The service of ALL staff was excellent, but the property was outdated.

Very comfortable beds. Hot shower clean room. EXTREMELY helpful staff (special thanks to Michelle and Betty)! Tasty and varied breakfast options. We had a short but good stay. 8.5/10 would recommend

I stayed for one night for a concert at the amphitheater 10 minutes away. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the lovely front desk staff. Checked in right away and given two cold complimentary waters. Room was better than expected. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Towels had an off smell to them but I guess that’s expected when laundry is done in bulk.

The staff was exceptional! We had an issue in our room and Betty moved us right away! The place is clean, bed very comfortable and very quiet! We will definitely stay there again!

Very clean. Newly remodeled or just new. Staff was nice! The breakfast was terrible though. Eggs were nasty, yogurt had high sugar, all sugar cereals etc. it’s time hotels start serving real food and not be complacent with what big companies are offering and making us sick with … please. We are bananas only. Good stay overall.

My only bad experience has nothing to do with the hotel, but I would like to let guests know that they should please turn off their alarms. I stayed there on New Year's Eve, and at 5 a.m., the room next to mine had an alarm that didn't stop until 8:30 a.m. when I left my room. I don't know how the people sleeping in that room didn't hear it. Unbelievable.

This is our go-to hotel when we travel to Lake Worth. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Also, the staff is great. It’s easy to stay here.

I didn't like that our room was located across from the ice machine and we could hear it all night.

The room was clean upon arrival, and it's very convenient for us when we stay for youth hockey tournaments that take place at PB Skate Zone. The breakfast was not bad, and although we ended up not needing it, the staff was prepared to allow us an extra 30 minutes beyond normal 11:00am checkout time to gather our belongings after the closing ceremonies for the tournament, which gave us some much needed peace of mind.

Unfortunately we didn't get a good night sleep due to an alarm that went off and the whole building evacuated around 1am. No one inform us of what happened and neither apologized for the false alarm.

Convenient to Wellington and horse show venues. The staff are the most accommodating and helpful. My second time staying at the property and will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel Is Clean, Staff are polite. Limited Selection On Breakfast. There isn’t much parking up front rear Parking lot need some work like parking lines and land Scaping and walkways. Fitness room is bid enough to fit one person. The Hotel Sits right next to Florida turnPike, it gets busy with travelers and some truck drivers.

Very good hotel! Clean, updated, convenient and close to roads, restaurants, and stores. Free breakfast has a variety of options for food. We enjoyed our stay and will consider for future trips.

The great experience started as soon as we entered the lobby. The concierge a young man was as friendly as can be, that we found very welcoming. The rooms were nice and the staff there was friendly and helpful as well. I was truly surprised at how good the breakfast was. This was a surprisingly, totally great experience.

An amazing stay

My preferred place to stay in when in the PB/Lake Worth area. Clean, well run, friendly and competent staff. During last stay there was a minor issue with a running toilet and air conditioner noise but that can happen anywhere. Pricing can vary widely according to seasonal demand.

This property is a little older but very well maintained! Attractively decorated and friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient…included waffles, a meat option, egg option, cereal, yogurt and juice. Pool looked a tad small but very inviting. Have already booked another stay!

Upon arrival, Michele the person checking us in was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Room was very clean and had plenty of towels plus a refriferator. Complimentary breakfast was good and the woman making sure everything was stocked was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure the breakfast experience was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name. This was Sunday july 28. Was a great experience and will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast was fine. They ran out of eggs but they quickly replenished for us.

Minimum water that is hot, difficult to adjust. It takes a long time to shower to get the soap off your body. Bed made up and room cleaned , garbage emptied only twice in 4 day stay.

I paid more money through Expedia than if I would have booked it directly through the hotel. We stayed a second night and booked it through the hotel and paid less. Probably would not use Expedia again.

Stay was OK as far as the room was concerned. It’s nothing special but what do you expect for a hotel right off the highway basically designed for commuters and travelers. Came and stayed for just one night for a concert at the amphitheater. The hotel is decent but my issue is with the PET policy. Be warned, they say they are PET FRIENDLY but the catch is that you can NEVER LEAVE your dog alone in the room! My wife and I were forced to bring our dog with us and now we are told that we have to leave one person behind at ALL times or bring the dog if we want to go out to eat? They don’t state the pet policy rules ANYWHERE so there’s no way we would have known this. The explanation was simple, if there’s an emergency and the staff needed to get into the room, there’s a possibility that the dog could be aggressive etc. Here’s the simple solution OWNERS, make crating your pet mandatory!! We bring a portable metal crate everywhere we travel that our dog sleeps in. Their pet policy almost ruined our trip!
