this with. I checked reception again at 7:45 AM and still no one was there. I left my room key along with the bug in a bottle in the key drop box near the door of reception. Later at work, I called the motel and spoke with Juliie. I conveyed that I had checked out, mentioned what I encountered and that I had left the room key and the critter in the key drop box. I did not request a refund. I was not injured. I will not stay there again. My concern is that this is handled appropriately.

There was a tall young man lurking on the property at 3am. As I left and checked out ; he asked me for a charger. Then after a few minutes he proceded to follow me to the parking lot. He stated at me as I drove away. It was creepy

My room was not what I would consider appropriately clean (signs it was not recently vacuumed, swept or mopped). For instance, dust and dirt was on the floor, a dirty washcloth from a previous guess was behind the bathroom door and all this was overlooked by the cleaner. I saw many small insects crawling at night. I was given a "handicap room," which I did not request. Since I have a problem with depth perception, the concrete handicap ramp at the entrance of my room was actually a tripping hazard for me. Overall, what I paid should have provided me a much better room.

Desk tenant did not stay in office for any given time. 3 pm chec-in. But didnt have room ready until 430pm due to linens being watched. So no extra linen. Bare minimum. Shower temperature went up and down repeatedly. Pool looked murky.

Decent little spot... Only 1 vehicle can be Parked in the Parking lot. Free washer and 1.50 dryer, microwave, fridge and air conditioner... It rained so bad and so heavy our entire stay that the air conditioner let in a little water but it was tile floor so a quick cleanup

The room was very filty with bed bugs. And the bathroom was not cleaned it had hair on the walls. I wouldn't recommend any one to stay there. I got to the motel because of a flight delayed so i didn't have a choice but to stayed. I'm so sorry i did.

Do not be fooled with low price. Spend the extra $20 and get something different. Carpet has oil stains everywhere, mattress is basically trash, cover sheets are very very dirty. Shower is 28 inch by 28 inch ( room #18) the bathroom is 2.5 ft by 6 ft. Walls are very dirty. TV channels all infomercial, remote is dirty. Walls are dirty. Closet is dirty and no hangers nothing. Doers are broken. The only good thing is the manger

Hotels.com needs to take this off their site. This place was just disgusting - among the top 5 worst places I have ever stayed. No WI-FI either. I called about it - lady made some lame blamed excuse and it was never fixed. I sat most of the evening in a Starbucks. The air-conditioner ran all night and totally drowned out the TV which was set very low at max volume. I should have left - but made a reservation through hotels.com - will definitely be more careful in the near future.

Les rideaux et les fenêtres n’ont pas été lavé depuis des années. L’eau de la piscine était verte. Etc…Les photos sur votre site datent probable de plus de 20 ans. Nous avons des photos à l’appui. Expédia se doit de retirer cet endroit de son site. Nous apprécions être rembourser. Plus de $100 US par nuit par chambre est un vol total, ça ne vaut même pas $10.

The main door deadbold was not operational and only one of the four room lamps worked.

I reserved a king size bed with microwave and refrig. When I arrived, no king size bed, so they gave me two queens, but NO microwave. WIFI connected, but there was no internet. The property was delapadated, dirty, linen was not clean. It was so nasty that my girlfriend and I stayed ling enough to eat our food. That was about an hour. Never again will i stay or recommend anyone

The worst part was we were a family evacuated from home during hurricane Ian, which destroyed oir home. The heartless and lack of compassion was disgusting. Don't go here in a time of need and definitely not a clean vacation destination

Floors weren't swept, no water pressure in the shower, broke lamps, no place to hang your clothes. And a very nasty woman behind the counter in the office. Tried to tell me I had to give him $150 cash for a pet deposit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room needed some TLC. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The room was worn down.

Every thing was A OK will go back

Well, when I got there, the tv was on. I wondered why so, I turned it off. Needless to say the remote didn’t work, the room had only 2 lamps, I have a closet that is bigger than the bathroom including the somewhat shower. The shower was so small, it was hard to turn around. The front door to the room looks like someone kicked it from the inside. There were BIG gaps and it’s a miracle the door even shut. So needless to say the survey on your site gives this place a 5. I’m reluctant to give a 1. I can promise your site this. I will NEVER go back to that Motel EVER again and I will NEVER use your site anymore.

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but i was comfortable and felt safe once i was in my room. The room was huge and i loved it. Leigh and Julie helped me get che ked in and out and made sure i had everything i needed. I had not slept as good as the nigt i spent there for awhile. I really enjoyed staying there and will go again.

It was ok...the people were friendly and the stay was price driven.

Very nice and helpful staff (Julie, I believe). AC was very loud, as were people in neighboring room, so my wife was unable to sleep. Room was clean enough just old, and wifi would work outside but was not strong enough to be available in the room. Julie did call the next day after we checked out, apologizing for the noise from next door

It was fine, in a quiet area in lake worth.

The shower drain and bathroom sink drains were plugged up (I didn't bother asking to have that fixed). There's an illegal light switch and light fixture inside the shower (serious shock hazard). The bed was extremely soft but otherwise OK. The window mounted A/C wasn't draining properly causing it to make loud gurgling sounds and spit water into the room (asked to have this fixed but no effort was made on that). They advertise that they have WiFi internet but this was only available in the courtyard outside the room. When I complained about that I was told there was nothing they could do. The off street parking was convenient but not very secure. The lobby is kept locked all the time and you must ring a doorbell to get someone show up and open the door. This meant standing in the rain for 10 minutes upon arrival.

The staff at Holiday House were friendly and accommodating. It was a bit difficult to get a new set of sheets but the Southgate accommodate me overall great price for a good stay

Just a one night stay after a long flight. Arrived exhausted. Room was awful. Bed linen was ancient. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

Nice managers running a poor property. Bath floor dirty, slimy & dangerous, lacked bathmats, hand towels, shelf for soap/shampoo, no closet, floors/walls broken holes, poor lighting, tv hard to use, okay refrig/micro, wall a/c unit, good bed but not sure if linen had been changed. Would not stay again nor recommend to friends.

The room was unsafe and unsanitary there was no battery in the smoke detector the bathroom door was broken and no latch the curtains barely closed …the door had hey grid style ugly security screening material, food under the bed cup under the cabinet no lighting except for some mood lights in the nightstand. Fortunately the children who are playing on the balcony for a long time ceased once we return from dinner. Others were loitering in the courtyard area leaving an unsafe feeling in the dim light.

Run down, noisy, no coffee, no apparent heater, door knobs busted...bring a repair kit

Older motel with no heat on an unusually cold night. Clean room and comfortable bed provided a good nights sleep.
